Late arrival staff sent shuttle. No problems. Check in smooth and welcoming.

Absolutely an excellent place for a Family or Business gathering with very professional staff.

Great place as are most Bonvoy properties.

Room service temporarily out but understandable bv of Covid spike.

Checked in 8/11/21, room 637 for 4 nights due to hospitalized parent. Hotel elevators have dirty carpet with large stains. Our doorknob handle was glitchy at best. Last night we realized housekeeping had made our king size bed with full size sheets. We couldn’t both be covered. This morning I spilled my coffee on comforter so stopped on our way to hospital to ask if housekeeping could please change our sheet to a king size sheet and bring us a fresh comforter; give us a couple more coffee pouches when they cleaned our room. Mind you, housekeeper cart was 3 doors away from our room. Front desk staff apologized for sheet mess up and assured us they would take care of it. We returned a few hours later and found our trash near door, coffee soiled bedding on floor, sheets in a pile on bed (for US to make bed ourselves) coffee pkts thrown on table. Our room was not cleaned. My husband stepped outside and spoke to the housekeeper. She told him we weren’t scheduled for a cleaning and rudely told him that if he wanted resolution, he could talk to the housekeeping manager. I heard whole rude conversation. I took pictures and I went downstairs to speak to the same 2 employees. They were very shocked when I showed them pictures especially of our bed. They apologized and said they would talk to the manager but they would get taken care of right away. I think them and said that I really just wanted our bed to be made, and the soiled comforter and sheets taken away.

We went for Easter buffet and it was very poorly supplied. The salad bar was lettuce, they had 2 pisoles, only ham for meat entree, and omelets. Sixteen people were very disappointed and we feel we should share this, so others will not be so disappointed. Marriott is off our list and we feel we should be reciprocated. Very poor.

Great hotel, great facilities, and the entire staff were completely professional. I also appreciated the 24/7 shuttle that was available to take me to area restaurants. Thanks Marriott, I will be back.

Good rooms, quite, slept good and really close to the El Paso airport.

Our accommodations were wonderful. Our room was over looking the beautiful pool. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Was a bit hot in this Texas heat. We cooled off quickly with a dip in the pool and our air in our room turned up. They have a beautiful steam room, and a nice lounge area. Our stay was very comfortable. We did order coffee for room service, it was very good.

WOW! What a hidden treasure! We have been traveling cross country for two weeks and have experience overnight stays in several hotel rooms. This is such a great hotel for the price. Should of room service, it has all the amenities of a luxurious 5 star hotel along with a very accommodating staff everywhere you turn.

This Marriott is right next to the El Paso Airport and is close to every type of food. If you're visiting someone at Fort Bliss, it's a 7 minute drive. The hotel is in need of a refresh but the room was clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. Room service was speedy and the food good. Speed bumps and a ton of birds makes the rear and side parking lots off putting. Your car will be covered in bird poop.

Average Marriott. The Sauna does not really work and sometimes the shower does not produce hot water. I stayed there for 3 weeks and had to take a cold shower 15% of the time while I was there. The gym was something that could be improved. The pull up bar stand is right near the ceiling… so not really useful unless you want your head to go through the roof. Also, I think only 1 of the treadmills had working audio for headphones. Do not plan to be watching TV on any of the machines. Other than that the free weights and benches are the only useful things there. The restaurant there is nice but very expensive and I liked that they had freee fresh coffee every morning.

Nice hotel close to Ft Bliss. Fair price at the Government rate however I travel all the time and I have never stayed in a Marriott that didn’t have a refrigerator in the room or a microwave. Really? A fridge and a microwave should be standard. In addition I asked for a King size bed and my confirmation letter said It would be a King. That was for everyone on my team however we all got two full size. My team and I won’t be staying here again.

Staff and hotel as a whole was great room wasn't bad but beds suck … ad for hotel advertise queen beds but apparently there is a big difference in El Paso Marriott's definition of a queen bed and full size bed … beds are full size not queen size. A/C in room would not keep room cooler than 72°.

I stay at a lot of Marriott hotel. I am a platinum customer. The staff here is amazing. Always going out of their way. Hotel is normal Marriott and on the older side of buildings but the staff make it worth coming back on my work trips.

Clean rooms, great beds, good breakfast. Breakfast was great. They have an omelet bar that is included with the continental breakfast. Wait staff is very nice and friemdly. My only complaint is that there was no fridge in the room at all. The rooms are a bit small, but you can easily place a mini fridge next to the dresser.

Good Marriott location, staff is very friendly and their Marriott lounge is nice, I've never had any issues here the last 4 ruined I've stayed. It's getting a bit outdated and some of the rooms are a bit crowded. But overall a nice place to stay, they do have an airport shuttle which is always nice since it's so close to the airport.

