Very nice, room had a ceiling fan. AC was nice and cold. Hotel was clean and well kept.

Very clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the coffee got me ready for the day. I did not get to enjoy the fitness center but I wish I had. The pool area was nice and my husband enjoyed the pit area outside.

Family overnight stay over Memorial Day. Location within 15 min drive of Fort Worth cultural district museums, zoo and botanical gardens. Value: free parking, free delicious breakfast and extra large suite with indoor pool for kids. Room and hotel was very clean and quiet. Enjoyed it and will return.

Two weeks there and my stay was excellent. Staff is very courteous and always attentive. MON thru THUR, executive drinks & snacks were always a big big hit.

Nice hotel. Very clean, and very friendly staff. I stay in a lot of hotels and this one is one of the top ones. Only complaint is I booked the biggest room, but when I checked in (at 2300) I got a smaller one due to them filling the rooms. Still was a king suite, but was not the one I expected or wanted.

This is hands down the nicest hotel that I have ever visited. The suites are huge and updated. There is a full kitchen, separate bedroom and large bathroom. There is a social every night with free food and beer on tap. Pool, outside lounge, fitness center, etc. This is hotel is amazing.

Extremely clean, well managed property. Full breakfast was consistently good, and the evening "mixer" was also very nice. Highly recommended.

Staff were so happy and friendly. They truly worked as a team. Happy hour was always beyond expectations. Every area of the hotel was spotless. Great place to stay.

Let me start by saying that I have stayed here before and was happy. On this lady occasion I called 24 hours in advance to cancel our change my reservation because my father is sick and I didn't want to travel really far away from him. At this hotel the policy is 48 hours. Okay Okay I understand but these circumstances are special. I called and spoke with people on both day shifts and no one was even willing to call their GM to see if an exception could be made. I am very disappointed with hilton and hurt. I couldn't fathom losing 200.00 which was how much my stay was so I came and stayed but I think they are the most heartless people.

Great place! Friendly staff, good breakfast, and literally 10 minutes from West 7th District & Downtown Fort Worth /Stockyards. Also there is a few restaurants around the hotel, I enjoyed Boomerjacks sports bar, definitely recommend.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean a roomy. The coffee at the continental breakfast was good. The gym was well organized and had enough weights and dumbbells to get a decent workout in. We always had clean towels which is nice.

Reasonable rates for a well managed, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast is always nice too!

Room was spacious. Breakfast and staff are terrific! However the heater was incredibly noisy and attention needs to be paid to this as it caused us to not sleep. Very dry rooms. Walls are paper thin. Think being able to hear your neighbors conversation. Would not stay here again.

Great place to stay. Love the scenery, and it's located close to a variety of places to eat, shop, etc.

The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. The staff really went out of their way to make you feel at home and taken care of. The meeting room was impeccable.

Terrible customer service, esp. From front desk manager as well as gm. Had to go through hilton honors diamond customer service to honor a refund as the hotel charged a higher amount than what was reserved. They did not honor reservation rate because family member checked in first? Have never had this happen at a Hilton before, except this location. Go elsewhere! Many other professionally managed Hiltons in the area, not this garbage.

The rooms are quite spacious and the staff is very friendly. There is an indoor pool and hot tub which is not seen as much these days in hotels. Breakfast is fair, decent eggs usually. And of course there's the evening social, I mean it's hard to complain about complementry beer on tap! Over all it's a well kept and comfertable place to stay. The added bonus of a full sized fridge with freezer and a stove top as well as basic cooking tools makes the rooms feel more like a loft or apartment than a hotel room.

This is without a doubt the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. The rooms were amazing the breakfast was great for a simple breakfast. I will definitely be saving their page for future stays.

Clean clean clean… Great Staff and located in a quiet setting however oddly enough very close to great dining, shopping and a 24 hr gym around the corner. I never leave a post but a place this clean deserves a pat on the back. My wife and I stayed here while visiting the stockyards downtown and this place was a welcome sight at the end of the day. We didn't use the pool so I can't comment about that area, but the room was very clean. We check every Hotel that we visit right when we walk into the door (thank you hotel impossible show), and this one passed the test. We usually stay at a Hampton Inn, but the ratings in the area were less than desirable so I chose here and we got Lucky. Hopefully you will find this location the same as we did. Soooo… Keep It Up Folks, Great Job. You are one of the Good Guys in the hotel business.

Clean and quiet, exactly what you what for a hotel. Every staff member I talked to was friendly and helpful; front desk, housekeeping, breakfast staff, literally everyone. It's a little too hot in the hallways and elevator, but all the rooms have their own thermostat and were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast staff cleans up the whole time during breakfast hours, which is great because if you're a late sleeper like me. I hate getting there and seeing the mess the 8AM crowd leaves, but not here! Likewise the pool area is also checked frequently, so no wet towel pile or trash under chairs. I wish guests would pick up after themselves, but since they refuse at least I don't have to do it as a fellow guest. I really recommend this place.

