Friendly efficient staff. Free breakfast, coffee available all day, at times cookies also free. Rooms small but clean with good amenities. Pool, hot tub, free parking and shuttles. Discounts given for people with loved ones at Cook Hospital. Would stay there again.

Outstanding hotel. After almost 24 hours travelling from the UK we were met with the friendliest people on the planet who couldn't do enough to help us get to our rooms and tell us of the best places to go to in DFW. Miss the place, the people, the food and everything else about Texas. Can't wait to return.

Parking is VERY limited and the spaces are for compact cars only. "Overflow Parking" is across the street and not marked… so don't guess because they can tow you. It's also very dangerous to cross at night. Many transients in the neighborhood so be mindful when parking across the street. Hallways and elevators are hot and musty smelling. Luckily, the room AC works well. Our TV didn't work so a front office staff quickly came to assist. Unfortunately, not all TV channels work, including HBO and NBC. We think we figured the issue was HD channels. Will explore other options in the future.

One night excursion to the big city for for my wife's birthday. Mentioned that I would let her pick the restaurant as it was her day as I was checking in. When we returned from dinner, we found a vase of flowers, brownies and a bottle wine with birthday wishes from the staff. Awesome! My wife was so happy. The room was clean and freash. I interacted with every employee at some point and while I'm bad remembering names, I will not forget the professional and courteous manner in which they treated us. The complimentary shuttle to the restaurant is also a great service, and the driver was great. Cheers.

This is a decent hotel with good amenities. Over the last year or so it seems that they have had some technical issues with their elevators and washing machines making it a little inconvenient at times. But they are in a good central location and they do offer a free shuttle to get to those locations.

Nice hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast foods were delicious. Surprised by the variety of food they put out. Parking was difficult. Not enough handicapped places to park. Most of the staff were very nice. We did interact with one front office staff who should consider a career in something other than customer service. She wasn't happy we asked her to divide the room bill into 3 and walked away from us and went into the office. Jason took over and was very pleasant.

This place was pretty nice. The location kind of sucks for driving but the place was clean and the room was extremely clean. Shower was kind of subpar. Overall good place.

Ok so my mother in law was I town so we use holiday inn a lot. We have so many points we thought we would give her a nice leisure king suite. The room was $241.00 a night. So we thought man this is going to be a great room. Well it's average nothing special. No big deal it's free with our points. We they charge 13$ for parking as well. We can cover that no problem the room is free. Well they charged our credit card 3 times $241! And $15 extra for the parking that was to be $13! Well so far 2 of the $241 came off but there is still one more pending. So becarful to check your account before you leave if your using your points beware.

I have never been to a hotel where the staff has been this polite and pleasant to work with. From the front desk, valet, cleaning and breakfast they are top notch. I applaud the owner for having such an awesome staff.

Decent rooms, in town close to a lot of restaurants and such. Rooms were good, did not use the gym and such. Breakfast in the morning had real bacon! Not just the sausage patties like every other holiday in has, but they had those too for you lovers of mystery meat! The three star rating lies in its parking, or absence of such. Not only did I have to pay $15 for self parking, I had to park my car across the street in the rain.

My family and I stayed here for one night and we were not too impressed by it. Room/beds were not as clean as other Holiday Inns we've been to before and the room temperature was either too hot or too cold, we were never able to get the unit to work properly, but worse part was the parking lot. There's a big bump leaving the parking lot and it scraped the bottom of my car… the parking lot wasn't made for low vehicles that's for sure. Over all the stay was OK but sure wish they would do something about the parking area.

If I could give zero stars I would. After experiencing the absolute worse tragedy in our lives my husband and I were given room stays by a couple of people on the same nights. So we called to changes the reservation at this hotel to a later time. Initially the man who answered the phone stated he could not do it but after explaining the situation he said he would change it but there would be a $80 difference with the same reservation number. We get to the room the manager, who was slightly rude, stated that we were a NO CALL NO SHOW. I eventually called corporate and was placed on hold and hung up on after holding for 10 minutes. This was by far the worse experience I’ve had with any hotel chain especially one as large as this one. Thank you for your lack of customer service, lack of compassion (they were told the details of our tragedy, and lack of honesty.

