Casino has a system that image matches your face to your license. Went into gamble and the system would not match my clearly real ID. Security was being very rude, saying there was nothing they can do, and that his boss is busy. His boss showed up two minutes later. In that time several patrons entered the casino with NO I’d check because the bouncer “recognized them”, proving the license check was not a hard requirement for entry. The boss only let me in because he recognized my address. The staff were all very rude to someone who was doing nothing wrong. I shouldn’t have to limit my appearance to that of my license photo to appease Mohegan. Despite getting let in, I will not ever be returning and having that argument again. Games inside were trash too. Visit Mount Airy instead.

We just had a wonderful dinner with friends over the weekend, however, we were very disappointed at the air quality in this casino! One would think that if a facility allowed indoor smoking that it would install an air filtration system. Since we are non smokers and I have asthma, we unfortunately won’t be coming back. The stench was horrible. I’m surprised with the clean indoor act that any facility these days allows indoor smoking. The food in Ruth’s Chris was wonderful and the staff was amazing! But as long as smoking is allowed indoors, we will find something else to do for our monthly gathering with friends. 😕 Since they are under the same roof, the “non smoking section” reeks just as badly as the smoking section. We could not tell the difference between the two. The entire facility, from the moment we walked in, smelled of cigarettes.

This casino is mismanaged. They do not care about basic customer service, and it is obvious when you go there. The slot machines are vacant, and the table games are empty. Do not waste your time or money here — they do not care about your stay.

It's absolutely ridiculous that you could no longer get a drink at one of the restaurants and take it out to the casino. This is a casino after all.

Place is trash, I’m not the only one to say it either! There own employees think it’s sickening how they get away with robbery! The gaming board should go there at try them slots out and see for them selfs! It’s actually disgusting how pathetic they pay out here to how other casinos pay out.

Arrived after dark, so it was confusing if you haven't been before. We spent 10 minutes circling to find the entrance and then where to park in relation.
once oriented it was easy. Hotel was very clean, covid compliant. Temperature taken at the door. Masks and sanitizer everywhere.

Mohegan Sun is a very Lively and friendly environment. Good food and in most places very good service I would like to leave Johnny Rockets out of than most places because they tend to try to cut corners and their managers are lacking in manners as well as the ability to do a good job most of them.

I stopped in for about 90 minutes today. First time in about 6 years. Didnt win but really enjoyed myself. It is very clean and secure. You never have to look for waitress because there is always one nearby and everyone is so friendly and helpful.

We always have a good time when we visit the Mohegan. The rooms are well taken care of and the staff are friendly and helpful.

This casino gets no stars. Most of the jackpots go off in the high-roller room which normal people can't even afford to walk through. We can't even take money down there and stay for a couple of hours to play because they turn the machines off and suck up your money really quick. You take what you can afford to lose and if they would just give you a fighting chance and let you play for a few hours but they don't. My wife and I go down with at least. We would rather save our money and go down to Atlantic City At least they let you play a while and even let you hit jackpots. The Mohegan Sun is ripping off the people in this Valley because they can. It's like they're the only game in town and they have no problem sucking up retired people's pennies. They get no stars… they suck. You try and go out and have a fun evening and you end up not having fun because they won't allow it. I recommend everybody stay away from that place. They are robbers and get away with it. And if you don't spend an arm and a leg and the glass Dollar in your pocket you don't get comps. I have become very stingy.

Went to see a band at Party on the Patio. Had a great time and appreciate that they have these shows but would like to see some security presence in the concert area. I witnessed a heated interaction that was diffused thanks to one of their spouses. Overall it seems like a nice place for a night out though.

Very good! The food is excellent! Tasty and healthy! Of course everything is abundant and with a big smile. The rooms are clean, the bedding smells very good. Room service is fast and courteous. There is no doubt that on my next visit here I will sleep in this hotel. Pleasure!

You have to walk through the smoking area to get to non-smoking. They closed off the fencing around the casino floor so you have to do a lot more walking to get place to place which is hard on the elderly. You never win on the slots! We only go to take our mom but wouldn't return otherwise.

