Hello. After leaving the ocean, for over a month. Our stay here was a wonderful finish to our trip. David was amazing, as well as the rest of the staff. Their hospitality is impeccable! The room was so clean and comfortable. You will definitely enjoy your stay here. BTW, the view of the city at night?! Amazing😊

I do not recommend this place. The room is 102$. Very very nice big room with a full sectional couch and 2 rooms. However. They do NOT tell you that Brentwood is a upity scale hood and with the taxes and fees are almost as high as the room itself. Or is it Williams counties problem. As soon as they debited my card on the phone. I got a receipt for $162.22. WOW WTF? I complained at the front desk and they could care less basically. So stay the hell away from Williams county AND the city of Brentwood.

WORST places to stay is nastyAMBRIDGE is joke, they treat their employees like crap, this is from Nashville Tn, you had send the worst GM Frank Saddon, he don't have what it takes to be a GM, that Hotel went to the ground, now he is trying to find employees, that he will never find, and why, the employees he want to hire, they are working for a 5 star hotel meaning they are the best pay employees. He had good employee, but like always, thinking that employees are not doing there job, when the hotel is in bad shape, no one to teach new employees, and y'all don't like to pay employee right. The oemplyer who stay in Hyatt Place they work there even with the low pay. And now y'all have lost them, Frank you are the worst GM. And another thing a hotel like HYATT PLACE were they got rob and one of there employee got RAPE, AMBRIDGE NEVER DID ANYTHING, Y'ALL SORRY. Hospitality.

This hotel has a great location, and the rooms are very nice. I received a free breakfast because I'm a World of Hyatt member, and the staff was really good about recognizing my status. I will definitely return!

Good place to stay near Nashville. Small outdoor pool and also a bar in the hotel lobby. Our team used the lobby and pool as a gathering point before heading into downtown for dinner. The suites were well laid out with separate living and sleeping areas.

I recently stayed here for a business trip, and had forgotten my hair pins for my rollers. I didn't realize until the morning, getting ready for work, and rushed downstairs to see if anyone at the front desk had anything I could use, like bobby pins, to secure the rollers. This lovely blonde lady, Desi (I believe), had just gotten off her night shift at the hotel, and saw my distress. She volunteered her personal time to run to the store to get me some bobby pins and bring them to my room. I offered to reimburse her, but she refused. It was the nicest gesture I have received staying at a hotel, and a perfect example of impeccable customer service.

I have never stayed at a more awful hotel… EVER! It is currently 4 AM when I am writing this review. We got in late and have had no sleep as the a/c unit in our room is messed up. We have given it plenty of time to cool the room and adjusted the settings and it just doesn’t work properly. The room remains hot and humid. When we went to the front desk they offered to move us to another room BUT it’s 4 AM, we have a 4 month old baby, and we didn’t want to pack up all our stuff just to move down the hall for a few more hours… my husband asked if we could just sleep in the other room and the attendant said no… we’d have to move everything. So we let her know we’d be leaving negative feedback! P. S. Bring your own pillows… I never dreamed I would pay $200 a night for the flattest and most worthless pillow ever. It’s been an awful experience we will not be staying at any Hyatt in the future if this is the best they can do.

We stopped here unexpectedly due to poor experience at another hotel. Hotel was very clean, beds were especially comfortable and staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Pool was refreshing and breakfast offered a nice variety. Would definitely recommend and stay again if in the area.

Room was pretty large, but beds were smaller. Pull out couch bed was all springs. It was nice that they were pet friendly. Breakfast was good in the mornings. Overall was a fine place to stay while we were having work done on our house.

My family and I did a last minute stop and stayed at this Hyatt. Very nice hotel and the staff was amazingly friendly and kind. The other guest were also very kind. Pet friendly hotel. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We loved everything about our stay here. I stayed with my mom and my 3 kids. Our room was specials and easily slept all 5 of us. It was very clean from the lobby to my hotel bathroom. The staff were so very friendly and helpful. When I told them about my son's peanut/treenut allergy, they not only checked the labels, but printed a label from all the food we asked about so I could check myself. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I took a quick trip after a wedding to Nashville on Memorial Day weekend & this hotel was the best rate. We checked in around 8pm & Becky was fantastic. Everyone at Hyatt Place Brentwood was friendly & helpful. Our room was nice, even though the bathroom was TINY. We didn't use the outdoor pool, but it was open until 10pm, so that was nice option if we wanted to. The breakfast was not the best, but the coffee was decent. I liked that it wasn't very far from downtown Nashville and Brentwood has a ton of restaurants to offer if you don't want to deal with the crowds downtown. (We suggest Stout Burgers & Beer! ) Overall, we would definitely stay here again & recommend to anyone!

