Very Quiet Room, slept well, shower had plenty of warm water.

Hotel not bad but the woman that does breakfast and work the front desk is pathetic. If she is there might as well turn around walk out! We have had 6 rooms a week for last 8 weeks but will be moving due to her non stop rude behavior. Location is great rooms nice and clean.

Proceeded to book a room through the manager and when I went to call him back to confirm the front desk guy said they weren't going to honor my agreement with the gm. I asked to speak to the manager and the front desk agent hung up on me. Iam seriously in disbelief how unprofessional they are here.

I was in Nashville for work and stayed tonight’s At the Baymont Inn. The location was great, Starbucks right around the corner, lots of places close by to eat, complimentary breakfast. Very helpful friendly staff. I will stay there again.

The room had a musty smell that never went away, even after running the AC for hours. The exterior of the hotel looks great, but inside it looks older than it really is, with a cramped, cluttered lobby. But, it has several pluses. First, the staff is friendly and accommodating. Second, the complimentary breakfast is tasty and filling, with a good variety. Finally, the hotel is a quick drive to a number of restaurants. There are even a couple within quick walking distance.

Not a bad place to stay, especially for the price. Was right across from the training center where I was working, so the location was very cool. 20 minutes from downtown Nashville, or to some of the other historic sites around Nashville Tennessee if you're vacationing. Decent hot breakfast in the morning, and coffee is always available down to the lobby which I appreciate. Swimming pool outside is also very nice and clean. Hotel is a little bit outdated, but once again for the price, I don't think you can beat this deal. Staff is so far been very friendly and accommodating.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Hotel staff was pleasant. Great continental breakfast. Didn’t use the pool during our stay but looked inviting. Nice restaurants and Starbucks located near by. Freeway entrances nearby. Would recommend this hotel and stay here again!

Smaller rooms than what I’ve come to be used to with Wyndham group hotels. The king/sofa room we booked had just enough room to house both. No room in between them. The rooms also have a somewhat outdated feel. When we arrived, we found the sleeper sofa to have dirty sheets. Not ones that had been slept in, but it was obvious it hadn’t been used in a while. Because there was only one person working, we had to then go down to the desk to get new sheets ourselves. On the lighter side, the hotel is in a good location in reference to Nashville, there was no up charge for the crib we needed, the A/C is very cold and there was a very good breakfast selection compared to others.

It was a good place to stop for the night. It was clean and in a great location. Lots of places to eat and shop. The woman working was very nice and accommodating. There was small microwave and refrigerator in our rooms! The only complaint we had was, the beds were not very Comfortable and the hallways were muggy. But the washer and dryer worked well.

A nice hotel offers a nice breakfast the rooms are nice. But there were a crack in the mirror which I had to make sure we didn't get charged for it and the TV wouldn't work. Apparently somebody had did maintenance on it and forgot to put it back in the normal settings. Microwave and refrigerator is an added bonus the bed was very comfortable too. It almost looks like they were in the middle of remodeling quite a few of the rooms.

A welcome respite after a long day of driving. Clean, modern, spacious rooms offered much needed relaxation. Monique was very sweet and helpful. She made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed… a place to grab a bite, paper plates and napkins, and a great room. We are Wyndham vacation property owners and we definitely felt that we were in a Wyndham property. Thank you to the management and staff for a restful place to lay our heads.

A super clean hotel and the service was excellent. The location was very convenient for the trip we did. The only inconvenience was the beds, they were not very comfortable, and the breakfast was not the best although I appreciated the hot choices.

Nice place. We had a crib brought in for the baby. They had no sheets for thr crib. Flat sheet was used. Would not stay on, it was really hard on the baby. I will bring a sheet next time.

A little out of the way from I-40. Room is very nice. Check-in was a breeze. Had some trouble getting the exercise equipment to work properly. Looking forward to breakfast in the morning.

Great place. I was here for business and the hotel stay turned out very pleasing. They don't have water bottles so you need to take care of your own for bottled water. This place is located at a place where lot of eateries and restaurants are around. They also had a good continental breakfast and I was pleasantly surprised to see the quality. I will definitely recommend this place.

Great hotel. We were on road trip so that was 3rd Baymon inn we slept in. Very happy with service, food, rooms. Breakfast they offer is the best they have everything for every taste. Lots of food. Rooms were clean. Customer service was. Polite and nice. 10 stars for people who work there. Keep the good service!

Had a great trip to Nashville to celebrate a friend's engagement and stayed at this hotel. The hotel was really nice and the staff was friendly. (Also I always love when a place has free coffee 24 hours a day :D) the only thing that I could say against it is that the bed was a little too stuff for my liking and it seemed a little dates inside. But those are very minor details overall and I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone needing a place to stay.

I was there for end of year 2017. It is a decent Hotel, clean from the lobby. The staff is very professional. The room 222, bathroom inclusive was very clean. You can expect the same you see in the website's pictures. Breakfast is good enough.

It was nice considering how much I paid per night. The first room I was given had bugs (a huge wasp, lady bugs, and bugs I could not identify) crawling out of the air conditioning unit, I called the front desk the manager explained that they were cleaning the system and that could be the reason. He promptly assigned me another room and I did not have the same issue. The staff were very friendly, the hotel is a but older but it was presentable.

