I’ve stayed here in the past. Very nice property and I’m feeling smarter!

The hotel is very clean but the room is very compact beds were a lil on the firm side for my family
Pool is outdoor and small our son did not get to take advantage of swimming…
Breakfast is served and very good Staff were friendly.
Hotel charges 3 bucks to park in their lot…
25 bucks is held " incase " you damage room was not told this during reservations call
144 dollar room went to 190 at the desk.
Overall the hotel is nice.

We haven't even stayed here yet but they've been so wonderful to deal with when we had to cancel and reschedule our reservations due to some health issues and cancellations.

We had a lovely stay this past weekend! I am a wheelchair user and I found the accessibility to be top notch. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious!

Good Hotel with great breakfast. I would recommend it. Only downside is the speed of Wi-Fi which is too slow for watching Netflix movie.

Conveniently located. Very clean with nice amenities such as blackout window coverings and its sound proof. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly even when I called the front desk asking for extra pillows, blankets and towels. We will definitely stay here again on a future trip. Thank you!

Surprisingly up to date for Johnstown. The suite was really nice, however the breakfast has changed since the last time I remember.

Aside from the 3 dollar parking fee which was odd. This was by far the cleanest and nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything was incredibly clean (even under a black light) and theyade incredibly good use of the space withing the room. Giving you a bench for bags to go on, as well as hooks for things like purses and your camera bag. Staff were friendly. And the room even had international outlets, giving foreigners the ability to bring chargers from home instead of buying a new one.

The staff was so friendly… the hotel and rooms were so clean. We loved staying here!

Good hotel, nice furniture, beds were comfy. Complimentary breakfast, good climate control. Biggest complaint is 3 dollars parking fee. But overall experience was pleasant.

Clean rooms with a modern touches. The rooms have dual shades which let in plenty of light but also have a light blocking shade so it can be pitch dark on a sunny day. The breakfast is a touch better than most hotels. They don't offer a shuttle to the arena but that's understandable.

The place is well organized, it looks extremely amazing, the decorations are perfect, and the rooms are great, amazing workers, all out, I would recommend coming here. Though I have to rate it 4 stars. Their workers are great, but they can be extremely slow.

The parking lot entrance was a little difficult. You can NOT use the "Market Basket" street light. To access here use the "Sheetz", "BigLots" light and head towards the "MedWell"! There is ample handicap parking and to plan events, they offer decent prices and food for a "baby shower", etc. The employees were extremely helpful and pleasant! Thanks for helping my mother schedule & reasonably price for my sister-in-law's baby shower event! Oh, also thanks to staff for helping take a memorable family photo on many cell phones! It was a wonderful day!

We had a baby shower here. I arrived a little late and tried to use the Market Basket traffic light, but better to use the Sheetz/Medwell light. Fortunately there was enough handicap parking. The event went well. Plus was reasonably priced for an event as this one.

Rooms were clean and very roomy. Staff friendly and very accommodating. Delicious breakfast every morning.

Had a brief but great stay, room was spotless, well equipped, comfortable beds and a great diverse continental breakfast service. Staff was attentive and pleasant. Definitely will stay with them again!

This is a very nice hotel. Extremely clean and friendly staff. The only thing is the breakfast does not compare to what you see on the TV commercials.

Stayed in Johnstown pa location. Stayed in a room with two full size beds and we utilized the continental breakfast. Rooms were immaculate in presentation and cleanliness. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

This hotel was one of the best places I have ever stayed. The amenities, services, cleanliness, furnishings and staff were much more indicative of a higher priced hotel. I was pleasantly surprised at every turn, and found myself looking for a reason to revisit the area just to stay there. Excellent value for this delightfully pleasant place to stay.

Brand new property! So new in fact that even the switches are stiff. I really liked the place.

The hotel is only a year old. The rooms are awesome and huge. The front desk is very accommodating. The continental breakfast is the best I've ever had!

Great location and beautiful renovations. Just hard to get in to.

First our thermostat would not work correctly. Maintenance man helped, but we either froze or too warm. The beds were extremely high for us to get in and out. Lots of noise from talking around midnight in hallways. Bath tub was lacking saftey rails other then one way to low to help get in out tub. No rails beside toilet either. Breakfast buffet was good. Not sure I would diffinitly stay unless an upgraded room was available. Rooms very clean, lighting difficut to understand.