So I came here with a girls club team last weekend. Mind you they use a service to book club events as well which means the room rate went up. On this weekend Anthony Travel was the service that booked our rooms. Early Saturday morning by 11am storms hit and the tournament was cancelled by noon. So in a cowardly move Hyatt Place Brentwood tucked it's tail in and refused to refund the Sunday room. The irony in all of this was my wife and I stayed at the exact hotel in November 2017 for a wedding. My wife ending being I'll before the wedding so we checked out at 2:30 No questions asked but yet they screwed several groups of Parents out of 2 days of money for something beyond their control this past weekend. We have cancelled our rewards and travelling the rest of this year and in the future. HILTON only! Never have a problem.

Great place to stay. Employees are very nice and helpful if you have any questions or problems. The breakfast not so great! I would stay there again.

Decent rooms, odd furniture layout. Huge living area, tiny space partitioned for sleeping. Bathrooms almost impossible to navigate if you are a slightly above average-sized human. Compares to other Hyatt Place locations at which I have stayed, this one seems like it has been at the bottom of the remodel list for a while.

Would never stay here again! The bathrooms are so small you literally have to step into the shower to close the door and im an average size person not to mention it is in the middle of the room and offers absolutely no privacy. The toilet was about 4ft from the bed. The refrigerator in the room froze everything we put in it. They did swap that out for a different one. We found bugs in the room. The lock on the door only worked if you inserted the key and removed really fast. Half of the TV channels were fuzzy with wavy lines. The saving graces were that the room was clean overall the shower was good with hot water bed was comfortable and 2 of the days they had all you could eat bacon on the breakfast buffet. The rest of the breakfast not good. Otherwise I would have given 1 star.

Room is very nice, I did have an issue with the toilet not flushing when we checked in but the problem was resolved by the most professional staff member at the hotel (The maintenance Guy) very nice and helpful, on the other hand, monitor your credit card if you gave it to them to pay for room or incidentals, when I checked in I showed credentials for service dog, even givin a tag to hang on door, day 2 I had an unauthorized charge to my card by the purple/blonde headed girl at the front desk, after confronting her due to a notice letting me know my card was just charged, she stated she charged me because we had a dog in the room, she wasn't even the one that checked us in, she just took it upon herself to charge my card $57. Fraud department is dealing with it now but monitor your credit card if used here. On the other hand the motel is decent, it's a shame I travel for a living an for the first time I decided to give Hyatt a chance when normally I stay at another brand, I will choose not to come back here due to unprofessional front desk clerk thinking she can just charge my card on what her unprofessional thoughts are. Don't have time to write about our conversation but the charges have been removed.

A clean, straightforward place well-situated with friendly staff. The bathroom area of the king rooms is awkward. Toilet with a tub-sized shower is closed off from the sink/vanity area. You have to squeeze yourself against the shower door or stand in the shower to close the door. Good breakfast and great coffee. Complimentary latte upon request was a plus! I would give it a higher rating if not for the layout and some signs of wear.

We made our reservations 3 weeks in advance and still ended up in a 2nd floor room with a lovely view of the air conditioning units. We can still see a decent view in the distance tho lol.

Very nice place to stay. Great beds and large tv's are very nice. They have breakfast in the mornings, and you can order food from the kitchen at night. Reasonable rates.

We stayed at this Hyatt place for a sports tournament in Nashville. I had missed the deadline for booking to get the special price. I called the hotel directly and the sales director could not have been more helpful in booking our room and giving us the sale price. When we arrived we found out that weekend breakfast started too late for all the teams as we had to be at the venue by 7:30. When they found out, the hotel made sure that breakfast was ready early. Overall, we had an excellent experience because the staff listen to us and took care of our needs. Rooms were large and clean andI would definitely recommend this Hyatt.

Room was spacious. Good working area with a desk and couch, separate from the bathroom and bed area. Like the other reviews, the bathroom is small but it's manageable… It's not like I'm living there permanently. It was very quiet through my stay and the breakfast was much better than the classic continental types. Very satisfied with my stay and would stay here again.

