Been here for 3 months, still here. Up until this morning, never had an issue. Sitting out back smoking a cigarette and got up to go for a walk. I get to the front of the building and have to rest my foot. Just as I sit down and was about to throw my cigarette butt in the garbage can, not on the ground like many people before me had already done, the maintenance man pulled up and started to verbally attack me. He asked me " what's wrong with you, you can't read? " I was totally mind blown. He asked me again, " what's wrong with you, you can't read, or you just don't care? " By now I had turned around and read the sign, no smoking, smoking in back. But I wasn't smoking, my cigarette was already out! I calmly told him to go inside and leave me alone. I went inside, saw the manager or owner, not sure, but I tried to explain to him what had happened. At first he tried to blow me off, I got the feeling he was annoyed at me for bothering him. He finally nodded for me and we stepped aside and I told him what had happened. He said he would talk to this employee, so now I'm just waiting for an apology, so we'll see if this happens. Other than this one employee, I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I adore the rest of the staff, but this one arrogant a-hole.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Nice size room. We stayed here for 2 night and we would stay again. Only grip was the housekeepers knocked on my door before 10am checkout is Noon… Breakfast was all that great bisquits weren't done eegs were fake used to fresh farm eggs. Lol.

It's an older hotel that is near Will Rogers World Airport. The hotel needs updates. Didn't see any rooms besides the conference room and workout room. It does have a convenience shop in it by the front desk. Continental breakfast. Can't really give a date review of the rooms you stay in though.

Staff was awesome. Car broke down and the Lady at the front desk was great about helping me out.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. We will come back. And loved to see the traditional wedding party hosted there. Beautiful.

I will never stay here again. The staff was very nice wich made me stay. The first room they gave me the toilet was broken. She moved me to another room, I went to check the room out before I moved my items in there. OMG! I'm not sure if an murder was committed in there or they had a bad bed bug infestation going on. The sink was dirty, the overall room should have been condemned. She gave me a discount and I stayed in the first room where the toilet ran all night long. I emailed the district manager but yet have I gotten an email back. I post pictures of the nasty bed but they keep deleting them. Only the picture of the dirty sink. If you stay here check your box spring case.

Best value in town! Comfy, clean, quiet and great staff, excellent customer service from Glen at the front desk. I have really enjoyed my stay and would gladly come again.

We were checked into a dirty room and when they gave us another room they said that we couldn't check the sheets? Are you kidding me? I did check and they were also dirty, I did get a discount. We had an appointment at the hospital early morning so we would check out when we return. But we got back the maids were in our room even though I had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door! No recommendation!

Very clean rooms and comfy beds. Staff was nice.

Very displeased with this place. Husband ended up having to sleep on the floor the beds were so bad! Our room stunk of smoke even though paying for a nonsmoking room. Breakfast was worse than McDonald's! The shower curtain didn't even keep the water in the tub so water was all over the ground when we got put of shower. Also the shower had 2 settings very hard and spray all over. It hurt my 5 year old to take a shower. I do believe this is the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

Very nice motel. Has truck parking and very resonable on discounts for trucking companies friendly personal and good hot free breakfast daily.

Easy access to the Airport and 10 minutes from Downtown. Clean, friendly, great breakfast bar — perfect for business stay!

If I was able to give them 'no stars' I would. Customer service was a nightmare! The front desk lady was sooo rude. The hallways were dirty and the place looks like a 'half way house's. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE, unless you enjoy being disrespected and sleeping in filth.

Very quiet staff is even nice no Leanitcy for customers that's Gwen there for over a week strictly bout there money.

Good mid-range hotel. Staff helpful and courteous. Room was not as well appointed as other Ramadas I've stayed in.

Good staff, great breakfast, clean rooms, no vending machines but they have a kiosk area setup mark up rates area about 100% only bad thing.

This particular hotel and it's staff especially are the best I've encountered in a very long time… I don't usually take the time to say yae or nay unless it's extreme one way or the other but the staff here was on point this particular week and went welll above and beyond to take care of us in an awful situation… the hotel itself was clean and comfortable and we'll worth the price as any good hotel, but for me the staff set you head and shoulders above the rest. I wish I had there names to personally thank them again…

We were here for a weekend tournament, and the stay was just perfect for what we needed it for. Staff was nice, breakfast was delicious, and the beds were comfy. At checkout, I left my prescription Ray Ban shades in the room, and Maria from housekeeping was nice enough to turn them in. I would definitely stay here again!

