Best time ever kids had fun.

The noisiest hotel I have ever been in. Up until after midnight. I was on the third floor and could hear people down the hallway. The front each floor has a balcony type deal that leads down to the main entrance so you can hear everything not only from your floor but all the others. Now peoples children where running and screaming at all hours of the night. This hotel is right across the street from an indoor water park so I get it there will be kids but the noise level was unacceptable. I notified the front desk and nothing was done. I then went out into the hallway and took a group of noisy kids down to the front desk. My kids didn’t get to sleep until almost 2am. I will never stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I love the location tons of places to eat gas stations everything right around the hotel. Hotel staff is very friendly just like in every other country Inn and Suites. The only issue with this hotel is the elevator it smells really really bad I'm talking to the point where you'll be dry heaving from the smell. Shower water pressure was horrible… breakfast started late … every minute counts when you're a contractor and need to leave right after eating. This is not your standard Country Inn breakfast … its more like a choice hotel breakfast… owners/managers should travel to other Country Inns and see how breakfast is supposed to be done.

Just a terrible stay! rooms gross dirty and found a PILL on our hotel room floor! my 3 year old son is with me. Thank God I found it and not him. Told a 10 min wait for shuttle waited almost an hour. Not pleased with this hotel.

Epic fail right from arrival to departure
Understaffed
Lovely young lady trying to do her best but she was on her own. Cleaning staff had walked out. Manager walked out… rooms not cleaned… checkin took a long time… finally got a room… gross room had poop in the toilet. Had to change rooms… told the pool was out of order. Went to look at the pool. 30+ people in the pool. Questioned front desk. They were unaware people were in their “closed” pool. Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Erie PA ruined an entire weekend that was a long time coming and likely won’t have another opportunity anywhere in the near future. If you are considering this hotel I suggest NOT.

Too bad they don't answer the phone.

I cut my hand on a jagged piece of tile in the pool and it bled pretty profusely, but other than that I had a great time!

In short talk- The good — The hotel is extremely close (0.1 miles) from Splash Lagoon. It has a nice fitness area, although I personally think that it could be improved. The pool is very luxurious. Most of the time, it's not crowded. There is also a sauna near the pool. The hotel staff is fairly nice. The hotels are good in size. The TV has cable channels and the bed is pretty large. The bathroom is normal in size so overall the rooms are nice. They offer free breakfast which is cool. There is also a poster that tells you good and bad times to go to breakfast. Now, the bad — The housecleaning could be improved. Maybe more towels. The staff could be nicer. Not a fan of check in and check out times. Still not 5 stars, though. Have fun, Kiki Ok, here are the details. Most of the staff was fair and not too fussy with our requests. The front desk was what truely made me feel welcome, right from the beginning! The beds were sorta comfortable and movable. Not too good, though. Dust was found around the area. They provided a useful table aswell. Bed fits two, by the way. Clean bathroom. Housekeeper might have cleaned that more than the room itself! Extremley near to shopping and casual dinning. Splash Lagoon us an example of fun right around the corner. The food here in the hotel, though, wasn't too good. Over cooked pancakes. Crispy. Way too crispy. Maybe not even satisfactory. I hade to make my own wafflw from egg, almost no drinks, and poor meal choice.

Place is outdated, water leaks in laundry, pool area, and lobby. Children allowed to swim unsupervised and run rampant in pool area. Windows in lobby area stained due to trees outside and moisture inside. Clearly not one of Scott Enterprises better hotels. Not happy with hotel at all.

0 stars from me! I stayed here awhile back and loved it. Well I visited here for a vacation again since my fiance and I liked it. Never agian. First thing that happend was the first morning we were there a maid was knocking on the door saying house keeping WHEN WE HAD THE DO NOT DISTURB SIGN UP… At 9AM. Then the last night there at 3AM we got a knock on our door with our bill. That woke me and my fiance up. Then my fiance and I were at the pool we were only ones there. Then Some other couple came in. They went in hot tub. My fiance and I were in pool and the couple clearly having SEX in the HOT TUB. We were disgusted they should put some money towards someone that stays in pool area. This is suppose to be a family hotel! Then later that same day we went to get ice! THERE WAS A BUG ON THE ICE as it came out. Nasty. And the staff all have have different story. We check out was at 11 we asked the night before check out if we could go in pool after we check out… Guy said yeah no problem. If not we were just gonna get a ride at 8… Lady at check out said we were not allowed in pool after check out… All that money put into a hotel and had the worst stay ever had to sit in the nasty smelling lobby for an hour and a half to after check out.

We came into town at 1 am weary and tired. Finding a pet friendly place in town was a night mare. Econo Lodge was more than accomodating. Yes it looks like they are updating and some things are dated but the staff are all awesome and friendly. Thank you Econo Lodge for helping us out.

Traveling with wife visiting children at college. Got a non smoking room. Entire third floor stank of smoke and room also stank of smoke. The hotel needs to figure out a solution for this or stop advertising as non smoking room. Room was bearable but nothing special and could use a good cleaning. Lots to dust in areas obviously not cleaned in a while and burn marks in counters and stains on carpet. The hotel is full of youth sports teams playing at the fields close by. So be prepared for lots of running children in the hallways and in the breakfast area and pool. Pool is very nice. Breakfast is total chaos due to the sports teams and the staff working the area are noticably stressed out. If you get the right price this might be acceptable. Note that other hotels at same exit probably have same issues with all the youth sports teams.

