Located off a one-way frontage road. Highway traffic heard from our room. Looked like an older motel with some updates. We liked the laminate floor. Missed not having a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. There is a microwave near the ice machine by the lobby. Key entry didn't work on the side where I parked.

Rooms are decent size and clean. Didn't have smoking available so they put me in room downstairs. Didn't stop people from burning weed throughout the hotel though. Have 2 dogs wanted deposit which is fine… Then every time my wife would come in with one of our dogs they wanted another deposit. On second day they told my wife we had to move rooms because they didn't allow pets on first floor. Ten minutes later when I came in with my dog they rang my rooms phone and said it was fine we could stay in same room. Overall the people that worked there are not professional and very rude. I'll stay again if I have to but I'd prefer to spend my money somewhere else.

Whole upper floor smelled of cigarette smoke, urine and marijuana. Elevator was trashed, staff was very rude. Please don’t waste your money here.

They gave me one rate over the phone saying it was tax included and raised it when I got there. The night guy apologized and said he'd cut the taxes off and I was good for the week but the next morning the guy that came in said I had to pay the extra $60 or leave so I ended up leaving with no refund for the 6 nights I had paid for. These guys are hustling the people and don't care if the money they're stealing is your last which mine was so I ended up on the street for a week.

Its garbage. The construction is shoddy. The whole place stinks like curry and urine. Its not new like advertised. Its the old microtel. Di nit stay here if you can avoid it.

So, we checked in and went to check out the room for cleanliness… bathtub was filthy. They don't have an iron nor ironing board in room, the Wi-Fi doesn't work… oh and not to mention we left the room for an hour to come back and the card didn't work so back down stairs to get the card rescanned… the beds are decent but never again at this particular motel 6 I have been to several with much better quality for a cheaper price… ridiculous is how I choose to rate this place.

So CHEAPPPPP You jump in the shower and you find out no shampoo or conditioner and you have to go downstairs to ask so they can give you as “complimentary “ Doesn’t worth $10 to stay not $65 Don’t recommend it to normal people.

The staff was rude, the room weres not as advertised, the furniture looked like it came from a garage sale. There was an odor in the room, the towels had hair in/on them from someone else so I went out and bought more and I thought if the towels had hair in them what are the sheets like so I bought sheets as well… I did not enjoy my stay at all.

Tv has no Guide channel. Slow to change channels. You can't scan through the channels quickly to see if a good show was playing. So the television watching experience is bad.

Hall way smelled of marijuana. Ice machine didn’t work and when it did finally produce ice on my last day there it had a bad taste. No chair provided in the room. Closet door was broken and rigged back together. Had trouble shutting the room door (had to slam it really hard so hard in fact the entire wall shook) BUT I guess you get what you pay for. It was cheap and I stayed five nights.

It was fine — clean. The big mirrors were creepy though.

Hospitality~the friendly reception and treatment of guests or strangers. The quality or disposition of receiving and treating guests and strangers in a warm, friendly, generous way. Unfortunately this was not the experience or feeling I recieved when staying at this hotel. I came up to the front desk with a prepaid reservation, and was only asked for my ID and verification of my Credit Card. Not a hello, welcome, or even a smile from the 2 men that worked behind the front desk for the hotel. I was made to feel so uncomfortable & unwelcome. The night auditor in the morning made no attempts to say good morning nor hello. I even said thank you when he found me some sugar for the complimentary coffe, and still nothing. But he did give me a smile, and by that point I was so happy for something other than the horrible stairs and the true uncomfortable feeling I had recieved the evening before. I travel all over for work, and was once very successful in the wonderful world of hotel hospitality as a Director of Scales for Hilton Hotels. I would have never had that kind of successful career, if I ever treated any of our guests or future guests in that manner. I understand transient business is hit or miss for return business. But I work hard for every dollar I make and have no problem with spending money when I recieve good customer service. Guests/customers keep the doors open to any business. One complaint spreads like wild fire. Our economy can not afford this type of service.

Pubic hair in the sink where my kids had to brush their teeth. Strongest pot smell I’ve ever been around no matter what time of day or night. Ashes between the blankets and graffiti underneath the sink. Oh! And brown human waste up the back of the toilet (this review won’t let me word this sentence how I wanted). The TV remote also had no batteries, and the room had no mini fridge or microwave. I have pictures as well. Not to mention doors so thin our children witnessed multiple rooms going to pound town. We were only in town for my mother's FUNERAL, why expect a decent room?

Worst motel 6 I got into. The receptionist lookwd like she hated her job. Couldnt get water from anywhere. Not even the vending machines. There were no shampoos. And the room was very outdated. Worst experience ever.

