Very nice hotel the maid service is excellent.

From now on, we will be staying where we know. My kids have been shushed by employees 3 times, and I have been told twice now to tell them to stop running. I tried to explain that they are kids, and that if they don’t like kids then maybe they shouldn’t allow them. Besides that, their pool is WAY over chlorinated. It literally burned our skin, and made it hard to breathe. So, we can’t even swim. Also, my son ran his finger across the top of the headboard, and got more dust than I have ever seen on a single piece of furniture. If that wasn’t enough, my 10 year old son got burned due to failure of their equipment. He was making a waffle. He went to turn the waffle maker over when his waffle was finished, so that he could get it out. The whole waffle mechanism tipped over and burned his arm. I asked for a refund and was told that they will not be refunding any of my money, and that I could go ahead and try to sue them. I already contacted the health department due to the chlorine issue, and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau on Monday. I would not recommend anybody stay here!

The hotel has come a long way. Almost all aspects have been taken care off and upgraded.

This place has change for the better since I lived around this area for 7 yrs, very clean they really cleaned up this place, have hot breakfast every morning I recomend it.

I can not believe the total lack of customer service! For two weeks now, I've been dealing with a false charge on our bill. $75 for a "missing" coffee maker and ice bucket. SORRY, we don't drink coffee, and while we stayed at the Murray UT location, 440 West 5300 South, the ice maker was out of order! So, we purchased our own ice. We also had to make several complaints about our room. Now, after almost 2 weeks. I've been dealing with a GM named KAHN who surprisingly doesn't have any paperwork about the said 'incident" and told me I would have to call corporate. So, I did. I was given a case # and told in 72 hours the issue would be resolved. So, two weeks later, after no calls, no emails, I am on the phone with corporate again, who is trying to get me to call the manager and resolve the issue. A. Why am I doing your job? b. It was all supposed to be handled two weeks ago. C. This ping pong game of calling the Utah GM, then calling corporate is BS! So, here is my resolution… I am calling all the media outlets in UTAH and Phoenix AZ, to investigate the fraudulent claim made by Choice Hotels owner. As this whole process began, I started doing research on reviews, etc and have nearly 50 complaints with the same MO — items missing from hotel rooms. I am sure there are more, as people don't check their bills or credit card statements monthly.

Don't stay here! We booked our reservation weeks back and got there and they were 7 rooms over booked and they didn't have a room for us! On top of that they took our $ from us already! Front desk wasn't helpful one bit!

I had a great experience. I'm really not sure what the complaints are about. Very hospitable, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good also. This is a great place to stay for the price.

Choice Hotels Quality Inn & Suites Murray — Salt Lake City South: 440 5300 S, Murray, UT 84123 This is absolutly disgusting. A picture can say 1000 words! I sent you a email and message. To anyone planning on staying in SLC, this Quality Inn is NOT suggested. I dont think its been cleaned in a very long time. Asked multiple times to change room at front desk and she even said she would be disgusted. The manger never changed us rooms. Sick when you have to wear socks also because the floor is so satrated that your feet turn black from all the filth. Please have them clean. This is Unhealthy!
