Very nice facility right next to the historic stockyards. Comfortable rooms, and excellent breakfast options. No self-parking, however, means that you'll have to pay for valet parking.

Clean and updated building and rooms. Valet only (no self park) when I visited. Friendly staff! Satisfied with my visit.

Valet parking, very nice, We had a uhaul with us, but they wouldn't let the parking attendant get it for us the next morning so we had to walk to an adjacent parking lot that only had maybe 3 vehicles then charged us $20.00 for parking. The rooms were clean. No continental breakfast.

Extraordinary service by this team who set a new benchmark in service, team camaraderie and warmth. My colleague encouraged me to watch the Marriott video on the Hotel TV in my room. I did. Now I understand what I was witnessing. They're good people, doing good work. Well done. Oh, and the walking distance to the Stockyards on a Friday and Saturday was wonderful. Saturday night nearby traffic was a little noisy, but that's all part of the experience and didn't detract at all from the value and service.

What a great stay we had, everything was perfect too the pool the bar staff was super helpful and to top it all off we left an expensive pair of shoes, not to mention we didn't realize for two weeks and when we called the general mgr actually still had them and paid to have fed X to me. Now most places we probably wouldn't have seen them again considering they 300$ and it have been three weeks later but he had them and like I said took care of them getting back to me. I can't not express how Thankful I am, I would recommend this Hotel to anyone and its a great location.

So disappointed with our reservations. We came from WA to enjoy a concert in Fort Worth. We left a different hotel because this one had an outdoor pool and looked very nice. We made reservations for Saturday on Friday afternoon. When we showed up the front desk lady told us they charged us for the day before and were completely booked for tonight. She then said we can put you in a room but its going to be $349 plus tax (for one night) which ended up being over $100 more than the price the lady gave us be (and charged us for) the day before. Very disappointed they couldn’t accommodate us in any way for their error.

Exceptional customer service inside and out. The valet staff were very courteous and professional. The front desk agents we're amazing! Couldn't have had a better experience elsewhere!

Ok, the hotel itself is alright. It’s nice, clean, and has a western feel about it. However the front desk staff including management are a bit lackluster. They seem very disinterested in their line of work. The bistro was great, I only wish they had more options for craft beer selections. It is valet only parking for $20 a night. I don’t exactly agree with pricing but I understand the need and use for the valet. Considering that if they weren’t there then non guests have the potential to fill parking spaces before guests would. The valet staff was great and helpful with my luggage and very attentive with my vehicle. Overall, I would certainly return as long as the front desk staff could put a smile on their face every now and then.

Beware of all the extra charges. You have to pay for parking and you cannot park yourself you have to pay of me to park your vehicle. Otherwise everything seem to be nice. When you try to use the pool the pool was closed at 8 p. M.

Brand new, with a great location near the Stockyards. Very kitchy cowboy theming. Unfortunately, they require a valet even as a guest, and parking is prolicry, so make sure you factor that into your cost considerations. Having said that, I'd be happy to stay there again.

Nice hotel walking distance to stockyards area and right across Main St from Billy Bobs! Very nice rooms-comfortable bed and good pillows. Clean and very nice! Starbucks and a bar/ cafe inside! Extra nice friendly staff who go out of their way to make your stay a great one!

Clean rooms. Nice friendly staff. Our A. C. Unit sounded like an airplane was taking off in the room every time it kicked in. You have to have valet parking at $20. A night on top of your room cost. … or park on a street if you can find a place. And last but not least. Coffee. If you don't want the yucky room coffee and powered stuff. You have to pay for a cup… I've never been to a Marriott owned hotel and paid for a cup of coffee, poor decision on someone's part.

Its a courtyard marriott, of course its nice. Things that Rock: 1) The bistro in the lobby is always great to grab a hot breakfast or a cold beer in the afternoon. 2) Limited TV channels, but smart TV lets you input a netflix or hulu account… I mean let's face it, thats all you wanted to watch anyway. Things that sucked: 1) Mandatory valet parking 2) Open walk in shower. A cool concept until you realize how much cold air it lets in. 3) Walls are thin, can hear other peoples TVs.

