We had a horrible time from the moment we checked in. Nothing in our first room worked so we were moved to another room across the hall and it was a musty handicap room and we are not handicapped. The balcony was dirty and covered in bugs. We won't be staying there again.

Best hotel in Abilene. Rooms are always clean and the beds are very comfortable. Close to lots of restaurants and mall.

I highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Abilene. They are beyond amazing and friendly! The staff was so kind when my son became sick. The only downside is they don't have free breakfast. They have a little restaurant and Starbucks. The food is pretty good.

It is a cozy place. My disappointment is that there are no USB connectors in the rooms. Plenty of receptacles (plugs) but NO USB ports for phone or tablets. There is a comfortable lounge, bar and pool here as well. Friendly, helpful staff.

Very clean, great location. Didn't realize pull out couch was so small. Wish they had continental breakfast.

Had bugs or ants in our room but the staff is extremely nice but there is a strong sewage smell if you gwant to the pool. It’s really disgusting with the smell of sewage and fajitas mixed together. No free breakfast or coffee for that matter. I was given a volcher for a free Starbucks.

Staff was very very friendly. Comfy beds, prices for food alittle high for a bowl of oatmeal. We had some type of ants or bugs on our table. They offered a cup of coffee from Starbucks or a drink from the marketplace. So they kinda tried to make it right.

Freshly furnished and decorated facility right by a mall and local restaurants. Emily at the front desk was a great help on local recommendations. Comfortable and clean rooms with nice amenities!

Excellent place. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds and pillows, although I always bring my own just in case. Quiet and peaceful. Should be rated at least a four star hotel. Too bad the breakfast prices are a little high or else it would have received 5 stars. Lots of other options with eateries all around the hotel. B-Dubs, Dante's Pizza etc…

I always stay at Courtyard Marriott. This was by far the best experience I've had. Extremely courteous, friendly and helpful staff. From the front desk to housekeeping, awesome team.

Pretty typical courtyard. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is fairly close to the air force base, shopping, and restaurants. I would stay again if I was in town.

This hotel will charge you for smoking on the balcony… there was no damage to the property, or any additional clean up on there part involved. there are no warnings posted. I was charged $481.52 in addition to the rate that I agreed to. My personal opinion is that they are thieves. And the manager should be charged with credit card fraud. I have filed a complaint with the corporation (they have stated to me that it will be three to five days to resolve my complaint) the only recourse will be to do a charge back with visa to recover the unauthorized charge. The only reason they have been given one star is because its as low as it goes.

This was a good value for us on a short trip. It was very clean and the staff was nice.

Comfortable and the staff were very nice. Breakfast service was slow, but the food was good. Buffalo Wild Wings is across the street and there is a Mexican cantina next door so it's a nice stop for visiting business men/women.

I am pleased to be a Marriott rewards member after leaving a Marriott courtyard like this one. Jen, the bistro attendant has an amazing personality, work ethic, and very personable. People like Jen is what makes a stay enjoyable.

Easy to locate. Location is convenient for shopping and eating. Staff is friendly. Rooms are nice with all the features one would expect from a Marriott. The Bistro is quite good and priced as you would expect. Healthy options. Beds are soft. Thermostat is digital. Sound travels. Big time. It's easy to hear anything a person is saying or doing in their room while just walking by.

Pretty good, clean, and nice people. The only bad thing so far is I found a Subway sandwich and another Walmart sack with food in it in our mini fridge… GROSS!

I’m enjoying my stay here. Everyone is friendly and helpful when I need anything. Location is good, bistro has good food, and bed is very comfortable. Rooms are good and dark. I’ll stay here again.

They are always making my stay away from home very comforting. Service is wonderful.

We had a great stay — end of Nov 2017. 2 rooms, very clean, helpful staff with a last minute reservation & late check in — and they even stored some of our refrigerated groceries as we were traveling. We recommend!

One of the best experiences I've ever had at a chain hotel. Friendly helpful staff, everything clean, gorgeous and smelling good. No weird smells like in some hotels. We will definitely stay here again, and would recommend to anyone.

It was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. They had a nice lobby and were in a great location next to the mall and several restaurants but there were other hotels near by and I highly recommend going to one of those. We had three rooms for three nights, we booked them all together several weeks out and where still on three different floors, which is annoying but fine. One of our three rooms was never cleaned the entire time we stayed there. The worst thing though is that they never in forced the pool rules. Two of the three nights we had to call the front desk multiple times trying to get them to tell the guest that they can't scream at the pool at 2 am. It took over 2 hours and six phone calls the first night and 45 minutes, 4 calls and us threatening to report them to the cops for disturbing the peace before they told them they had to leave the pool. It was unacceptable that they let a few drunk people in the pool ruin several peoples sleep.

Very kind and welcoming staff, they go the extra mile for their guests! Was given a nice care package with snacks and a drink on check-in. Bar/Cafe is nice and an enjoyable environment. Popcorn machine in the lobby for a snack was a nice touch. The room was very clean and modern. Will definitely be staying here again!

