Incredibly disappointed with this place. Checked in yesterday, staying through tonight (already paid for it). For 2 nights the room was about $400. I needed a large space for a small meeting then a conference call. Right after check in at 3, I bought about $70 worth of food, not to mention about $30 worth of wine and beer. The fridge never got cold. About 75% of the food had to be thrown out by 9PM — — like cheese, veggies, humus, fruit. Beer and water never got cold. Called the restaurant to order some food to feed my guests, and no one answered (twice). Front Desk told me since it was 9:40 (and they close at 10) they don't take orders. So I went down to the bar to get drinks and walked them up myself. I called front desk at 11PM to see if someone could service my fridge. They said someone would call me in the morning, in which no one did. When I woke up the fridge got to a moderate temperature. After my cards didn't work twice, I went to the front desk and asked why no one called me. The manager did call me. She said she wasn't able to refund my room? I NEVER asked for a refund, ever. After all, it's just a fridge. What I wanted was an explanation on why their fridge didn't work and if they might reimburse me for some of the food. To top it all off, there's been a conference below me both nights which creates a lot of noise. So when you factor in a poor working fridge, no one picking up at restaurant or bar, keys not working, and noise, $400 seems a bit pricey, right?

Never been to this hotel before but I recently attended an Herbalife event here and I just want to say that this hotel is kept in incredible shape. The hall where the event was held was beautiful and very well kept. The employees were excellent, making sure the event was kept cool and hydrated without causing any disruptions to the event. I've never stayed in any of their rooms but I feel positive that if their event hall and reception area are kept in excellent shape then so would the rooms. Would definitely recommend this hotel for your events.

1. If you are traveling with children or special needs family members not that place to book. Some rooms lead to an outside patio bad weather and it's the worst. Hallways like cheap hotels out side halls leading to parking lot. 2. I requested a crib for my 1yr old baby. Its differently not a crib. 3. The rooms are not fully lighted 3 out 4 lamps in my room do not have light bolts. Very dark in the room. 4. The reviews do not include images of the reality which I will include with this review. I will differently not return. 5. Probably motel would of been better option and better experience. Thank you Radisson Hotel.

I attended a professional presentation in the Venetian ballroom. It was a very nice facility and perfect for the seminar. The center lobby area has a waterfall which creates a really relaxing atmosphere. Staff were attentive and responded to any needs very quickly.

Very clean. Staff was very helpful. The gym was large and clean. The beds were excellent. A bit noisy in the mornings from cleaning staff. They knocked on the door at about 8am when checkout isn't until 12pm. So that was odd. The air-conditioning was amazing in that hot weather. Very beautiful.

I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Hotel El Paso Airport. It is walking distance from the terminal which makes for stress free arrivals and departures. I had a lovely king room with spacious seating area. Nice indoor and outdoor atriums, and super friendly staff. I had room service and the food was good and promptly served. My bathroom was a little dated, and the restaurant/bar was limited, so I'm only giving 4-stars. I was there for a conference, and the the meeting facilities were very nice.

My time at Radisson was less than satisfactory due to the cleanliness of the hotel. We returned to our room after dinner and basically went to bed after a long and tiring day. The following morning is when I noticed that the bathroom was not clean. I was disgusted as I prepared to shower and found mold in the shower in several places which was quite evident. The shower and tub are separate so I immediately exited the shower and took a bath instead. After getting dressed I went to the front desk where I noted my concerns along with a complaint and checked out immediately. To my surprise the front desk basically said sorry too bad, but thanks for letting us know. I was also told there was not a manager on duty and I could either leave my number or call a manager/supervisor on Monday. I did both! A manager did call me back, but again gave nothing in return for the inconvenience, or for being subjected to toxic mold! While they play phone tag with me my frustration contines to rise. They continue to have an employee call me who clearly has no authority and needs prior approval to authorize anything. This is very unprofessional! Then to make matters worse, I was told they couldn’t do anything about it because I didn’t complain right away says the representative. Well, I thought it would be appropriate to get dressed, get my family out of the room as soon as possible, and then immediately make my complaint in person at the front desk, which is exactly what I did.