Me and a friend came here to gamble and enjoy some drinks. I worry about going to smoking places like casinos but this place does a pretty good job at keeping the smoke restricted to smoking sections. There was a wide variety of machines as well as a dedicated penny slot room and table games. One of the best parts is that while you sit at a game and play, a waitress will come around and let you order beer on tap for free! The cups aren't huge but she comes around a at least a couple of times per hour so all in all, this was a great local casino. If you come here expecting Vegas, then you may be a little disappointed but this is absolutely a nice casino and we had a great time gambling here.

Stopped by for the first time yesterday just to throw a few dollars in a machine. Was given $20 in free play credits. I spent those plus $40 of my own but I won $110 back so I walked out ahead. I’m not a big casino person. My only big complaint is the smoking. You step a foot in any direction outside the non-smoking area and you’re in the smoking area. I was only there an hour and had an instant headache from the cigarette smoke. Other states ban smoking in their casinos. You are somewhat gated within the play area and you need to walk around to find an open spot to get out to the outer side of the gaming area. Didn’t eat anything there as there’s plenty of restaurants 10 minutes down the road near the Wyoming Valley Mall.

I visited yesterday and was there not a full hour and wasted $100. It was a total rip off for the distance we traveled and spent on gas was crazy. The place is really small and in a circle surrounded by metal fences. As my husband said its like we were a heard of cattle and trapped in there to spend our money. We lost $40 in 10 minutes and the only machine I hit a little on was penny machine, go figure. They had very few quarter machines and no half dollar. Mostly penny or dollar what does that tell you? Also the amount needed to make 1 pull is insane. I really liked their CT casino but these machines were a rip off and we decided not to stay there after that short experience.
Never again!

The payouts on the machines suck! The casino floors, chairs, and bathrooms are all disgusting! The restaurants are also filthy! The drink girls take at least 15 to 20 minutes to get your drink to you (and that's being nice about it! ) I rate it negative 5 stars but this makes me choose at least 1 star and I don't even think it deserves that!

I am vehemently disgusted. This casino needs to be investigated for fraud. I was cheated at a No Limit Hold 'em tournament at this casino. I am an expert in game theory and reading poker tells. I have read and studied Ed Miller's Pokers 1%. I am a strategist. There is some real shady business going on with these tournaments and hand signaling amongst planted players. Beware of Mohegan Sun. — FLG661 is my poker tournament ID. The management staff better fix this. You know who you are and you know what tournament I am referring to.

The Mohegan Sun, I have way too much to say about this place. I think the worst part of the whole place ultimately is the amount of old lifeless people smoking their lives away on the slot machines spending their life savings. The people are quit a drag. The Restaurants in the halls are good though there are more than one so I’ll leave a separate review for each. I must mention I’m not a huge advocate for gambling so my opinion is biased.

I have been here 3 times already and had a good experience each time. Stayed over night in the hotel and it's decent accommodations. Lots of smoking though since it is in Pennsylvania. The casino floor has some nice options for eating but also for gambling. Great for a getaway for the occasional gambler if you want something a quieter than say Atlantic city.

Do not waste your money on the buffet at pacers clubhouse, there were barley any options and there was barley any food in the chaffing dishes. The food was cold and looked like it was old and sitting out for too long. Your better off eating at one of the restaurants in the casino and then going to the race track. Bar Louie was fun and the band playing was awesome.

Terrible. Horrible horrible valet. They did 100mph bringing our car back and almost ran over my family. Didn't even care after we waited an hour! I asked several times about the free for handicapped as well and wouldn't do it made us pay the $6! I have it on tape the valet situation the guy in front of us they drove even faster and the owner nearly decked the guy and he was a complete rude snot. The 80 in food buffet for mothers day was all cold and terrible and completely rude employees! Didn't win a dime and we spent 500. It didn't use to be like this. Then got ripped off in the clothing store. Said 50 percent off earrings and got charged full price. Didn't realize until I bought them and they told me no returns for 50 earrings. Just terrible.

