Clean, nice room, close to airport, shuttle.

My wife stayed there on business.
The front desk called her (alone in her room) at 9:00 PM and demanded they let the “Internet Service” tech in at 9 pm to work on Internet.
She didn’t have the balls to tell them HELL NO, and let them in.
While there he pitches points. Really, trying to sell membership for points at 9 pm. … This hotel is shady!

Hotel was nice and clean. Guest services was polite, and the breakfast was great. Good hotel for the price.

Great place to stay at a reasonable price. Indoor pool and hot tub. Staff was fantastic.

The whole place felt very modern, clean and safe. We were very comfortable. The service was above & beyond. Highly recommend this place.

Comfy beds, warm atmosphere, near decent food, close to airport and not too far from downtown. Right next to public transport. Also free cookies!

Great hotel. Convenient to the airport. Always clean and well staffed hotel. Only downside is if you have a room facing the interstate it can be a little noisy.

I've been to this Holiday Inn Express several times for work related meetings. The meeting room was clean and well organized. They even provided free water. This place is perfect for semicasual meetings or events.

The hotel staff was so nice upon check in! They were a little busy but they got us checked in no problem! Would totally recommend.

Stayed overnight while in town for a Ragnar Relay Race. Clean and quiet. Bed was hard. Otherwise was fine.

The staff here is extremely helpful, rooms are clean and we'll formatted, room service is outsourced and low quality however, if you're interested in ordering in they staff at the desk have a list of awesome restaurants within the area. Will certainly stay here next time I'm in SLC.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well kept this hotel is… Not that it is a true 5star hotel, but for this price range, it was an excellent choice. Very clean, very friendly staff. I'll be back.

If you want to wait a half hour or so for a third party shuttle service Holiday Inn Express contracts with then this is for you. The hotel tells you that they have free shuttle service to and from the airport before they ask you for a credit card. After you pay Holiday Inn then tells you that you have to go talk to a third party shuttle service, register your name and destination then the shuttle service rep tells you to have a seat and they will call your name. If I knew all this before I booked I would not have booked. Last time with Holiday Inn here!

Stayed here for the weekend. It's very close to the airport, has a shuttle, free breakfast, a fridge and microwave in the room, good water pressure, a business center, a suite shop for purchase, laundry, a gym, and an inside pool. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again if passing through.

Nice room and great breakfast! Just don't count on there shuttle being on time! Had to cut in line through security and RUN to make my flight! Made it 1 minute before the gate closed! Wew!

The free breakfast was pretty awesome. Great selection. Rooms super comfty and clean. Very quiet place, definitely worth the price.

Solid example of the brand. It is clean and well kept. I had a minor issue with the room but it was resolved promptly with no trouble. This is my 2nd time at this property. I'll keep coming back. Airport shuttle stops at 11pm so late flights need a $10 Uber.

Warm meal, clean bed or the basic of a good stay. This holiday does a very good job. Appreciate the hospitality and the service received.

Only complaint is how pushy the cleaning crew is the next morning. They don't knock before trying to come in to clean and will return to clean your room 2-3 times prior to check out time. 3 times now it's happened to where around 8 in the morning or so I've been awake all ready but startled by someone walking in unannounced or woken up to someone coming in and turning on the lights if I forget to bar the door. But even if the door is bolted, they attempt to just cruise on in without a simple courtesy knock.

This hotel has something corupt going on… we stayed as a large group, reserving several rooms. They charged us an extra $100, stating that it took over an hour to clean and we had several (? ) dog bowls and were charged a pet fee on top of all this. After calling several times, no one could give us an explanation. No manager on site at all. We were told that a manager would call us on Monday. Nothing. First of all, we did not trash the room, no damage, no spills… obviously no pets! Apparently any employee working for this hotel can charge you, rack up your bill with no questions asked. No proof. Nothing.

Overall a great place to stay when going to the airport. Staff is very nice and helpful. Only issue is there are not many sit down resturants available near the hotel. Everything else was great.

Everything was clean throughout the hotel. The mattress was not the most comfortable I've slept on but it still works. Breakfast was nice nothing too crazy. I would stay here again.

Stayed here multiple times. Staff is always super friendly. Got an early check in today and the cleaning staff did a super job of getting my room ready. Also plenty of parking even during a fully booked night.

A few minutes drive from the airport. Rooms are fine, but show signs of age. Front desk is on par.

My husband is a truck driver and my son and I ride with him we happen to drive into town and was turned away rudely from best western telling us motel 8 was more our style because we only had cash at the time to pay for the room and deposit so we came across this place on 10-14-2017 @ 9pm in hopes to get a room and I must say The manager and staff is AMAZING and a god sent we will come back here always the place is clean very nice and once again the staff is AMAZING I will def be passing on the word and suggesting this place to everyone we know including our trucker buddies and co workers… I want to give a BIG thanks to the staff and manager you have no idea what a god sent you all are I could not thank you enough.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Road noise was a bit of an issue. Conveniently located near the airport.

