We had a great time at the Beach Club. Everything was wonderful. The pool was beautiful, the waiters Orlando, Xiaver, and Keashia were excellent. Hope the are there when we come again.

I Highly recommend you come prepared to stay at the pool all day! Absolutely wonderful. Great sunsets!

Relaxing atmosphere, great pools.

Great views and Amy in the gift shop is awesome! We were headed to the Fish House after learning that The Reel Bar was closed, left the Tiki Bar and stumbled into the gift shop. She let us know that it wouldn’t open until 4. So RETAIL THERAPY instead of drinks and I got 3 peeps checked off of my Christmas list.

Absolutely beautiful views. The room was awesome and overlooked the Charleston harbor. The staff was exceptional. The Estuary Spa is also wonderful.

Fantastic resort. Clean, beautiful rooms. Resort faces the harbor. Enjoy amazing views all day long. Pool area was nice and relaxing. Only complaint would be the lack of service and how long it took to get our food from the Tiki Bar.

I loved the hotel and room. It was absolutely beautiful. The room overlooked the pool and harbor and had a wonderful balcony to sit and watch the sunset. The hotel is kept spotless and they do a wonderful turn down service and leave you salt water taffy. The people running the check in service are extremely nice and helpful, especially Sara who made us feel so welcomed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a beautiful relaxing place to stay. It is well worth the money spent. I would stay here again.

Excellent hotel/resort,, beautiful surroundings. A short walk to the air sea museums. Highly recommend staying here!

Very pretty. Clean. Large rooms. Great service. Would definitely come again. Only disappointment was no coffee pot in room and room service food was just average.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, and we loved being a short 7 minute drive from downtown. This is a truly wonderful establishment and it made our honeymoon incredibly enjoyable.

I was in town for the weekend visiting local friends and this resort was recommended to me. This resort exceeded my expectations and the staff were so great. There were two big (gorgeous) weddings there and we never felt the lack of attention as everyone else. The room was large and clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend this resort and am looking forward to returning. I would really like to thank Jamie who is the Director of Travel Industry Sales. You truly made our experience amazing!

First time in Charleston, So Carolina, & the Beach Club at Charleston Harbor, is a great representation of the area; the location is scenic, the hotel & rooms are top notch, high end, & rich w/Southern charm. Our room in particular is magnificent, spacious, & the design gives us the coastal, beachy, southern feel, making it a true getaway from city life and a romantic environment that makes us not want to leave. The staff are great, friendly, accommodating, lovely folks. The pool area & view of peninsula are great too, & the Tiki Bar & Grill at the pool was terrific; a nice variety of libations & the food was served quickly & was tasty, esp the fish tacos. There are nearby attractions also, such as Patriots Point, & golfing. We will definitely return to this wonderful southern gem.

This was a lovely hotel to stay in. We had a great view of the harbor, and the deck itself was very clean, comfortable, and spacious for myself and my husband to enjoy. We also had our six month old daughter with us, and the room was large enough to accommodate the very nice and clean pack n play the hotel provided for our daughter to sleep in. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on. The room also had a beautiful bathroom. Everything was impeccably clean throughout the hotel. Even though it's not located directly downtown, it was very ready to get there and back using the hotel's transportation services. We can't wait to return here when we visit Charleston again!

Place is beautiful and its facilities are great. Rooms are excellent. But it's a cab ride (Uber or Lyft aplenty down there, also) anytime you want to go places. However, there is a shuttle van that runs into town fairly often.

Best place I have ever stayed! The room was great, everything was clean, fresh, and updated. View was very nice, we had the shades open almost the entire stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always ready to lend a helpful hand. Will visit again!

Quiet area with lots to see. The harbor location is very quiet and peaceful. Not too close to the downtown area, it's a great place to relax and unwind.

Nice hotel. We had the worst customer service ever. Melissa at the front desk was very rude upon check-in. We arrived in Charleston early and phoned ahead to see if room was ready. We were told that she would not discuss it until we were on site. When we arrived, went to the wrong building, not well marked. The front desk lady at this location was very helpful and checked us in and told us that our room just needed to be inspected and that by the time we went next door to get our keys it would be ready. Got next door, same rude person helped us saying that the room wasn't ready and check in wasn't until 4. Asked why next door told us it was ready and she just repeated that hotel policy check in wasn't until 4. Frustrating. We left to go sightseeing and we had enough time to get across the bridge before we got a text the room was ready. Then we left the next day to see more sites and returned to a room that was never cleaned. Offered to clean it if we left again. Too tired so we went without service. The housekeeping attendant did offer us turn down service which was comical seeing how they never made it in the first place. Great 25th anniversary experience. Don't waste your money.