Don’t be fulled by appearance and certainly not by price. Every basic expectation failed. Elevator didn’t work, tile in the bathroom was tapped down with masking tape, the toilet seat had to be fastened manually for each use, the door had a wretched squeal open & closing, one of the ceiling blades was not properly attached so it was not operational, beds had no comforters-only sheet/blanket plus the beds were like bed-rock! The breakfast was thawed and unboxed sausage and eggs. And finally-no hot water @ 730am! The best that could be uttered from the front desk was “I’m sorry. ” You expect things not to be perfect, but you don’t expect everything to be so imperfect. Someone’s is taking money out of this property at the expense of it’s customers and staff!

Our room was nice. Good location, easy access to the major highways. Donna, the night clerk and all the staff were so friendly. Really enjoyed our time there!

This hotel is magnificent. The comped breakfast is fantastic. The rooms are clean, and the beds are OMG. Slept like a baby first and second nights. 5 star all the way!

Good customer service, they helped get us a room near the entrance so we could easily take our dog in the room. Would definitely go back.

1st room, no a/c, no tv. Front desk agent quickly got us into another room. Hotel is run down, needs up graded carpet, doors, and paint. Bess very comfortable. Walls and floors paper thin. Can hear next room breathing. Decent location, about a mile and a half from highway.

Poor customer service. I booked a double occupancy room and when I arrived I was charged a 15 dollar fee. What a joke. For an exit that has 50 hotels, I definitely wouldnt recommend this one.

This place was really cool. There was great service and the pool was great. Also we got some free chips because the people there were nice.

I've stayed in a lot of bad hotels, with cockroaches even, maybe thats why I'm not as harsh as the other reviewers. I will agree with everyone else that the walls are thin and you can hear the people next to you. The room was $70, it smelled like wet dog sort of but after sitting in there a while it wasn't so bad. The sheets, blanket, towels were clean, they smelled like bleach. It is an older hotel so the room did look dirty/dingy but overall was perfectly acceptable for a few nights. As far as the breakfast went it was way better than other "hot" breakfasts i've had at other hotels. The biscuits were not rock hard, they offered real butter, the sausage actually did taste like meat and I didn't try the eggs because they were patties. The coffee served was Community brand and they did have french vanilla liquid creamer so it was good. The fitness center looked acceptable as well, I didn't actually use any of the equipment but there was 4 or 5 machines in there. For me the breakfast is what gave it a 4. If it wasnt for that I would have been disappointed in the money I spent.

Customer service is very bad. Rooms are ok. Breakfast is bad.

Stay here for a month while on a job in the area very disappointed very noisy hotel doors slamming all through the night never seen any security one of our employees had their vehicle broke into I had my truck had about 60 gallons of diesel fuel siphon out of my tank the hot water would come and go I do not recommend staying at this hotel oh and if you go down to the continental breakfast 15 minutes early they will turn you away even though you're a paying customer if I was Ramada Inn I would remove my sign from this hotel.

Stayed here for four nights on the last night some how in between the time I went to bed and woke up they lost all of their cold water and could only provide scalding hot water for this reason I was unable to take a shower and the excuse they gave me was really lame.

The only nice thing about the room was the flat screen tv. There were no pillow cases on the pillows. Foot prints on the sheets. Cigarette burns on the blanket. There was a heart burnt into the bathroom wall. I slept on the couch the bed scared me. I travel for work and would not come back again. Don't let the photos and management reviews fool you.

Great service and nice clean room plus decent breakfast. The only issue I had was that the internet didn't work most of the time and when it did, it was extremely slow. Would stay again, if they upgraded their Wi-Fi and TVs.

This place was alright. The customer service left something to be desired and the place was very noisy. Maybe it's just an old building but you can hear every step someone takes above you and the floor creaks. Otherwise it was a nice place at a good rate and close to the airport.
