I have stated that this La Quinta for the past 10 years whenever I am flying out of the country. The hotel has a park like setting. I can park my car there for 10 days, take a shuttle and when I come back, my car is there ready to go. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is good. I highly recommend everyone using this inn when flying in and out of Houston International.

Our flight home got cancelled and messed up (courtesy of United), so we stayed here. The staff was very nice and accommodating, knowing how frustrating is is to have a flight cancelled. They were extra kind. The room was nice. The bed was so comfortable I fell asleep right away. The breakfast is very good. I would recommend this Hotel.

Good option for those who arrive to travel or is out.

This La Quinta is nestled in a nice little neighborhood and has some beautiful scenery. The staff was very friendly. The room was nice, with plenty of room to move about and was, cozy. I wasn't able to take advantage of it, but there is an indoor pool and hot tub. I look forward to my next stay.

For everything that matters, this hotel was great. I needed a hotel near the airport, not a resort. The room here was spotless and clean smelling, the staff was friendly and helpful, and has a couple restaurants in walking distance (safe walking at night too). Plus, the front desk clerk handed me a couple of menus for restaurants that deliver, so I even had a choice for that. Nothing exciting (and I mean that in a good way! ) but just a safe, clean, quiet night's sleep before the next days flight.

The hotel is pretty good and the rate is correct for its location very near the international airport and George Bush. They have a shuttle free to the airport and a swimming pool. The only thing I did not like was the breakfast very seedy with plastic utensils, paper plates, and a very limited selection of things. The staff, nearly all latino, is very friendly and they let me do the checkin and checkout several hours before and after the official.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating! I arrived in after 11p, which is their shuttle cut off and they still picked me up. That's what you call great service! It was clean and comfortable and breakfast was a bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved it! Comodo, with all the facilities! Excellent for travelers and families! Close to the airport!

I stayed here one night and toured most of the hotels here in Houston. I was here from Austin working and my boss had put me up in several hotels here in Houston. I have to say this was not a 5 start stay but it was very nice. 4 stars LA Quinta of Houston. Breakfast was tasty and the atmosphere was calming. I highly recommend this place to a friend or family member.

We booked a room with two double beds for one night before flying out the next morning. There was stains, hair, and crumbs on the sheets and comforters of both beds. After lying in bed for 20 minutes I had five bug bites. We also found wrappers of food from previous guests on the floor and bugs in the bathtub. I am never one to complain, but I felt very uncomfortable in this room so I went to the front desk and asked to switch. The man working the front desk did not listen to anything I said and was extremely rude. After going back and forth he agreed to switch us to a new room, that ended up being very clean and satisfactory. I wish we didn’t have to switch in the first place, and I didn’t have to deal with a rude worker! He also charged us an extra $10 for switching rooms. I would never go back here!

Friendly service and clean rooms and convenient shuttle service to and from airports. What more can you ask for. Small store has most of you necessity items but the only one down side is that if you want, or need something they don't have there is really nothing in walking distance. There is a 24 hour restraint (Hot Bisquit) just a few hundred yards away. I did not go there but it was nice to know it was an option. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very clean. The staff accomadated an early arrival. Very pet friendly. They also provided a crib upon request. Breakfast is very varied, with hot and cold items. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is the suites fold out sofa bed was horrible and needs to be updated. I have slept on many foldout beds and this one was definitely the worst. Would stay again just not on a sofa bed. :)

We were very pleased with this hotel. Excellent appearance, beautiful entry foyer with comfortable chairs and sofas in which to lounge as we watched TV and listened to the Christmas music in the background. The breakfast was outstanding and very well kept with a delicious assortment of foods. The weather was chilly, so the pool water was too cold to enter, but we did sit in the relaxing water of the hot tub both in the afternoon when we first arrived, as well as the following morning. The water itself, we could tell, was clean, however the bottom of the hot tub could definitely use a good scrubbing. It would be worth their while to have maintenance drain and scrub that out. It would give a greater degree of confidence to anyone wanting to use it. The temperature was a soothing 104. The shuttle to and from IAH had a most pleasant and courteous driver. I would highly recommend this hotel for the reasonable amount charged.