We went to watch the horse racing and to play the slots. The gambling floor was extremely tight a lot of smoke cigarettes. The nun smoking area was so close to the smoking area even there we got smoke couldn't stay. We were going downstairs finding a small room down there that no one was in we had a great time playing slots there. Have you not found the basement we wouldn't have gone back. The horse racing a lot of fun it was raining and it's our first time at the track. We ask where to set. They told to sit and watch TV. I went to the live horse races and they suggested we watch on TV thought that was ridiculous asking a second person we did find the outside bleachers it was raining that I mention so we stood Under and Over It we're all the smokers were gathering at least there was a breeze. The rain stopped after the first race we were able to stand outside away from the smokers.

Went to Rustic Kitchen for dinner. The place is very nice & the atmosphere is cozy. Our meal was delicious. The chicken marsala is tasty & the portions are plentiful. The waitress was delightful and the manager also does her job very well. She asked how everything was & we told her it was delicious. I would eat there again.

My Saturdays are more fun if I spent a ratico by there.

Stopped in for a girls night out with my best friend and had the greatest time! Our server Keith was so friendly and welcoming. Great drinks as well! If you have a chance to stop it's a must!

I have played here 3 times in the past 2 years. They offered me a free room last night (Friday) and a total of $155.00 in slot play between yesterday and today. So I drove 3 1/2 hours, I was greeted by a very friendly staff. The room was very clean, and comfortable. The casino was packed Friday day and night. I was able to play my favorite machines. I ate at Timbers buffet and it was horrible! I mean they eat better in jails. It was dirty, and old food, the only thing that was fresh were the mini crab cakes. I do not eat meat so I cannot comment on that. The deserts were old, the only thing good was the potato salad and ice cream. Timbers buffet should be closed down! Mohegan sun in Connecticut had an amazing buffet. I did not have any luck on the slot machines. I did use the gym and pool, both were clean and nice but the pool was a bit cold. The casino was very dirty and machines were very dirty, I did not see anyone cleaning while I was on the floor. I may go again, but prefer the Connecticut Mohegan sun or AC over this place. Check in and check out there was no line and they were very friendly.

Went to Timbers and enjoyed the buffet. The price (about $21.00/person), was a great value considering the large variety of food. Seems to me most people would find something they like. Nice salad and soup bar, Chinese food, Italian and other popular food.

We went to Breakers. The staff was very attentive & friendly. The one bartender, I'm not sure of her name makes the best Martini's! The band came on at 9:30. They were really good. I enjoyed listening to them preform Michael Jackson, Jackson 5, maroon 5 and Tom petty. Our only downside to the evening is smokers. We had people on both sides of us. The smoke blew right in my face. I guess breakers can have smokers because they only sell drinks. However can they use smokeless ashtrays?! When we got home we wreaked of smoke. This will make us think twice about spending time there.

They keep changing their coffee shop and I seriously believe they could use a Starbucks like the one in Connecticut! We always have a good time when we go there and will continue to visit! I like the floor plan because it's easy to get around it's not so big and it's easy to access all the machines and places to eat call the machines and places to eat.

Great casino! The tables were nice and I really liked the non smoking section. I played blackjack for a couple of hours and a little video roulette. I highly recommend checking out the Rustic Kitchen for lunch or dinner. The food is great and they had a couple of great local beers on tap. This casino might have the best selection of restaurants to choose from outside of Vegas. Highly recommend.

It's okay to have a fun time but it is small, yet it did not fulfill my expectations …

Stayed here on 2/19/18. Walking into the hotel was greeted by someone opening the doors for us and the women that checked us in was so friendly. Had a great room. Beds were so comfortable wish they had more then 2 pillows. Room was very clean bathroom was big had a huge closet. Tv was a nice size. Had a tablet on the night stand ready to use. Very nice would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is fine, casino is horrible. Completely rigged as much as possible against the player. Slots are a joke. There are NEVER any jackpots on the casino floor and so-called "giveaways" and "contests" offer a POSSIBILITY of winning up to $100 free slot play. Seriously? Wheel spins on their "MILLION DOLLAR" wheel have $15 cash payoffs. Player's Club is a TOTAL joke. Video poker play 6/5 pay tables. Electronic blackjack (a game offered on the multi-game video poker machines) pay 1:1 on a blackjack, a total joke. The only game where you have somewhat of a chance of winning is blackjack at the table, however minimums can be high, and it's multi-deck auto continuous shuffled. So even at that, your chances are worse than most other blackjack games. Have fun flushing your money down the drain on their electronic roulette. Countless other casinos throughout the country offer so much better odds to the player, better comps and player's clubs, and better atmosphere and food options. Indian Casinos are ALL ripoff establishments. Mohegan Sun Pocono was hit with a whopping $1 million dollar fine in December, 2017. Look it up. Stay away.

