The rooms here are pretty standard. No bells or whistles to rave about. My room was clean, the bed comfortable and service was good.

This is a pretty good Holiday Inn location. Right off the freeway, minutes from downtown and next to a few gas stations and restaurants. The building seemed well maintained. The parking lot was clean, so was the room. The lady at the front desk was nice and offered us a map of the area. The area was engulfed with smoke during our stay because of the fires but I didn't really notice any smokiness in the room. I would recommend this hotel If you're traveling through Ashland.

This hotel is comfortable and well-maintained. The breakfast spread is good. All the employees are kind and courteous.

Very nice remodel. Amazing and kind staff. The breakfast was just on par. The cheese omelet tasted like someone took Kraft mac and cheese packets and created a cheese sauce for the omelet. Other than that, it's a treat to stay there.

Nice, relaxing. We had family staying there and it was super chill and wonderful.

Great location with Caldera Brewery within walking distance. Smaller than other Holiday Inn Expresses but about to be remodeled. Nice big room.

First off, I want to personally mention the helpfulness of an employee working the evening shift in helping us out. I won't mention her name, for privacy reasons, but she helped us get a room last minute after we were bait and switched by another hotel in the area. The rooms were phenomenal and the amenities provided were top notch. If you need a place to stay, give them a ring. You won't be hassled or lied to booking here.

The location was convenient to the interstate but nicely tucked away. The rooms were great and I was excited to see a pool.

Staff, very polite, very helpful, we enjoyed breakfast every morning. Spacious rooms. One thing bad their is their beds, my back hurts so much for sleeping on the bed. My plan on this trip is to stay for 4 days, but I cut it short bcuz of the bed, I couldn't sleep at all. So we stayed for 3 days. We went back to San Diego. I will come back again if they get new beds. I do understand that lots of people are not like me. And maybe they will see it diferent. But I travel very frequently and I haven't experience beds likes this one. They need to have firm beds. I spoke to the manager about the problem and the kids jumping on the 3rd floor. Since we were in the 2nd floors he moved us to the 3rd floor. I don't know why parents don't control their kids of jumping around the hotel. The manager Tom was very nice to handle it.

Our entire family had a blast in the pool. Though I would have enjoyed the water being a little less bleach-full. The lobby restroom was in very poor condition.

Comfortable room & great location. Stop by at Caldera down the street before heading off to bed. They are terrific at upgrading Spire members!

We had a great experience here! We were just in for a quick overnight when driving a UHaul from WA to CA and it was a great place to stop. The staff were all very friendly, the place was clean & comfortable, and breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely recommend and would return if in the area.

Nice staff cool have a weight room in a pool that gets cleaned with ultraviolet lights every night but they're a little pricey and other than that it's decent place really nice rooms.

Clean, quiet rooms, accommodating front staff. The pool was a nice touch, and indoors, heated but a bit cold. Hot tub is great if you don't have to be in the pool monitoring your kids.

Awesome hotel. It was very clean and the breakfast was amazing the staff was very nice the view was incredible.

They kindly let us check in early due to our a ahead of schedule arrival time. By comparing it to other hotel companies, the food is noticeably inferior, but it is served at the convenient time. The big plus in comparison is that the pool and hot tub are in operation during the Winter.

We had a specialist that we needed to see in Ashland so booked this hotel because of the kitchen and dietary needs — it was not a good visit. The first day, someone went into our room and stole a brand new tablet that was left on the couch. After complaining, it was "found" and returned — we were told it was found in the trash — yeah right. The roll away bed was so bad that we went and purchased a bed topper so that sleep was tolerable. We truly did not feel safe in this place. We complained to the company and was told several times that someone would contact us — it was never followed through. We paid over $200 per night for this room and the kitchen did not even have forks — just one spoon and 3 knives. I do not plan on ever staying at another Holiday Inn.

We arrived knowing the city was blanketed in smoke and ash (Ash-land, get it? ) from the nearby forest fires. The hotel was a welcome respite from the outside. The FDA who assisted us in checking in was quite friendly, and assured us quite rightly that the Mexican place next door was an excellent choice for dinner. Members of our party were thrilled to indulge in the pool and hot tub, but alas, HIE pools do not grant all swimmers the ability to do backflips under water. We stayed here primarily for the breakfast, which is effin amazing at HIE properties, but I'd come back for the nice staff (housekeepers the next morning were very friendly), the beds (like Goldilocks it was not too hard, not too soft), and the close proximity to the highway (no worrying about missing a turn or wandering too far from our route, but just far enough away we weren't at all bothered by the highway noise).

Nice spacious room. Quiet for being near the elevator. Not a lot of amenities but a great place to sleep.

Very clean, quite, easy, and the best part was the breakfast in the morning. I was able to bring a tray of food up to our room to keep the family chaos to a minimum. The food was good and they had a dedicated employee in the breakfast room cleaning up and helping out.

The staff was really nice, and there was a breakfast laid out in the morning on the first floor. The rooms were clean, and had nice beds, and there was an indoor pool and hot tub. It was very a very nice stay.

Rooms were clean and well-kept. Modern looking, and comfortable. Pool area and fitness area both appeared to be clean and modern. Hotel staff were kind and accommodating.

Right of the interstate. Super clean. Great Mexican food next door.

The breakfast was bad but the pool was fun. The carts were really bad.

Newer building and clean. Better place to stay while crossing to California or the other way. Greeted by a friendly staff, even it was at 2am.
