The bed was SO HARD. It was certainly better than sleeping on the floor in the airport, but to say we were disappointed in the bed would be a SEVERE understatement.

Yes. The staff is incredible, breakfast is amazing. Beds are tidy and very comfortable.

I only spent 1 night at the SpringHill suites the room was great and the shower was fabulous.

Really nice new place, there is no restaurant here but there is one within walking distance at the Hilton.

Overall okay. We stayed there for 2days. First day stay was fine. For the second day stay, when we checked in the night and opened my allocated room, someone else was sleeping in the room. So they have me another one. Breakfast is good though.

Super clean. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Free shuttle to, and from, Salt Lake City airport. Beautiful mountain views out every direction. Surprising amenities in the weight room. 2 minute walk to Robert's, an impeccable Ma and Pa diner, that houses amazing food, great people! Excellent clean place to stay within a few minutes of the airport. Very quiet even though it is near the airport. Not really close (within walking distance) to a whole lot of restaurants, but still within 5-10 minutes to most other excellent places to eat.

The room (King suite) was incredible! Very modern, lots of room, super clean, and very comfortable. The people working the front desk were wonderful and the food was good. Overall, I really enjoyed my brief stay.

I stayed two nights at the Springhill suites and I had a pleasant experience. The room was very large which accommodated my large family. The shower was separate from the toilet which I quite liked. The breakfast was pretty much the same as any other hotel breakfast but with nice outdoor seating. The staff was also great with helping us find locations to go in the city. The pool was great too. I really like my stay here.

Very clean. Nice modern interior and spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Not much to complain about. I'd highly recommend. Great service, and was even given information about close restaurants.

Rooms were incredibly clean with comfortable furniture. The staff was accommodating and helpful, and very prompt with delivering a pack n play to our room. I'd definitely book here again.

Rooms where clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. What was really exceptional though was we got a flat on our way down. Do the times of our flights we thought we would have to stay an extra day to have it repaired on our return. After speaking with the desk clerk he assured us he could get it taken care of before we flew back into salt lake. It is very rare for an employee to go above and beyond. I will defiantly be back the next time I fly out of slat lake.

The staff is amazing, great customer service. We had an issue with our flight so we stayed here for the night. The accommodations were fabulous, so comfortable. They offer such a few different choices for breakfast, which is nice, and the scrambled eggs are delicious! I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area, and will most definitely try to stay here whenever I'm in the area.

The breakfast was better than the ones in LA you can make your own waffle to order. The pool is small and was cold but the temp getting out was nice. The room was big for a family of 4 or 5 you might have to share a bed or sleep on the couch but worth the money. Did not have a bath that is needed for younger kids.

Rooms are nice. No issues with sound or light, and the separate bathroom / shower is a nice touch. Mini fridge was quiet. Didn't check the channel selection. No restaurant or bar. Breakfast was typical continental spread.

Convenient to the airport. There is a free shuttle bus that will take you to and from the airport. The hotel has nice clean rooms and excellent customer service. This hotel does provide a free breakfast in the morning.

This hotel is nestled among a few others close to the SLC airport and downtown. Staff was friendly and got us checked in quickly. Room was nice, very modern. The shower and toilet are in separate bathrooms, each with a sink which makes it very convenient for a family. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout sleeper. We found a blanket and pillow in the closet to use with the pullout, but needed to head to the lobby for a set of sheets. There's a pool, but its not heated. No hit tub, but there is a fitness room. Complimentary breakfast is included, but be sure to bring your own cool whip and sliced fruits for your waffles. Overall, it was nice, however it didn't meet all our wants for the stay.

Staffs were friendly and room is big. Hotel is renovated. However, all the tables in the room were dirty and the bathtub is weirdly shaped and small. Also, AC filter seems really dusty.

I had a wonderful stay on my way through town. Issac and stephanie helped me out a lot in the evening and were very friendly with all my questions and needs. Heidi did a great job keeping up with breakfast even though there were so many people in the morning! Thank you for a great stay!

Basically all is brand new and rooms are super comfy. But what reallly stands out is the support and care from management to customers. I left a value belonging in the room and the GM himself took care to find it and send it home to me. More than appreciated! If you want to enjoy your stay at SLC I totally recommend this hotel.

SpringHill was easy to find from the freeway. Front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, bed and pillows comfortable. It was easy to relax and enjoy the time away from home.

The lobby was inviting and beautiful. The interaction with the staff was pleasant. It was a perfect location to catch my flight in the morning. I highly recommend staying at this location.