Beautiful place, great high end restaurants, beautiful rooms, has pool and weight room but off a main hall. Has spa that was expensive. Not very tribal. Not like CT. Great valet. Great hotel. Smaller then expected casino but still good. Jackpots small. Highest was 1600$ on slots. I like that when a jackpots is hit the lights in center of casino light up and is announced. Downfall sweepstakes was not for new players. Can not use CT Mohegan sun card here. Very nice bar in middle of casino. More for restaurants. Few tables. Only Johny rockets open for breakfast. Near strip malls. On main Rd. Close to everything you need. Beautiful room. Nice shower. Bell hop and check in employees helpful. Sitting area in hotel for computers. Only missing more tribal Indian theme.

This was one of the best casinos in PA, but sadly slowly down hill upon every visit. I understand that it's 2 am Tuesday morning. What I don't understand is there isn't one single place here to get some food outside of a bakery that doesn't get the concept that sugar is extremely bad for people. Sugar adds weakness to the overwhelming diabetic population in this country. It would have been real nice to find some place that sold at least a sandwich instead of a place that enjoys selling sugar that's detrimental to peoples health. Looks like I stave tonight, thanks for nothing to eat.

Pretty big sized casino given the location, huge variety of games from penny slots up including table games like poker, blackjack, and roulette. Friendly staff that are always willing to help. Valet parking available, if you choose to park yourself there are shuttles that will pick you up and drop you off. Great restaurants, from Wolfgang Puck, Bar Louie, Johnny Rockets, Rustic Kitchen, and more. Plus they have the hotel (haven't stayed there yet as I'm a local), the racetrack, and shops as well. Great place to go and have a fun night. Live music at Breakers lounge on a pretty regular basis.

The Hotel itself is nice, relatively new so the carpets, tiles, etc. Are not run down looking. The staff is friendly and willing to help when asked. The pool is miniscule and was really cold and unusable because of it. The gaming, while updated was not paying out well and they didn't offer many of the popular games I've come to expect as far as the video slots. I don't expect to actually win money but I don't like when even the wins don't cover the bet… 99% of the time. Let me win a little to lose more in the end… casino wins and customer not so frustrated. Poker room was nice but doesn't offer enough options to play daily. Food was nothing special but not a big issue for us. I doubt Ill be back.

Everything thing was good. Had dinner at Rustic Kitchen. It was ok, nothing great. Had a problem with my phone being taken from my car by a valet. I left it in there by mistake. The valet/security supervisor was very helpful in trying to find out what happened, but he couldn't really tell much from the surveillance cameras. They were at the wrong angle. Just be careful leaving anything in your car. I've never had a problem before, but it's the holidays, so maybe someone needed a gift!

Valet parking is horrible! They need to get their act together. Then, they charge $6 when in reality they deserve $0! Definitely not happy with my visit! Step it up, Mohegan Sun! You do not even deserve a 1 star rating!

I went to a dinner body with my Girlfriend. The food was very good and the atmosphere was healthy. The lights and the decor were beautiful. The only thing that prevent me from giving 5 stars is the smell of cigarette that comes out of the casino hallways.

Large enough but nothing too special in my opinion. If you like to gamble its nice I suppose. I'm more into having a few beers and hitting a few slots now and again. Free booze as you play but only 3 different domestics to choose from while you play. I am never around when most of the shops and restaurants are open so I can't comment on them honestly.