The staff at this hotel make your stop in the stockyards enjoyable and interesting. They have a great bar, everyone who worked there had personality, and the hotel itself is very well designed and very comfortable in an area of town that is often chaotic out in the Stockyards. Really enjoyed the time I spent here.

First, MANDATORY $20 per night per car "valet" parking. Courtyard, if you want more for the room, quote it in the price — don't hide fees as 'valet' parking. Staff would not even let us drop our bags at the front without paying the fee, we had to park off site on an unlit street and walk our bags in. Unhappy within minutes of arriving! Get to the room, Cheetos all over the floor and used bar of soap stuck to the side of the tub. I'm not a huge germ a phobe, but pretty gross none the less. If a reviewer says the staff was even acceptable here, they are lying. We stayed for a week and everyone we came across was terrible. Asked for my coffee on ice at the cafe and that BLEW their minds, needed a manager to approve giving me a cup of ice to pour it on. HUGE line 3 of the 4 days at the cafe, hate to say it but the staff is just uhhhh thick or whatever word you want to use. I hate to be rude but I'm confident you'll find the same. So, if you don't mind a little filth, terrible staff, and you don't have a car with you — this is a great place to stay!

This was a relatively new place when we stayed. It's a very nice hotel in great spot downtown. It's easily within walking distance to the stockyards area. The biggest fault is the lack of any sort of free breakfast and the pay to park even as a hotel guest. These 2 things keep it from being 5 stars for me.

The hotel seems new and is very clean. The front desk staff are friendly, as are the staff at the bistro. The hotel had everything we needed, but nothing in particular stood out. One of the valet employees was very dour but at least we still got the car quickly when needed. Good location, everything I expect from a Courtyard Marriott.

The hotel looks brand new! It is spotlessly clean and the staff is very helpful. My room was immaculate and modern. The shower was amazing, boasting 100% tile, a bench, a glass enclosure, and massaging shower head. The bed was perfectly made and adorned with a Ft Worth mural for the headboard. There is a bistro and coffee shop in the lobby that is available most hours of the day. The fitness room, pool, and laundry facilities were equally new and modern as well. Even the locks on the doors are opened with a tap of the card, no fighting with putting your card in and waiting for the beep. Loved it!

This is a beautiful property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I love the bed, pillows and comforter. It was all so snuggly! Interior is wonderfully decorated. The walk-in glass shower was a great bonus! There is a lounge with Starbucks coffee, but check hours as it is not open all the time.

Great place to stay love the room the hotel is very nice and close to stock yards. The only problem is 20 dollars for valet parking as only option. When they have one site parking I could understand if they were was using off site parking or in downtown but this is a regular open parking lot. They say it's safer I didn't see it being any more secure then let me self park my car. I guess I over look that part when I book the hotel. I just didn't see that one coming being a regular hotel not downtown. As this really cost more as you have tip every time you get car out. 20 dollars for moving your car about 50 feet.

Great hotel. Clean modern rooms. However it's insulting to tell someone that paid $251 for the room that in order to guarantee their guests have some place to park; due to limited parking space, they have to pay an additional $20 for overnight parking. $20 dollars for a valet (He was very professional, polite, & efficient) to park my car about 20 yards from the front door. Or you can park on the street for free. And there's very limited street parking as well. I'm assuming the $10 daytime parking is for non-guests. That experience & feeble explanation did not make me feel like a valued guest.
"Thank you for spending your hard earned money to stay with us. But we only care about the security of your car & you having a convenient parking space if you pay even more money. "