Had a wonderful stay while in town on business. Room was clean with a very comfortable bed, nicely appointed bathroom, great views of the southern tip of the Rocky Mountains, quick access to the interstate, and a shuttle to the airport. The churros in the room upon arrival were a nice touch!

We arrived here at 4am after an extremely delayed flight. The front desk was kind and efficient, getting us to our room quickly so we could appreciate the great mattress and linens, and we did. This hotel provided a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff, from front desk to on-site restaurant. Our only difficulty was that we were here for just one night! This hotel will be our first choice for future visits to El Paso.

The atrium/pool area is great, the restaurant is great for breakfast, and the free drinks at happy hour is a nice bonus. The rooms are clean and have all the amenities you need for even an extended stay.

Five stars for the staff. They make this place awesome. The rooms are okay, if a little dated, but I can't say enough about how accommodating the staff is, always willing to help.

Best place to stay in El Paso. Close to the airport, happy hour nightly, free made to order breakfast if you book through Radisson. Very clean, two pools and jacuzzis, indoor and outdoor. Great rooms but I found the bed to be too soft for me. All in all we always stay here when in El Paso. The staff is very friendly and great.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Radissson. The hotel was well kept and the rooms were very clean. Also, a great night sleep on a bed made of clouds. My hotel of choice when I go back to El Paso.

It’s ok. Hotel staff are rude and generally not helpful. The room is decent. Breakfast is fine for a couple of days. The outdoor pool is nice, but I question the cleanliness of the indoor pool. The gym is tiny.

I liked everything about this hotel. I’m currently still staying there. Great amenities. The hot water in my initial room wasn’t working so they moved me and gave me free breakfast for the rest of my stay. Which was awesome! Only downside is hide your things. Little stuff has gone missing from my room where I knew I had it. My charger block is gone. It was plugged into the wall. I take the cord part in and out from my car everyday. But left the block. And some of my makeup is gone. Will not be leaving housekeeping a tip. But other than that. It’s been a great stay!

Nice location. Hotel is ok. A little dated as some of the rooms seem to be accessible from outside. The patio/Gazeebo area is gorgeous. There is a pool and lounges available. The staff was very courteous. The food was poor and bland. Bar drinks were weak.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Can walk to the hotel from the airport terminal. Shuttle is available if you want to ride and is prompt. Restaurant on premises has delicious food and excellent service. Great experience all around. Would not stay anywhere else in El Paso.

My wife and I stayed here at the Radisson for their Valentine's Day package. We were in the suite room. The package includes dinner, breakfast for 2. And they have a nice surprise inside the bedroom. The room is very nice. It's clean. It's big. It has a fire place and a huge sunken garden tub. It's so pretty. Definitely would recommend for couples. The dinner that comes with package is pretty good! We took it upstairs for privacy. The suite also has a wet bar. The staff was polite. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars was because for breakfast the waiters were unprofessional. They were arguing in front of a restaurant full of people. Very impatient with the elderly. When I asked the waiter if I can have boxes for my breakfast he refused stating it was against policy yet I took my dinner the night before in boxes to our room. So I had to walk out with my breakfast out in the cold on a huge tray all the way to the back. My recommendation to Radisson is to allow couples who purchase this romantic packages to be able to take their food to the room. We wanted some privacy. But other than that it was a great experience! Will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay — always stay here when in El Paso for business. Everyone from the folks that check you in, to housekeeping to the folks who work at the restaurant are great. Amazing customer service. Location is right by the airport (there is a walkway path) and they have pools!

Great service. All the personnel were very attentive. The room itself was a little on the older side but well taken care if. We were able to get early check in and late check-out without any issue.