Not as conveniently located as it appears. I normally feel better about Hyatt Places but this one has that renovated an old hotel feel. The bathroom was uncharacteristically small; so was the fitness center. The toilet in my room clearly hadn't been cleaned since the previous tenant occupied the room. Wouldn't stay longer than a night, but more likely, I won't stay here again.

The hotel is A typical 3.5 to 4 star Hyatt Place hotel. The bad thing was the reception on television was terrible and I was able to fidget with the cable wire in the back and the toilet kept running even after maintenance worked on it. I do believe management will compensate me properly. That’s one of the nice things about Hyatt hotels they compensate you for any negative experiences.

Great location, easy to get into and out of off main road. Near about any food or shopping you’d want. Nice room. Clean, no smells. Breakfast was good. Anna at the front desk was very friendly. Would stay here again.

Very disappointed. My husband and I called 2 weeks ago to book our room. I chose a first floor room and asked to have no strong chemicals used in the room and no down feathers because I am very allergic to down. A few days before our arrival we had a confirmation call and the lady confirmed our stay and I asked her our exact total and she gave me my total which was what I expected and when we arrived the price was more and I had made a comment but it was only by $15.00 so I let it go and thought I must have misunderstood. The manager Ryan was very strange and unprofessional. When we got our room key I noticed it wasn’t a first floor room. We chose this because the lady I was on the phone with said it would be cheaper. But we did not have a first floor room when we arrived. (Let that go too) we entered the room and there was noticeable chemical smells and it wasn’t until I began to break out in a severe rash all over my body I noticed there was down feathers. We called the manger and he said it was not noted to have any special request on file which was a mistake on the Hyatt because I’ve NEVER not requested this and was very clear with the woman on the phone about this because of my allergy. The manager did come and change out our pillows but did not offer anything else to make us feel comfortable. We were given Hyatt points that are pointless because we will never stay at this hotel again. Very disappointed and unfortunate.

We stayed here for our annual girls shopping trip Friday-Monday and loved the hotel/staff. There was only one issue with one of the rooms on the first night, but they took care of that very quickly. Ryan was amazing and a great help, and my daughter just loved his sense of humor. The rooms were of generous size, they were clean, and the showers were awesome. Every staff member we ran into super friendly, which is a big plus for us. If we ever go to Nashville again, we will stay here.

My family and I stayed 10-26 to 10-28. When we were checking in, I was told I must have a card. Well, I did but my card only had $1 until midnight. I explained that they could put it on file for any damages and things like most hotels but that I had the entire amount in cash. They would not take the cash and sent me on a wild goose chase after a four hour drive with a sick two year old and a five year old. I was sent to target to purchase a prepaid credit card. My total was suppose to be $334 and some odd change. The later card they had was $200. I called to ask if they could do it across multiple cards. No they can't. Ryan, I believe he was the manager that night, said to come back and he will run it on my debit card and we will fix it after midnight. I was told "to ensure a good night rest you should go back and get the prepaid cards". His GM had explained how to do two cards. The next morning I wake up to Vanderbilt and I go to the front desk to make sure everything was okay. We are not in the system. No record, no reservation. They put us in for 10/27 to 10/28. Checking out on 10/28, I receive one receipt that says 10/27-10/28 paid $167.43 (Which was already pending in my bank account). I go back to ask about the previous night. No record, no receipt. I am told by Anna, the manager that morning, not to worry about it. There's no record and it isn't pending in my account. Well, today 10-30-17, I wake up and there's another payment pending to come out of my bank account.

The hotel was wonderful! The staff were all incredibly friendly and everything seemed to be very clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their breakfast food — I can be picky about my biscuits and gravy but they had some good stuff! My only complaint was that the water pressure in the shower was really high, but other than that we're glad we stayed!

We traveled here not expecting much. Upon arriving we immediately decided rather than just passing through, we would enjoy staying here for an extended stay. This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed at during our trip, especially for the price. We stayed on the top floor with a window view overlooking the small town below. It was beautiful. I'd often find myself staring at the highway traffic after the sun would set. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I would also recommend the town. It was a great stay.

Hyatt Place Nashville employee Ms. Theresa is an angel. The sweetest and most helpful woman ive met. Even though breakfast was hectic because of the eclipse crowd, she made everything run smoothly. The evening front desk gentlemen (lighter skinned bald head big dude) made us feel welcome like we belonged with the Hyatt family. Thank you.

Double bed suite was large, but bathroom was beyond tiny. Beds were comfortable. Sink water was only warm or hot; no cold. Chain lock was broken on room door. Wood-top on half wall behind door was detached and just resting on top. Nice big outdoor pool. Pool had multiple chlorine pucks sitting on the bottom of the five foot that were not dissolved. Good breakfast with limited seating. Friendly staff.