Nice hotel. Comfortable bed. AC got cold. Had to unplug the microwave because it clicked loudly about every 45 seconds. Lobby and staff were both nice.

Nice place, the rooms were very clean, everything worked. I liked that they had microwave & refrigerators in room. The beds were awesome and I slept very comfortably. I would recommend to family and friends to stay here.

First, we didn't stay there. I just called to see if there were any gluten-free options available at breakfast. Person who answered was polite and asked. She came back on saying no, maybe the oatmeal and fruit but that was it. I asked if the oatmeal was gluten-free (not all is) and she was pretty curt. "I don't know, you would have to talk to corporate, they make all the decisions, we just sell it. " Pretty harsh. It's hard enough having dietary restrictions when you're traveling and a simple "I'm so sorry we don't have anything that would work for you" would have been a much better response. So may be a great hotel but my experience with the front desk person was pretty poor.

Clean, quiet room and helpful staff. The beds were squeaky. Beautiful pool area, though the pool was cloudy. The location was convenient for our college visit.

First staff is great, friendly, very attentive. Rooms are typical Marriott Courtyard. Seemed clean, even for an older property recently "updated' and clean bathroom, towels, linens, and room. I travel for work so a couple of things. I realize it's summer, but if you are a business traveler request to have a room away from the pool. My room above the pool was a huge distraction as I tried to work from 6-7 as water zumba with loud music was just too much. Later I had to deal with an unwelcome roach. The walls are very thin. At midnight, I awoke to the sounds of my neighbors, newlyweds perhaps? You get my drift. And again at 5 pm the next day. Am sure that's not over until I leave tomorrow. When I was able to finally sleep, I was awoken to the trash trucks. I have never stayed at this property as there are other hotels I usually frequent more suited for my business travel and will most likely not come back.

The room was clean, well furnished, and had a comfortable atmosphere to it. It's location was nearby to plenty of shops, restaurants and the airport. Service and front desk staff were very friendly.

Newly remodeled. Great bistro with good choices. Staff super friendly & helpful. Location is good for shopping or restaurants. Stay here often for work.

New lobby was great. Front desk was very helpful. My only issue was the cleanliness of Mt guest room bathroom. 2 out of 10. Shower looks as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Limes calcium? Mildew collecting on shower heads and tile grout was horrific. More than likely will not be staying there in the future.

On most recent stay, the box spring on the bed was not installed properly and the frame poked through the box spring fabric and would drop to the floor. We informed the front desk and the first response was "We have no other openings, " then proceeded to tell no other complaints had been received and maintenance was gone for the night. No resolution until next day after waiting for 45 minutes on the maintenance man. He fixed the frame and the box springs fit properly. There was also water leaking from the kitchen area and a constant puddle was right in the middle of the doorway down the hall to get to the rooms. It was giving off an odor. There is no complementary breakfast, its all Starbucks. Only 2 wash cloths and towels, not separate wash cloth for sink and shower per person.

Staff is amazing and is willing to help with anything! Definitely worth a return visit!

The hotel was clean and well-kept. Service from the staff was great they were going out of their way to make sure I was comfortable during the entire visit.

The staff was friendly and very attentive to anything we needed. The room was immaculately clean and wet lived the set up. We were on the first floor and had a patio door that we could access. We will probably stay here again in the future.

Im staying here right now and it sucks! I booked a DOUBLE room DOUBLE bed… and they refused to give me that room! now im in whats suppose to be a double queen and me and my 2 year old cant even fit on the bed! DO NOT STAY HERE. The staff is extremely difficult and rude the guy in the front with the suit and tie will aruge with you about anything you say!

Do not stay here! A/C units did not work properly. There was a leak coming from the base of the toilet that caused the bathroom floor to stay wet. Front desk did nothing to remedy our problem and management was rude and offered no help on resolving our issues.

The accommodations were okay, but the service left much to be desired. In fact, our treatment at this location resulted in our commitment not to be patrons of Mariott any longer.

The room was fairly priced but you stay in a motel so you can have the breakfast buffet. There was a bistro but you had to pay extra and it was expensive and the only coffee they had was starbucks. The beds were uncomfortable and they only had soft pillows. They should get firm pillows for those that need the extra support. The direct TV was horrible. There were about 5 channels that couldn't get a signal. If they are not going to provide those channels they should retype their channel menu they provide or switch TV providers all together.

I've stayed at this property about 6 times for both business and pleasure. Very nicely decorated, rooms are large and bathrooms are very nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bistro is delicious for breakfast. The Abilene mall is right across the street and there are an assortment of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. I would recommend this location to anyone staying in the Abilene area.

Air conditioner if full of mold — visible mold. Bring your zyrtec hope you like Starbucks fast food. I miss my Hampton Inn.

I have stayed at the courtyard for about 4 months off and on for work and the hotel staff are absolutely the best you could ask for. I have never had any problems with my room or having to wait for someone at the front desk to answer the phone. Esp. Since they remodeled the rooms are great.

The rooms had not been sufficiently cleaned. There was a shoe from the previous guest and the top part of a deodorant was left on the floor from the previous guest. The hallways were unkept.