Able to get a room late at night. Jacuzzi tub a big bonus! Friendly front desk.

Really enjoyed the time my wife and I spent there. The beds were comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was good. I would definitely come back.

My daughter and I have stayed here 5 times in the last 2 years when we visit Splash Lagoon. It is right across the street and WAY cheaper than the hotels connected to it. Pool, hot tub and very good Continental breakfast. I highly recommend it. Staff is very pleasant too.

I've stayed here many times. The staff is very friendly. There's a lot of places to eat & shop nearby. I travel with a pet & this is a pet friendly hotel. The rooms are clean & comfortable. The lobby is comfy. There's a really nice pool, whirlpool & sauna. Some of the carpeting in the hallways is stained but but most of it is ok.

I booked through price line. We walked in the hotel smelled like cigarettes. We got our keys went to the room and found the room to smell like dog. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is dirty, run down, and smells terrible. We checked out immediately and went to a nice hotel.

My family and I stayed over night on a Sunday night in order to visit the Erie Zoo and Waldameer Park. This place was simply awesome. First, the rooms were clean. Very clean. Second, the staff was happy and very helpful! Third, the pool was very nice! Don't hesitate to book a room at thi's Econo Lodge!

Neighbors were extremely loud all night, so impossible to get a good night sleep, even after making several complaints. It sounded like they were dropping bodies on the floor, or jumping from the bed to the ground over and over again. The woman at the front said that is what I get when staying at a hotel. NO, no that is not how that works. Unless you can get a room with them for less than $75. Don't stay with them.

This business does not even deserve 1 star. My memorial weekend was completely ruined by the staff. They have absolutely no interpersonal skills whatsoever and are the most ignorant, incompetent staff I have ever dealt with. When we first arrived, we were told we could not bring our dog because the room we reserved was no pets allowed. We explicitly asked and notified the person who took our reservations we had a dog. When we complained about not being able to bring the dog in (we drove 2 hours to this dump), we were told we can always go to another hotel (of course after they already charged our credit card the day before. ) When we finally had our room switched, the bed size looked like a queen when we paid for a king. We went back up front to notify the desk receptionist that we paid for a king and the room they switched us to only had a queen bed. The receptionist said it was a king. I told her it was about the same size as my queen bed at home and to just double check it's a king and she told me no to flip it over myself to see if it's a king (she said there was a sticker underneath) and to deal with it. On top of it, the room smelled like wet dog and didn't appear to be clean. The sauna was broken, and the dryer was broken. We asked for blankets and they said they'd bring them to us and they never did. We were told we could go dry our clothes after washing them across the street at the Comfort Inn (where I should have originally booked the room).

There is only lady Beverly is the only one who cares about this place, and the customers. As for the other employees (and I use that term lightly). They are worthless. Management and and those so called employees, all they do is smoke. Great job again. Scott enterprise. Top notch employees.

Stayed here one night and the place was FILTHY! You could smell the chlorine of the pool in the hotel room proving that the windows were not well insulated, the pool was the nicest part of our stay and that's a stretch because the Jacuzzi was supposed to be warm but it was ice cold, the pool was a good warmth but that's the end of the good. We had many many calls from the front desk saying we were too loud when we literally weren't making any noise that could be considered disruptive. The staff were incredibly rude about every little thing and the pullout couch was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on, I would have been better off sleeping on the floor it would have been more comfortable! Our neighbors across the hallway were extremely loud and when we called the desk about it they didn't do anything even though they said they'd call them, if they called them the people didn't listen. The breakfast was terrible I mean the food tasted fine but we were told 6:30-9:30 and when I got down there a.

The room needed updating. The television was very old. The headboard was attached to the wall by a 2x4. The evening staff was very nice, the morning staff were the total opposite. The pool is located near the breakfast room and you can enter from that direction. So a guest came in without any shoes. The staff person told the guest very nastily that shoes were required. There is no sign posted as to that statement.

Booked a king room with a pullout sofa. There was no way the bed was a king maybe a queen. When I informed front desk they said it was a king and that they would have it looked into. Breakfast was a joke. They did provide the right size sheets for the pullout, or enough towels. Pay the extra money and stay across the street at one of the other hotels!

DON'T STAY HERE! **** This is a waste of your money! Don't go through what we have gone through. The place is extremely dirty, there are bed bugs and a host of other disappointments awaiting you. The shower is dirty, floors aren't vacuumed, beds are hard, thin cheap blankets, flat overused pillows, lamps that don't work-look folks, it's disgusting!

This place is filthy! I could train a monkey to clean better than this! How hard is it to clean a shower and change the sheets? Especially when you're getting paid for it. I don't want to be treated or pampered like a prince but come on, at least act civil. If you ever are so unfortunate to stay here due to some heart wrenching circumstance be sure to bring shower shoes and sheets. Note to the hotel: If you don't hurry and step it up, the other back yard, neighborhood doghouses will put you out of business — a lot of competition.

This is a nice hotel, providing clean, comfortable well-kept rooms at a reasonable price. I have stayed here several times over the past few years. They offer an indoor pool and Jacuzzi, a microwave and refrigerator in-room, and free breakfast. The breakfast was very good, and I even commented that the sausages were better here than what I had at Cracker Barrel. The staff is friendly and helpful. For one of my stays, I mistakenly booked (on line) a smoking room. Upon my arrival, we discovered my error, which the front desk staff immediately rectified. No trouble, no drama, just good service. I will continue to stay at the Peach Street Econo Lodge when I visit Erie, PA.
