Very nice room! Very big and spacious! Front desk reception was also very nice!

This place is now officially a dive! Many years ago it was palatable, but not anymore. I guess they are renovating the hotel, but they should fire the painters because they have splashed paint all over the place!, on the carpet, on the walls, a very cheesy place now. They have a finicky Wi-Fi that likes to cut in and out on a regular basis. And their breakfast is a joke. Fake eggs, stale sausage, sketchy, mis-labled milk, and that's about it. Truly, truly disappointed in this hotel now. Will never come back. I would advise you to stay away as well.

The first room did not have cold water. The other 2 rooms the microwave did not work. We had to get a room at the hotel next door. And they still charged our card.

I had no choice where I stayed due my flight being cancelled I was stuck here bc United. The soap in the shower was already there. The room was not very clean but I have seen worse. The courtesy shuttle was filthy too but driver was nice. Go somewhere else.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. AVOID I have travelled the world staying in Radisson hotels as a preference. This hotel looks like a sad excuse for a student dorm. The halls are sketchy. The rooms carpet was stained. The shower wouldn’t stop. The toilet wouldn’t stop flushing. Smelt like a smokers room even tho is a non smoking room. Foundation on the bed sheets. We arrived at 1am and I couldn’t be bothered making a scene or look for another hotel. The only upside — bed was comfy!

Upon entering the room, the smell was very strong and bad. First night was a bug killing night as there were over 4 bugs killed on the wall and bathroom. Ceilings was moldy so I kept staring each time. Housekeeping needs more training as I found cigarette butts on the chair which means they dont dust or clean after each guest. Very disappointed with this country inn and suites by Radisson. The corporation needs to update and maintain their chain of hotels more often.

Horrible place. Smelled like mildew or mold. Breakfast was minimal. Elevator was filthy in the corners. Paint chips on the inside and outside of my door was chipping off. The lock on the door shook easily… I did not feel safe. The only reason they got one star was the staff was nice. Thumbs down for me.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It has a free shuttle service to the airport.
A great choice for your breakfast.
Spacious rooms for family or individual stay.
The structure is not new, but they have a good maintenance service on the premises.

Terrible. Room floor had stains, bed sheets were full of long hair, room smelt musty and disgusting. Extremely dated and not taken care of. Canceled the reservation and went down the street to the holiday inn. Worst hotel I have been in for years and I am a frequent traveler. Sorry for the bad post, but you should know better and have higher quality standards.

Rough spot, even next to an airport I expected more. Room was average, but I remember hoping the elevator would make it up to the 4th floor, poor creaking thing. Construction going on nearby and the city was doing something funky to the water pressure, not the hotels fault, but tough to handle all the same.

Good hotel and very close to the airport. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good also. Convenience!

Ooh, wish I would have read the reviews on this hotel before booking it. My issues are stained sheets and pillow cases. Cigarette burns on the toilet seat. Stains on the walls and doors. Heavily worn chair with holes and uncomfortably dirty. The shuttle took 40 minutes. The light is low so upon checking in at night I couldn’t get good pictures. I stayed at the Hilton last week for the same price and much better quality.

The gentleman who checked us in last night was very nice. We're traveling in a group of ten with a lot of children and it didn't get him upset. This is not a destination hotel, rather a clean stop over hotel that won't break the bank. The cereal is a little left of fresh and the carafe says whole milk but it looks and tastes like 1%. My pillow had black spots on it (that looked like mold) that I only discovered after I woke up this morning. The morning management said they couldn't do anything and made me describe the pillow… She then sent the 'breakfast lady' to our room to retrieve the pillow.

Got in late evening. Came in sat on my bed and fell off hit my head on A/C unit. The bed frame was broken/collapsed on the end I sat on. I call down to see if I could get moved to another room they told me the hotel was completely booked but the parking lot was empty! I believe I had the worst room in the building (204) there was mold in the shower that DRIPPED ALL NIGHT LONG! ROOMS DONT LOOK LIKE PICS! If I could give this hotel a (0 star) I would.

2 of the 4 floors have been renovated. I easnt on one of them. For a moment, I really thought it was 1995. Not at all bad for the price though. Besides, 1995 wasn't a bad year…

It was fine. Nothing special. Bed was good. They could do a little more with breakfast. They ran out of milk. Really? How are you supposed to eat the cereal with no milk?

But the Double Tree next door is much better. Rooms not so clean, old and worn out. For breakfast, only calorie bombs.

When I arrived, was not feeling the best, so I layed down and got a nice nights rest. Woke up feeling better… nice place!

I checked into my room to have yellow water running out of the faucet. I was assigned another room where the water was running out yellow again, and the air unit didn't work. I was advised that I could cancel my reservation when asking for help (great customer service skills). I was told that since there were no other available rooms that evening, they would send a maintenance guy to fix the air unit the following day and if it wasn't fixed I would have a different room. When arriving back to my room the 2nd night, I checked with front desk to see if my air had been fixed. I was advised that it had been fixed. Not only was the air not fixed but the air was raised to a higher temperature and off. On the day I was checking out, I went to have breakfast and when I came back to my room, my bed had already been stripped and towels were taken. I wanted to lay back down for a while and shower before having to leave. I was credited $15 a night… Wow thanks for ensuring I'll be back. Don't waste your time here.

