This hotel was fine. It was generally clean and had plenty of room for my solo trip. It comes with a kitchenette, however the refrigerator wasn't super clean and there were no utensils or plates in the room. You had to go through the front desk to get those items. Upon check-in, I waited at the front desk 4/5 minutes before anyone was even in the office to check me in. Overall, it was just okay.

All the staff are very friendly and nice… they make sure that keep a smile on they face when greeting the guest… Shakilah is such a sweetheart and very kind hearted and friendly.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and none of the rift raft at this hotel. Its great for in between homes and the pet friendly is great. I love all the ladies in the office. If I ever have any concerns they always take care of it rite away. Big shout out to Sara, Kia, Annie, Passion and Shakila they are all awsome!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The front desk is really nice and helpful. When I called and asked about pots and pans the person working the front brought the stuff to my room. The next day the morning staff called a cab for me to get back to the airport. Very helpful staff!

When we arrived the toilet had never been cleaned, the room smelled like cigarettes, the kitchen area was completely disgusting, the air conditioner doesn't even cool the entire room, and you could tell the room had never been wiped down. Would never recommend this place to anyone!

Staff was great during check in and check out. Room was quiet as well as the atmosphere and property. The price was great compared the the other Extended Stay America that was around the corner, they were about $ 100.00 more. Grab and go breakfast could be better.

I arrived very late Saturday night due to being shot in the leg earlier that day to find out the only room left was on the third floor, even though I made the reservation by Wednesday. That really wasn't a big deal though, I have more of an issue with the used soap left in the shower, the blood stained sheets, the smoke detector that beeps all night, and the lack of housekeeping done to my room. The amount of people smoking weed, sitting out drinking and condition of the grounds does not emanate a safe or pleasant vibe either. Their breakfast is more like morning snacks, consisting of nothing but prepackaged muffins, bars, oatmeal and grits. You would think being 500 ft from wal mart, they would have something better.

Clean rooms, nice and helpful staff. Will stay here again and would recommend to a friend.

Experience was great no problems checking in clean room. Complimentary breakfast available great hospitality during check in and out. Will visit again.

This place is horrible! The outside of the building is dirty just like the walkways. The rooms are okay if you like bad smells for free. Other patrons are of a class you would expect because this the cheapest place in town. People here are animals. Music is played too loud, everyone sounds like they weigh 400+ pounds, and you will hear it all night. People are up and talking too loud at all hours. You get what you pay for, and I won’t stay here ever again.

This place is HORRIBLE,. The first thing you see is trashy people outside there rooms smoking cigarettes. The rooms smell like cigarette smoke, That's right, I said rooms. The first one we had smelt really bad, so we switched rooms. Well,. TV didn't work not to mention that room smelt like cigarette smoke too, the power went out in the middle of the night and we heard all sorts of noises through the walls. You think a room like that would cost MAYBE $30 A night,. Nope $180,. I mean really? Are you kidding me? We will never stay at an Extended Stay of Zimbabwe, I mean America AGAIN,.

My fiance` requested a room on the first floor because she has MS and has trouble walking. We were given a a room an the second floor and told we would be given a first floor room as soon as one was available. We were at Extented Stay at Tanger Outlets for 4 nights & 3 days and never were given a first floor room.

0 stars read all of the reviews and always look at a hotel by the reviews not the stars. Worst hotel I've been at for many years. Work put me up here and I almost left but they found me a slightly non-smoking room and fortunately one neighbor isn't a drug dealer.

This location can be hit or miss. I have stayed here in two separate occasions. First time, the room was almost scary dark and had a worn out feel and a funky smell. Roaches were a common sight. The last occasions the room was on the first floor but it was way nicer than my previous stay. Closer to the check in office so room was clean and tidy. No smells, but did see one roach the whole time I was there. All in all, it's a hit or miss.

