I would give this place a negative Star if that was a possibility! Woke up this morning to find that there was NO HOT WATER for a shower. I decided to call the front desk and the guy "Ganesh" kept saying that he couldn't hear me. After finally getting to the point where he said he could hear me, I told him the problem and his suggestion was to let the water run for 2-3 minutes. I told him that I had already done that. He said that I had it turned to the wrong position and I assured him that I had tried both directions. Now bear in mind that it’s now pushing 9:30 in the morning and we are trying to leave. After waiting another 20 minutes with the water still running never to have attained a temperature of warm let alone HOT. I decided to go to the front desk where I found "Ganesh" watching his favorite soap opera on his phone and not doing anything to send someone to our room or help us out. Once he found out who I was he got really rude which upset me and he told me he was going to do nothing about refunding any of my money. He even made the comment "What you gonna do"? At that point, I was close to punching him in the face for the treatment that I was getting from him. He was very lucky that I was who I am other wise he might have found himself picking his teeth off the floor. Don't stay in this terrible place as I have come to find many other people that had no hot water and some of the stories are much much worse than that.