Called from airport for shuttle. Never got an answer as the only person, very nice, was busy. Had to take cab at cost of $20.00. No pop in machine. Room very nice. Just doesn't have enough staff.

We arrived late after prebooking through the hotel directly. Staff was friendly but when we got to our floor it was clear it was going through some renovations. Inside room we found a filthy room with a king bed when we had our twins with us and had specifically booked double beds. When we called we were told they had no more rooms but would call next door to another hotel. REALLY?! The front desk staff even said out loud, " I told my manager he should not overbook us. " I was LIVID! Had an early flight to catch the next morning and this was so unnecessary. I have to say the 2 girls working that night did a great job at finding us a room but caught hell from me in the process. Ultimately I would NEVER choose this hotel again. It shows poor management.

Nice hotel. Great bed and pillows. Very comfortable. Good hot breakfast. We were only here for one night. Unfortunately, housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:30 to clean the room but checkout time isn't until noon. I went to the desk and complained about this. Then they knocked on the door again at 11:30 and opened the door. Ridiculous. How hard is it for housekeeping to check at the front desk to ensure that the guest has checked out of the room before they come to clean it?

Room was clean and spacious but the fridge was off and smelled like it hasn't been used in months. Above it all it was good.

Dead cockroach on the A/C unit. Room smelled of mildew. Pro being that it is very close to the airport, but that is also a con as low flying planes made it hard to relax. Pool was murky, couldn't see the steps, let alone the bottom of the pool. Cheap though, so get what you pay for.

Great location, very nice staff, needs to be updated which I was told they are in the process of. Be aware, they share the same outside pool as the Comfort Suites next door even though it's on the Country Inn's property. This tells me it is the same owner. Very clean and helpful.

It was clean and pleasant but it wasn't all the way to the top floor in excellence. The breakfast was great! Though, if you'd ask me to stay again, I would. I was asked what floor I d like to be and I apppreciated this. I am a travel agent.

Booked through Expedia, paid, and received a confirmed reservation. Walked through the hotel front door one hour later at midnight on 7/22/17 expecting a smooth check-in. The desk clerk explained that the hotel was sold out. She refused to consider my Expedia confirmation email. My taxi had already left the property so I walked to two other hotels with my family to find accommodation.

Not impressed. Our reserved room wasn't available and the staff made it seem like it was our fault. Need to work on customer relations! Don't want excuses and that is all we got. Will choose another hotel next time. The outside and hallways do not reflect on the room conditions… Once again, not impressed!

Great spot nice staff and great price not the Ritz but the service is. Convenient to service. Wish breakfast was a little more but go to one of the close places. I would stay again.

HORRIBLE! Stayed here a week. I've never been so ready to get back home. Had to change rooms the 2nd night I was here. Flying bugs all over the room. Even on the pillows. Second room same issue. Like if you can afford to go to a better hotel DO IT! Or even go to Best Western that's right by it. But avoid this place!

I had the unfortunate luck of missing my connector flight so I was forced to spend a night in Houston. I got a voucher for a discount to stay at a hotel and the voucher place found me Comfort Suites. I paid for it and called the Comfort Suites to get picked up. The front desk lady said she couldn't find it and to call back in 5. I did that, she still couldn't find it. She said call in 10 minutes. I do that and she said she has received it yet (apparently it gets faxed to them). So I told her that I was given a confirmation number and she said it was wrong because it wasn't 6 numbers. All the while she is not being very helpful, and being pretty condescending. The last time I spoke to her I told her that my credit card was charged and that I was told I had a room already. She told me, "well it looks like you wasted your money so you better call them back". I do that and finally get it squared away and come to find out Comfort Suites had overbooked and they moved me to Comfort Inn. I thought I was good. Nope. It took 1 HOUR TO GET PICKED UP BY THE SHUTTLE! I get there and the front desk lady looks like she hates her life, no smile, no customer service skills whatsover. Some "manager" that was dressed like she was ready to go to the club helped her cancel a second charge that she was trying to do. And she tried to play it off like, "He never told me he already paid". I told her I had a reservation. I was so annoyed at that place. Worst experience ever.

They overbooked the hotel and I was stuck in a smoking room, even though I reserved a non-smoking. I woke up with a sore throat from the smell. Unacceptable.

Watch out — — you may get trapped in a smoking room! When we arrived, we found out that we had been given a smoking room, despite the fact that we had not requested that. After a lot of back and forth with the hotel staff and manager it became clear that they had no intention of getting us a non-smoking room or reimbursing us: our options were that room or else loose our money and find somewhere else. We learned from the desk staff that two other guests had just left for the same reason, and then this happens just about every night. So they obviously have their booking system worked out so that get people booked and stuck unknowingly in smoking room. We were pretty tired so we eventually just put up with the stinky room and stayed.

Stayed a couple of times. Sort of a dump. Someone there took my credit card information and decided to spend my money. Recommend staying somewhere else.
