The hotel breakfast was excellent. The room had no desk or computer table, no refrigerator or microwave, no luggage rack for suit case, no chair or couch to sit in, and the pool / hot tub were broken. I usually like Hampton Inn but this was not a delightful stay.

This is a very welcoming hotel. Very conveniently located and also you get free breakfast!

Front desk person hardly spoke any english, although claimed to be a manager. Told me I couldn't enter my room until the other person, who I booked the hotel with, could show ID. We never even check in at other hotels, and just use our phones as keys (but he said that wouldn't work and nowhere should let us do that). He made me wait in the lobby for nearly 2 hours, and I couldn't set up the room for a romantic evening with my fiance. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

The hotel was okay. The staff was kind and helpful. I'll stay here again.

Room was great. Customer service was terrible. The guy at the front acted annoyed by our presence.

The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a good desk with a couple of USB charging outlets and plenty of power outlets. The bathroom is good sized and had plenty of towels. The shower head is an adequate spray but not luxurious. The heater in the room held the room to a good temperature and was only modestly noisy, however the fan blows right on you if you sit at the desk. There is room to move the desk over if you are going to use it a lot. The lobby, halls, and elevator have a worn look to them. This property could use some overhaul in those areas. The breakfast was edible but just edible. I was looking forward to a waffle, but I only ate a part of it before tossing it and trying something else. My suggestion is that if you want a good breakfast, skip this one and eat somewhere else. The staff at the front desk and at the breakfast area were very friendly. I would give the hotel a 4 star for the room, but less because of the breakfast and worn looking areas.

The window to my room was facing the back of a building where trucks load and unload so in the morning I was awakened by a lot of truck noise activity. The rooms in the hotel are a little run-down and I believe the hotel is due for a remodel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location with restaurants and shopping nearby. Free Wi-Fi was great and easy to use. The room was big, and the bed was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed soaking in the spa.

They were really nice and accepting. Didn't make you feel unwelcome. They were forgiving with us being late to breakfast and all. Overall fantastic.

"Me and my son had no place to go and he was crying so I had to find some place quick. Hopped on the net, whilst my 2 year pushing buttons I booked a room at Hampton. (accidently choosing a handicapped room) Oh did I ever pay for that! I'm done with Hampton Inn! Never again! 3 different hotels 3 horrible experiences! I'm over it! From bed bugs bitting my son in New Orleans, to him falling in the shower because your manger had no human decency! Thank you for ruining my already crappy Thanksgiving! Oh and did I mention my son is severely epileptic! The room has a severe echo! So when my son woke screaming in the night. Sorry neighbor, apparently they had no clean rooms or was it policy? They couldn't make up their mind both excuses were given to me! Boo and Shame on you!

The room was suoer clean and very elegant. Staff was polite. Rates were what was expected but well worth it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Very pleasurable experience.

Very clean rooms. Attentive staff. Excellent breakfast choices changed daily, except the waffles of course! The interior is dated and storage boxes ran out into the hall. I suppose for some folks that might feel like home!

I always stay at the Hampton inn, the guest service staff was great, room was clean. I thought the breakfast was so, not what I expected not enough food to choose from. So I went to IHOP. The hotel need to be renovated some, I want stay at that location next time. Hilton do have other hotels to choose from. Maybe down town salt Lake.

Room was great, except you had teenagers running up and down the halls knocking on doors was on 3rd floor, kids running, jumping all night they was on top floor Finally around 12:30 called main office. Didn't sleep very good.

Great location, lots of shoping near by an restaurants. The motel is nice and clean staff was excellent.

Rooms are very clean and nice. Hot breakfast is tasty. Frount desk staff isnt too friendly.

Room quality (cleanliness, appliances) on par with other Hampton Inns. Conveniently close to midtown Salt Lake, St. Marks hospital in particular. Wi-Fi signal was nice and strong. We had to change rooms half way through the stay, though, despite the desk clerk the night before telling us we wouldn't have to when we pushed back the check-out date. We were moved to an identical room. Wouldn't have been an issue, except that I was post-surgery, and the hotel is used to accommodating patients from the nearby hospital. Also, location-wise, its proximity to I-15 makes for less than posh surroundings. You definitely don't want to walk anywhere from the hotel…

The rooms were everything I expect from a Hampton Inn. The staff members were all very nice. My kids loved the pool, of course. The hot tub was hands down the hottest hot tub I have ever been in.

The room was nice and very clean. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The service from the lady that checked me in and the manager that checked me out were both wonderful.

This is a very clean hotel, the staff are friendly and very accommodating. The beds and pillows are good. There is a very strong smell on the 323rd floor, almost like oragano. We kept our window open and it was good. I just wish they had rooms with accessible showers that have 2 beds in rooms. As with most hotels we have to choose between his safety in getting in and out of a tub or me sleeping on the floor. Either way we loose.

Always the perfect getaway from home for my husband and I. Highly recommended, hot tub & pool area are always relaxing. The front entrance is always well kept. Breakfast is always hot & ready… Can't forget delicious.

I stayed here for 3 day while attending my son's wedding, the room was clean, the bed were very comfortable, the breakfast was very good and different everyday and the staff was very helpful. I woild stay again.

Not as beautiful as the other Hampton Inns that we have stayed at, however still nice. Breakfast was delicious and had many options. The staff was friendly. The beds were clean and very comfortable.

I had an overnight stay at the Hampton Inn and everything was great. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and really helpful. I had to work the day of my check out and they were super accommodating, letting me leave my luggage at the hotel till I was done working and could come back and pick it up. The hotel serves complimentary hot breakfast, which I definitely took part of! Pretty standard hotel food, eggs/bacon, oatmeal, breads, and yogurts and things. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly. Our room was clean and spacious. Pretty standard for the price. I'd probably stay there again.

Beds were outdated and had very few and very flat pillows. The swimming pool was ice cold and the hot tub was bathtub temperature. The breakfast was good.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn Salt Lake City/Murray was outstanding. Everyone on the staff was polite and very helpful. Our rooms and bathrooms were very clean and we slept well. The breakfast was wonderful! Our sons and daughter and their families came over and we visited for a long time in the Front living area. The grandchildren loved swimming in the pool. It was perfect! We enjoyed ourselves so much. It was our home away from home for a few days. We will be staying there when we return. Thank You!

Our friends travel a lot and try to save money by not eating out and cooking themselves. They were staying here and when they asked for a fridge for their perishables and the hotel accommodated them and put a small fridge in their room. Very excellent service and amenities.

Nice and servicable hotel. Free breakfast is not too overwhelming but that is expected. Room is a bit old school but clean. Diamond reserved parking is a nice touch but not necessary. Overall, not a bad stay.

It is clean. However there are no fridges in the rooms and no basic weights like most Hamptons have now. Staff is friendly.

Normally I've been pretty happy with Hampton hotels but my stay at the one in Murray Utah has soured me to a point of no return. I made my reservation well in advance but when I got to my room, there was no mini fridge. I called and asked if I could change rooms and without hesitation the desk clerk said there were none available. If he would have paused, pounded a few keys on the keyboard and lied, I probably would have excepted that. Then, my room was the first door you see when you step out of the elevator. I opened the curtain and boom… a loading dock with semi trucks parked and idling. There were only 2 other rooms worse then mine. The one above and the one below. Going to Marriott from here on out.