Room was very white and bright. We went out for breakfast every morning instead of eating the continental breakfast. This was great when Shoneys was out front. We would possibly stay here again if visiting Nashville but the drive into downtown during the workweek is obviously rough.

Great locations. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Bar area fairly small, even for a Hyatt. Wished breakfast was served later than 10 (on weekends). Very friendly front staff. Good stay over all.

Stayed at this hotel for three nights recently on business. Great location with a view and convenient to shopping. However, they gave away my king room reservation. Said it was first come first serve. Not what I paid for. Also, I found the rooms to be old and dated with very small bathroom. They required an additional credit card for incidentals even though they had my companies card on file. Not a great experience.

It's getting renovated right now, but the basic room we got was basically a suite. It had a nice 42" TV, great bed and a separate area with a huge L couch. The pool was great. Fitness area was adequate but is being updated. It takes.

I traveled to Brentwood on business and stayed here for literally 2 weeks. I have made a request to my company not to use this hotel again at least for me. From the start they rubbed me in the wrong way. My company of course picked up the bill and they still wanted me to put a credit card on file. I travel a lot and never had to do this especially if a company is paying by direct bill. I went ahead but I asked how much are you charging my Discover card they told me only $15. I came in Sunday by Monday they charged my card $96 I asked them why and they told me they authorize $15 a day! Oh and I was escorted to the hotel by my company VIP who came in and personally took care of the bill. By the way my co-worker who came in with me to train her card was never charged. She is Caucasian I am Black. Never once did they pre authorize her card. I had to freeze my card to prevent them from constantly doing so. After one week I notice housekeeping did not change my bed so I remove the cases to prompt her to do so. The free breakfast area is not monitored enough, I had to ask for napkins, cream for coffee bar, utensils not clean. I personally witness a kid drop a serving utensil on the floor and put it back for other guest to use. The water is hard and you can smell the chlorine. Oh and the killer they are pet friendly and for two days and nights I had to listen to dogs bark on my weekend when I wanted to relax and do a little work in my room.

I was in town for businesses, I stayed 3 days. The customer service was great. The breakfast was fantastic. My room smelled like a nursing home. I was extremely surprised at how filthy the carpet was. My shower was not cleaned there was hair from the previous occupants. To top my stay off the housekeeping crew left a wet cleaning rag on my suitcase. Please Get it together.

My son and I stayed here for 4 days and we were very happy. It was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, and the staff was wonderful. The only minor issue we had was solved cheerfully in less than 10 minutes. The floor plan for the room was very nice and spacious. Beds were comfortable. I would recommend the Hyatt Place highly.

Rooms advertised as spacious, should have the word 'anti' in front of it. Very very dated. Room was a 'handicap' room since they don't understand how to 'hold the reservation'. Room was filthy and dusty as if no one had used or cleaned the room in a few days or a week. If you want actual courteous room service, don't stay here, you have to call it in and then pick it up yourself. Now for >$150 a night, in a "4 star" hotel, and the usual jacked up prices for menu items, that they could bring it to me. When retrieved my order and got back to my room, it was wrong. Upon returning, the person who took the ordered argued with me about what I said. Also, no management, everyone is a manager of so sorts. Now on to the so-called 'spacious separate living and sleeping quarters', this was an absolute joke, separate means separate rooms, not separate part of a tiny room. This felt like a dorm. If you value your price point and what to expect, then this ISN'T the place for you. If you just want to crash and don't care about be disrespected, crawling slow elevators, and just an overall let down to the "4 star" experience. These thieves will gladly take your money. There are a lot of choices for hotels in Brentwood and Nashville for that matter, make sure you avoid this one.

Having stayed here for work purposes it was conveniently located. Having a shopping centre nearby allowed for variety in food choices as well, all within easy walking distance. The view from my room was nice, and the staff were helpful and courteous. The in house food was good. Would I stay here again? Sure.

Stayed here for New Years after booked on Expedia. Chose this hotel based on the nightly rate as well as close proximity to downtown Nashville expecting to take advantage of the hotel shuttle service. WRONG, according the staff the hotel shuttle policy is a 5 mile radius from the hotel. The onsite manger was hell bent on sticking to that policy so after daily cab fare from the hotel to downtown Nashville it would have been more cost effect to stay in town. So think twice before you book here.
