It was very clean! The front desk staff was awesome!

All very well, the rooms have enough space and everything very clean.

Hotel nice breakfast 0k had better at the other hoildayinn Express staff needs to train on check inn will stay somewhere else.

Needs a bar + evening food.

To whom it may concern, My name is. I have been frequenting this establishment for several years as I travel, the service has always been excellent, the rooms spotless and the housekeepers are always very friendly and very attentive, as I am very particular I like to compensate the girls well, my last visit I manage to catch the housekeepers to tell her, the tip was on the dresser, she politely informs me that the money is not there. Of course I was beside myself as I have been tipping $20+ for over 5 years and someone has been potentially stealing the money I designated for the housekeepers. I WILL NOT be returning here as long as this continues. If you are reading DO NOT leave tips in the rooms, always hand it directly to the housekeepers, do not permit this injustice.

Budget hotel. With clean rooms and friendly staff. The beds unfortunately were lumpy and the pool had cloudy water. If you are looking for a nice place to take the family I would go elsewhere… The target audience seems to be buisness travelers. Didn't feel unsafe while in parking lot. Located conveniently to the hospital and many medical offices. Also it is out the way so you don't get a whole lot loiterers in the area.

An amazing room! The vicinity to Intermountain Medical Center is nice! My room was clean and comfy!

The hotel was attractive in its decor and upkeep, the beds were comfortable and came with both soft and firm pillows, the room was very clean, and the toiletry products came from Bath & Body Works. The location is convenient to the Intermountain Medical Center hospital and is right off the Interstate. The breakfast is available from 6:30-9:30, and includes pancakes, eggs, omelettes, sausages, cereals, various breads and pastries (including hot cinnamon rolls), yogurts, milks, and juices. The service was great; they worked with us when we had a mistake in our reservation, and when we were disappointed in our plan to swim in the morning because they were balancing the chemicals in the pool and spa, the manager offered to give us a late check-out and invited us to spend the whole afternoon there. We weren't able to take her up on it, but we appreciated her courtesy.

The room was clean and nice. The hotel was very convenient for the places we needed to visit and go to. Breakfast was great and the two ladies putting it on worked very hard to keep things stalked and ready for us. The pool area was nice and clean with plenty of towels. Great stay!

This place is absolutely amazing. 5 stars hands down! The staff is always super helpful and kind. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious and always in top top shape. Complimentary breakfast and coffee, the pool is really nice and the fitness room is awesome! This is a very clean place and I feel relaxed right when I walk through the doors. My number one hotel!

This hotel is right off the freeway but easy to miss. The rooms are a decent size with comfy beds and your choice of firm or soft pillows. They all have microwaves and fridges. Check in was fast and easy. It has A nice pool and hot tub which are both inside. It is A pet friendly hotel however there is hardly anywhere to take your pet to do their business. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great place, everyone on staff has been helpful friendly and wonderful from the first person we encounter when we checked in to everyone else leave interacted with since we've been here. The free breakfast is really nice and it's just included in the price of the room. The rooms are great very large and spaces and well maintained definitely a place to check out if you need a hotel in this area.

Very Clean hotel. Was impressed with the breakfast they provided. Had a couple good workouts at their gym in the early a. M. As well where no one really bothers you. Didn't have a chance to check out their pool but it looked nice. Staff was really friendly, always a smile on their face and they seem to actually enjoy their jobs. The coffee at this location was great. Beds were comfy, room size was great. AC worked wonderfully, and the TV had plenty of channels to unwind in the evening. Overall, it was a great experience and I will be back.

Standard hotel, but has a good sized pool and hot tub that were fun to use. Also, there breakfast was diverse and filling.

Attended a baby shower for a colleague in an event room at this hotel. I love that the hotel is clean, modern, and has wonderful staff. We all felt very welcome and well taken care of. I hope to stay here as an overnight guest soon so I can take part in the other amenities.

Great service from one of the employees who takes care of the dining area. I also saw her help with the front desk. I believe her name is Loreen. She is very respectful in her interactions with the hotel guests and goes beyond normal customer service, and is a pleasent surprise. I highly staying at this Holiday inn when in SALT lake city.

I'm very pleased with my stay. My room was quiet and clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Employees were very friendly and polite.

Hotel was great! Comfortable, clean, and a good breakfast. The pool was also very fun for the kids. We will stay here again if we need to!