Nice place for one nights stay. Beds aren't very comfy And I could hear every step the guests made upstairs and in the hallway. I enjoyed the nice clean remodeled room. Likely to return because if the great price.

Stayed here for business over 3 nights, and everything in the hotel worked as expected. The main entrance faces Westpark Dr, however the only way to get into the lot is from Penn Warren. A microwave and refrigerator were provided in the room, and worked as expected. The pillows lacked support, and the bed squeaked, but it was comfortable enough to sleep the full night. The continental breakfast was sub-par, but edible. There is a Starbucks and Publix half a block away which was convenient. The staff is friendly and my room was well kept during my stay. I would recommend looking at other hotels in the area, but this is a good one to settle on if others are booked.

I was in town on business for a few days. This was convenient to my business dealings, good food, and the interstate. Quiet, clean, friendly hotel with great breakfast to get my day started.

Rooms were excellent, service was great, breakfast even exceeded expectations! Only reason for no 5th star is that they no longer allow pets since bought by Wyndham. Which as a member of a Wyndham timeshare family: Pets are a thing that people have and often need to travel with! Stop buying up hotel chains and refusing pets, Wyndham! I travel over once a month to trade ferrets off with my long distance bf and I literally can't give you all that money! I would pay another $5/ pet even! Just cool it with the pet bans, please.

The room was neat and comfortable. While you enter through the vanity/bathroom area, the bathroom is not awkward. No knees bumping doors. Room had fridge and micriwave, comfortable beds. Not a fan of the three square pillows on the bed and glad I brought my own.

Had just what I was looking for. Good price, clean room and very friendly staff. The location was great too.

It's a nice hotel. Clean, updated rooms. A nice outdoor pool and everyone is friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in this area.

Excellent staff, excellent service. Haley was a huge help! After a headache with our previous hotel her and the general manager were extremely understanding. Amazing place to stay!

The room was very nice and clean. The bed was a little too firm for me. Amenities weren't as easily accessible as in other high in hotels. The breakfast was hot and was actually pretty good. Overall, not a bad place to stay for business, but I don't think I'd stay for any other reason.

This is a minimal review, as my exposure to the establishment was minimal. I was dropping off a friend a few nights ago, stayed a brief time, and had little contact with staff. But can say the exterior and interior is clean, nicely decorated, and gives you an overall feeling that you're in a far more expensive hotel than you actually are. My friend had been there a two days already, and ranged at how comfortable the beds were, clean rooms, nice breakfast in the mornings, and always felt safe when arriving or leaving the hotel when it's dark outside. And having known her for many years, I can say that she's pretty hard to impress, so her glowing recommendation and high review of the hotel says a LOT about this hotel!

Location was great. Breakfast was ok. My daughter just ended up eating an apple. Room was decent but a little over priced.

Brentwood is a really nice area, but that's all this hotel had going for it. When we arrived, the man at the front desk was on his phone texting, I stood there for 10 seconds before he even said. I'll be right with you, then I waited another 20 seconds for him to finish typing on his phone. Ridiculous. The non-smoking room they gave me smelled like cigarettes before I even got all the way into the room, they did give me another room, so that was good. Probably the worst part of the whole experience was a combination of the AC unit that rattled all night and the fact that the walls and floor are so thin that you can hear all of your neighbors. We heard snoring next to us and the people above us sounded like they were going to come through our ceiling as they were walking around… which they did a lot of until 11:30PM, then again early in the morning. The breakfast in the morning looked OK, but it was so crowded with no place to sit, we just went to Panera instead. The Wi-Fi was very slow, we just ended up using our own data. Basically we probably would have been better off sleeping in our car. I tried to save a couple bucks by staying here, that won't happen again, you get what you pay for.

Had a nice stay. No complaints. The staff was friendly, room was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast had eggs and such. Nothing too fancy but if you just need a place to stay for a night or 2, this place is great.

Service was great! Very clean room, nice check in/ check out process, and nice continental breakfast. Facilities are nothing special but good.

This hotel is full of incompetence. I booked a reward night for me and for a friend. They were smart enough not to send me the link to review, but they sent me the link to review for my friend. The hotel was oversold and the lady who called asking me to not come. She then informed me that she could change our reservation to anything she wanted and was going to do so. I told her that I had the reservation for months and this was not acceptable. The lady then proceeded to check us in and out without my knowledge. This means that there was no room for us when we arrived to check in later that night. The front desk staff at that time were helpful and understanding but unable to do much. They finally found out what had happened. The lady earlier was smart enough to not cancel our reservation so that we would still be charged. We then called the general manager at home about finding a room for us. The GM stated that they did nothing wrong and we should just go somewhere else. Again we argued with her over the phone and it was clearly explained to her that the employee of the hotel had changed everything in the system without our knowledge. Eventually after several minutes she relented and gave us a room for the night. When we got to our room there was an overall musty smell indicating a mold problem. The ac unit has 3 settings cool off and warm. I personally like a cold room and it never got cool the entire night. The room we were moved to was one with two queens.