The hotel has a beautiful courtyard and breakfast area. There is a free breakfast in the morning with which you can enjoy the view too! The staff was very friendly and helpful and there is a free shuttle to and from the airport. There are refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms.

This is one of the few La Quinta's that that I have not liked. Typically they are so consistent. The hotel was very dated outside the lobby. My room smelled musty. The bed was only marginally comfortable. There was a dead roach on the AC. And the hotel was super loud by the airport and freeway. Although that last one isn't really their fault. Plus when I have to lean over the counter and yell at the staff because they are busy playing games on their phone it's super annoying.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. House keeping is on it. They make sure you have everything you need for ur stay. They have a security guard and a police officer here on duty. VERY safe. VERY quit. I had a nice time there will be going back. They also have Hot breakfast n the morning. Fresh coffee for the coffee drinker. They have truck parking for Big trucks BOBTAIL ONLY.

Houston la quinta hotel excellent base houston the center and edge but the city of galveston are very beautiful city with freeways spectacular with its steps high note a standard of living very high and good travel for us is very noticeable throughout the country is very beautiful.

Super clean and friendly environment.

This hotel is excellent. It is beautiful, clean, and well staffed. It's convenient to eating places and convenience stores. The pool and grounds are beautiful. Airport shuttle service is outstanding. We will always stay here when in Houston.

From the moment I made phone contact to the moment I checked out everyone I came in contact with was amazing! The rooms were clean and the food was good. I would definitely stay here again. ⭐️

The hotel is nicely done in the rooms and hallways are decent the elevators need quite a lot of refreshing. They are dirty and just run down kind of looking like a service elevator. The bed is comfortable the heating and air conditioning system worked perfectly the room was clean carpet and Decor updated. We did have a problem upon checking in there seem to be some confusion about what rooms were available however given the current situation in the area with limited Hotel access it's understandable they would be overwhelmed. The staff was more than friendly apologetic and extremely patient.

Clean Spacious room. If you like Being near Pool ask for Room on 1st floor facing Pool? Not able to get to Continental breakfast. Recommend — Has Shuttle to Airport.

This place is just an outdated dump. Doors barely work. Furniture, bed, bedding really outdated and needs renovation. My room and the floor in general stunk of cigarette and pot smoke. "Gym" as they call it, is just a tiny room with one of those dangerous multi-purpose cable machines from the '70s. Two crummy treadmills and one doesn't work; the one that does is rickety and innacurate. The elliptical is completely broken and very loud and something inside clanking around. Outdoor pool is dirty and not maintained, no towels. The hot tub out there is just a pool of dark brown water. Nowhere to run outside either as there are no sidewalks for more than a 1/4 mile and the roads are very busy with no shoulder.

Brittany and Daniel at the front desk are amazing! They received us warmly at the beginning of our stay and made sure we were aware of the eats available around the property! Our room has a fantastic view and the property is just georgeous as a whole. We will be returning to this location next time were in town! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My name is Amador Gomez I have stayed at La Quinta at 11130 Northwest freeway for several months off and on. Folks not a good location, the smell of pot ran down the hall ways, cops always on location, and the dirty looks from Maria were not nice. So I changed locations and I tell you what, this location here is by far the best Location, the cleanest and by far the most friendliest I have every stayed at. Just would like to say the management team and staff are all wonderful. Great Job guys keep up the good work…

This is a pretty typical La Quinta. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and nothing fancy. My room felt a little stuffy every time I walked into it, even with the temperature turned low. There is a free hot breakfast every morning. Pool and hot tub. Wasn't too noisy or anything. Overall, this is a decent hotel on a budget.

We spent a few days of unforgettable, my family and I stayed at this hotel and it was an excellent choice, the ambiance is spectacular the deal on the Front Desk at our arrival was quick and efficient, the breakfast of very good quality, the rooms very clean and fresh, I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I hope to go back soon.