Stayed for 3 months for a work assignment. Never again. No other place to go at the time. First day. German roaches in the room, called the desk to report I needed someone to come now to spray, I used my own bug spray in mean time, 3 days later no one came, had to call corporate to get help. Place dirty! Used my Lysol wipes and gloves to wipe the room down and the wipes were black with dirt. Housekeeping was sub par at best. I finally kept my do not disturb sign on my door at all times to stop them from coming and I cleaned myself. My room was cleaner when I left than when I came. I had to go buy my own vacuum cleaner and after one vacuum you wouldn't believe the dirt in it! 3 times during my stay my room was barged into by staff while I'm sleeping (I worked at night) and scared me to death. Oh sorry, you are on the check out list, I thought you were gone! Got to smell cigarette and weed coming through my room constantly. Thats just a few things, I could go on $1500 a month with tax and it wasn't worth half of that. I don't live like that at home and to pay that much pissed me off. I told my travel company not to send anyone here again. We are travel nurse's and that's a lot of 3 month assignments going else where! Did I say never again?! Nope not ever. Horrible! Stayed 4/17 — 7/17.

Rude staff. When you walk in the office music is so loud you can't hear the staff talk. My truck was intentionally blocked in, I went into the office to inform hotel staff my truck was blocked in and it was going to make me late for work, the hotel worker told me it's my fault that I'm blocked in because all of our trucks are taking up all the parking spaces and her manager is going to call our area manager and tell him we're going to have to do something else with our trucks. I get the feeling like we're not wanted here so we're probably going to pack up all of our trucks and go somewhere else. The company I work for is a multi-billion-dollar company with over 5, 000 employees so if we're going to be treated like this will just take our business elsewhere. I'm about to write a letter to the CEO expressing our treatment at this hotel. If Truck Drivers are not Welcome put up a sign.

The most disgusting hotel room I've ever stepped into! I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. However, the front desk attendant was very nice and quickly refunded my money no questions asked when I went back to say that I was leaving immediately after seeing the room.

Really nice staff very helpful … Nice rooms ok breakfast free pots and pans and plates.

Check in was at 3 pm. We waited until 4 and then the maid had an attitude. No shampoo no conditioner. No hair dryer. No trash can. No wash clothes and the clerk was tired and short with us said there was nothing she could do for us because we did not book directly through them. Won't stay again and we will be there several more times this year.

Check in was at 3 but they didn't have it ready till after 4. No shampoo, no conditioner or soap. No towels, wash rags or trash cans. Cleaning lady is real rude. I need a refund!

We rented two hotel rooms during our stay. The first room was so incredibly hot and humid that I couldn't stay in it for more than 15 minutes before having to leave because I couldn't stand it! The second was hardly any better. It's October! And with the room's climate control set to 60°F, one room was intolerable to sleep in overnight and the other one was barely cooled off enough to sleep in without waking from the heat. The main office is an absolute joke! It's hidden away and looks like another room, impossible to find from a moving car! They ran out of pillows and couldn't even accommodate one pillow per head that we had booked! We literally had to go buy pillows from the Walmart down the street in order to sleep! There was no room service EVER over the two days we stayed. Asking for silverware at the front desk felt like we were asking for something we never should have dared to expect! Don't dare look forward to any sort of sustainable breakfast. What they offer each morning is such a slap in the face that I'd have felt less offended if they'd just offered no breakfast at all! We adore cats, dogs and all animals. I'm thrilled that extended stay hotels allow pets. But there was dog hair COVERING the entire floor of both rooms! We asked for a vacuum to clean it up ourselves, but were denied! One of our party almost had to sleep outside in the car, she was so allergic!

Absolutely love the service here. The rooms are great. Only down side is the cable. It's basic and in today's age when you pay for something you should get the best your buck can buy.

Rooms are disgusting. Staff is really nice and helpful though. Refrigerator is nasty. Old towels left from previous guests. Carpet has burn holes and it smells like cigarettes. Didn't even have a shower curtain at first. No housekeeping unless you're staying more than a week or are willing to pay extra. 2-stars just because the staff is great.

Not worth the price, too expensive. Been here 3 weeks and housekeeping hasnt come once. Great location. But for the price, nowhere near what it needs to be.