This hotel is nice. The rooms are big, they come with a refrigerator, a small kitchen, sink, etc. They have a nice breakfast and free snacks/food and drinks in the weekday evenings (Mon-Thur). This is my new favorite Hilton chain when I travel for business (Mon-Fri).

I've stayed here a few times. Even though there are comparable Hilton brand hotels closer to Ft Worth, I like how quiet and peaceful the location is. There's plenty of food options nearby, and easy access to major highways. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I like the kitchenettes for nights where I'm tired and just want to heat something up. The indoor pool and hot tub are great, the nightly dinners are hit or miss but free.

Nice room, comfortable bed, pleasant staff, great breakfast, as well as the daily manager happy hour meals in the afternoon. Great stay while on travel for business.

Rooms were adequate. Breakfast was filling. Pool had an annoying howl from ventilation fans.

As a first timer, I now will look for a Homewood Suites for all my future business/personal trips. Can't beat the amenities, room, evening reception, and the breakfast was great.

The hotel is overall pretty good and have stayed there multiple times however this time we discovered something pretty disgusting. My husband dropped something behind the mattress of our bed and discovered a bloody tampon stuck on the bed between the wall and the mattress sheets (meaning that the sheets were not likely changed between our stay and the last person). On top of then when we called to report it the house keeping only removed the tampon and did not change the sheets. The hotel is pretty good but the housekeeping staff needs to be seriously retrained. Overall super gross.

I have stayed at Homewood several times on Georgia and every time it was a splendid stay. But this time at the Overton Ridge location in Fort Worth, my experience could not have been worse. Our client made a reservation that was to be from Tuesday night through Froday night and a studio is all that was available. We arrived at 10:10pm Tuesday after driving 13 hours. I immediately began loading a bell hop with our luggage. By the time Ingot inside, my wife was told there was no written authorization even though the room was confirmed. We provided the confirmation number. Then we were Ted we only could stay 2 nights instead of 3 — really! What happened to 4 nights? Since we were tired and in a bit of a bind, she cancelled he other reservation and paid for one night. Guess what? It was a suite which they said was not available previously. We decided to go somewhere else. I called the front desk. It has only been about 30 minutes. I explained that we were going to leave and needed a refund. The young man put me on hold then came back stating he couldn't promise a refund until tomorrow morning when his manager comes in. But we're leaving tonight, I said, and we have not used the room at all. He said there would be a cancellation fee if not cancelled before 6. I explained that they messed up the original reservation so it was cancelled w/o a fee. I guess b/c our client didn't book until after 6? Don't know, but we just booked our own as a walk in a few moments ago.

Overall we've had a good experience. My wife wanted me to dock a star fit not having chocolate ice cream in their mini shop, but I decided otherwise. It is unfortunate that hotels still offer smoking rooms, but fortunately that didn't affect us at all in our room.

Traveling with a larger group we had plenty of space. My only dislike was walls were thin and only one set of shampoo. But the customer service was great, room was pretty and modern and it was very comfy.

I will stay here every chance I get! The staff made my day.

The rooms are nice and the food was tolerable, however, security at this hotel is untenable. My vehicle was burgularized and over 10k worth of items were stolen from inside my locked truck. I was parked at the hotel provided space and their lighting and security cameras were not aimed correctly and lighting was not provided for the parking spaces situated on the rear row so even though there was activity on the cameras during the break-in, individuals or vehicle information could not be captured. I was told by the management that these instances were not ordinary but another person on their staff told me this hotel had experienced over 16 vehicle break-ins during the past four months and still, the hotel did not install proper security lighting and cameras or a security guard. The staff at the front desk was unapologetic and behaved as if this occurs on a regular basis. I was also sent an e-mail from their management that explained that parking was complimentary and their patrons were responsible for all risks while parking in their spaces. I spent one day having my vehicle repaired after the break in to have the rear window replaced and had to plead with their management to get them not to charge me for late check-out. I will never be a guest at another hotel managed by this group.

The dinners were good, and the internet was really fast. The front desk was very helpful when I wanted to extend my trip. Free parking was nice.

Free full hot breakfast every day and dinner Mon-Thu included in the rate. Hotel is new (1yr).

Stayed here for my sons 7th birthday. Facility new modern. Great indoor pool and fire pit area. Staff Celeste, Bailey, Adam and the breakfast staff went above and beyon to make sure that our stay was nothing but the best. We will be returning.
