I recommend everything very good service and igiene super.

Dirty room, food in the pullout couch, no sheets for it, but a pillow w/no pillowcase. Called front desk, “can you come down here and get it, I can’t come up there”. Made me follow her to the laundry room. Assured me “the pillow case is with the sheets I gave you”. Not. Manager was confrontational about masks. Would not transfer my phone call to another guest room “for safety reasons”. Pool area dirty. Skip this place.

Arrived and got my room with no problem. Room is very nice and up to date.

Everything from the receptionist to the rooms and the good breakfast. And the price and amenities.

Clean and great location!

We checked in this afternoon. When we got to our room there were crumbs on the couch, the bathroom HAD NOT been cleaned-the mirror was covered in water spots, there was urine all over the toilet, and the shower had stuff all in it. It was disgusting. We went to the desk and there were no housekeepers around so I got Lysol wipes and cleaned my own bathroom. I still can’t believe this happened. There were no other rooms available for us to move to. Hindsight we should have went to another hotel and dealt with the loss of money.

I made my reservation about 2 months in advance.
On my arrival I was told that I couldn’t get the king size bed that I reserved so far in advance. Instead we were given a handicapped room with a TV that was next to impossible to get the station you wanted. The guide didn’t line up with the channels.
It was next to impossible to get the beds made and the room cleaned.
I called Holiday Inn express corporate and I was told the hotel manager would contact me. 2 days later no contact.
I have always had good luck with Holiday Inn express but this place was a disaster.

My husband had surgery at East Cooper Medical Center and we needed a place close by to stay. We came here the first time and received excellent service, the rooms were perfect for our needs. When we needed a place to stay for a follow up doc's visit there was no question as to where we were staying. We won't stay anywhere else for any future visits.

Great hotel. Looks like it was recently built. Breakfast is included with stay that features a pancake machine. The kids loved it. Would definitely recommend.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The customer service was excellent, and the staff was cordial. The shower temperature was a little difficult to control, but other than that everything was perfect.

The front staff is ok, should be more friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was adequate. Nothing close by within walking distance. 10 to 15 minutes to Isle of Palms beach. Room (king size bed) was really nice and spacious and very clean. Will not come back to this location, however. Need a more friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel was nice, but more than anything we experienced the best customer service from Qoi and James Mathews. These two employees went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied after a small issue we had. These two should be at the forefront of the business as they showed an exemplary level of customer service and righted our wrong! Its employees like this that will make us return again!

The room is clean and very modern with updated interior. Excellent breakfast selections and very friendly staff. The last few times I stayed with holiday Inn have been excellent.

We stayed here many times in the last two years and we just love it, staff is friendly breakfast is awesome and the rooms are very nice. The kids love this hotel so always when we come to Charleston we stay here.

So I found myself stuck between leases and needed to stay in a hotel for a few days. I decided to stay at the new Holiday Inn Express since I watched it being built. Well this one is shiny new and so much better than the old one. You like cookies? They have them fresh baked all the time. Need help with directions? The gals at the desk are all local and know all the best places. Want to go to the mall, there’s one two blocks away. Want a good restaurant, there’s one directly across the road. And even better there is a spiffy little pool, a weight room, microwaves, fridges, and washers and dryers. But best of all, the gals that clean the rooms are quiet, friendly, and extremely helpful. So really, Why go anywhere else?

This is a wonderful hotel in walking distance from a shuttle that will take you to the city market and less than a minute walking from King Street. Also there is a liquor store across the street. The staff at this hotel was wonderful. Vincent, Ashley, and Miss Fran, as well as everyone else at the front desk made us feel more than welcome and took great care of us.

This wa my second time staying here and the place is awesome. The hotel is very clean, rooms are nice and well maintained. The staff was wonderful. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are stayin in this area.

Amazing new hotel located right off the strip in Mount Pleasant. Many local places near by to go to and not far from highways to get to downtown Charleston. Rooms are all big and nicely appointed. I'm a shower guy and this one doesn't disappoint. Breakfast is served daily in the main lobby which also has a lot of great light and seating everywhere! In the warmer months outdoor seating is available too as well as a outdoor pool. Tequila bar is right next door and always busy.

Fourth time I’ve stayed in this hotel in the last six months. No surprises. Great place to stay!

The staff are wonderful, location is close to restaurants, rooms very comfortable.

This hotel is beautiful! My room was amazing! Very clean, very modern. The staff was very accommodating! Great breakfast. The next time I visit SC, I’ll make reservations here.

Room was really clean. Everything new and fresh looking. Only downside was there was no indoor pool. Our kids love to take a swim when we're away and were disappointed when they saw the outdoor pool. It would have been a little chilly in February! Good little upscale Mexican across the street or Cracker Barrel if you'd prefer.

Great hotel in the Mt. Pleasant area. Clean, quiet, great breakfast, comfy beds, and affordable parking while you cruise!

Great place. Room was a nice size and had an adjoining room that we needed for our visit. Breakfast, included, was very nice with a good selection. Convenient to IOP attractions.

A good place to stay has pool and its location in central.

I travel with my high school orchestra students every year and this was the easiest, most convenient experience I've ever had. Good variety at breakfast, good service, good atmosphere. When we return to Mt. Pleasant this is where we will be staying.

Very nice property! Bedding is always comfortable. And the location is near plenty of food options and shopping.

This hotel is amazing! Great staff, breakfast, and free Wi-Fi! The rooms are clean and with up to date amenities. I am very impressed as to how the little details mean a lot. The decor in the rooms, and bathrooms are impeccable. Too much to list! You must stay here to experience it yourself.

I travel a lot for work and often times stay in IHG properties. Despite having stayed in countless IHG properties, I can say without a doubt that this is the nicest Holiday Inn Express I have ever slept in. The hotel is gorgeous with it's modern decor. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were great, and the rooms were quiet. Next time I am in Charleston, I am staying at this hotel again!

Very new, modern and clean hotel. We were impressed with the modern features in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and had comfortable chairs to lay out and relax.

It was easily accessible. They had comfortable beds. They didn't have a rollaway for us, but that is understandable. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

Meh… it's ok. Bathroom shower walls are dirty. Floors are dirty in the guest halls and room. Breakfast was cold.

This is my favorite hotel to stay at when visiting Charleston. The room is very clean, breakfast is delicious, and I love being just a 10 minute drive to Isle of Palms and less than 30 minutes to downtown Charleston. I always plan to stay here when visiting this area.

I couldn't have been more disappointed in the cleanliness of the room, and price. We were told the price would be $145 each of the 4-days we stayed, Wednesday-Saturday. We flew in for a family funeral, tragedy of the death of our nephew. When we checked out they charged us $833.94. They told us that the rates go up on the weekend, this is after they had guaranteed the $145 per night. We will never recommend this hotel to anyone! Renee Eckstut, Princeton, NJ.

Expedia messed up our reservation and the staff at the front desk were amazing, helpful, and so kind. They fixed us right up. The rooms are nice and clean and the bed was so comfortable! Great experience and stay.

Excellent service! Great rooms with plenty of outlets for charging devices. One negative is that this hotel does not have vending machines on each floor. Any beverages (other than complimentary coffee) must be purchased at the front desk.

Seemed to be a brand new facility. Staff was nice. Has a pantry with food & drinks. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Located in nice area, parking well lit. Breakfast was very good. Right on main hwy between Charleston & Myrtle Beach.