Everything was in order and very clean in the event hall.

I went to the business women's event and it was so much fun. There was a very simple breakfast that was planned by the hotel. There was also lunch during the event but we only had access to water to drink during lunch. In addition to that detail everything was a lot of fun.

I always try to stay at the El Paso Marriott if possible. The service is great and as a platinum elite guest I have access to the concierge lounge as well as other benefits. The rooms could use updating but it's more than made up for due to the service.

I stayed here because of a training. In my personal opinion, the room is nothing different from other hotels, everything is clean and nice. My question is, why if the normal room rate is approximately more than $150/ night, the room doesn't have a mini fridge or a microwave or the hotel neither offer free breakfast? I brought soft drinks to take it to my training and I got to the room and no fridge, also I brought food to eat, no microwave and in the morning, before left to the training I wasn't able to do breakfast because you have to enter to the restaurant and wait for the order. Very disappointed with this Marriott in specific, I been others Marriott and never had any issue. Never again.

A full service hotel with 24/7 airport shuttle. A full service restaurant for breakfast. A bar area for lunch and full dinner menu. The rooms are thermostat heat and air conditioner control. There are no safes in the room. The front desk has safe deposit deposit boxes. The television has all the local stations and major satellite business channels. The Internet speed is very good. The hotel has a large free parking lot.

Checked in at the last minute due to a flight cancellation, and found an extremely welcoming and accommodating staff willing to get me squared away. Clean room with a comfy bed, and a great bar. Highly recommend.

The room was great, I like being able to have control of the thermostat so I can turn the fan on for white noise and you can do that here. The coffee in the room was very good. Also the breakfast buffet was excellent and so was the coffee. It is important to me to have a hot breakfast in the morning. The location is great, convenient to both the airport and my work. The front desk people are attentive and very nice.

Overall it is a Marriott, standard experience. The building is old and you can see soon humidity, ceilings patched. The biggest problem was that the rooms had a weird smell. Something like armpit or something rotten.

Slightly older Marriott near the airport. Everyone was very friendly, nice, helpful. Rooms are slightly small and the bathrooms are quite small, but everything is clean. Could use a little updating. Management was great. They have a bar and a restaurant down in the lobby which we spent a lot of time at. Food was excellent. Service and staff there were also friendly and helpful. Free airport shuttle. Also we were told that the shuttle will take you anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel but I did not confirm this.

Ate at the restaurant. Go there for breakfast buffet, but you can order off the menu as well. It is good. Nice selection of items. Relaxed dining atmosphere. Wait personnel have always been attentive and friendly.

Rooms were excellent. No in room refrigeration, but nice bedding. The drinks and food were top notch for the price. Specifically the old fashioned. Right next to airport. Only gave this 4 stars because they do not include internet.

Had a great time at the Marriott! Went for a business event. Very nice place and very nice staff tending to the event. Beautiful place with a great atmosphere!

Older hotel, rooms need renovation, but good service makes up for it. Concierge lounge hours are very short though.

The rooms were always very clean and well kept. The breakfast on the 5th floor was good, the view of madness… so you can start stronger in the day… Photo)
In the evening you could use the shuttle service for example to a bar.

Needed a place to stay for my father's funeral. Searched many hotels in El Paso and this was the best I could find for the price. No free breakfast or fridge but it was clean. Water was hot and water flow was decent. Pool was dirty the days we were there so we didn't swim. Convenient to the interstate therefore just a quick jaunt to the places we wanted to go. Can't speak about the service because we didn't need any.

Great hotel! Located very close to the airport and many good restaurants. Staff was friendly and rooms are clean. The concierge lounge was well stocked too.

An older Marriott (if not the oldest) in the El Paso area. No mini fridges in rooms unless requested to be put on a waiting list. 1 communal microwave by the front desk. Rooms definitely feel a little dated with cramped bathroom. Concierge lounge (open on specific times) serves oatmeal, fruits, powdered eggs, bread/bagels, etc. For breakfast and something random for dinner (like empanadas). There is an indoor/outdoor pool (half inside other half outside), workout room, meeting rooms for functions, and a restaurant/bar. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend the Fairfield right down the street, due to the fact that it is newer, serves breakfast everyday and dinner on weekdays, more spacious rooms.

I really like it here. Nice attention to detail. Big rooms. Nice restaurants. Pleasant and accommodating front desk. Close to airport and many restaurants. Easy access to I-10. Have been here three times and I always enjoyed my stay.

Older hotel with a great staff. They are very courteous and helpful. They have an indoor/outdoor pool, a sauna, and many other entertaining options. The fitness room offers free fruit and complementary ear buds. The room has a newer TV and comfortable beds. I usually stay a another hotel when I visit El Paso and decided to try something different, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised and I believe I have found a new regular place to stay.

