The dj’s were great! Carolina cruisin. And you can order food in the bar. Plenty of space to distance.

Updated amenities and a nice pool, the staff and breakfast are really nice, and I really enjoyed my time there. Definitely going back.

My family and I have stayed here before last year and was pleased BUT, We just got in our room (one around back) and if my kids weren't already lying down, I'd go up to that office and flip! This room is absolutely the worst! The curtains are stained, carpet is wet, mold on the walls, carpet stained, etc… I AM VERY DISGUSTED! I can't wait to Take these pictures to the front desk in the morning. I probably won't get any sleep thinking about how nasty this room is.

5 stars just isn't enough. This property deserves 5 plus. The property is very well maintained. Rooms are very clean. Housekeepers here are very professional and they always greet you with a smile. Front desk personnel is professional. I highly recommend this property. Great job everyone and we will be back. Thank you very much for making us feel at home.

Great place to stay! 5 days and 4 nights for 340 wasn't as badas most places. Was close to my father and in the town of Sumter with very awesome people and service. Free breakfast was wonderful. Miss it already. Room was very nice and large.

Originally was ok with the place other than it being expensive. But just now, I was charged an extra night without any warning (i found out by looking at our bank account) and he total that was given out was charged, and then an extra night was charged. On top of that, we have found tons of bugs everywhere. We are probably never staying at another quality Inn after this experience.

The rooms are decent. The breakfast is very limited. Guest self serve laundry is not free like other hotels.

The staff here is always VERY helpful. I've been able to find rooms TWICE in a year when every other hotel is sold out. We also needed a mechanical fix and the mechanic was able to resolve or issue very quickly. Thanks!

One of our favorite places in Sumter. Been here many times and always enjoyed it especially the breakfast. Great breakfast!

We travel all over for work. And that being said we stay in many hotels. I have to say I'm dissapointed here. It was not the cheapest place either. First thing a huge hair in my tub. But I brought cleaner and cleaned it. No big deal. Then we go lay down and the beds are not to good. They could really use New one's. Then the toilet won't flush. And when I got up to pack lunch everything was froze. We have to pack lunch cause we can't leave the place we work for lunch. But lunch meat everything froze solid. They can't replace it cause they don't have one. But I have stayed places they would get one from another room. But oh well. We now know. We come here every year to work but we won't stay here again. It has a nice view and kinda quit at night so far. That's all I can say positive about our stay : (and here I am at almost 100.00 a night defrosting there refrigerator… and if the people cleaning had looked in to clean it they could have seen it was completely iced up… I'm a little pissed.

DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Worst night service ever. First of all the night guy himself couldn't tell me about the different charges. My room door was already propped open and the rude front desk guy didn't want to check it out. He said I could check back with the manager in the morning for a refund. He couldn't give me a refund but he could take my keys back. Plus he would not give me a receipt of any kind. He said I would have to come back in the morning. But I'm from out of town and I'm leaving in the morning. Every other word out his mouth was its nothing he can do. Then why are you at the front desk? I had to call Sumter police to see if I could get a receipt out of him. And they said it was nothing they could do. What a sorry hotel and a sorry police department. That's why the parking lot is so empty. Trust your gut and NEVER book at this hotel. I give this hotel zero stars!

The rooms were clean and comfortable came with a mini fridge and microwave. It is let friendly and was close to resurants! It was to cold to use the pool but we were right there and was super nice. Breakfast was great all hot and ready had plenty to choose from. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating to us.

My husband and I are currently staying here and we are pretty disappointed. The staff are really friendly and it's in a good location but the rooms are not that great. Lamps don't work, the coffee maker is missing pieces, the bath water smells strongly of chlorine, the Wi-Fi doesn't work at all, and some springs are broken on one side of the bed. I also went to workout in the fitness center and only 2 of the 5 cardio machines weren't working and the weight machines are either worn down or broken completely. I'm only giving more than one star because of the friendly staff.

Clean, and comfy. Pet friendly and the staff was very kind. Visited twice already and would visit again.

The rooms and furniture are dated/worn. Definitely needs updating. Beds are decent but pillows are really small. Room is not very clean, toenail clippings behind table, dust on things, furniture rusty and stains on curtains and towels. Biggest problem is we have found little tiny roaches coming from the electronics on the night table by the beds.

