Very helpful an accommodating staff.

Nice and clean, friendly staff, nice quiet location.

Front desk staff is rude. She charged me for 2 rooms. Our room the a/c didn't work right. The breakfast is a joke.

The staff were so friendly and helpful is suggesting places to go andand and to eat The hotel was clean. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast but was very good. We had a wonderful time by the pool. The hotel is close to the highway and the pool faces it so you do hear some cars but nothing that will bother you. The location is close enough to things in Mt. Pleasant, including some shopping and Walmart if you need anything but close enough to downtown Charleston.

Clean and nice hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly! It's a little hard to find at first.

Awesomeness place. Very clean ad modern. Staff are friendly and the room was so comfortable. This place is also centrally located so getting to any attractions is super easy. I enjoyed my stay and I will be back. I only gave 4 stars because pool was so small, but its a 6 minute drive to the beach and all the great restaurants are 5 minutes in any direction.

The room was very nice and clean. Staff were really nice. The breakfast was also great as well.

My employer always holds our staff meetings here. The meeting room is very nice with plenty of space for at least 75 people maybe more. They always have coffee and water. It is also relatively secluded and we are never bothered by any of the other guests.

Simply amazing hotel. The staff was warm and friendly. Carla the front desk clerk was amazing in assisting me while I visited the Spine Institute.

As if having to cancel your honeymoon isn't bad enough, the hotel never informed us of a tropical storm hitting. When we cancelled our reservations the hotel still refused to waive the cancellation fee, knowing the tropical storm is supposed to hit. Will not book with another Whyndham hotel! Especially this one.

The beds and pillows are heavenly! They had a full on breakfast that was delicious and really hot coffee! Very nice! If you prefer a room with a nice view… it won't be here. Our room overlooked like a golf cart shop. The pool is small but also accommodated people with physical handicaps. Very nice place!

Great little hotel here in Mt. Pleasant. Hotel staff were friendly & helpful. Always going out of their way to help out — saw this a few times in the bar area — front desk staff came through & started making drinks! Rooms were impressive, beds were very comfortable.

This was our third time staying here in the past year and we will continue to come back. Staff is always friendly and courteous. The rooms are clean and spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We like the central location, easy access to Charleston and the interstate system. Lots of great local seafood restaurants and beaches within minutes. Hot breakfast with several choices. Most importantly, great price for such a nice place. I highly recommend this particular Wyndham Garden location.

Room was very nice and had the best shower I've ever seen in a hotel. Warm continental breakfast was included. Staff was very nice and helpful. They recommend a great restaurant to us for dinner even.

The guy was very friendly when I visited the room was very nice and clean I had a very relaxing time because I had a bad experience at another hotel that morning I would definitely visit plus the hotel is new and very private for relaxing stays I will be booking again.

Great place to stay! Bess is awesome. They didn't clean or room 1day and staff was very sweet and apologetic!

Currently staying here and so far the stay is just okay. My main concern is the horrendous breakfast here. I gave it a pass yesterday when they didn’t even have a cook for hot food. But with that aside, the options that are available (or more like lack there of) is not good. Not even fruit. I’ve stayed at similar priced places before that had full blown breakfast options for free. This morning my wife also noticed they don’t fully clean the rooms. Items that aren’t touched or moved from previous stayers don’t get dusted or cleaned. The hotel itself is nice and the bed is quite comfortable. I don’t know if I would stay again.

My husband and I stayed here and booked a Snooze and Cruise which offers a shuttle service back and forth to the port. We got into town late due to snow and Mr. Brown was so nice in helping us get checked in late! After our cruise we stayed another night and when we got off the ship at 8:30 am Carla already had a room ready for us! I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and it's staff! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

This hotel has a welcoming, clean atmosphere. The staff is top notch, very friendly. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable.

Nice place overall with great staff but you could find a better room at the same price. Bathroom is too small. Hotel Overall: Clean and asthetically pleasing. Style is a classy modern-traditional with a large lobby/bar area with plenty of seating. Hallways are seemingly large and rooms have decently high ceilings. Overall, it has a nice feel and styling. Room: Room is standard in it's ammenities, featuring a nice comfy bed, AC/Heating window unit, desk, ironing board and iron, tubless-shower, and more. It was also clean. Nothing special or modern, such as no smart TV setup like others, but clean nonetheless. The bathroom is not great. Very small and hard to use for even one person, with the door blocking the shower door and vice versa. Virtually impossible to use with two people. There was one hook for towels. No real cold water either Service: The people we met were very nice and courteous. Service at the desk was slower than other hotels, but not a fault of the desk worker. System appears to have the employee walking back and forth more than others, slowing the process down.

