Review of Country Inn & Suites 2*

Stayed here one night and the place was FILTHY! You could smell the chlorine of the pool in the hotel room proving that the windows were not well insulated, the pool was the nicest part of our stay and that's a stretch because the Jacuzzi was supposed to be warm but it was ice cold, the pool was a good warmth but that's the end of the good. We had many many calls from the front desk saying we were too loud when we literally weren't making any noise that could be considered disruptive. The staff were incredibly rude about every little thing and the pullout couch was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on, I would have been better off sleeping on the floor it would have been more comfortable! Our neighbors across the hallway were extremely loud and when we called the desk about it they didn't do anything even though they said they'd call them, if they called them the people didn't listen. The breakfast was terrible I mean the food tasted fine but we were told 6:30-9:30 and when I got down there a. 9:30 the juice machine had been shut off and the coffee was gone and they hadn't made anymore, we got coffee in the lobby and the minute the creamer touched the coffee it curdled and when we told the front desk they said it was normal (yeah right) and when I mentioned that all dairy products should be kept cold they tried shutting me up (that so wasn't going to happen) the breakfast food was taken away promptly at 9:30 from people who were still in line getting food (or trying to at least) and my dad saw the food being taken in the back room for the employees to eat while a little boy at the next table was crying because he was hungry! This place has no respect for their customers and I will warm everyone I know NOT to stay in this hell hole!