Not impressed. Paid 3 nights & each day I had to get my room key rescanned. Because it locked me out. I paid pet deposit. For cat. The 1st morning when I took my problem key to tje desk. The first thing the clerk said was " when are you checking out?! "I told her I was paid up for 3 days. O went out to take care of my day and when I got back the owner and clerk gave me b. S. About no visitor policy. He said I rented for only 1 person. It was doulbe bed. I didnt want but was tol it was all available. At a higher rate of course. I was the only person stayiying. However; I had just been released from hospital (heart attack/on life support) & my seperated husband came for about 20 mimutes ro check on me& my son and nephew helped me carry my things to the 3rd floor. And thats the excuse they gave for not letting me get the room again. They also said I should not bring my things from somewhere else because thata how they get bugs. My things are just as everyone else's… clothes. Pillow. Bath things. Cleaning supplies. They were rude. Housekeeper is rude. If you refuse house keeping. She speaks to adults as if they were 5 years old, wagging her finger in your face saying"no mess! "i could understand had I done this before. Im a 45 year old heart patient with a cat… I dont need that mess.

Got want I paid for. It was a cheap room at a cheap hotel for one night. The staff was friendly for the most part. There was a very unfortunate smell of marijuana in the room for it having been a non smoking room. I personally won’t stay here again just because I would rather pay a little extra for a better accommodation in the future. However the service isn’t bad. It’s just not a fancy place to stay. The room was clean just no mini fridge or microwave. So even though I packed water it stayed warm. The bed was hard and the sheets smelled like cigarette smoke among other things. Again it was a non smoking room so that is really my biggest complaint. It served its purpose, I just needed a place to sleep for one night as I was in town for a graduation. Checkout was at 11:00AM and the front desk staff and housekeeper knocked on my door at 9:50AM. Maybe, don’t do that? Just a thought. It’s not a terrible place to stay, just very much a you get what you pay for motel stay.

Reasonably priced, nice and friendly clerk, clean room but there was only a hand towel and floor mat in the bathroom and didn't notice it until I got out of the shower. I'd stay there again.

Nice size room and that's about it. The TV reception is awful so no TV watching, they bang on your door before 11 to get you out, deactivate your key before check out so you have to go to the desk to get in the room just so they can ask if you are staying another night or checking out. My son was sick with the flu left to get him some medicine I get calls saying their banging on the door and it wasn't even 11oclock yet although I was staying another night, she tried to kick my son out the room and I was standing at the desk at 11 to pay for another night for her to tell my son I wasn't at the desk. He had to follow her downstairs to the desk only to see I'm standing there to pay for another night. We didn't get an apology or nothing just hands out wanting more money. They are rude, never cleaned the room and I was there 3 days.

Good and fast service. Enjoyed my stay. But the hallway where my room was did smell like weed though. But I like that smell so I didn't mind.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I was in an emergency domestic violence situation, and they booted me out of my paid for room, even after my friend followed the email credit card payment. I explained my situation, but they didn’t care. I wanted to speak with the manager, but he was, conveniently, “out of town”. My friend in California was told to photograph and email the front and back of her credit card and driver’s license to pay for another night in the room. Even after she did so, they then decided that she needed to be present. I mean, does this motel chain really want to be known for refusing and being difficult towards a woman, or anyone for that matter, in an emergency domestic violence situation? Jeez…

Satisfactory reception and room. We have a no nuisance dog. We will not return due to the insistence of a pet security deposit.

Not terrible. But at the price we paid not enough. Absolute bare basics. Which isnt bad. But you can find way better for the price. If you have a choice go elsewhere. But if you just need 4 walls and a bed for the night that is exactly what you will get. (Bed really sucks though)

If I could give this please zero stars and still write a review, I would. First of all, some history about this Motel 6 is that it looks nicer than it really is because it used to be a La Quinta and at some point a Microtel. If you stay here, KEEP YOUR DOORS LOCKED from the inside. When I was checking in, a man came downstairs and told the front desk that the key he was just given was working but the door was locked from the inside. They had given him the key and room number of an already occupied room! I should have seen this as a red flag, but I was stupid. — The entire smoking floor smelled like pot and several doors had towels under them. — The room was very hot and it took a couple of hours for the weak A. C. To cool it down to the point that we were no longer sweating. — There was pubic hair in the shower. — The comforter had cigarette holes and ash all over it. — The sheets had stains on them. — The "queen" sized bed was hard as a rock and looked to be the size of a double. I had horrible back pain from sleeping in it. — The signs say there are vending machines on 2 floors, but they are only on the first and it's only drinks. — The TV is up at the very top of the closet dresser and hard to see from either the bed or the love seat. — The coffee table had a broken leg. — The night stands had spots for lamps but there were no lamps. There are several light switches that don't work. — There were stains and dirt every where.

It's the price of a Motel 6 but with the security of all doors being indoors rather than having doors on the outside. And it's quick access onto and off I-35.