We stay here every time my mom has to come for a Dr. Appt at MUSC. The hotel is very nice, easy to get to, all the staff we have encountered has been helpful, courteous, and polite. The rooms are nice, spacious, and clean, as is the whole hotel. We wouldn't stay anywhere else when coming here as we know this one is a great place to stay and affordable.

Manager Michael was awesome. Really friendly, professional and understands and made us feel really welcome! Exceptional! Hotel is clean and neat and can't believe it's only a 3 star! The rest of the staff were okay… just like other hotels… nothing special. Breakfast was really limited and you have to pay for half of it. Was a bit disappointed. Gym I'd say is too small.

Love this hotel! The staff is super professional! I left my wedding bouquet outside near the elevator and the staff had it downstairs and in my vase with water… very impressed… beautiful room and surroundings.

Stayed a week in September; for anniversary and getting away from Hurricane Irma in Florida. Our room was fabulous and well attended to our needs. Our Suite was very comfortable; and beds were very very comfortable… A WONDERFUL RELAXING EXPERIENCE. We WILL Return. Thank You! Charleston Wyndham… FIRST CLASS!

The hotel room and facilities are very clean. The linen smells fresh. The staff are friendly and very respectful. I love the hotel but I would like the swimming pool to have more lights for evening swimmers.

Never staying here again me and my boyfriend have had the hardest time with this hotel! For starters we tried splitting the cost of our hotel room (my boyfriend paid half and I paid half on separate cards) well that was a huge mistake! My card got charges for three nights and my boyfriends got charged for one night (we only stayed two nights)! I'm still calling back trying to get my money back for the extra night they charged me and my boyfriends extra night is still pending on his card! Every time I try to call I get put on hold until the lay hang up on me or send me over to a machine! Everyone who I have talked to is extremely rude and disrespectful. For being a nicer hotel they need to hire new staff… sucks that I live so far away from this location where we stayed or I would be up there right now trying to figure this bull**** out! I feel like I'm being scammed and robbed out of all my money this sucks : ( ( ( (

Pretty good location not too far from Downtown Charleston. Employees were very friendly. Only disappointment was the continental breakfast.

We stayed for a week for our vacation in Charleston. It eas great! The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bartender David is also the concierge and every place he recommended we eat was delicious! I would recommend this place to my friends who travel.

Very nice, new hotel. Everything is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Only negative is the breakfast. A few things are free, but anything hot, cooked, you have to pay for. Not a true Continental breakfast.

I was impressed. Large rooms, VERY comfortable beds. Very nice continental breakfast free. Or order a nice full breakfast for $. No bugs here huge dining area and lobby to play board games, order pizza, eat breakfast. 5 stall lobby bathroom very nice. Nice fitness room, or complimentary pass to planet fitness, nice laundry room modern washer and dryer. Two washers two dryers. Quiet to sleep helpful house keeping and staff. Very close to isle of palms, huge parking lot. Easy to get to beach without a hard time getting on the road to get there. Small pool but nice. Lots of comfortable furniture to sit on by pool. Pool towels provided

Absolutely one of the nicest Wyndham's. The staff was amazingly accommodating. Newly renovated about two years ago and super clean. We couldn't have asked for better.

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and then the rest of that week. Nice hotel with rooms that are comfortable and for the most part clean. Complementary breakfast was OK but could've had some hot foods. Staff were very nice especially Christopher, David and Melissa. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice clean place with good room rates and spacious suites. Seems like a safe area too. The only sort of letdown for me was there were only a very few free options for the breakfast items (I only saw toast, mini-muffins and hard boiled eggs). They really don't offer as much for free as even Motel 6 or that type of low budget place. So instead we purchased their fruit and breakfast sandwiches and they were very good.

Very clean room and facilities. Wi-Fi worked well, staff was friendly. Awesome lounge beside the lobby, with a large seating area that is semi private with has tables, comfy chairs and couches both inside and out. Location was easily accessible, and great for just a place to stay. Not good if you are a tourist and dont have a car. There is nothing much nearby except local businesses and apartments. But it is easy to get to and from if you have transportation.

This is a great hotel to stay at. Our bed and room were very clean. The staff are terrific. Super friendly. The gym is kind of small though.

I attended a real estate seminar. The catered food was good. The meeting room and bathroom were clean and tidy. The staff was attentive and helpful.

Great place to stay! Clean, and has everything you need. Doesn't have toothpaste so don't forget your own, but I'm sure their little convenience shop has some. Breakfast a la carte until 10:00am.

