A newer Hampton. Excellent, just as expected. Didn't have eggs & bacon, just a pastry with some egg like substance inside and little round ham. Not bad, just wanted eggs & bacon. Great Hampton Inn.

Very clean hotel with very polite staff. Personally the room I stayed in had the loudest flushing toilet I've ever heard and the remote was spotty for performing it's duties. Still a good place to stay.

Hotel is very nice and clean. Breakfast is horrendous. The oatmeal is like soup and the sasauge is dried out and seriously overcooked and there is something with eggs that I can't figure out. Absolute dog food and I wouldent feed it to my dogs. Fire your staff and start over. The coffee is good however.

Visited on a busy Saturday evening. We we're greeted by a great front desk staff that offered us our complimentary waters and snacks for Diamond members without having to ask. Pool was a perfect temperature. Rooms were clean and fully stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

We were here for a family funeral and the staff could not have been nicer or more considerate throughout the process. We had multiple family members coming in and out over multiple periods of time, and they were more flexible than they had any reason to be. The hotel itself is in convenient location, with a nice free breakfast and comfortable rooms.

Easy access and free parking. Easy drive to Market Square and other venues. Could use a refrigerator in the room.

Nice and clean hotel. Excellent beds and room was everything you expect for a great night's rest. Would defiantly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

We come to the Hampton inn for the included, convenient hot breakfast. At no time between 8 and 10 did they have a warm breakfast service that didn't have something totally empty. The breakfast area was crowded with lines and nowhere to sit. The hotel did not size their lobby area and breakfast facilities to a sufficient size for the number of rooms they have. Yet somehow there was no discount for the worse service. Definitely do not stay here on a holiday weekend. The room itself was very nice and very clean. The beds are modern and comfortable as you would expect.

We've stayed at this Hampton Inn before and like always, it was great. Our stay was short this time around, just overnight for a wedding but the staff was fantastic. The rooms were clean like they always were and everything worked great.

Good value, clean, nice staff. Great pool for the kids, nice with a whirlpool to warm up after skiing. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

Clean quiet and great customer service. Great location for where I needed to be centralised for work. Lots of good places to eat and shop near by.

Staff is excellent, top notch! Accommodated us last minute after a fiasco with a competing hotel chain. Immaculate rooms and breakfast was outstanding!

The room was a little small. However, it was clean and comfortable. No tub but a very large shower. They provide a hot breakfast and had free drinks and snacks in the evening. The staff was very friendly.

Hampton inn & Suites is a great hotel. It has good clean rooms and service is top notch. The only downside is location but it's not really bad.

The hotel was located in a wonderful area. There were shops and restaurants very close by. We could have walked to a restaurant from the hotel. The room was very clean. The pool area was clean and the hot tub was very hot (which was great! ). The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was a little difficult to find, but other than that it was really nice. The room was very clean and there was nothing wrong with it except that it didn't have a fridge. It wasn't a huge issue for us, but it may be for some. The service was really nice as well. Once we were settled the front desk called to ask if everything was ok.

Service by front desk and cleaning staff was fantastic. Everyone was so friendly. Room was clean and comfortable (beds were a little hard) ; however, they were not good at dealing with full capacity. The pool and hot tub were overrun by families and the area around it was totally soaked. That we dealt with (our family was there too and it isn't really there fault), but breakfast was another issue. The fruit was never refilled, there were no chairs, no one was wiping tables, and the food was mushy. I felt like we half the hotel was squeezing in for a bagel and limp breakfast potatoes. At least it was free.

Couterious ammodating staff. Called my room soon after checkin to ask if all was good! Nicely appointed rooms. Nits: Shower head dripped all night. Desk chair broken. Unable to turn manual A/C fan on/off like in other hotels. Front desk assured they'd inform maintenance.

It was good the complimentary breakfast was outstanding. I did find beetles in the room though. The employees were kind enough to inspect the room and spray. No Fees. Very nice job I'm giving this hotel 4 stars. Thanks for the experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff on the counter. One of the best rooms we have booked for our family of 5. Great amenities in the room and no complaints with anything in the room. No fridge but we were only there overnight so not needed. We used the swimming pool and hot tub and we enjoyed all of it. Enough space for a longer stay. Great experience.