I was a little sad that the pool and hot tub close at 10pm. All the other holiday inns I've stayed at didn't close. Other wise nice hotel.

A pretty nice hotel for a decent price, and it's right off of I-15, so it's easy to get to and from. It has a small excersize room, a pool, free breakfast, and the rooms were nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Check-in was very easy and the rooms were clean and we'll made upon arrival. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms adequate. Shower heads were a little funny but shampoo and lotions were from Bath and Body Works. Breakfast in the morning was a good sized spread for a continental breakfast and the coffee was decent and didn't he trick. Cinnamon rolls were delicious. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautifully clean room with a great free continental breakfast. Though the hotel was situated between railroad tracks and the freeway, I didn't hear either of them. The room had a microwave and fridge and allowed for a great getaway for an anniversary.

Everything was okay. The room was a little squeaky. Like the floor s squeaked when walking around.

Nice hotel, and nice rooms. Railroad tracks are very close and is a bit noisey and you feel the train going by.

The hotel is new and very fresh looking. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The breakfast far above average. I would definitely recommend to friends.

5 Stars! Exceptionally clean! Great breakfast too! This is coming from a clean freak who brings their own sheet to lay on top of the bed. Bed was immaculate clean! Slept under the covers which is huge for me. Very happy with the stay. Bathroom was spic and span clean! Kudos to the housekeeping staff! Best hotel I have ever stayed at!

This hotel is amazing, the hot tub is large and actually hot, pool is clean and fun. Breakfast is great, rooms are clean and bright. Staff is amazing. I have stayed here at least a dozen times, and it's always top notch. Easy on and off from freeway, lots of parking, really just a great place to stay.

I stayed at this holiday inn for 5 nights with my family and I can't say enough good things. The hotel was super clean, the staff was very friendly, it was quiet, the maid service did a fabulous job. I was very happy with the amenities and the location is great. I will definitely stay here again if traveling to SLC. Thank you Holiday Inn Express.

WOW is all I can say when I look at this hotel! It's stunning! The staff is incredible and the rooms are so clean and fresh! The GM Brian is an absolute doll… and did I mention handsome!

I've stayed here twice now and have had a great experience both times. I have not had any issues with any of the staff. As a matter of fact, they have all been very friendly. The continental breakfast is also very respectable. Also, for all of you broheims who posted 1 star reviews without actually being there, well done. You are ruining someone's reputation and the business they represent because you saw a "video. " Don't leave a review unless you were actually there.

This hotel was great and all the people that work here are even better! My family and I spent 5 days here all the staff was fantastic. No matter what whether you were coming or going they always greeted us in someway, always helped in any way from directions, places to eat or even a ear to listen about our troubles of the day. Rooms are very nice and the breakfast were the best a great way to start the day. If I could rate this place higher I would.

Brand new building. Everything is up to date and working great. Rooms are spacious. Easy access to the I15 highway.

I guess I'll write a review of the hotel even though I didn't stay here, just like all of the other "bro" gentlemen who wrote reviews that also did not stay here. 1. ) All the men on here are friends with the gentlemen who was evicted from the hotel and heard only his side of the story. 2. ) There are two sides to every story. 3. ) I heard the side of the story of the individual who filed several noise complaints against the "player. "
The noise continued all throughout the early morning with vulgar, crude, and explicit language, that could be heard clearly through the walls. Making the "player" not actually asleep. The "player" was asked multiple times by the front desk to keep it down and did not abide. The manager knocked multiple times on the room door (with no response) before entering the room.
All I am saying is, don't slander an establishment or individual if you do not know the truth to both sides.

Comfy bed, nice crib (literally), great consistent HIE breakfast, good location off freeway but still quiet. Chose because it was between the zoo and IKEA. Friendly front desk and gentlemen who did the breakfast. Very accommodating for a family.

Stopped because it's close to the freeway and I was exploding to use the bathroom. Friendly staff, nice facilities. :)

First room smelled bad but they moved us into a larger, nicer room. Breakfast is great as usual.

There for a class. Good facilities and amenities. Only complaint — room way too hot and then too cold; need a more stable temp.

Newer hotel. Very well kept. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Pool/Hot tub were clean and just the right temperature. Parking lot was very well lit with visible security cameras (a plus for hotels in some parts of Salt Lake. ) Easy access to freeway and Usana Amphitheater. Breakfast was good. Would like to have had some fruit options, though.
