We had my son’s and his friends graduation party there may 14 (Castaneda family) and everything was great the food the dance floor and the guys at the bar (Steven and the girl were great The suites were great and the shuttle van drivers very good Thank you so mch from my family Gracias se los agradecemos!

The overall stay wasn’t terrible. The rooms were decently sized, breakfast was great. We came in Friday, left early Saturday morning and were our all day. There wasn’t a sign available to us to leave on the door notifying housekeeping that we would forego their entry as we didn’t need extra towels and no point in cleaning the room as we would be gone anyway. However, when we returned that night our room door was open. Housekeeping had replaced the towels and only made 1 bed. Our door was open with all of our belongings the ENTIRE day. Pure carelessness.

This is one of the worst places you could ever stay in Lubbock. Prostitution up and down the hallways the staff lets it happen and when I complain to the sales manager Janie she told me to mind my business. Very classless.

Great clean place friendly Attendant.

The pool was clean and well maintained. I didnt have to ask for an extra towel for swimming as they were provided at the pool. The coffee in the room is actually not crap its Starbucks. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff is very friendly and professional, food is amazing.

The staff here is genuine. I felt like they enjoyed having me as a guest. Don’t turn your nose up because it is not brand new. The food in the restaurants were good. They may be older but they are a 5 star!

Great place for a great value. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the rooms large and spacious. It was a great value. I wish the breakfast had a non-dairy, non-meat option, but everything else was great.

The location was amazing, right in the heart of Lubbock in my opinion. The name of it definitely doesn't lie, the hotel is very clean and has a nice atmosphere to it. All the employees were friendly and the rooms were very tidy. Overall, would stop by again!

I like how big our room is, that we have a living room separate from the bed room. I like that there are lots of restaurants close by and a Walmart across the way. I like the reasonable price of the room. The breakfast buffet is great, happy hour is good too.

I enjoyed this hotel greatly. The bed was so comfortable I really did not want to get up. The room was very spacious. The breakfast buffet was above average, but the kicker to breakfast was the made to order omlette and waffles.

Well we checked in Friday around 6:30pm our room that smelled very musky, plumbing in toilet can very close to going over, tub didn’t drain well floors were very sticky.
But over all customers service was very good, food was very good!
May or may not stay again not sure?

Stayed one night on a road trip. Hotel was very nice. Parts of the place were out dated, but key things like water pressure for shower was great. Best part of the stay was the breakfast. Definitely better than I expected. The staff all around was incredibly friendly and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

This hotel is clean and great. Staff is nice and courteous. The rooms are clean and quiet. I like it being close to Texas Tech. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. And lots of shopping places. A pizza place and a daiquiri to go place as well.

Service is great, but I can't figure out how the rest of the hotel is still standing… it gives new meaning to living on a prayer. The breakfast was average and I ended up going to the 7-11 across the street for better breakfast. This place is falling apart, the fire alarms are painted over, smoke detectors are just hanging by their wires from the ceiling and no fire sprinklers, I did not really feel safe here knowing that and having construction in the building. It seemed everything had years of dirt and grime. Don't worry about the smell, you eventually get used to it. During my 5 minute shower the tub filled completely with water, lucky I was alone and there were not 2 showers back to back or there would have been flooding. The drains are clogged. Had I not been so tired I would have found a better hotel for less money. The website photos are not accurate to what the hotel really looks like. If you're looking at the pictures I posted and wondering what is dripping down the wall, it's blood… yes blood, right above the bleach stain on the carpet… was there a murder in room 401? I want my money back and my clothes still smell like an old wet basement. As I read the other reviews I cannot for the life of me figure out how others can rate this place with 5 stars and call it clean. Were we in the same hotel?

Everything was excellent! Customer service was great. Staff at desk registration was efficient. Rustler Diner employees were superb and housekeeping was very helpful. We had a very pleasant stay. We recommend this stay for future events. AjHunter Room.

Excellent beds and great service. The free breakfast was great with an omelet bar. The coffee was ok. A solid hotel at an excellent price.