We had a nice stay from 11/25 until checkout 11/28, my husband booked the (nonsmoking) room for 3 days even after finding out we had to put down $100 deposit. So, let's fast forward. The day of checkout, we're all packed and we go to turn in the keys, and receive our deposit. Housekeeping calls to the front desk and says we've been smoking pot in the room. Some Huh? How is that and all of the rooms were non smoking, and we were at my aunt's house or shopping mostly. We Never received our deposit back. Yea! They lost two out of state customers for sure. Unfortunately! I ended up staying here again due to other hotels being booked. We checked in 11/22/17. First night in, I find a roach in my room. Luckily it didn't come across my 15 month old son, and my husband didn't see it, it would've been handled way differently. The same night there was another roach in my mothers room, just 2 doors down from us actually. And needless to say a day later I came across another brown brother in my mother's room. The sheets didn't look clean, there were yellow spots on the sheets. Again! Luckliy my baby sleeps in his play pen when we visit hotels. And to put the cherry on top! The 2nd roll of toilet paper was water damaged and had turned brown. This hotel is utterly unacceptable as I've said before in my previous review.

Great place to stay when traveling for business. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Free breakfast buffet is good.

Nice place. Room was clean, beds and pillows very comfortable, property well-maintained, and breakfast had plenty of choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. As otr truckers we stay in hotels all over the country and for a value-priced hotel, this one tops the list. The carpet in our room needed shampooed (stinks) or I would have given 5 stars.

Travel a lot for work and stay at this hotel for months each year. Friendly helpful employees and very large variety breakfast clean rooms and quick to fix any issues. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Since the change in owners and general manager, the hotel has went completely down. My family & I hosted our family reunion here for the 7th and last time. The rooms smell like mildew, the carpet is always wet, the pool was not service not one day while we stayed at the hotel. The hotel has curtains on the bed as a comforter. The landscape doesn't look touch since 2016. The general manager is never at the hotel, and when she is, she never comes to the front desk when you request to speak to her. It never seems to amaze me how a new management can turn a place great place up side down.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The toilet was broke & did not flush. The phone was unplugged. What if it was an emergency? The clock was set 2 hours forward with the incorrect time. There was no maintenance person that was on call. I attempted to reach the general manager of the hotel several times. No response or call back. Terrible experience. Good luck if you stay there.

After reading some other negative reviews I feel a higher credit is due. The staff make a hotel, and here is just such a case. Everything was clean, fresh and orderly and a perfectly acceptable place to stay for anyone. The building and rooms are dated, but that is all. They are kept as good as they day they where made. The parking lot I'm sure they plan on paving, but I don't sleep on it, I park on it. Great job staff!

This hotel was a good price, but it was an older facility. Our housekeeper Sandra was wonderful. She checked on us and interacted with our seven year old grandson often. She had great customer service skills and attitude. She should be commended! The pool was clean and refreshing. I was surprised that there wasn't an exhaust fan of some sort in the bathroom. If we return, we will request a ground floor room as the stairs were a bit much to handle for me. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the hotel was in a great area, close to shopping and restaurants.

Rooms were clean. Air worked. In room amenities were useful. Pleasant staff. Breakfast was okay. Parking was plentiful.

Great front desk staff. Otherwise a horribly run hotel. We arrived, were given a room… it was not cleaned (bed was a mess). Took 3 more tries to get a room where the room key would work. Took over an hour to get checked in. The Management's response: You can have a refund and cancel your stay, or a 20% discount (not including taxes). Well… NEVER, EVER will I stay at this hotel again. I would not recommend it to anyone! ~Bettina PS — had to put 1 star in order to post… but this is a POOR Quality Inn.

Not that clean, but pet friendly. Very close to lots of stores and fast food.

Disappointed that when we got here the pool had no water. Was filled when we came back the 2nd night. To cold to enjoy.

Well its 1230 at night you got a bunch of ghetto superstars down at the pool partying and screaming. I always go to Choice hotels and I travel almost everyday of my life. After this night I will stay away from all Choice Hotels.

I've stayed a couple times. There are a lot of people living in the hotel that loud and disrespectful to the ones that actually got jobs and have to get up early to go to work. They were yelling and kids were screaming and banging on walls all night. I called the front desk and told them I had to get up a 4 in the morning for work. They just said they would check into it. They continued to be loud. I don't think they even talked to the people. I called again and no answer. The first time I went I had a guy trying to sell me drugs outside my door and there were people coming and going from rooms all night.

The worst experience ever! Its constantly loud! The room was disgusting. The door handle to the bathroom has this nasty sticky texture to it and the sink is broken. The bed sheets have stains on it. I had a dirty towel placed in my bathroom and its just not what I would call quality. I would actually say its anything but quality! I'm a person that loves hotels and traveling but this room is not great, and even if you just wanted a room for a bed to sleep you can't even sleep because of all the noise. I feel gross just sitting in the room and if I wasn't leaving soon I would switch hotels! I'm even considering a early check out!

Rooms are great. The bed is wonderful. Free breakfast and it's good.