Overall a great stay, the first night someone set off the fire alarm at 1am but these things happen. Room was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Mini fridge and microwave in the room was a nice, internet speeds were well above your average hotel.

Hands down, best value for a King suite in town. The customer service was excellent, as it should be. If you book online through Radisson, you get two complimentary cocktails from the bar and two complimentary breakfasts from their restaurant. They have both an indoor pool and outdoor pools as well as spas. Their indoor pool stays open 24 hours, after 10p, for those over 21 *please*… Well within walking distance to the airport and food venues. A shuttle is also available for short distance rides. We used this for a birthday weekend and it was very reasonable — inexpensive really, for everything we got. Well worth it… we'll use again!

Spacious, clean and nice rooms. Amenities like a refrigerator and microwave are available. The TV was very nice as well. There are two pools, one indoor and one out; both had hot tubs. My son loved the indoor lap pool. Staff was very accommodating when we wanted to move the location of our room, gave us no troubles. Our stay also came with two complimentary drinks from the bar. Alcoholic and not. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

This is the best hotel by far in El Paso. If you continue to go there the staff will know you and embrace you as family. The rooms are always cleaned very well, it is a convenient location, it is safe and secure. Take advantage of this hotel, you won't regret it.

The hotel is really nice. The room was quiet, roomy, and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and they even allowed me to make substitutions. Also, the coffee was great.

Hotel is super close to the airport and provides a free shuttle, which is awesome! Restaurant is open 5am to 10pm, excellent hours, but the menu is somewhat limited. 2 pools and 2 hot tubs allow you to choose whether to relax indoors or outdoors.

The outside pool was so dirty we have been coming here for 3 years to meet up with my sister she is from new Mexico and I'm from az. I fly in and she drives and we spent 4 days and we also complain and still nothing was done. Other than that it is a great place to stay but during the summer you should take better care of the outside pool.

My husband and I don't get many opportunities for a night to ourselves since the baby was born. It was a nice surprise to find that the room I reserved, king suite with a fireplace and garden soaker tub, was described correctly on the website. When we arrived we were greeted immediately and the staff was very polite. I highly recommend staying here; I know I will be back.

Rooms are nice, clean and customer service was excellent. Complimentary breakfast was a bit slow but delicious, they allowed our party to take our food to go to eat in the room. There was a decent sized pool and beatiful decor. Very satisfied.

The Radison had a lively entrance with friendly and helpful staff. The hallways were clear of any trays and carts. The courtyards were nice with water fountains. The event space I was in was nice and cool and the acoustics were great.

Clean bed room and bath room, Nice and peaceful environment (even very close to the airport), Almost complete facilities (indoor 2 story swimming pool, gym, ballroom, courtyard, atrium, dry-clean, bar and dining facilities, outdoor swimming pool with beautiful flower garden and huts, etc. ), Save and huge parking area, Friendly and helpful employee. It would be better if it has buffet breakfast with more various menu.

The 2 pools and 2 hot tubs were small but nice. However, the towel rack stayed empty for nearly an hour. The rooms were clean and well furnished other than the beds. Having "full" beds instead of queen seems silly and cheap. Breakfast was good and the waiter friendly.

Attended an evening board meeting and as we arrived the staff was very attentive. They provided dinner service not sure if it was catered or cooked on site but it was delicious. We decides to stay and got a suite. The room was amazing clean and very comfy bed. Enjoyed our stay! 4 stars only because we had to leave.

I went to a meeting with a few vendors in the hall Valencia, the service was good.

I booked a double bed room, they give me a small room with one bed for four people and they did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. After a 13 Hr drive all I expect is to have a room ready for the family. The free breakfast is a juke. Waitress are rude and overpriced. Never again.