I'll start off by saying the service is good and attentive. But that is the best I can say. The rooms are showing quite a bit of wear with flooring peeling up and parts of the ceiling flaking off in the shower. Despite the advertisement of having great and comfortable beds, I had a difficult time getting to sleep and staying asleep. To add insult to injury, I now have a substantial knot at the base of my neck causing sharp pain anytime I turn my head. I think I'd have fared better sleeping on the floor.

The room was nice and the staff was very helpful I would recommend this motel to any family or friends visiting Lubbock. They have a complimentary breakfast with a omelet bar which is awesome.

Their claim to the comfiest beds is true. I have only had a bed this comfortable in a 5star hotel. They are going through a remodeling and there are a few things that need attention. But haven't figured out why someone would paint the inside of the bath tub!? Peeling paint may have got in the drain, slowing down tub drainage. Housekeeping was great. Ms. A. Williams did a great job. Conference facilities we're good and facilitated the training conference well. The food was great.

It was very beutiful and my mother, friend, and I enjoyed being here. The service was great, and had a pool. Which I enjoyed being in.

Internet works but is not the greatest. Not the cleanest rooms but passable. Beds are fairly comfortable. Tv and air conditioning work well. Breakfast is normal and offers omelets. Overall ok hotel. Years later and the internet is terrible.

Very nice accommodations, clean and modern rooms, building is old but well kept. Room service was very good and food was great! Staff super friendly and accommodating. I had a good very good stay here and definitely recommend for entire family.

Service was pretty good. People there are nice, food is alright, location isnt too bad and you get 2 bed rooms.

Customer service was great. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Room could have been cleaner. Hair from previous customer was on the shower walls, the ofc chair, and the wood floors weren't as clean as they shud be. Issues with parking. Had to park in the back which caused us to walk thru the entire building just to get to our room. The elevators we first came to wudnt get us to our room. That was a little aggravating after 12hrs at a sports event. Otherwise for the price it was ok.

Convenient access from IH and cross town roadways, good identifying signage, and personal service. As good as Hilton and Four Season experiences that I have had in large cities, but rooms perhaps slightly less elegantly appointed. Full service bar and adjacent restaurant. Nice clean indoor pool and adjacent exercise room with machines and free weights. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV in rooms. Parking is free. Restaurant has a "included breakfast buffet" that was wonderful to a person for whom breakfast is the main meal of the day: great selection of fresh hot items, cold juices and milk, and hot fresh coffee and tea service.

Had Christmas buffet thought it was 14.95 but had prime rib and did not know it was 10.00 dollars each person and also drinks extra till time to pay. Felt tricked They gave no menue with prices would not go again. Meal was not worth 30.00 each person.

This is a very nice place with an awesome restaurant. Customer service gets 10 stars. We stay there everytime we are in Lubbock and won’t stay anywhere else. They always take good care of us.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very cozy and clean. Very nice staff and I love that they serve Starbucks here. Nice big breakfast and free at that. Also very quiet here. Only complaint would be maybe the carpet it seems out dated and they need to replace it with hard wood floors or something.

Had a great time here with my family. Breakfast is fantastic, create your own omelet and much more. Free with room. Lunch and dinner are great too. Bar is a great place to hang out and have fun.

This review is from a one nights stay. The service was great. The room was minimally finished but what was there is clean and well maintained. Breakfast had a less than average selection and tasted alright.

Friendly staff. The hotel is in need of some updating. They didn't clean my room the first day of my stay… but when I told the front desk, they quickly sent someone to do it. Rooms include fridge and microwave. The bed was way too soft, sunk in the middle. The meeting room for our event was well set up but coffee was awful. The meeting room also was very damp.

Nice clean rooms. Convenient location. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Friendly staff. Indoor pool is okay but no hot tub. Small gym.

Great hotel. Really enjoyed my stay. From arrival to departure everything was perfect. Great friendly staff, clean rooms, clean bathroom, quality linens and toiletries, quiet, and great live music by Thomas Craig Elliott. I would definitely stay again. This hotel should share how to provide great services with all the others in the hospitality industry.

Attended a dinner at the Pecan Grill with friends. Service and food were both outstanding. I would highly recommend this establishment.

