Beautiful and clean suites. Amazing and friendly service. I would recommend these rooms whether you're a family with kids, having a couple's get away, or on a business trip.

Decent hotel at a good price. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly. The location isn't the best, but it's not too bad. It's about 20 min to downtown Nashville. Close enough to get there, and much cheaper than a hotel downtown.

Management is terrible. The room was dirty with old food in the fridge. The hotel smells musty and like mildew. Front desk lady had a terrible attitude and seemed more interested in her cell phone than customer service. The only thing that they had going for them was the night shift guy named Joshua. He was an absolute delight. He was the only one there that acted like he cared about the place. I will not be back to this crappy place.

Can’t complain too much being the price was low. Staff was nice and helpful. But you all do need to have a deep cleaning of your rooms every once in a while. This bath was pretty upsetting upon arrival. I am not one to ask for your help as I work at night and need sleep during the day, so having someone come in and clean or moving me to another room is not my thing. Just consider the first impression is what you’re going to get from me every time.

First Impressions are great. The room is very clean and orderly. Love having the kitchen option in the room. Made me wish I was staying longer. The manager on duty is great and took my preference into consideration for the room without my prompting. The only possible downer is the upper level hallway being a bit warm. Not having a traditional breakfast nook is fine for me as I usually do not eat in one.

The management here blows. The manager made fun of deaf customers and the rooms are rarely ever REALLY clean. The a/c units cause the rooms to be full of mildew. The front desk staff is extremely lazy, (nice but lazy) they have a theory that what they lack in amenities they make up with customer service. If you stand in the first floor hallway, you can usually overhear the management make racial and sexist slurs. The place is a wreck on the weekends. I had to spent a lot of time here, due to my employer and they often cheat people out of money with sneaky added charges. There were also many things stolen by housekeepers from many of my colleagues.

A previous occupant's nasty food was in the refrigerator when I arrived. Otherwise, this would be a 5 star review. The front desk staff were very helpful and super courteous. The in house grocery was very convenient.

We stayed here for a couple of weeks after our apartment lease ended — waiting for our house to be finished. It was a really great place for a long term stay. Room could have been cleaner but was great and workers are all very nice and helpful. Free washers/dryers and ability to borrow appliances for free is awesome. It may bother some that the place is pet friendly and there's no weight limit on dogs so there were some huge dogs and one jumped up on a lady with groceries. Also, it's in the middle of an office park so area is super quiet at night but traffic between 5 and 6pm is bumper to bumper so plan ahead :) Great place to stay!

Everything was very clean. I used to barbecue grills there and they were also clean and easy to use. I enjoyed my stay very much and the staff was very friendly.

I love this hotel. I didn't even know the neighborhood is rank one of the best upper class in the county. Wow! I'm having the time of my life even though I'm here for educational purpose for my career and will be coupe-up in my room for a week between class and my room, I still love it. Friendly staff, great room for the money.

I didn't stay in this hotel. I was there to visit a friend! This is located in the busy business area, so it should be packed all the time. Not sure about the rooms inside and customer service! The online price seems a good rate!

My company paid for me to stay here… it's really a decent place to stay, close enough to Nashville but far enough away to not have to put up with the traffic.

Nice clean apartments, very good services. Grills, pavilion, good location. Staff is polite and professional. Parking is ample. The apartment are very close to highways, restaurants and retail. A great solution for extended stay, I would go back if I needed extended stay in the Brentwood Tennessee area.

I had a beautiful stay. They are so nice and concern about you. They want to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

3 stars for picking up the tab and throwing me a few points. The hotel oversold their rooms and bumped me to a dingy Baymont down the road, which I do not recommend.

I love this place! My daughter and I stay here every time we are in the Nashville area. The rates are unbeatable, especially for the location. It's an older building, but the rooms are updated and nice! The staff is unbelievable fantastic. My favorite desk person is Dee Dee. She is the epitome of southern hospitality. They have a built in store, free laundry facilities and a gym! I have never had an issue here. Candlewood Suites is the best choice in the area! They are usually pretty full, so I would suggest not waiting until the last minute before booking a room here.

After telling the front desk that I had dirty sheets their answer to me was they only change sheets once a week and clean the room once a week. There was dust covering the vents in the entire room. I will never stay at another Candlewood. I am an IHG member and this brand won't get my money again.

We stayed here while visiting Nashville. I thought the staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk was very accommodating. They have a cool locker system where you can rent appliances or board games. The only downside was our room smelled musty/moldy. The lobby is clean and well kept though.

Good place. Clean rooms. No breakfast but kitchenet in each room. Beds are comfy. They clean the rooms on a weekly basis because they are a extended stay. Pets are allowed which is always nice.

The service that we received was great everyone was so help. They have a small gym to keep in shape. I also was able to take care of my laundry. I had a wonderful time here.

Friendly welcome and nice room. Like the suite layout and the fact you can cook your own food in the room. Strange that the front desk is not manned 24 hours, but I guess that's ok as I didn't need anyone… Overall, a nice stay.

We were in town for my boyfriend's birthday; dinner, a concert, and an overnight stay @Candlewood, a few bumps early in the evening had me cautious but the entire trip was amazing! the hotel was awesome! from the gym to the extra large bath towels, from the hotel pantry to the convenient parking the experience was GREAT!

This place was very underwhelming and desperately needs a renovation. It's old. The front desk staff is great but they don't make up for negligent cleaning services and overall dingy hotel. If you're only staying for a weekend or night this is a cheap option. I stayed here almost two months and will never stay again. Colleagues warned me but the cheap price swayed me and I'll always regret it. I'd give the place negative stars but the front desk staff were really good people. I will say that everything said in the negative reviews on here are completely true. Stayed there long enough to see it or experience it.

We were honestly blown away with the value. Spacious, clean rooms (we had two reserved and both were great), new and/or very well maintained furniture and cabinetry. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Nashville (any closer and you're paying way more for a decent place). Courteous staff, and the "Candlewood Cupboard" was great… Like having a 24-hour convenience store inside the hotel! Recommend it highly.

Everything was comfortable, and it was nice to have a little kitchenette. No non stick pan, so don't try to make fried eggs! Would have given 5 stars if there was an office Center on site. A hotel that caters to business clients should at least give access to a printer.

Awesome hotel. Very convenient location. Rooms are spacious and very clean. You should try Jeffreys Wings, Burgers and Oysters right next door. Best Oysters I've had that far from the coast.

My stay was very comfortable and amazing staff.

Small issues aside (no sheets or blanket for pullout mattress, hard to find the hotel in the dark, etc. ), a very nice hotel with friendly staff, and a comfortable room. Dog friendly, too.

This is my 6th extended stay this year and this place ranks 2nd to last! The rooms are okay but the service is comparable to a la Quinta! Once a week room service, no breakfast, front desk closes at 11 pm, no pool, one towel for the week, room service doesn't restock coffee or popcorn, to finish all of this off they have some short of grocery store that is 3x or more the price of the actually cost! Oh, the gym is located in the same room with the grocery store and the laundry room. Seriously, get your game up to the level that is expected in 2015!

Wonderful hotel if traveling with a pet. We stop here at least twice a year going fron north to south. Pet area is nice and a nice little shop to buy a meal or a snack.

This place is ridiculously amazing! Unlike the common motels like Days Inn or Super 8, this place has real rooms. It's like a little apartment! Separate bathroom; living room; bedroom; and a kitchen. It's very cheap too!