My husband and I came here for our fifth wedding anniversary and we had a great time. You need to be ready to spend some money if you really want to enjoy yourself between the spa, shops, upscale restaurants (there are also some affordable eateries as well) and the casino. If you are Planning a trip I highly recommend to make reservations at the spa and also the well-known award winning Ruth’s Chris steakhouse. We had dinner here on Saturday night and it was well worth the money. I am not much of a gambler but my husband had a good time and we actually walked home with some of the money we spent back in our pockets. I think we are going to be making this an every year occurrence.

With a wide variety of dining options ranging from buffets, to Bar Food, to fine dining, to snacks like Ben & Jerry's, anybody can find something to eat that they like here. Add to that a wide variety of slot machines and table games, along with the ability to receive free slot play on your first visit simply by signing up for a membership card, you can try out many forms of entertainment. I can't personally speak to the rooms, but I know many people who speak very highly of them. The main issue for me is the price, but there are many frequent deals that you can use and take advantage of to make you trip here much more economical.

Casino was very nice, but unfortunately still has smoking areas indoors. Good choice of food, although the buffet wasn't open when we went. The Rustic Kitchen had fabulous food. Chicken Calabrese was excellent as were the Italian egg rolls.

Went to Ruth Chris Steakhouse. Food was amazing. Service was incredible. The casino itself was also pretty good. Did not win big, but didn't expect to.

The restaurants are wonderful Ruth Chris Steakhouse Rustic Kitchen all of them are just great! The hotel rooms oh wonderful! The amenities are very plentiful! everything is just beautiful and very well-appointed. The biggest single complaint that I would have is not really a complaint but more of and advisory notice for anyone that has difficulty walking a longer distance. They do have scooter and wheelchairs available and the length of walking from the casino floor to the hotel lobby to the elevators to your room is a far distance. If you have trouble walking you will absolutely want to call and reserve a scooter or wheelchair.

I love this casino. Their are friendly employees and great drinks. There are amazing restaurants here. Any type of food that you would like you can get, steaks, sushi, bar food, etc. I like to watch the horses and play video poker. Table games a plenty. Its a great place to burn a few hours and have some laughs.

Mohegan Sun Pocono is a very nice establishment. Me and several friends went to Johnny rockets to eat. The food was expensive and didn't come in very large portions which was a minor disappointment. The food was very good. Overall it was a good experience visiting here and I'd go again.

Went to see Bowsers Doo-Wop shop… AWESOME PERFORMANCE… everything else was horrible… Johnny Rockets: Sat there almost an hour and watched everyone else around me get food, pay their bill and leave. Waiter kept on saying it will be right up, then the manager came over, said she would put our order right in! … 15 minutes later and 15 before the show started I had to chase down the waiter and manager to pay my bill and get out… (they erased my bill, only good thing, I did not cause a scene but I should have), Stopped at another food place to grab something to eat, 15 minute wait there for food, got a hot dog/pretzel, (only thing ready to go) guy couldnt break a $20 bill, said there were napkins in the bag, werent! Dog was terrible, threw it out… Like I said performers were great, Camera and light crew? It was like Amateur Hour… house lights on, house lights off, camera in and out of focus, sound was ok… I am a very patient person but was not impressed at all and very disappointed, all I wanted was to take my family out for a fun night… I would love to see Bowsers Show again, hopefully they will be back around, and play somewhere else. So much more. But you get the point…

The drive was a beautiful drive the rooms were a pretty nice size no bathtub only a shower. The Glass glasses were not clean and left in the bathroom which I thought was kind of yucky. The iPad which you need to order room service on did not work it was blurry. So we got a sheet of paper menu to order. The food left something to be desired the pasta was not cooked the soup was Bland The Gourmet Pizza has no sauce and the pepperonis were under done the casino itself was a lot of fun we had a blast I would go again if we were in the area I don't think that I would make it an absolute choice to go there as a trip. All in all we had a blast. The staff in both the casino and the hotel were fairly nice. There was no Bellman to help us with our bags to our room when we arrived.

We had dinner at Rustic Kitchen. I guess I thought for there prices the burger would have been better and not burned. My husband enjoyed his chicken parm though. :)

Took a day trip to the Mohegan Sun Poconos to get a few hours of hold 'em in. They had a nice HHJP and a splash pot every half hour as a Sunday special. Overall very clean and modern, the dealers were skilled and friendly; had a great time. Looking forward to many return trips.