My husband & I enjoy the Overton every New Year's Eve for Dinner & an overnight stay. We love the staff and the NYE couple's dinner.

Amazing staff they are very friendly. This hotel is the top of the line for Lubbock. Easy access to highways, and it's straight across from campus.

Really beautiful place, clean and well supplied room. Awesome view of town. Service could NOT be better, quick response and always gentle. They even helped me when I had to return a package to amazon, weeks after a left the hotel (and the country). Really appreciated! I would definitively stay there when in Lubbock. Totally recommended!

This unique Lubbock, Texas hotel has beautiful decor and a warm west Texas welcome. The service is top notch and the rooms are very comfortable. Excellent customer service. Top notch 5 star hotel!

We've stayed here before and loved it, the pool tower is a nice accommodation, this time… not so much, not clean, a/c sketchy at best, fridge tiny and kept swinging from room temp to deep freeze, needs TLC and probably some training for the staff, side note, they are all very friendly and did their best to be helpful, Management / Owners need to put some money back into the hotel… until then we won't be back.

I rested well after our long trip from Maryland. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The waffles for breakfast oh my I still wish I could have them for breakfast everyday! Of course this trip was taken in 2015.

The staff was kind. The room was very clean. Sheets and towels were changed when we got back to the room the 2nd night. My complaints about the room would be lack of outlets and there was no exhaust in the bathroom. There was only two outlets on the nightstand lamp. They brought us a cart for luggage the morning we departed upon request. Although, the luggage carts weren't exactly the newest ones around. I would have liked to check out the bar and restaurant and of course the free breakfast, but they were so packed because of graduations his weekend it was impossible. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel looks great in the pictures and the lobby is really nice. You can tell that it was probably gorgeous about 20 years ago. But once you look up close, you can see that it's a crumbling mess. This building has not been well maintained or even really well cleaned in too long. It has thick popcorn ceilings, which is probably full of asbestos. The carpets are filthy and pulling up from their tacks at doorways and the wall. There is mold and small dead bugs in the bathroom. The bathroom door lock doesn't work. The buffet breakfast was nice, but they ran out of food. And the staff was really rude when we asked for silverware and told them that they had run out of food. I would NEVER come back.

Lovely staff, they went above and beyond to help a bride of mine (I'm a portrait/wedding photographer) & the restaurant has great food & drinks!

Can't complain about anything, all around decent visit. Breakfast ran out but there was a very large amount of people there. Beds were comfy. Water pressure for showers were nice, and everything worked fine.

Was the worst stay ppl very rude! Went for drinks in the bar they didn't want to help u and if u wanted another drink u have walk up to the bar get it. Service suck! That's y theyes get no stars at all. Better off at motel 6. Really!

Horrriiibbllleeee stay. The breakfast was good and thats about it. Staff rude. Elevator doesnt work walked six flight of stairs with 2 children. I was checking in and I had told them our key wasnt working, and a staff member had told me " things still need to be fixed since they bought the hotel over! " That made me concerned espically for my kids. Please do not stay here unless you dont mind your children or even you, getting stuck in an elevator that opens and closes while your in it!

If I could have given less stars, I would. The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional kids. Rooms were dirty, smelled, & our reservations were all messed up. They charged multiple cards for the same room and the Manager wont speak with you, if you call its just voicemail. No hot water for 2 days and refused to discount rooms for it. Ill never stay here again. The sidewalk would have been more accommodating than Zach, Susan, or any other staff members. (Other than the breakfast cafe staff. They were the only good thing. )

I book the MCM about once a month for a specialist appointment I have. The location is ideal for my needs. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Also, the breakfast buffet is top notch!

MCM Elegante Lubbock did a fantastic job with a birthday party for our great aunt & uncle. The room was clean. The toilet & shower drained a little slow. The staff was amazing!

Great affordable price. I stayed there with 3 friends the other night. The room service was quick. The place was very clean (including the downstairs bathrooms). We heard nobody at night. The lady who served breakfast was so friendly! The breakfast was very tasty. It included eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, and much much more. I highly recommend this place.