I would give this place a ZERO — there is NO PARKING, YET THEY CHARGE $12/ night — the security guard is rude and tactless in her handling of this situation — however the desk service people have done their best to accommodate, in a situation that can not be solved. I'm not sure if there is a better place to stay around here; my advice is to CERTAINLY AVOID THE ABUSE of staff regarding simple inconveniences which you will be CHARGED for (ie: those which otherwise should be included as amenities). One of the most UNPLEASANT stays at a hotel I have ever had — including being threatened — loudly, publicly & cursed at, unprofessionally, w the F — word — simply because they had NO PARKING, PLUS INFORMED US OF THE INCORRECT PLACE TO PARK.

The staff were very accommodating nad the hotel was clean. The area was close to downtown and near the freeway. Great for our job fair.

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly, and beds were comfortable. Internet was stable and reasonably fast. Breakfast was decent, and better than the typical free hotel breakfast. The only complaints I would have would be I didn't care for the pillows (personal preference) and there wasn't much soundproofing from the hallway (like every hotel ever, unfortunately).

We brought our 5 yo here for an overnight stay, because he loves hotels so much. The staff was so friendly and helpful. When I told them it was part of my kid's Christmas gift they offered to make him his own room key. The indoor pool facility is spotless. The room was clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I'd recommend this location to any one.

Hotel only has two cribs for five floors of rooms; I counted 3 babies at breakfast. Hotel also has thin walls and you can hear your neighbors talking. Other than that the hotel has a decent breakfast, comfy beds, and operates a free shuttle. The good and bad add up to three stars in my opinion.

This is my 2nd stay here and always enjoy my stay. Rooms are clean and not worried about the size of them cause who really stays in their room while in Fort Worth?! Beds are comfy and unlike many places ive stayed they have full size pillows. Soft at that! I really only eat the pancakes and cinnamon rolls for breakfast and they are always good to me. The shuttle is very convenient and very friendly driver. The staff is very friendly and fun which makes for a much better stay. Overall I would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed here when I was in Fort Worth and couldn't have asked for better accommodations. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The shuttle service took me to places downtown very quickly. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

I was trying to book a room for a wedding and immediately noticed that it was for the wrong date. I called right after and spoke to Patrick the manager and was treated like garbage. I asked him if he could adjust the dates or refund my money so I can re book and he said there is nothing that he could do and that I was screwed. I ask for his first and last name and he told me I didn't need that information. I hope that it was a recorded line so corporate can handle the situation. He provided the worst customer service. I was blown away by the way he represented Holiday Inn and I will be contacting my bank for a refund since Holiday Inn and the manager provided me with zero service.

We stayed at this hotel for a week for a conference. I have never written a review before, but wanted to express how convienent the location was and the shuttle is such a great perk! The complimentary shuttle will take you anywhere within 3 miles and pick you up as well. The complimentary morning breakfast had great choices and the cinnamon rolls were great. The staff was extremely friendly and made our stay even better. The people who complain about little things like the elevator being slow or the rooms smelling are picky people who dont realize that they did not reserve a 5 star hotel. You can reserve a Holiday Inn and expect it to be perfect — however, this hotel was perfect for us and they did a great job! Very impressed!

Rooms are nice, theres a shuttle that will take you around downtown at your request, the service ladys are nice and they have a clerk with a great attitude.

Very nice staff. In the heart of downtown Ft. Worth just minutes away from great shopping and dining. They have breakfast bar in the mornings, a nice fitness center and an indoor pool. I am definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, shuttle service and more. We always stay at this hotel when traveling to Fort Worth. Very convenient location, close to Cooks Children's Hospital and a short shuttle ride to historic district.