My stay was perfect! Was in town for a concert at the nearby arena. Check in took just a few seconds. Room was very clean and spacious. The hotel seemed very quiet didn't hear any noises even tho I saw a lot of guests. I did not use the pool or any other facilities during my stay but everything look very nice. Breakfast in the morning was perfect. I also enjoy the coffee bar in the lobby. Coffee was hot and fresh always.

Great place… awesome scenic view around… great complimentary bfast. We requested and got rooms as desired… even got an early checkin… just put in an advance request and they accomodate as feasible. Friendly staff… always ready to help. Only drawback is not too many sites to visit around it… good for relaxing… we loved the hot water tub and pool… had to drag my kid and myself out of it.

I was greeted by Rita while checking in at 2 a. M. She was so kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed after a long flight. Beautiful, clean, and comfortable room.

Great place to stay. Clean and crisp, swimming pool and jacuzzi was great too. Friendly staff. We would surely visit again.

Nice hotel right off the interstate. Ample parking and the building is well maintained. Staff is really good and helpful. Less than 15 minutes from the Scranton airport, very convenient location.

I needed to be in Wilkes Barre for work this week and sprained my knee, ankle, and leg over the weekend. So the need for a hotel became important. I booked here as I try to stay in Hilton's and have to say, the staff has been excellent. They made sure I had extra pillows in the room to keep my leg up before I even arrived, and did what they could to get me a room close to the elevator. They have been great asking if I need anything and just making sure I'm okay in general. The hotel is clean, fresh, and nicely decorated.

I stayed one night en route from my job site to home, so my impressions are somewhat limited. The hotel seems relatively new, and my room was both well-appointed and modern. The Wi-Fi connection was quick and steady (which I find is pretty standard with Hilton properties). As a vegan, I can't really attest to the full splendors of the breakfast bar, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that they served both sliced pineapple and papaya. Should I ever find myself in need of lodging in that area again, I would certainly stay there.

Arrived at 2pm on Fri. 8-7-15 and asked if we could check in early, was told room wasn't ready but they would give us a room upgrade for free, a $10 a night freeby, for a 2 night stay. Shortly after checking in, noticed a lot of truck noise on interstate, asked for another room on front side of hotel and mgr. Gave us an attitude. Once we got to new room, found that TV remote wouldn't work, had to call desk 3 times to finally get someone to come up to program remote, we then went out for night. That same night, found remote to work, but not right. Next day, mgr. Got an attitude again, then finally gave us a remote that worked properly. Sat. Went out all day, got back about 5pm, parked in back, room key wouldn't work, walked around to front entrance, woman at front desk was very nice, she reprogrammed key, still no work, programmed a new card, still no work, finally she did not copy orig. Card, reprogrammed for 2nd night, then it worked, she was very nice, apologetic, etc. The hotel mgr. Only programmed orig. Key cards for 1 night instead of 2. On Fri. I signed up for an Honor Club card, was told they would slide it under our door, they never did, I wanted to get points onto my card for that stay. At that point I was fustrated with our experience, plus on morning of checkout the mgr. Was staying away from desk, so I left room keys and list of inadequacies on desk and left.

Nice place to stay in Wilkes Barre. 1. Rooms clean and well appointed 2. Very friendly and helpful staff. 3. Very convenient to I-81 4. Shopping and restaurants nearby.

This hotel NEVER disappoints myself an my family, I will not stay in any other hotel in the area. I am extremely pleased with the hotel and ALL staff, Ashley always has a wonderful smile on her face and helps in any way possible, I want to let people know that along with Ashley there is Jessie, Megan, Jenn, Jeanette, and Judi all at the front desk at different times. All have shown their guests courtesy and caring during any stays. The breakfast crew are always one step ahead in making sure all the food is hot and ready. If you have a special request they are more than happy to accommodate. Jane, Amanda, and Brenda all have made my stay even better. You always feel like family up here. If you have any problems with the room i. E. Bulb out, ect. They have Frank, Barry, and Larry on hand… I really can not say one bad thing or improvement I would make. If you can, definitely book your room here in the wilkes barre area, you will not be sorry!. I look forward to my many stays here in the next 4 years, my son will be playing football while in college at Kings. Thank you again for always making our stay top notch!