Wasn't what we expected. The hotel lobby is this tiny little room. The continental breakfast which is actually in the lobby consisted of grab and go items like packaged muffins, oatmeal, and grits. There was barely enough put out. Now to the worst part, the room had not been cleaned! At all! There was proof the vacuuming was not done, the bathroom or kitchen area was not wiped clean. And the beds sheets were not changed. They just reused the bed sheets from the last guests I am guessing. When I pulled them back they were blood and urine stained. There were boogers wiped everywhere in the room and all in the bed. And a person's toe nail. And a bug. When I addressed the front desk with the issues, all they did was give us new sheets to change OURSELVES! AND told us they had no other rooms available, but they would comp one night of our stay! To me this was not enough! They should have gone above and beyond. Found a way to get us another room or sent someone in to clean it thoroughly! I just hope that in the future, they ensure that these rooms are getting cleaned! For health and safety reasons! Aside from this, it was conveniently located and had a lot in the area. Right next to a few restaurants and the Tanger outlets. It was a nice location.

My new favorite place to stay! Located near a lot of food and things to do! Definitely staying there again!

The rooms were clear, well appointed and conveintly located to local shops and restaurants. The grounds were also well maintained and well lit for safety.

The freaking parking SUCKS! For what they charge there should never be any problem with this! There are construction trailers taking up valuable parking and other extremely large vehicles that take up more than one parking spot. The rooms are lame to say the least. My carpet smells of pet Irvine when it is high humidity … I could keep going on with this places short comings but what is the use? They won't ever fix it!

Really, really basic. Be prepared to ask the front desk for paper cups or any useful item that's supposedly to be found in the supposed "fully equipped kitchen with all conveniences". Also if moldy shower curtains is your thing, then this place is highly recommended.

First off asked for 2 beds non smoking first floor. When I got here tehy said 2 bed smoking is all they had on the third floor, no elevator. Get in room nightstand drawer tore off, shelf in closet broke, legs on table leaning burn marks on tub carpet dirty heat not working only good thing its walking distance to Outlet mall and several other stores. Will not recommend to anyone and never stay here again!

I rather had been booked somewhere else the breakfast is not breakfast two muffins n chewies and the cable sucks! how u have showtime and not another popular basic channels? I couldn't watch my favorite shows like vh1 or bravo … I was so upset only reason why I stayed is cause my friend booked me here to get away. This place does not make u feel homeie. I would never book here again u guys needs major upgrade.

I am a hotel inspector and my room was clean. It doesn't have bedbugs plus it had a bedbug sheet on it. It does have a good bit of spider webs on the outside but its not horrible. Its in walking distance to all types if amenities. There's Walmart, tanger outlets, all kind of stores and food places and convenience stores. The only con's I had was it has a frig, stove and microwave but nothing to use with it like plates, spoons, or pots. But its not so bad cuz Walmart is close and I can buy some. Its basic but nice and clean.

My stay was very comfortable and the staff is great! Centrally located in the heart of Charleston, close to shopping and great restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

This place is known to be a "Hooker Haven". Crack house.

Plate in the cupboard had been used as an ash tray and not washed. Employees were not professional and acted annoyed to help with anything. Would not give us a room with 2 beds. They said they didn't have any. The room beside us was unoccupied had 2 beds and not cleaned the entire time we were there. I felt it was laziness on the employers. Bad experience and we had done this on priceline and were stuck for 6 nights.

The A/C was leaking water and the carpeted floor was wet and discolored. Maintenance replaced the unit, with a brand new one and gave us towels to soak up the water on the floor, but it was still stuffy and wet inside the room when the a/c was on heat and worst when it was set to cool. There were roaches, little black bugs and even a lizard in our room. The bed linen was stained and discolored and the bed just felt nasty. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially if you have children.

The Rooms smell like Mildew, The floors are FILTHY, Lady in the office was hardly ever around and has a terrible attitude and the place is infested with spiders and roaches. We complained about an issue with another customer and the lady in the office told exactly who complained on them. The services provided are NOT even worth the cheapness of the rooms. DO NOTstay here, there are 4 other hotels just around the corner that are much cleaner and roughly the same price. You can spend $10 more bucks and find a MUCH better place. Don't let the pictures fool you, there rooms are SMALL and DISGUSTING.