We ate at Johnny rockets. Dinner was exceptional! Played a few games although we didn't win anything. We still had a good time. Service was good. Everyone was friendly and courteous.

THE hospitality excellent, but the machines to play and to bet Money are enough bad to take off 500 dollars in less than half an hour.

The atmosphere is very relaxing. The noise can be a bit overwhelming on the casino floor. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of food and beverage selections. I am fortunate enough to live close enough I don't need a hotel room, but it seems like a nice getaway.

Girlfriend and I went to Johnny Rockets for an early lunch. The staff was nice and my girlfriend enjoyed her burger and shake. They were out of rootbeer, so I just got a diet coke instead (which still cost me $3). And I got a bowl of chili which was possibly the worst thing I've ever attempted to eat. They did take it off the bill, and I'm sure it's a franchise recipe, but oh my god. That's the first time I've ever had to complain about a meal anywhere.

Easy to get to location, easy parking, clean, no wait lines anywhere, courteous, friendly, knowledgable staff, awesome games, nice clientele. My favorite casino of 6 in PA.

This is a really great hotel! It can be a little on the pricey side, but well worth it. IPads in every room and very clean. For whatever reason, this is the first hotel room in years that I didn't touch the thermostat. The temperature was great and it was set just the way I liked it. The facility itself is very clean. It's nice to have a casino with all the non casino niceties it brings. We did a wine tasting, had a great dinner and saw some really funny comedians. All very close to home! I never thought I would say this, but thank God for casinos! I didn't even gamble $1, which the casino probably wouldn't want to know. Highly recommended! Small side story. I went to the vending machine and bought two bottles of water and a package of M&M's. The water bottles came out, but the M&M's got stuck. I brushed it off. I called down for extra pillows and mentioned it to the person that brought the pillows, two minutes later the front desk called and asked about the M&M's. They apologized and brought me a brand new pack to my room. Excellent customer service!

Convent ly located off PA turnpike. Great food and lots of fun at the casino.

Pennsylvania's first casino offers a variety of slot machines and table games on the main gaming floor and in the nearby gaming room just off of the harness racing track. Mohegan Sun Pocono offers a variety of dining experiences including Timbers buffet, Ruth's Chris Steak House, and Wolfgang Puck Express among others. A small smothering of retail shops ring the casino floor.

Went to mohegan sun Pocono yest. Very nice too on the 7th floor. Took my nephew to the swimming pool and had a great time. Played sons of anarchy slots with my 10 free slot dollars. Made 1200 playing poker in the basement poker room. Nice room, not to crowded and with its own little area. Wonderful horse game.

Best casino in PA. Parking can be an issue but other than that it's smaller and well set up. The casino floor is a large circle with restaurants and shops surrounding. Extremely friendly staff! Being less than 10 years old it's newer and well maintained.

Tons of space on the gaming floor. Not a great set up, but they might want you to get a little lost in the maze. Check out the comedy club.

The gigantic Mohegan Sun casino in Connecticut is the favorite casino of many people I know. This Mohegan Sun, built to complement the Pocono Downs Racetrack, is a mini version that retains many of the favorable traits. "Mini-Mo" has good restaurants, great decor, good bars and entertainment, an exciting and comfortable casino floor, and a new luxury hotel. It is the complete package for those in NorthEast PennsylvaniA who wish to indulge.

Close to shopping and entertainment, the casino is clean and comfortable. Staff could be a little friendlier.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, the hotel is nice and comfortable, excellent service when request and very nice rooms. The view is not bad either, and there are shops and restaurants on site and within ten minutes that make this a fun stay.

I agree with the complaining that the smoke is stifling. It seems smoking is allowed everywhere except the entrance. Why not try having no smoking week and see how it works. And as far as the slots go, there are too many new, strange ones. Everytime we come the machines are either moved or replaced. Plus, the lowest amounts on many machines is getting higher. Not many people want to play 75 cents as the low on a penny machine. Timbers food is great. It seems to be the highlight of our day. We also appreciate the free breakfast sandwich. Despite all my ranting, it's still my favorite casino. Will keep returning, but it would be nice to see some changes.

