Incredible rooms, service and it was very clean. The breakfast in the morning was awesome! Fresh and hot! The ladies in charge of the breakfast area were nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly. We had no issues finding our room and it accommodated us nocely. The breakfast is decent. Complementary Wi-Fi is a little slow, but is adequate.

Hotel is good, very much a typical Hampton Inn experience. Rooms are nice for short stays, king room has a full size couch. Breakfast is free, and is acceptable; hot and cold breakfast items available including a waffle maker. The entrance to the hotel is a bit tricky, you have to come in from behind.

Clean facility but FORGET being treated any different when you’re a diamond. Soap and shampoo missing from room, no requested extra towels despite requesting. No laundry bag in room. Lady at front desk scoffed at me when I asked for an extended checkout. She only offered me an hour past the 11am checkout time, and that was after I begged for awhile. I’m also a platinum with MARRIOTT and 4pm late checkout is guaranteed with them! No negotiations! Bottom line, Diamond status tier holders are not respected at Hilton properties anymore like they are at MARRIOTT. It’s not worth the hassle so I am going to give more of my love to them for now on since I travel every week and appreciate that respect. I have been a Hilton Diamond for decades by the way.

I visited this Hampton Inn for one night. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Make sure you arrive early for breakfast because they stop making food a hour before breakfast ends (10 am) and they have most everything cleaned up and put away by then.

The hotel is very clean and the front host Wendy was extremely nice and she shared with us all the things to do in the area. The hotel is located in a shopping center so it is close to food, shopping, a nail place and a grocery store, we did not hear a lot of traffic while we were sleeping so its prefect. I would defiantly stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Excellent prices, clean rooms with comfortable beds and room smelled nice. Very friendly staff at check in/out and breakfast staff super friendly. Close to shopping and tourist attractions. This is definitely a good choice for accommodations.

Comfortable, Nice, Relaxing place to stay. The front desk staff, especially Edwin was amazing. My son & I were traveling for business, we arrived very early before check-in time and he gladly accommodated us. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The room was very clean, beds soft & pillows were plush. Pool, fitness center, business center and much more amenities.

Good hotel for the money. Almost a full kitchen (no oven). Includes dishwasher. Room was clean and comfy. We did notice some problems, the bathroom light is outside the door near the bedroom. The ceiling fan was also quirky but did work. Kinda. No major issues just minor annoyances. Clean pool with shade and no hot tub. Overall a good experience.

My wife and I just stayed for 9 days at the Hampton Inn while in town for a wedding. We had a pretty good experience as far as the location of the hotel and the quality of the room. We were in the double Queen Suite and it had a full kitchenette. The daily breakfast was really good and the lady that ran the breakfast bar was the nicest staff member of any hotel I have ever stayed. Saving money by eating breakfast was nice! The only negatives were the lack of parking for guests, as we were stuck parking in random parking lots across the street and the Wi-Fi never worked. If you are needing accurate Wi-Fi you may call to make sure there won't be issues!

The hotel was great. The staff was excellent. It was close to the beach. I was able to walk to restaurants and a full service grocery store. I would definitely recommend it and I would stay again.

Beautiful serene pool, comfortable beds. Close to Jimmy Johns, so lunch was delivered quick. Hubby and I loved our stay post cruise. Very relaxing amd they gave us a late check out which gave us time to sight see a bit. Id go back in a heartbeat.

The hotel was great. The staff was friendly and courteous. The only issue we had was the room had a foul odor. We brought it to the attention of the desk clerk, but he stated that they were completely booked and he couldn't switch our room (which we didn't ask for). We asked for air freshener or housekeeping to come and find the source, which they did not do. Other than that it was a nice stay.

BED BUGS! Room 150 is infested. I have over 20 itchy welts all over my body after laying in bed for less than 2 hours. Front desk did not seem surprised or concerned. I had to wake up my two young children and search for a clean hotel at midnight. Seems nice in lobby and room seemed okay but I wasn't itching all over after an hour in the bed. Got up to check my skin to find bites. When I came out of the bathroom my husband was shining his phone light on at least 4 bed bugs where I had been sleeping. I'm in agony. I'm thankful they bit me and not my family and that we were able to leave immediately. I can't imagine if we had stayed all night. We had a 2 year old and a 3 month old in the room.

Can't say enough about Ron, and the housekeeping staff. My wife left her apple watch in a pile of towels. We were 2 hours away when we realized it. We called. Ron looked through all the laundry bins and found the watch. We always try to stay at Hampton inns when we travel. If I'm ever back in the Charleston area I will definitely be staying at the Hampton Aisle of Palms. Thanks again Ron.

This place was okay. Hotel staff were super nice to us. However when we first walked into our room, we smelled a weird damp smell. We stayed two nights there and the smell never went away. Complimentary breakfast was nice. On the last day we found 3 bugs; one in my BAG… one on the doorway, and one under a pillow. Really disgusting… They said the bug man was late for spraying the place down. Um. Don't you think that would be kind of important. God.

My wife and I were looking for something close to Isle of palms for a short trip with our kids. This was the perfect location. It's right next to plenty of restaurants and is only a short 5 minute drive over the bridge to get to the beach. Rooms were very clean and well kept. Large free continental breakfast. We will definitely be staying here again!

2 night stay in a one bedroom suite. All employees were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about the area. Common areas of the hotel were clean, warm and inviting. Rooms again, were clean and showed a degree of a personal touch. Pillows were fluffed. Sheets, bedcovers and secondary covers in closet were all crisply clean as if brand new. My only complaint with the hotel was breakfast. The only way I can explain it is that I stayed at this hotel about 10 years ago and the breakfast was phenomenal. It was almost home made. Biscuits and sausage gravy and slew of other things. The breakfast thats there now is sufficient and all pre — prepared. I did like like the addition of the waffle maker though.

It smelled like the previous tenants had been smoking in the room, but that's not your staff's fault. It is clearly a "No Smoking" room. Anyways, we always enjoy staying at a Hampton and this locale was no different. Despite the initial smell, which cleared out eventually, the room was clean, bed was comfy, and the bathroom fresh. Your staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Phyllis at the front desk, and Ms. Rosalie I believe her name is, with her sister. We greeted them both every morning at breakfast. Which is always a highly of staying at a Hampton. Overall, it was another great experience with this brand and we'll continue to patronize you all in the future. Thank you.

Our stay was fine. The issue I had is they charged my account twice. When I tried to get them to fix the issue they manager kept talking over me and said they couldn't do anything about it. Poor customer service. Spent our honeymoon and first anniversary here. We will never come back because of this.

Friendly and professional staff, clean and sleek facilities. Overall a pretty nice experience, would recommend to family.

Rooms were clean and hotel was generally well designed. Breakfast ran out of food and was torn down ten minutes before it was supposed to end.

In the middle of Mt. Pleasant. Staff was nice, but a little distracted (cell phones, gossiping). About 20 minutes from downtown Charleston. Hearty breakfasts. Room was clean and comfortable.

The staff is great. I had the pleasure of staying with them for a month and I a great time. Every morning the staff asked how my night was. The night guy Matt was great when I had a problem with my room. I would definitely stay there again. Was sad to leave.