It was clean, quiet, and well priced. The pool was nice and also clean. And the complimentary breakfast was good.

Elevators are PAINFULLY slow. Takes a full 5 minutes to wait for a lift then to get to the parking level. Even if you take the stairs to avoid it, you're stuck at an emergency exit and are forced to use the elevator for the last floor. Staff is nice, hotel is clean. Rooms are very small. My toilet didn't flush, iron left a stain on my shirt. Breakfast was absolutely disgusting. Eggs like burnt plastic, black bananas. It's the little things that added up which made it miserable.

I do not know what one would expect in a holiday Inn or any other chain hotel review. It is the same almost everywhere around the world. Boring, with no character, but serves its purpose. No obvious signs of filth. Bed is more or less comfy. Like all others, terrible food offered for breakfast, but it is included in the price of a room, or commonly referred to as 'free'. Ice machine down the hall. Friendly staff that is probably underpaid.

We absolutely love it here. We typically stay here on medical trips and everyone is so sweet, sincerely kind and wishing to do anything to help you. Breakfast is DELICIOUS! Rooms are clean. I really couldn't ask for anything more.

I do not usually stay at Holiday Inn Express I usually use Hilton properties but since they were all filled and Holiday Inn had two rooms left we decided to go with Holiday Inn I do not regret my decision because it was a lot nicer than expected I would definitely return especially to this property the only issue was that online on Holiday Inn Express website the room was supposed to be $111 instead after checkout the only issue was that online on Holiday Inn Express website the room was supposed to be $111 instead after check out it turned out to be $171 this was not a huge issue because I did not mind paying for it I just wish the website was upfront and honest about the cost it's not like we just looked at it we actually booked the room on the website and somehow you still manage to be $60 higher than quoted.

They put us on the 6th floor so my daughter could have a view! The staff was SERIOUSLY awesome. Rooms were very clean, bathrooms too.

5 stars. We stay here often. My grandson has cancer and is receiving treatments at Cooks Children's Hospital. Very accomodating, clean rooms, comfortable beds, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, and essentials in room. Amazing breakfast. Shuttle service to just about anywhere in Ft. Worth. Would very highly recommend.

I had a great time. I was put in my room quickly and upgraded to a better room for being a card holder. My room was well kept and had everything I needed. I had a view of downtown Fort Worth that was beautiful at night.

Really nice hotel and staff. The only exception: the elevators. TWO VERY SLOW Hydraulic elevators shared by the guests and housekeeping staff covering a total of SEVEN floors (6 plus the basement). It's a little frustrating waiting on an elevator only to have it filled up with housekeeping on their way to clean rooms. Mind you, we weren't in the least upset with the housekeeping staff. They are only trying to do their jobs. The hotel owners/management should know better and either have a separate service elevator or get some faster ones.

The stay was beautiful. Very accomidating. Plus the shutte service is an awesome service.

Holiday Inn Express — Fort Worth had very nice rooms and their staff was very accommodating and helpful. The location is perfectly situated in Fort Worth to allow easy access to what all Fort Worth has to offer. A great overall nights stay.

I usually choose to stay at a different hotel while traveling. I only chose this hotel because of the proximity to the train station and the price for the room. Unbeknownst to me, the hotel that I chose was not reflective of its star rating. It has a 2.8* rating and I can say that it should be much, MUCH higher. I have stayed at many hotels from around the world and I can say that I have never stayed at one as nice as this one. Don't get me wrong I have stayed at hotels where the atmosphere was a lot nicer and more visually appealing; however, the staff at this location is what made it rank so highly in my book. The staff was attentive, courteous, respectful and very friendly. The best part of the staff was that they have legitimate personalities and did not fluff it because we are “guests with money”. I would recommend this hotel to everyone that is needing to stay in the FTW area. I hope that all of the other Holiday Inn Express hotels are like this one as I feel that I will be making a change to my hotel preferences from this stay on.