The worst experience ever in my life. First when I called he quoted one price to get me to come in and when I get there it's way higher we had been driving all day so we took it. We got in the room and there were bugs crawling on the floor but they have a sign saying it's being remodeled so I just assumed it was because of that we chilled fell asleep about 30mins into my sleep I wake up to something crawling on me and it's a damn bed bug I go to the front desk he tells me it's impossible for them to have bed bugs because they have just remodeled the place 3 months ago and he checks the rooms luckily I took pictures I showed him the bug and he's like there is only one I said and that's enough but here's a whole video of them crawling he goes to tell me that he doesn't believe it's real hahaha okay I said just give me my money back he's like I'll call the manager I said well if you want I will tell all the people who keep coming in y'all have bed bugs he goes to say great I hope they believe you we got our stuff and I asked him one last time for my refund he's like my manager said only half so I told him call him back and by this time another guest had walked in for a room so he calls his manager back they have a conversation not in English and he gives me my money back. Before leaving I gave the lady a fair warning.

The location was easily accessible off of the I 35 Access Road however if you wanted to go south you had to go down in exit to turn around. Overall the hotel was clean the staff was courteous but it did seem like there was quite a bit of police traffic in the area but I don't know why.

Location is great. That's about the only thing. Check in was simple, easy, and fast. Hardly any questions asked. But when I got to the room, it was hot. A/C took an hour to cool off. Blankets had cigarette burns. Mirrors on the wall are tacky. No mini-fridge like noted online. No microwave but on the first floor. No coffee maker in room. All this was advertised. My my guests were looked at suspiciously. That made me uncomfortable. I will not book a room here again.

This was the worst experience I've ever had my sister and daughter got ate up by bedbugs and when we told the staff about them they wanted to just change the lining the beds already had 5 matress covers on them and they wasn't clean refused to refund me all my money for a horrible stay staff kept looking at us like we had stuff on us. I do not recommend staying here.

The pic online is way better than the room in person. The cable was horrible wasn't able to watch tv. There was people hanging out playing loud music. Also, guys was sitting outside walking around cars.

The hotel was very clean throughout. Our room was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a no frills place to stay (no pool, which I seldom have time to use anyway. ).

We needed a place to stop and sleep for the night and get up and go in the morning and this room worked for that. Pictures made it look like everything had just been redone, but in person it wasn't the case. Toilet paper holder was broken offf wall and sitting on back of toilet. All and all it served it's purpose but for the money, I would have paid the extra for a better room.

Shower was broken. Looks great from the picture and the outside. Did not disclose (web or otherwise until I arrived) the $50 deposit for destruction of property. Clerk for corner store said it was a bad place to stay. Had to re work reservation. Sounded like my reservation meant nothing.

The man at the front desk was nice. That's the ONLY thing I have positive to say about our experience. The housekeeping lady kept giving us dirty looks upon check in. The room they tried to put us in smelled horrible like mildew and the entire floor was wet from what I suspect was the ac. They transferred is into another room that had a bad ac and hardly blew cold. On top of that, there were obvious drug users roaming the property. We ended up getting a refund and leaving. I hate leaving negative reviews but if the company deserved a positive one, I would have left one.

Good location harasses guests of the guests but other than that overall good service nice rooms clean.

I had a great experience. It was in Fort Worth and reasonably priced. It was very clean and comfortable. The pillow top bed and the pillows were so comfortable. I was surprised at the quality for the price. No noise or any outside distractions. I will go again if I need to.

Visiting a friend. Room was nicer than m9st motel 6 rooms. The entire property seemed nicer than you would expect at motel 6

Terrible place. There was a dog down the hall barking and crying all night and through the day. Sheets were filthy, TV picture was fuzzy and not digital, window was broken and could hear the noisy freeway all night staff was not helpful at all in trying to fix the problems.

Rude front desk and car got stolen.

Did not take clc. Large bathroom. Decent rooms. Great price considering it's location.

They should serve breakfast.

High Price with Low Quality.

Rooms wete all clean, very professional staff. Too many to named them all by name they were just great, samebwith Pearl Rivers, LA. No different all rooms were clean.

Literally the single worst tragedy of my adult life. Bed Bugs, terrible service, incompetent management. The rooms are disgusting, the hotel stinks of smoke and pesticides, and the linens look like they were purchased at a flea market and never washed. The bathroom was also disgusting. On top of all this they really called me at 10:30pm while I was sleeping. I didn't answer because I was asleep; moments later a knock on the door which also would not go away until I answered. Upon answering the door I was told that they needed the room and would have to move at 10:30pm. Stay at your own risk.

Would not recommend at all, bugs, mold, and scum. Staff was horribly rude. A very dirty and nasty place.

Very convenient to the hospital where my husband was a patient. Room was very nice and clean.

The room was nice. Neighborhood was nice and our stay was quiet. Not a lot of frills. Easy to find and get into and out of. I would definitely stay here again.