Great place to spend a day or two to gamble. I think this is a fair casino and you can play on the slots for awhile. Bar service is excellent and the hostesses are very polite and friendly. The casino is clean and safe. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Great couple of days!

Beautifully architected. A machine took my bill but did not credit me. I waited ten minutes with the light flashing. Then walked away to approach an employee. They told me to continue waiting at the machine. I waited another twenty minutes. Nobody came. I called the casino to report I had been waiting a half hour. They said they would send someone to me. I've been waiting twenty more minutes. Nobody is here. Almost an hour of my time wasted. Extremely poor service.

Both this one and the one inconn. Both suck was playing at a slot machine and the chair broke. Had a guy right next to me and said holy shit. Then two workers came up and did not even ask me if I was ok. Can you sit here why we change the seat. Then say wait for sec. Waited a half hour. And limped out. The went to cmc med. Called conn and talked to some heather. Lady, send us your bills and work that you missed. SO 300. Dollars. From work and 2, 500 in med bills. Then she calls me 3 weeks later and say, s she needs a docker, s note. What do you think the med bills are you dummy. Sent work loss on a letter head like she heather said. And get med bills in the mail for that crap. And she heather said I saw the chair break. Never did shit about it. So to both of your casino, s fuc. Off. Ass hole, s any att out there have a witness. The 4 year is not up let. Scumbags just because you have billons of dollars.

Just returned from a one night stay. 2 1/2 hour drive each way. Pros: 1) Comp'd room. I-Pod in room. 2) Self parking is very close to main entrance. Con (s) : 1) Air quality in casino is beyond horrible. It is slightly better in non-smoking area, but due to the layout of the casino which is circular and confusing, there is no clear indication of when entering or leaving the smoking area. 2) Most machines were very dirty, fingerprints, ashes, etc. The slot machines I played (a few) were not paying out at all and all others appeared to be doing the same. 3) The cocktail waitresses left alot to be desired on a Wednesday evening. Grossly obese, un-kept, unattractive girls. Tattoos showing on shoulders/backs. Or the opposite druggie, anorexic type. I was beyond disappointed. This is a poor representation of their brand and really shocked me. The last time I visited 6 months ago, there were much better looking and attentive waitresses. 4) Blackjack dealers were EXTREMELY pushy and downright rude for tips. When you don't tip, they make faces, comments, and begin purposely dealing extremely fast to get you to lose faster and off the table. When you are down several hundred dollars and happen to win a 40 dollar hand, a tip was overtly expected. I wouldn't advise playing blackjack here at all. Dealers were horrible, exception was a young dealer named Tim, pit bosses were ok. 5) Bed sheets were not fresh.

I've never had the lunch/dinner buffet but the breakfast was awful. The food was cold and improperly cooked, and there were very limited breakfast options. Definitely not worth the amount of money you pay here. Ollie's is a better breakfast choice by far.

Be prepared to show your ID. Every 10 mins. The staff harasses anyone that looks under 40, every single time you leave the casino floor and try to re enter (All the bathrooms are outside the casino floor so you must re enter every time by showing ID, then you have to show ID to the girls taking drink orders, then to get into the bars, then at the bar, then in the lobby, then trying to walk to the food court. ITS SOOOOO annoying. They need to figure out a system that shows your 21. (Wrist bands, tags, something! ) I went to Vegas for a week and wasn't asked for my ID that much! Also it would have been REALLY nice to know that beers are free on the casino floor (Drafts), not one girl told us this the 5 hours we were playing games. They only asked us what bottled beers we wanted. So we payed about $10 for two beers, all day long. Thanks. Also why put all these nice restaurants in the casino, then have no fridge or microwave in the rooms? You want us to drop all this money Eating food, but then not be able to take any left overs into our rooms for an over night stay. Once again annoying. If you want over $300 for a room on a Saturday night you can at least give us a fridge to put stuff in. Saw people bringing coolers. Really? why should I have to pack a cooler, if I am dropping $300 on a room? Over all we had a decent time. A little smoky for my liking. Had to wash all my clothes as soon as I arrived home. People are smoking everywhere. Just a heads up.