It was a good deal for the suite and we were thrilled to get a suite with two Queens and a sofa bed for our small 3 kids and 2 adults. More pros: nice separate bath tub from the shower. Indoor pool and hot tub. Beautiful atrium with water features. Close, free parking. Cons: tiny thin rough pool towels, one of the Queens was insanely squeaky loud. The TV was super frustrating since it didn't have an interactive guide or paper guide for the channels, and it took a long blink to change each channel. The breakfast was NOT buffet style but restaurant style and we only got TWO free breakfast vouchers per room, the waitress was cranky, dining room was loud and cramped, and breakfast menu limited, confusing and pricey, so we turned around and decided not to do breakfast after all.

All was well, except their FREE breakfast… Service was Terrible and took forever to order. Glad it was FREE. Eggs were like rubber, very small portions. Hash browns were soggy white, and they gave us plastic forks and spoons and most had real silverware.?

I didn't like this hotel. They got my name wrong on the reservation after I paid for it they didnt wana give me my room. My room was dirty full of dishes from were we ordered r oom service no one came to clean up after I asked 3times after I got up set sum one came to clean my room so I left to return to a trash bag and stacked dirty dishes outside side my room door lazy ness. Then I find a dirty used rax razor in the dresser full of hair! Im asleep its 6 am they finally wana come clean ur room after all that! ughh don't stay here. The front desk girl christy is so rude! Su c ky service. Whats the point of staying in a hotel for!

The air conditioner was not working properly, it only cooled one side of the room. We were charged $3.50 for a bottle of water we thought was complimentary. Other that the two things I mentioned, we had a pleasant stay. I would stay here again, but I won't drink the water.

Slow Wi-Fi. First night had to call an 800 number and they gave me a static IP address to access hotel Wi-Fi — it should not be this hard. Wi-Fi not fast enough to watch NetFlix or stream video. Bed was "Sleep number" model, and remote did not work — could not change bed settings. Horrible smell occurred in room second night there. Hotel sprayed a odor-fragrance that was so powerful I could not sleep that night — very bad night. Following day the smell disappeared. On check-in and check-out the front desk clerk was a very attractive female, however she did not smile and was generally dis-interested and unfriendly. To me a desk clerk should at a minimum smile at the customer and have a friendly tone of voice — she didn't. On check in she gave incorrect directions for path through this rather large hotel to my room — I had to drag my bags quite a distance that was totally unnecessary. No guide to TV channels was provided in room. Hotel restaurant breakfast is very good, service ok. Room maid service good.

The first night was ok minus bad Wi-Fi. Then came breakfast. My Wife, 2 year old son and myself sat down at a table. Looking around, we did not see any food placed out. (BTW you get tickets that you get from the Motel that you have to give after your meal) A waitress came up and asked if we would like anything to drink. I said Hot coco, and she said they charge for that — at the table, they have a menu that has one side with 7 complimentary breakfasts (that you can not mix and match or they charge for it) and the other that you pay on. Besides that, you can only use 2 tickets to use for the complimentary breakfasts. There are 3 of us. You see my dilemma and where Im going with this. I went to the front desk and asked what do I do. The front desk said I would have to pay for the Child or any more than 2 people. Im staying a week — and I bought my room online so no refund. Every other motel around here actually serves a complimentary breakfast and you can mix and match and as much as you would like. I Have stayed at 5 other ones in the past month here. FML if you want to pay out of pocket after being charged $125 a night, then be my guest. Now on a separate note. The people are nice, rooms are clean, it is a wonderful place to stay minus the mornings — but Im a breakfast person.

I had to reserve a room for my boss and VP when they came into town for what I thought was going to be a day meeting but ended up staying for 3 days. I have to give it to the friendly staff and welcoming manager. I know theyre friendly everywhere but their service was EXCELLENT! They made me shine.

Great hotel, the only place to stay in El Paso! Great made to order breakfast, free happy hour. The shuttle picked me up from the airport and offered to drive me to the mall, movie theater, or anywhere in a three mile radius. It has a nice patio with fireplace and TVs. The fitness center is well equipted, with jacuzzi and indoor pool. Loved it. The Applebees next door is open late and I had a great time.