We honeymooned at this resort and absolutely loved it. The staff was extremely welcoming. The hotel is spanking new and very well appointed with comfy beds, cozy fireplaces, and lovely balconies overlooking the harbor and the USS Yorktown. We spent several hours at the onsite Estuary Spa and enjoyed a couples massage, foot scrub and scalp treatments (Elle and Ebony were terrific! ). The onsite restaurant, the Fish House, was also yummy and super convenient on the evening that we arrived at the resort after a long drive. The location is perfect for a trip over to Fort Sumter and a quick car ride away from Downtown, but it makes you feel like you are somewhere more exotic.

Comfortable & large spacious rooms with a Fantastic view of Charleston. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely stay here again.

BEAUTIFUL resort… Very relaxing, laid back, yet elegant atmosphere… Our room is lovely, the staff is very knowledgeable & courteous. Family friendly… Gorgeous views… I highly recommend this beach resort for easy access to Charlestons historic sites.

Incredibly beautiful room. Nice pool and access to Patriot Point. Will come back again. Lost a star because if "Nancy" at the outdoor bar. Rude, unfriendly, and disingenuous. I should have cancelled our order, and waited for one of the other 4 happy or appreciative wait staff.

Giving two stars but wish it could be 1.5. If you're okay with other people's hair all over the bathroom (floor, shower wall, sink) and dirty floors (in room and bathroom) that look as if they haven't been cleaned in weeks, this place is for you. Got here yesterday and internet was down, so we couldn't check in for three hours. Was directed to The Fish House where fried shrimp entree was $25.00. View from harborside balcony was nice with nice breeze, but if I see one more strand of hair that isn't mine before we leave tomorrow, I will gag.

Such a chill place. I kinda like that the staff is tucked away at a 2 desks… feels like home… a very nice home. The folks manning the doors day and night are so nice. The facilities top rate. The shuttle was a plus. The pool and docks area are amazing. Can't wait to come back. JUst one thing… more free cookies in the room. They stopped halfway through… probably since I was costing them a fortune by eating them all.

Beautiful Resort! Friendly staff and extremely clean rooms. Great getaway, with Charleston right across the harbor. Estuary spa does not disappoint, too!

Beautiful facility with great pool and wonderful harbor view. Friendly, efficient staff which caters to it's guests. Enjoyable dining experience and excellent food quality and many different dishes to please just about any palat.

This resort is perfect! The room is so large and decorated beautifully! Large bathroom and tub! The bed was very comfortable. Be sure and get a room with a water and pool view! Fantastic balcony and view!

Stayed here for a work event. Staff was always so friendly and the accommodations were wonderful and relaxing! Amazing view of the harbor from my room!

Our family of 3 stayed in a "family parlor" room, which had two bedrooms. The first bedroom had a king bed that overlooked the pool and Charleston harbor, a smaller room offered two twin beds in the back, and a large, luxurious bathroom was situated in between. Our son loved having his own room. He also enjoyed being able to swim outside in the (heated) pool, even though it was February. The pool area is partially encircled by shady cabanas and comfortable wicker furniture. The staff is attentive and polite. We tried to take the free trolley to downtown Charleston, but seating is limited to 14 riders, and it was full. We had no trouble finding a parking lot in Charleston, however, so we relied on our own vehicle for the duration of the trip. The Fish House restaurant next door is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and is quite good. Our entire family loved watching the cargo ships and tugboats travel through the harbor. After 4 nights at the Beach Club, we would love to return some day. Thanks!

Beautiful, brand new hotel. Top of the line everything. Carpet looks amazing even in the hallways. Rooms are 5 star quality, bathrooms are to die for. Service is one in a million.

Kim Ray in the last week This resort is a beautiful place. The rooms are so elegant. They really paid attention to making every detail perfect when being built. The pool area is so nice and the Marina view is gorgeous. It is a short walk to the marina and the Yorktown.