The Good: Courteous staff, nice location, nicely decorated with appropriate theme. The Bad: — Property Maintenance: For a hotel that is barely five months old, maintenance is lacking. Broken tub drain stopper laying next to the tub was just one of the issues. — Parking: With a large open air parking lot on the premises, the fact that they ONLY allow valet parking ($20 + tip) is unacceptable. I would understand if parking was off-site or parking was very limited, but dealing with the hassle of valet parking is a pain. — Hotel housekeeping: Alarm clock was left set at 5:30AM. Huge pet peeve for mine waking up that early to figure out how to turn alarm off. Then, knocking on the door at 7:55 "checking if we were still there". Seriously? If we have not checked out, WE ARE STILL THERE. — Noise: While not the properties fault, be aware that this hotel sits in the corner of two busy streets. Street noise is constant and loud. And our stay was not a busy Stockyards night. It was rather dead on Thu 08/03/17.

The room was nice enough (standard hotel room, nothing exciting), but the valet parking was annoying & overpriced. I hated paying $20 to make my life more difficult. I can see my car, I can get it myself. I don't need to wait for someone else to walk over & drive it to me, wasting time & getting my seat out of place. The cafe was also disappointing. Gross coffee, no continental breakfast, & somehow they messed up my order for a plain bagel.

HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE! Had a cancelled flight and couldn't get another flight out until the following day. Called the hotel, spoke with Jasmine, (front desk) and was told I couldn't get my money back because I didn't get a 24hr notice even when I told her I can email the cancelled flight from the Airline for proof. She tells me there was nothing she can do about it and was told to speak with Manager, Terri, who was not in. Got Terri's (or managers' email) and emailed a detailed information regarding my situation attached a cancellation email from the airline. Called the following day, tried to speak with the Assistant manager, Dawn, left a voicemail. Again, no call back. Following day called again, spoke with Jasmine, was promised she will personally give me name and phone number to Dawn, who will be in at 8PM, and have her call me regarding this matter. Hours pass as I wait for the call, no call. I then call again at 11:10pm, and Dawn has left for the day and so I give my name and phone number AGAIN to Lori, (front desk) telling me she will give it to Dawn the next morning. Called again the following morning, asked for Dawn, and once again got the voicemail. Left a very detailed voicemail. Then called again asking for Dawn, who apparently is so busy to call back between Saturday until Wednesday. I am beyond disappointed with this hotel and its service. I DECIDED TO CALL CORPORATE who then tells me the hotel had "refunded" me my money back.

Be prepared for a frat house environment. So many drunks falling against the wall of our room until 3 am we barely got any sleep, and with the traffic noise of that area with the motorcycles, little boy jacked up trucks and the sirens all hours of the night, you would be better off staying further away if you are coming to enjoy the stockyards. This was our first time here and I wish someone had warned us. It's a new property but there are many things that were not installed correctly, plumbing fixtures, etc, and the thin walls are ridiculous, you can hear people two rooms away, and especially if they are across from your room stumbling in drunk at all hours. Avoid this place and keep the $20 a day valet to upgrade to a better hotel. This place will be torn to shreds in a year from the clientele. Also the beds if you have two people you better pass on the queen size, we are not big people and these are full size beds, just for comfort you'd have to sleep in separate beds or you won't be able to move.

Awesome hotel! The location is 2 blocks from the Stockyards and it's brand new so very modern. The staff is great as well. I'm going again this weekend. The Stockyards needed another hotel so I'm thrilled it's a Courtyard!

Great location. It is directly across the street from the Stock yards. You can walk to the stock yards, restaurants, Billy Bob's. Great hotel. Rooms were nice and the bed was very comfortable.

Being forced to valet kinda stinks, though Maurice (one of the valets) is awesome at remembering you, your keys, and the car. He sees you coming and he already has your car ready. The front desk personel are nice, but I think they must all be new as I ALWAYS have a long wait at check in with only one person ahead of me. The rooms are new and clean which is wonderful.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Decent accommodations. Within a short walk of the Stockyards. Good bar in the lobby with great servers. My biggest complaint was the shower was scalding hot no mater what the mixing valve was set to. The bed was way too firm as well.