Staff is awesome. Super helpful and nice. The hotel itself is good but not as fancy as some Marriott's. An update should hopefully be on the books.

A pleasant and convenient place to stay. Practically next door to the airport. Nice rooms but a little on the small side. Great exercise room. They also had a sauna along with a indoor/outdoor swimming pool. In essence, amenities all can enjoy. For the reasonable price I will definitely return.

I can't give your facility a fair assessment on accommodations, because I have never stayed the evening there. However, this is my fourth event, and the food has had a 50/50 success rate. Literally. The portions are not evenly distributed to all guests, and the food is delicious at the tastings, but for some reason mediocre at best on the evening of the event. I know you get what you pay for, but I know how much I was charged for my events, and I definitely will not recommend this establishment to anyone for an event. The staff are always extremely courteous and accommodating. However, great service will not make up for the lack of being able to provide the food requested. I wish I could provide a better review. My recommendation is to lock the headcount early enough so that your chefs are not overwhelmed. It's nice to allow people to make adjustments in an effort to keep business, but you're losing out on more opportunities with potential clients that are at the event, from cold and over/under cooked meals to extremely small portions seeming even smaller when served on large plates. The biggest issue was walking to the ball room and passing my future salad sitting uncovered in the hallway. I hope you take these things into consideration in the future and wish you success. If ever at another event and have positive feedback, I'll update my rating. If it's bad I will not continue to report.

Typical Marriott. Fairly decent service, rooms, restaurant, etc. Certainly recommend it. But then I'm a Marriott lifer. Best point program. Period.

I specifically requested a room with a KING BEd when making my reservation 3 weeks in advance of my trip. Upon arrival I was given a room with 2 double beds and told no rooms with King beds were available. Go figure.

Meeting with Ms. Gonzalez to discuss our upcoming wedding reception. Very help and accommodating. I feel very confident in their party planning and execution.

Room is acceptably clean and secure. Didn't have curtains on the windows and I got in late so I had to sleep with my room lit up like the mid day sun. $13 for Internet that has.

"Steak Dinner" was cold and was some kind of meat… Maybe ol roy. Chicken was tough and also cold. Service was horrible. An overall atrocious experience.

Very helpful staff at check in. The room was comfortable and had a ice view of the city. Very close to the airport so traffic was not an issue in the morning when it was time to make our flights.

I enjoyed my stay at the El Paso Marriott. It is located near the airport, highway, and several for options. The ruins are clean and comfortable, while the concierge lounge had several good options.

Service was great. My company has our annual event there every year and the staff is very attentive. The have very large conference rooms to acomadate our large number of employees.

The location of the Marriott is very convenient. I loved the service and food from the resturant and the bar is a great place to hang out!

Did a physical agility test in the fitness center. Fitness center was clean and very well equipped for the needs of the test.

Great Marriot, friendly and helpful staff. Less than 5 minute drive from the airport. Pool was warm and you can swim from the indoor pool to the outdoor pool.

Very quiet atmosphere, wonderful for family, very good bed and pillows, the bad is that the room is small, there refribar, and is the only free internet in lobby, don't have coffee at reception.

This hotel has very bad service, no microwave, nor fridge in any rooms (which we had requested), they charged us an extra $50 for "damage" at check in as a deposit just because we are young, room are totally not what they "show you", rooms are EXTRA small.

No free Wi-Fi? It's 2015! And for $13 or $16.

Stayed there on 4/21/15. They have bed bugs. No response from hotel management about mitigating the problem.

Moved to this hotel from another that was under a major (un-advertised) renovation. They graciously allowed us to check in early. Great customer service! Lunch in the Bistro was good. The pool area was quite nice. Looking forward to staying here for 4 nights while visiting our soldier.

We felt our vehicle was safe and secure. Friendly, great, staff. Nice rooms. The absolute best breakfast, however, you do pay extra for it along with anything that is normally included in most other hotels. They apparently cater to business, not the casual traveler with all the add-on costs.

Nice furniture kinda small for a double. Full-size beds are horrible disappointed we were supposed to have qweens. No balcony which is a bummer and a sealed Windows. Small bathrooms and horrible towles also they have no Wi-Fi which was a huge disappointment they give you a cord to directly plug it in common its 2014. We will definitely be going Elsewhere our next stay in el paso.

Great experience, The staff is utmost professional and their attention to detail in unparalleled. Been here a few times, they always treat me like a king!. Thank you for everything, Specially the concierge, you definitely deserve a raise.

Worst customer service, they charged $352.00 dollars and an additional $287.00 dollars. I had so much trouble getting it back into my bank account when it was a mistake on thier part. My bank had to call them and fax over a copy of thier charges. I was stuck in El Paso because they had taking all my money that I was using to get back home. Four days have gone by and still no money has been refuned on my card.
