Omg. Dont think because one holiday inn express is nice they all will be. So disappointed. Wonderful vacation first day ruined. Now dont want to stay here. Other hotels booked. To bad dont have pictures. People wouldnt believe room we were given.

Very clean, great pool, breakfast was excellent and the staff was very pleasant. They even had coffee ready at 5:30 before my run. Highly recommend this HIE.

Great place to stay rooms are clean hotel is quiet and they have free breakfast, make your own eggs pancakes oatmeal. Not too far from sight and sound and about 3 miles from Rockvale outlets. Not for children in my opinion.

Great place! Rooms clean, spacious including bathroom. Nice walk in shower and it was bright none of that dark stuff. Our group really enjoyed their stay. Staff was friendly and breakfast was on point. Worth every dollar we spent!

This was the first Holiday Inn that I had a problem. We asked for 2 rooms next 2 one another because of having kids. There was 2 rooms between us. We paid for a extra night so we can check in earlier. Which they gave back. All this was to be on the computer but was not inputted. I told the women behind the desk that I would be putting in a complaint, she said go right ahead & laught about it. When calling the 800 # to put a complaint, the manager from the hotel had 20 minutes to call me back. Never got it.

I was pleasantly surprised by this Holiday Inn Express. Everything has just recently been updated — furniture, bed, bathroom. It was clean and also had direct TV options, mini fridge, microwave, and a Keurig. The bed was comfy and the bathroom has a large, glassdoor shower.

Excellent accommodation. Big room, comfortable bed, east check-in. Friendly staff.

First thing I noticed when I walked through the door was how clean it smelled and was! Front Desk young man was very helpful friendly and gave me exactly what I asked for and reasonably priced! Rooms are spacious and modern. Will definitely stay again!

I stay at this hotel every Christmas holiday for a week & as usual it's always very quiet & peaceful. There was a wedding party staying there 2 nights & it was very noisy for those 2 nights. But other than that it was a very good stay. The staff is very friendly & always go out is their way to make your stay comfortable. They have a complimentary breakfast every morning which I didn't visit either morning, either because I slept in late or went out for a more conventional breakfast.

Staff were very friendly and kind. They were quite helpful with offering assistance and recommendations. Room was spacious and cozy, nicely kept, and amenities were great to use.

Very clean and modern. The staff were excellent. The gym was supringly well equipped. Could do a good workout there. The breakfast was really nice and the whole ambience was well kept. Recommend it for sure!

I'm a regular at these hotels 80% of my work year I'm at my 2nd home, the only complaint I have with all Holliday inns and expresses, is I can't fit a large pizza in my fridge… 1 large pizza and a 6 pack of tall boys I'm good for the night. Please investigate this traumatic situation. Other than that rooms here are nice it's quiet and staff leave you alone so it's as good as it's gonna get… Edit: next day after this review I got a letter and a larger fridge, you guys are amazing thanks for making my work week better…

Great, clean room. Breakfast was average, nothing out of the ordinary. Great location. Close to town and gas stations and eateries.

This Has been an awesome stay. The employees were very friendly, the rooms were spacious, beautiful & very neat. We were very pleased. If we get this way again this is where we will stay for sure. Will recommend to all our friends.

Enjoy my stay very much. DirecTV in my room was a plus. The modern contemporary design of the room and spacious bathroom was a welcome surprise.

I stayed here for 2 nights and was very happy with the accommodation. From the moment we checked in to when we left the staff and facility was amazing. The staff were courteous, breakfast was filling an enjoyable and the facility was very clean.

I came here last year too. Good breakfast and great pool! The rooms are so comfy and the bathroom is nice and clean.

I stayed here one night while checking out the sites in Lancaster. The front desk staff was very nice when we checked in. Our room was clean and a comfortable temperature. The morning breakfast lacked a little as the pancakes were not so good and the sausage looked questionable. But with that said the other food was great and it hit the spot before we went out to explore. I would definitely stay here again! The check out staff were very nice as well.

I visited for only one night, but I thought that this was was one of the better Holiday Inn Express hotels that I have stayed at. The check-in was quick, the staff was quick to help with a couple of things that I asked for, the hotel seems clean and new, and my little girl loved swimming in the pool. I can't ask for much more.

Brand new, clean, nice, staff is very nice. Don't be fooled by the word Suite though, it's a trend lately to call new or remodeled hotels suites but they only have one room and they are calling them that because they include a mini fridge (not stocked) and a microwave. We wanted a suite with a one bedroom but they didn't have it. So our oldest boy woke up at 6 am and now the whole family is up at 6 am, instead of everyone sleeping while he read, played or watched TV in the living room section away from everyone. Not ideal at all. However, the Clarion next door which had true suites is too old and falling apart (smelly and gross), albeit quaint, to be an alternative.

This hotel is new. The room is larger than typical HIE rooms, and the setup of the room is very practical. Good TV channel selection as well. Check-in was smooth and quick. Breakfast area is rather small but when I was there it was not crowded so it didn't matter much to us. Conveniently located close to Amish village and Tanger outlet.

I didn't want to make a reservation online so I did it the old fashion way I called. Anna answered she was so helpful, so professional so sweet. She works the night shift so when I checked in I got lucky again and she checked me in. Sounds silly to be so happy but I am is just so hard to find who are genuinely nice and want to help and that is what she is. Anna thank you so much for making me my wife and kids feel very welcome.