Our 2nd stay at a Holiday Inn Express in a week. Very pleasant experience. Staff was very friendly. One concern was that I'd reserved a king size but received 2 queens. Breakfast offerings are great. Accommodations are very clean and comfortable. Icemaker on our floor wasn't working with no note indicating the option of two other floors and bathroom sink a bit high for a 4'10" but all manageable obstacles. Should make note of a small parking fee of $3.

This is by far the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff goes above and beyond to accomadate all your needs. Stayed from out of state for a wedding everyone who stayed in our party felt the same about rooms staff quality modern decor. Will stay here again when back for a visit.

Beautiful lobby! Stopped in to see the meeting rooms and was impressed. I have not stayed here so can not comment on the rooms. The front desk staff and management was professional and pleasant.

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express Richland (Scalp Ave. ) We were thrilled for early check in as we were attending a wedding and Cindy (fabulous! ) worked so hard to accommodate us. All the staff members were helpful, professional and kind. The continental breakfast was the best and the employee who tended to it was on top of everything. The place is spotlessly clean and it seems they thought of every convenience. The room darkens like no other for great sleep and the mattress was very comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about our stay there. I would go back any time — and we will!

We had a great stay! This is a nice hotel. The entire hotel is very clean and nicely maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a really great selection available, and the good coffee was a definite plus! We stayed here with children, and the hotel was very accommodating. And to top it off, my young children were completely mesmerized with the pancake machine. They have been begging to go back and stay just for the pancakes.

"Beware of credit card transaction not present on your statement". I actually tried to use my 60000 points on the official website and was denied. So I thought I will just go to the hotel and get this straightened out. My credit card send me" a card not present alert" and I find out I was charged a week in advance before I arrived. Mind you I stay at a Holiday Express every month in Chicago and never had to paid before I even stayed "ever" so when I checked in a week later and ask the hotel clerk how did I get charged already before my stY she told me I booked a nonrefundable room no additional discount can be applied? Ok that weird all of my points and so called "gold" status and they needed my $ a week in advance. Hotel overall very nice and clean but here where I am pissed off. My credit card send me a another transaction card not present alert. They charged me 25 dollars each room and now I am reviewing my bill (you know the one they slide under your door) they charged me for parking 3 dollars a day plus they charged both rooms and I only have one vehicle at the hotel (so now I am being nickel and dime for additional funds and charged for parking for a second room? Without even providing a credit card at check in)

Excellent customer service. This hotel has nice wide hallways and is very clean. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I am in the area at least 3 times a year and will definitely stay here again.

Really nice, quiet, very clean. I dinged em one star because they had the gall to charge $6.95 for parking. This hotel is on the outskirts of Johnstown PA, not NYC. Parking aint a premium in the hinterands. Come on!

I think the place is beautiful the breakfast was definitely off the charts and well worth the stay. The week before I stayed in a hotel & paid 15 bucks for buffet breakfast. So I checked in on Friday & no one else in the lobby. Two people working The young girl on my right was on the phone. Older woman to my left never looked up from her computer, so I moved closer to the counter nothing I had to wait until the young girl got off the phone so she could ask me if she could help me. To me that is unacceptable. Later I tried to turn in the key cards because I received three and she would not even do that I had to give them to the young girl what's up with that. Enough of that. I know our bath tub had handicapp bar, there should be strips in the tub, it is very slippery. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It is pricey.

A beautiful new state of the art hotel located along busy Scalp Ave in Johnstown Pa. The meeting rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable chairs. The market is always well stocked with those snacks and necessities you may have forgotten. The guest rooms are brand new, very comfortable, and clean. The staff is always willing to help with questions that you have and take care of those problems that do arise. Continental breakfast is served daily. They have several options to choose from all served in a very clean dining area. I look forward to visiting the Holiday Inn Express again in the future!

The room was so clean. The breakfast was outstanding. The hotel itself was great. Everything is new. The only issue I had was that I was the bride and they wouldn't give my guests a discount for staying there.

The new hotel is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are a few bugs to work out; like outlets that don't work. They need to give instructions on how to work the childproof outlets and which light switches works what light.

Half of the outlets in my room did not work. According heater unit was LOUD. Would not recommend unless items were fixed.

Bar right next door great food great people hotel is great too.

This place is way too expensive, and the rooms are more like those in a motel. Stay elsewhere.

The free wireless was great. You do have to go early for breakfast. There were a couple days when I went late and there was not much to pick from as far as hot food goes. I did also ask for a small fridge understood that not all rooms came with one but was told would get one from the staff. I did try asking in the morning but never received one a little disappointed every time I showed and there was not one there. I am staying a few other weeks there and am thinking of going elsewhere.
