Pool still closed, no discount on rooms for pool closure, no information on website nor Expedia regarding pool closure. Typical case of take your money first then inform you later of amenities you're paying for but don't have access to. Covid is no longer a valid excuse.

Quiet, beautiful views, jacuzzi in bathroom.

Best place to stay hands down!

Clean, friendly and reasonable. Nice breakfast buffet. Have been coming here for 18 years for a family reunion. Mandy is great.

The rates were really nice. The amenities are good. Breakfast is served from 6-10 which is nice. Pool is nice. Staff was real friendly. The rooms were very clean and well taken care of.

The rooms were clean, plenty of clean towels and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great, with a wide selection of fruit and other foods. Staff was very friendly. And helpful.

Nice and clean. Dated decor but very clean which to me is way more important then decor. Very nice staff and close to everything I needed.

The room is clean and the staff was very professional and friendly. I wasn't a big fan of the bathroom though, the shower creeked alot, which isn't a deal breaker but not great. The breakfast was actually really good. It was very surprising how good it was!

The room smelled like dog piss. I paid $150 plus whatever I spent on Febreze and candles and air freshener. It was horrible. The staff were very friendly, but I will never stay there again and I am a Choice Hotel member. I'drather spend less and enjoy the room I pay for.

The suite I stayed in was beautiful. Very clean hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. I witnessed one of the employees, matt, helping another guest with directions for the area. He was very quick to help me when my sink was clogged.

Perfect location for nearby shopping and eating. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Convenient & Affordable.

Not a pleasant stay. Firstly, I broke out in MISERABLE hives after just the first night, assumably from the amount of bleach & laundry detergent that was on the sheets. Second, we were told we could park on the far right side of the building, as that’s where our room was only to wake up the next morning to them jackhammering the floor directly below our room, and having both the elevator & stair access blocked off as well as the side door we parked in front of, making us walk completely to the other side of the building to get down, then outside in the snow back to the right side of the buildng to get my car. The shower was also ridiculously complicated, and even with the temperature dial, the very slightest of nudges would turn the water from meh warm to burning your skin off.

Was a decent room but had some maintenance issues (bathroom doorknob broke and someone got locked inside). Staff were friendly and helpful though. Beds were comfortable. Room was very clean and well stocked. Breakfast was good but no dining area. We were allowed to sit in a meeting room though. Pool was nice but walkway around was narrow. Elevator was very very slow. Decent value but I expected a little more. It was good, but not good enough to say 'I liked it'. I'd give it a 3 1/2 rating but cant give half stars.

Not the best but good enough if you are traveling for business in the area, not to many noises from the highway it's right next, but has great places to eat and recently going under renovation.

Incredibly racist. I travel often, and this is by far the most racist hotel I've ever visited.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We were able to check in early, which was a bonus. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and we really enjoyed the pool.

Good clean hotel, recently painted and partially remodeled. Close to a lot of places, Walmart, best buy, Sheetz, Panera, Hoss, and more. Internet is free but SLOW. Has a pool and hot tub fitness area, breakfast bar. The only annoying thing is on check out day, your key card doesn't work on the buildings exterior doors, so either load your vehicle in one trip or walk all the way to the front door to get back in.

Nice place to stay. The room was very clean and spacious. We rented a Jacuzzi suite. The cost was reasonable and worth what we paid.

The customer service at the front desk was more than helpful and friendly. The rooms and overall appearance of the hotel was very clean. Included breakfast, a gym, a pool, and other amenities.

Seems like they are doing updates to improve the building, but several updates are still needed. The hot tub needs some work, some windows were taped up like they were in the middle of painting but I didn't see anyone there doing work. But in fairness I was only there 2 nights and it was the weekend so maybe work resumed during the week after I left.

Rooms are ok. Pool was nice. Staff were friendly for the most part, some went above and beyond, others were curt. Beds kinda firm, and I woke up stiff each morning. Phones were broken — sometimes could not receive incoming calls. The hotel was completely full but the bar by the pool was closed on a Saturday night. Overall stay was fine.

The Quality Inn was very clean and the staff was great. There was a pool and hot tub. The breakfast bar was your standard hotel breakfast. All in all, we enjoyed our stay!

I travel with my pet and the pet-friendly room I stayed in smelled like urine. I usually stay at a cheaper hotel that has less amenities and is also pet-friendly and have never had that problem. The other hotel also has bigger bathrooms and towel racks with bigger bathtubs. For the price I paid to stay here I definitely expected a better room. I paid for a pool I didn't swim in and a hot breakfast that really wasn't that great. I will be going back to my regular hotel next time and I stay in this area monthly for my doctor appointments. So they lost a prospective regular customer.

It was ok, some what of a stench, but ok.

Everything was functional and clean. The pool was wonderful. The room we stayed in did not have enough privacy for a family. Would stay there again just in a different room.

Very friendly staff. Though the pool and hot tub could use some aesthetic work, the view of the scenery is truly beautiful.

Offered high speed Wi-Fi and was clean with professional staff and good breakfast was included in room price.

Great location for the reason of my visit. We were here on a very cold weekend and this leads to a couple complaints. The front doors are not automated. Most times it's not an issue but with hands full of luggage and 4° temperature. It's not fun having to put luggage down to open doors manually. Secondly, the room was extremely hot at check in. So hot that we had to sleep with the AC on. None of my family got a good nights sleep. Was TOO hot.

DO NOT STAY HERE… Housekeeping are thieves. Left a new bottle of Obsession on the counter in bathroom when I checked out and they never turned it in. When I called back next morning maid said nothing was left in bathroom. Had a reservation next week for 5 nights guess I'll be going to the Hampton Inn now.

My stay there was perfect. I can't comment on prices as my stay was paid by my business but the staff were very helpful. They provided really convenient pick and drop. Breakfast was very nice. The hotel is well kept and really clean.

The desk person who I later found out was the manager was veryvrude and ignorant. When I asked her questions she acted like shebdidnt needbto anseer them she gave smart comments and rude answers.

I had problems booking in, the company card had not registered for over 1/2 hour the girl on the desk tried to help. The manager never even came out of her office. We got it resolved. Every hour or so the cooling system came on with a sound like a jack-hammer, and stayed on for 20-25 min each time, it was so loud I recorded it and played it for them at the desk. I complained to the girl at the desk checking out and said I needed to speak to the manager. She went into the back office only to come back and tell me the manager was not in yet! I left. The following day I rang twice and each time I was informed that the manager was not available but would call me back within the hour… that was two days ago and no call. What poor managment!