Rooms are nice. I give them a solid 8.5, a fridge would be nice as would a microwave. I understand they want you to spend, but those who travel often, are prepared, just sayin.

Hotel is very nice. Restaurants are great. Casino is a bonus — don't go there looking to get rich and retire and you'll be fine.

Looking for the best of touristy destinations in NEPA? This is your place. I prefer the casino for large outings, otherwise, unless there's a special event or show, I'd pass. Rustic Kitchen, Ruth Chris, Breaker are all great, but there are better local restaurants if you're looking for a nice night out. The places that you can't find elsewhere in NEPA, like Ben and Jerry's and even Pearl do stand out. Party on the Patio is a definite plus for the summer, you can't beat the combination of live music and cheap beer deals.

The only thing that allow smoking is very good.

This place is the very worst casino I have ever been in. Very ignorant staff, hard to find a server, the smoke is terrible, they do not enforce the non-smoking rules either. Horrible slots. Save your money, this place is a dump, in every way.

Excellent staff and hotel. Table games available with friendly dealers. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful and courteous. (As with so many others, the only drawback is the smoke filled casino. But, if you can handle the smoke, the casino is a good place to gamble. ) We will be coming back. And, they are generous with the comps. (I am done with filthy and inhospitable Atlantic City. This is my new place of choice. ).

Started off poorly at registration with a CSR named "John". This young man clearly did not enjoy his position. We had made reservations months prior to our stay for a conference. We had requested a room with 2 queen beds. During check in, we inquired about the possibility of extending our stay for an additional night. He, (John), stated that it would be "REALLY EXPENSIVE" to stay an additional night. Never quoted a price. And that we would have to talk to a "room director" in order to do so, leaving us hanging. When we were checking in, he rushed through check in regarding a required credit card on file as if reading from a script. When we arrived at the "assigned room", we saw that it was a single king bed. We immediately turned around and went back to the lobby. He (John) saw us come back down and it seemed that he deliberately ignored us. We had to get back into line in-order to speak with him. When it was finally out turn again, we brought to his attention the face that we had requested 2 queen beds. He said "I don't see anything" regarding that request. I had a copy of the reservation showing just that and he did not want to see it. He said that he needed to contact a supervisor in order to verify. I tried to show him my reservation form, but he refused to look at it. When I asked to see the supervisor, he gave a "heavy sigh" and reassigned us to a room as we had requested originally as if he was doing us a favor.

My recent experience staying at the hotel was incredible. The Valet staff as well as the Concierge were very welcoming and helpful. Both days and night these gentlemen were kind, polite, respectable and insisted on opening doors for us and continually assisting with our luggage I give the hotel 5 stars. Beautiful, classy and very clean. (Loved the fire pit) But as for the casino part I am very disappointed. They have introduced a few new games. But only offer one maybe two of these throughout the casino so I felt as if I was forced to play something I didnt want to. I personally like some of the new games and didnt get a chance to play as they were always full. And the waitresses. There uniforms are trashy I saw many colored/ pattern bras and more cleavage then I would like. Many were sloppy, runs in their stockings, hair a mess, just looking frazzled. Oh and took a good chunk of money quick. If your not gonna pay out atleast keep me even so I can keep playing.

Don't expect much! It's just like every other hotel you stay in. Maybe worse. Nothing fancy! Bring your own cooler because there's no refrigerators in the room. You can see right into the bathroom from the hallway of your room. Yes, you can see someone in the shower or on the toilet. Bring a step stool because the beds sit up terribly high! I'm 5'3" and had to run and jump in bed. Don't expect a your gift basket or cookies and milk before bed like stated on the website. No ipads like stated on the website. The showers leak so be careful when you get out of the shower. Staff was amazing! So bring your dollars to tip them. They are the best part of the hotel. Rooms are not worth anymore than the specials they run of $69 nights. Don't pay full price and expect to be amazed. Such a disappointment! Oh the casino is not hitting. At all! Just try to laugh about the experience when you check out. This is not a 5 star hotel. I've stayed in dumpier hotels with more options than this. Good luck.
