Not as nice as they look on line. Our shower door was falling off, and beds were very small etc. Expensive for what you get. Sorry I would not recommend this place.

So this whole area is all about Bryce Canyon tourism. The prices are high and the motels don't look to great. This spot is no exception. It is very basic but close to the park. There is also Red Canyon park right next to it that looks great. They have free coffee in the lobby, but it was horrible. I worried about cleanliness when I saw all the water residue on the showerhead. I would avoid, but think this place should be like $35 a night for what it is.

It was awesome on the weekend we were able to get a room near Bryce Canyon with a whole bunch of other places were full and fully booked still $120 for the weekend night it's still awesome it's still awesome to be able to get that close to Bryce thank goodness they were open or at least had one last room.

It is what it is. We slept the night. Great firm bed (not joking, I love firm beds) small and affordable. Clean.

Old hotel but very clean and well maintained. You can't beat the price this close to Bryce Canyon. Hey if you on a budget this place is great. Nice folks from India own and operate it. Very nice.

Easy to find. Nicely decorated. Room smelled like there was a dead rodent somewhere. Mattress was old with wire springs poking you all over. I told the manager and he did not seem surprised. He just said he'd take off 10%… guess that means he has no intention of replacing mattress. Also, no breakfast foods. Only coffee.

Nice place for a night stay while traveling from Zion to Bryce. Pros: excellent rates considering that it is close enough to Bryce Canyon to see the sunrise. Cons: very few options for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

We stayed for one night, the prince was pretty good. The room was clean but the bathrooms need renovation. It's close to Red Canyon and Bryce Canyon. It doesn't have enough outlets for electronics and they don't serve breakfast.

Honestly, the place is more comfortable than I initially expected based off of reviews I found online on various websites. Checking in was easy and the front desk was polite. Rooms have television and cable with limited channels. A relatively large mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave all came with the room which made traveling a little bit easier. An Ice machine is also present in the main lobby area. Wi-Fi is present, but not a great connection (think buffering YouTube at 480p quality). The main reason for the 3 stars is the overall cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was a little dirty (some residue on the walls and in the bathtub). Coffee maker was a but dirty as well (when using it for hot water, the water that came out was tinted brown, presumably from leftover coffee inside the machine). The beds are comfortable and the pillows are firm enough for a good night's rest. AC unit works great and isn't too noisy. Overall I'd come back to this place if I was visiting Zion or Bryce again. Was the best value for our dollar during my trip, especially compared to other inns or Air BnBs in the area.

Picked to stay at this hotel because of the great rates. The room was clean and welcoming. Location is also good because it is quiet at night. My only complaint is that the water tasted like the pipes were rusting.

Great hotel. Rooms were very clean and staff was very friendly. It is very close to Bryce Canyon which was a plus. It is a two start hotel so don't expect much but necessary amenities to rest for a night. Would stay again.

The restaurant that sells burgers next to the hotel 🍔 has issue for making me sick 😷. I ate tuna sandwich that they made and next morning I got swollen eyes, itching all over body and hard to breathe. I got rashes all over my arms my back, my butt my legs. I went to see doctor right away, he said the histamine can cause reaction for all symptoms. I had research and they said tuna has highest histamine, I’m not sure if they can check up for quality. If you pay attention it located by the road close to the way to Bryce Canyon national park, it has green painting and selling fresh bakery 🏞 they guy from Prague he served the food there. If they have any case about this, then it’s the sign for histamine in the food, otherwise it’s about my allergy! I just put this notice to let them know, sorry I can’t find their page here.

Good location if planning to travel to Bryce canyon. Overall a good one night stay.

We spent a night, quiet and clean place, we were only sleeping so we didn't use any special hotel service more than the ice machine (free)

Room was good for the price, close to necessary locations, no issues were had.

Rooms were basic, but seemed to be clean. Friendly staff. I would stay there again. Good location. DO NOT go to the restaurant. $34 for two breakfast made with powdered eggs, cold toast, and not so good coffee. Bacon was crispy and server was nice. But that's it.

Very basic accommodation. Stayed twice at two different dates in different rooms. The air conditioning unit was ancient. The cable was not operational on both occasions. The bathroom faucets were difficult to operate. Basically it is not well maintained.

It was near the Bryce Canyon National Park and the room facilities. No breakfast and isolated, the village was 7 miles away. The staff should close the door if they are lying on the bed of the reception.

Owner sent us to a different hotel about a mile down the road, due to a leaky pipe. Alright, annoying but it happens. We ended up needing another room which, even though the place was mostly empty in January, he upcharged us on. We asked him why this room was more (even with one less bed! ) and he said, "because you want it" then proceeded to claim his system wouldn't let him negotiate prices. Pretty sleazy owner.

The price was a value deal. The room looked roomy and comfortable, and bed was soft. But after showering and using their towel, I began to itch — on my neck, legs and arms. I thought it was mosquito bites at first, but the next morning I woke up to bedbug bites. Not just a few. I counted 60+. 60+, about 25 on my neck, another 20 scattered around my arms and chin, and the rest on my stomach, back and legs. The most I had before was 17, and that was painful, but 60+? Ridiculous. My girlfriend had 0 bites, so I'm sure their towel was the culprit. I highly do not recommend. Please stay away from this hotel and look at a Motel 6 (I've used dozens and never came across this issue) or another, cleaner hotel.