This is a well-kept HIE. Breakfast had a large variety of choices including hot items. Cookies appear in the lobby at 5pm. All of the staff members I came into contact with over our 3-day stay were super-helpful and very friendly. We were right on the freeway and yet it was quiet. In the still wee hours of the morning you could hear a truck go by, but as a background noise, not really loud. Super convenient to the airport and the fairgrounds. Only 15 minutes to downtown so the rates were a good deal over staying downtown.

Nice breakfast! Scrambled eggs or cheese omelets and turkey sausage every morning! My kids liked the machine that made pancakes. The staff were very friendly and very helpful and spoke English just fine. The pool is small but well maintained.

Had a nice suite with a bedroom and kitchen with desperate living area that had a pull out couch. Very spacious and the price was great! Nice stay with complimentary breakfast!

The room was absolutely great. I was in town for a tournament event and for the price the hotel was amazing. The breakfast was much better than expected.

Had a king suite on 3rd floor. Hotel is typical holiday inn Express setup. Not as new as some but very good and super clean. Staff is excellent. Not a lot of eating choices in area but very close to the airport. The also offer shuttle service and is only a few blocks from the train as well. You could stay here and not need a car to visit Mormon sites downtown.

I came in late from the airport. Their shuttle stopped at 11:00pm but when I called the hotel they told me to go to Express Shuttle and they'd bring me straight to the hotel and I wouldn't have to worry about anything! Great experience! The only thing when I got there I needed a pack and play/crib for my infant and the clerk at night didn't know where they were but I got it the next day asking another employee.

Attention good, the staff is very friendly, rooms clean and in good condition. The hotel is very close to the airport, no more than 5 minutes in car. The disadvantage is that there are no restaurants close by, in case of not having a car.

Just a quick overnight stay with the family. We arrived very late and learned their shuttle service ends at 11pm. We were asked to use a taxi service at the airport which took forever. That's no fault of the HIE though. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. We even made a little time for the pool in the morning. The water was cold but we survived.

Have rich crackers, and is perfect for flights too early.

Hotel close to the airport. Comfortable and a free breakfast. Something noisy for being near the highway. The Wi-Fi goes well.

Second floor handicap room, beds are nice with multiple selections of pillows available, plenty of outdoor smoking areas which to me is a plus. Overall nice experience and they have multiple choices of tea.

Really nice staff. My room was really noisy (close to the road) so I asked to change. They changed my room right away without making me feel bad ;) Breakfast selection is ok. Big parking lot. Not too far away from downtown.

I am a Priority Club Platinum member. I mistakenly booked a room for May 11th instead of the 12th. When I showed up to check in on the 12th I was told of my mistake but, they were able to accommodate me. The front desk clerk said he would check with his GM to see if they could apply the previous night room charge to this reservation. His manager said no because they had full occupancy the night prior. This is the worst I have been treated at an IHG property since becoming a priority member… Bad business. The manager needs to look at the big picture instead of just a nights stay for $116.00 I will never stay at this location again!

The building was clean, and the rooms were nice. I left early morning, and the person working the desk was wonderfully accommodating. Would happily visit again.

It is clean, they have hot breakfast, and space for walking my dog.

5 mins from the airport, is a nice hotel friendly staff, but the heating was noisy and couldn´t regulate temperature right.

I had a wonderful stay. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Clean quiet rooms. Free breakfast. Convenient to the airport. What more can you ask for.

I bookended my vacation at the hotel since it offered cheap parking for my car at $10 a week. The staff was very accommodating and the hotel was spotless. The breakfast was on the higher end of hotel breakfasts. I will definitely stay here again.

Desk clerk was argumentative and rude when I asked to confirm a late (2pm) checkout that had been promised by his a different clerk the night before. He quoted "the rules" ahead of keeping a promise to a customer, even though the hotel was only half full.

Clean room, the romance package was fun. The only negative was they only gave us one bathrobe, would have been nice to have one for both my spouse and I.

Every thing was fantastic except for the gym. That was aweful. Hardly any weights.

Got in late from all day meetings and realized I forgot to bring a razor and shaving cream, just as I was thinking of how I could get one the front desk called to see if I needed anything. The brought a razor and shaving cream right up to my door. The attentive staff really made my stay pleasant.

Hotel is in great location, close to the airport. Friendly helpful staff. Have stayed here a few times for work and have never regretted it.

Hotel was nice overall. Nothing to really complain about it but one thing about not only the hotel, not only about Salt Lake, but Utah in general, you start talking about religion, no matter what you say, unless your a mormon your wrong. This place needs to get a life.
