Very old and dusty rooms I do not recomended to people who suffer with allergies.

Not too bad with customer service. Bed were okay /: and was clean kinda.

Had a nice time at the La Cops Inn. Spent some time there with a friend. The manager was courteous at check in. The room was nice and clean. The bed was nice and soft making rest comfortable. Most importantly the rest rooms were clean and you wouldn't be able to tell if there were other guest checked in to any other vacancies. I would stay there again if the opportunity arrives again.

Ordered a non smoking and was placed in a smoking room very bad smell they need to clean a/c filter or unit.

Love there rooms and there services.

Simple and good quality rooms. Meeting room is a good size.

Fantastic staff. Clean rooms and fantastic pool with a waterfall.

Never again, beds lumpy, room smelled like urine and management could careless.

Room 150 smelled funny and the pillows are too small, they should use bigger pillows. We bought better pillows at wal mart for 3 bucks each, so it is not expensive to invest in better pillows and air freshener.

Not worth the deal. Staff was very helpful and friendly, but the condition was a little run down. Sheets had weird stains.

Nice place to stay, inside the downtown area, not much costly but if targeting south padre than it's little far from there. You can find alternatives near to south Padre for same or lesser price. But good quality rooms and service otherwise.

Awesome place to stay. Friendly. Nice pool. And they are very clean rooms. I recommend this place to stay when u in valley. \°/

Had a every good stay, staff very helpful and very nice, clean rooms comfortable. Good breakfast. will be staying for a second time have already made reservation.

We were told the suit had a king size bed and a sleeper sofa… when we got to the room there was a king size bed and a futon. We were going to deal with that till we pulled back the covers and there was dried blood all over the cover and sheet. The lady in the front was helpful and moved us right away to a suit that had a king size bed and a real sleeper sofa. However, there were no towels and the bathroom floor had hair on it. There was also no remote for the TV in the bedroom. Horrible nasty place.

I stayed here a couple of time and found the Winter Texas make the stay very enjoyable. Staff very helpfull. Hope to get a chance to stay again. a canadian.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, hot water, near the mall and mayor stores.

Bed is very uncomfortable. TV broke in one room… mold/mildew on walls. Noisy outside, no quiteness. Breakfast was not good, the milk was sour and very poor selection of food. Cigarette smoke seeps in through the walls or door. Very gross. No extra outlets to plug in your laptop or accessories. Would never stay here ever again!