Room was odd, got room with 2 queen beds and sofa sleeper. Figured this would be obvious that more than a single couple would be staying in room. Had us and 3 kids and the bathroom door has no lock and has frosted glass door. Just what I want, my kids to watch me shower. I know I'm in Utah but it would be nice to be able to purchase a beer to bring back to my room. Staff was great and location was great, thus justifying 3 stars.

We loved our stay here, the rooms are really nice and very clean. The pool was fun for our kids, we did wish there was a hot tub that would have been nice. The breakfast was very good as well lots of options and tasted great.

I've stayed here multiple times. Rooms are always nice. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Lightbulb was out; maintenance changed within 8 minutes.

A great place to stay. Modernistic design and decor. Comfortable beds. Good free breakfast. The only drawback is that the tub/shower is only 4 ft long.

The room and staff were great. The coffee maker was broken though. The woman who greeted and checked me in was one of the best. My only complaint is a Utah ruling. If they serve drinks at the bar you must buy food. All I wanted was an evening drink.

The hotel lobby was clean but the staff including the manager was HORRIBLE! complete lack of customer service! Please dont waste your time or money. Go to a better hotel where they know how to treat their customers.

Clean and comfortable. Pretty large selection for breakfast. Shuttle service to airport was quick and on time as well.

Decent hotel, though difficult to spot from the road. Elevator was slow, and the bathroom in the room we had was bizarre — a separate toilet and sink, then a separate sink and shower. Seemed like a waste of space. Breakfast was complimentary, same general eggs, sausage, pastry, cereal spread you get with lots of hotels. Eggs were actually pretty good, but coffee was terrible. Location is close to the airport, though, which is a big plus.

Dishonest! Manager NICHOLAS RUSH, you would rather stay in your office than come out and speak to a customer. Be careful when dealing with this hotel. We had confirmed reservations for 2 rooms, and when we came they would not honor the full reservation. The man at the desk asked if we wanted to speak with a manager, I said that I'd like that. He came back out and said the manager does not want to speak to me. We made a donation to a charity and received 2 free hotel stays with this hotel. I confirmed on the reservation several times and all was good to go. We were on a family vacation, on a budget, and wanted to see how this hotel was. We are Marriott reward members and this was a very disappointing experience.

Great place to stay for people who fly. The airport shuttle is reliable and its a 5 minute ride to the terminals at SLC airport. It is also convenient to leave your vehicle at the hotel while traveling. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

The internet here sucks, and the breakfast is ok. But the hospitality and cleanliness of the rooms was great! On a side note the pool is really small and there is no hot tub.

Great hotel, very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are very nice and beds are comfortable. Airport shuttle is quick and convenient. Typical Marriott breakfast with lots if different options. Only downside is that the bathroom had a frosted glass door which made getting up early without waking kiddos a bit difficult. Would definitely stay here again.

Ray picked us up from the airport and shared his knowledge of the area. He was the perfect intro to the city! Great customer service at the front desk. Wonderful breakfast.

Nice clean hotel. Stayed here with my 4 kids night before early flight home. Elevator was a bit sketchy — herky-jerky. Staff was super nice.

SpringHill Suites treated my husband and I like royalty. We had been in Utah/Idaho for the week, ended back in Utah before we had to fly home. Both of us were so sick with high fever & congestion. Our flight wasn't until 6 so they delayed our check out so we could continue resting while suppling us with water bottles and Tylenol on them. Checking on us throughout the day making sure we were okay. What an amazing staff. The room was great, the staff was great, made up for us feeling horrible! Highly Recommended.

I liked the hotel and the room. I was disappointed that the complimentary breakfast wasn't available until 7 a. M. When I noticed there were several guests that were leaving about 5 a. M. To catch their flights. It would have been nice to be able to have eaten something before heading to the airport, since the breakfast is basically included in the price of the room.

Nice room, good service, airport shuttle, $15 to park our car there for a week which is a great deal.

It is convenient and close to the airport. Modern deaign with microwave and a mini-fridge in room. You can hear a bit of the airplane taking off but not too much so it bothers you. Free breakfast but nothing to write home about. Overall a good experience.

Wonderful, rooms were great, loved the modern design, breakfast had various items for each of the 5 people in our party. Epherim was over the top when we checked in at 9 pm. I booked through a third party for Tuesday night, I May have messed up and actually reserved for Monday night. Epherim returned my money and booked us in two King rooms since they were out of double queen rooms. Thank you, he could have been rude and told me to bad. I will return to stay here in the future.