My mom and I stayed there 12/22 and not one thing went wrong from the beginning of our stay to the end. The room was pleasant, clean and quiet. Check in and out was easy and the staff members were friendly. We stayed in five different hotels on our trip and this was the best in terms of being worry-free. Thank you Wyndham!

Very clean Hotel and friendly staff.

The room was wonderful. Very clean. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The only bad thing was that the elevator was broken the morning we were leaving and we were on the 7th floor. But the cleaning staff were very nice and helped us get our stuff downstairs.

The facility is very clean and nice but I was very disappointed with the front desk staff. While checking in the lady asked me for my credit card information and I asked her why, she said it was for the accidental policy. I told her the company I worked for should have paid for it. She said they did not and that it was only $30. I told her very kindly that I was not paying for it and I would get my manager on the phone. While doing so she said very loudly "it's only $30, would it make a difference if it was $15? " I don't think she was understanding that my company was supposed to cover everything. After getting my manager on the phone he sorted it all out with her manager. After I walked away and came back, I heard the lady telling someone that "it was just $30. " If that's all it was why didn't she pay it and do you all discuss everything with anyone who walks into this place. (Not very professional, don't you think? ) Not one time was I rude with her but she was very ugly with me. It's just a little weird to me that I ended up having to stay another night but was given the option to pay the $30 whereas before the lady was trying to force me. Not very happy with that situation but everything else was good.

My fiance and I stayed at the Wyndham Garden Hotel in Mount Pleasant and found it to be completely adequate. There we found one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on, an air conditioner that worked well, and a pretty spacious shower. My only wishes were for an included breakfast of some sort and slightly longer pool hours, as I'd like to get a swim in a little earlier than 9am.

Great rooms, phenomenal price. I received an excellent deal through Priceline Express. Quick drive into Charleston.

Staff was amazing and knowledgeable about the area. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Location was pretty good, about 15 minutes from the beach and 17 minutes from downtown Charleston. It was a little pricier than usual, but hotels in this area often are. Overall good experience.

So yeah, for the price of $230 a night I was expecting more than a pretty face. It looks amazing and the bartender was great. However, we had to ask for 3 different irons, one was rusted, one didn't heat up at all and the last one didn't have any a team functionality so we all went to church wrinkled. They have breakfast that you actually have to pay for seperately a LA carte and its overpriced and limited with no omelletes. I have paid less at larger hotels and had complimentary breakfast with a grill that made anything you wanted. This hotel should be a last resort to stay in until they fix it.

Very nice hotel. Everything is very clean and the workers are all very friendly. Also in a great location. I give it 4 stars because our shower was a little wonky (Handle was a littlen temperamental). I would stay here again, and would recommend it to everyone!

Room is a bit tight but very modern and clean. Enough room for one for sure. Could not really ask for anything else as it has everything I need. Breakfast is good too.

We stayed one night with our kids, very clean & professional. Then my husband left his digital camera ($$$) in our room & we didn't realize until we got home that night, and we live 4 hours away. He called & the next morning they called back saying they had found the camera & we had it mailed back to us. So thankful for honest people. Shout out to Ruthie who was the one to find it. I took a group of students here as a part of a college trip. Susan in group sales gave us a great rate and made sure that all of our needs were met. The rooms were nice and the staff was very helpful. It was a great stay!

Stayed here for a week for work. Very nice and modern hotel. Comfortable beds and nice rooms. Good breakfast including omellettes made to order. Nice lounge area as well as business offices if you need to get work done.

Amazing experience! We would definitely come back here if in the area again. Service was exceptional and the room was gorgeous. We were also given a free upgrade to a suite for no apparent reason! It's not within walking distance of much, but several great restaurants and beaches are just a short drive away.

Very affordable hotel, extremely clean, and easy check in/out. The town of Mt Pleasant is nice and about 15 minutes from downtown Charleston. Rush hour traffic can be bad, so try avoiding to/from the hotel and downtown during those times. Mt Pleasant offers some nice dinning options and make sure you stop by Crave nearby for lobster Mac and Cheese.

My wife and I stayed here the night before getting into our beach house. We were very pleased with the service as well as our room. If your wanting a nice room without the price in Charleston I would highly recommend.

New hotel with very nice well equipped rooms. The staff is very friendly and are quick to accommodate. Great place for conferences and aside from having a restaurant inside this place is convenient to many local restaurants and even Shem Creek. Right off 526 and a quick drive to I26.

For the money you are going to spend, this is not the place to stay. There are plenty of other hotels in more convenient locations with better prices and better service. If you have any concern at all here, getting a response from any management takes an act of congress.