Really awesome fresh smelling rooms. They must be using some thing new. Shuttle driver was really helpful and the front desk staff was very inviting.

This is one of my favorite La Quintas. The staff is so friendly and professional. The rooms are very comfortable and accommodating. They have a lovely courtyard with a gazebo at which to relax. They recently expanded their breakfast to include omelets and sausage and biscuits. Good move!

I stayed at the La Quinta Inn by the IAH airport for one night, and found the hotel not to be in great shape. The room felt tired. There was clear water damage on the bathroom door, noise from the hallway and elevator easily found its way into my room, and the room simply didn't feel clean. The breakfast was mediocre as well. Next time I need to stay overnight near the airport, I'll go somewhere else.

Following a 3 week business trip at one of Amazon's Houston sites, I was to depart on 6/12 from the IAH airport in Houston to RDU Raleigh, NC. Due to weather, many flights were cancelled and I had to stay in Houston longer than expected. I asked Amazon's travel agent, Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT), to set me up with La Quinta Inn because they were close, affordable, and I've had good experiences in the past. The Carlson agent was prompt, courteous, and thorough, but was reluctant after speaking with Denise at the La Quinta South location on JFK Blvd. I called ahead to make sure my reservation was all set. I actually had to call several times before getting and answer. Denise did finally confirmed my reservation. When I arrived, Denise told me she needed my credit card. Assuming she meant only for incidentals, I gave it to her and made mention as I was warned by Amazon's travel department to make sure the room rate was direct billed to Amazon. She replied "I don't know nothing about that". I asked her if she could follow up with CWT and she promptly refused. She then tried to charge the entire stay in advance to my personal credit card. I told her if it was the only option, I would have to transfer funds. She said that otherwise I would be spending the night in the parking lot. After I paid for my stay in advance, I expressed to Denise that so felt her behavior was unnecessarily rude and I'd like to follow up with her manager.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean! The bed was super soft too and good pillows! The Continental breakfast wasn't very good. Coffee was burnt, biscuits hard, but the waffles were good. Elevator needs some maintenance and the pool is getting worked on.

Bed was super comfortable and the room was a good size. Breakfast was pretty bad for continental, which obviously is never great but this was particularly poor quality. They also originally put us in a room that had a current occupant so that was awkward but the issue was quickly resolved. Friendly staff, particularly liked their airport shuttle driver.

It was disgusting we had cockroaches in the room the day we were my family and I… on the table where we had the dinner meal appeared to want to eat also to photos I take.

They did not live up to the other La Quinta there were water satins on the wall the recliner look like something they grab off the side of the road it had holes in it and stains. There was no trash bags in the trash can the bathroom sink was clogged up the tub was not clean I would not recommend this location to anyone.

They give free shuttle service with free of charge when need. Very clean. Reasonable room rate.

My flight was late and need a place to stay near airport. Here is very good! Affordable, staff friendly and very helpful. Hotel clean, rooms very comfortable. Room was large, shower was great! Simple breakfast-no hot stuff, but making waffles machine that can produce fresh waffles in the shape of Texas! Definitely will come back to live.

They broke my $1000 laptop and are now avoiding me. The general manager was off the weekend that I stayed and the front desk girl supposedly took pictures and sent them to her yet she never contacted me so now I am having to take legal action against them. ALSO, when I was there the jacuzzi didn't work and they weren't helpful at all or welcoming. The front desk person that was there when I checked in (it was her first day) had an attitude and when she was finished checking us in, she just kinda started walking away. We had to ask if we were finished. She never said anything. We called downstairs two separate times to ask what they knew about transportation around the city or restaurants nearby and seriously both times, they were just like "No. " They didn't offer any solutions or try to be helpful. They seemed to be rushing me off the phone. I would never stay here again and once I get this legal issue settled, I never want to see a La Quinta again! I guess it's what I get for trying to save a little money.
