Great place to stay! I actually left a bag and my drivers license in a room about a month ago and they contacted me personally to let me know. Then, I couldn’t have it sent to me via mail so they held on to it for me for over a month… when I booked again, it was waiting for me when I checked in. This will definitely be my OKC stop from now on.

Booked through Expedia. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Price was good.

If your ever in OKC do not rent a room from this place absolutely disgusting blood handprints on wall? Nasty bathtub, dirty toilet, carpet not vacuum, toilet paper on the chair. Some kind of weird stain on the wall next to the bed … and the floor … I dont even want to know what it is …

Its a good clean place. With good restaurants next door.

Im giving this a 10 star rating! We felt very welcome here. Everyone was very friendly and the most helpful, smiling faces I've seen in a long time. We were greeted and checked in by Jeffery and Lisa. Ben, a staff member, was very courteous and helpful. He wanted to make sure everything was okay with our room. It was excellent actually. Thank you for taking time to ask and pointing us in the right direction The housekeeping very friendly to us as well. Everything was exceptionally clean. Running smooth. Lights all worked… the room stayed a comfy temp. It was a peaceful stay. The balcony was awesome. Chairs to sit outside on and getting to sit outside and relax under the stars in the evening. Loved it! Thank you all for a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're wanting a peaceful, clean, relaxing place to stay. = A+

Awesome breakfast, rooms are spacious and very clean. All employees I've come into contact with were very courteous and helpful. Definitely will be back.

Service is great. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Location is great. Not too far from downtown and shopping. Room are good size. Could use a little updating but overall great hotel.

Hotel is what you pay for. Staff was super friendly/helpful though. I checked in late at night and was tired and went to my room forgetting my wallet at the desk which the attendant brought to my room. Shuttle service doesn't start till 6am, but the driver was very friendly.

Big free breakfast, always have tea and coffee by the front desk. Friendly staff, decent rooms. The other guest are a little off, and the carpet on our room was badly stained. Overall I'd stay again. Bar accros the street was okay.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament. The rooms was nice, but microwave was left dirty, we was told the pool was ready, but it was green and closed, while the outside sign said seasonal pool. Hotel seemed clean, and the breakfast was good but not managed well. I choose this place, because it was affordably and it had a pool for my 3 kids. I would stay here again, if I didn't have kids with me.

Their beds and pillows are so comfortable. Best night of sleep I've had in a loooong time.

The staff at the AmericInn off Meridian in OKC was amazing, it was well maintained, and I had no complaints whatsoever. I will use this hotel anytime and highly recommend it.

First yes I'm giving 5stars cuz this place deserve it. From the time we got here Jeff Neighbor treated us like we were all that and more great hospitality very clean hotel. Ok Jeff thank u again for going out of ur way I somehow lock my self out with safety lock Jeff climb over balconies to go in my balcony door to let me in only could happen to me I tell u Jeff y'all will love him Shelly in breakfast went out of her way as well to treat me like a queen I felt so special waited on me she didn't have to Alyssa so sweet and show great hospitality to us down to housekeeping I highly recommend this hotel I'll miss y'all all thank y'all again for a wonderful time the beds we're so comfy to love this place also maintenance was great.

I'm super impressed specially because of the price. Room is clean, new bedding and sheets. Looks newly remodeled. Staff is very friendly so far no complaints.

Perfect for the price. Looks like it was renovated maybe 10 years ago so not super modern but it was just fine.

Extremely clean and smelled nice. The staff was super courteous and the breakfast was hot. Our non smoking room was awesome and didn't smell like cigarettes and febreeze. The bed was OMG comfortable. I didn't want to leave. Will definitely recommend.

Friendly staff. Super fast check in. She told me where everything was and how to get to my room as well as breakfast and check out times. Rooms are clean and smell good. Can't complain for a hotel under 60 bucks.

Checked in, and got all unpacked, was about to shower and the shower knob was missing making it impossible to use the shower. Told front desk girls, they had to move us rooms, which was inconvenient when your half way dressed have to pack up all your belongings n move rooms. Once I got into another room I proceeded to attempt to take shower n got in the tub only to see a used bar of soap (with hair on it) in the shower n a used bottle of shampoo. At that point I was disgusted feeling like obviously they might not have even cleaned the tub out from a previous person if they still had there used bar of soap in there. I called the front desk n told them, the young girls didn't seem to care and told me they were really booked yesterday n the housekeeping probably just over looked it. At that point I was ready to leave and go else where but it was 9 at night so I didn't want that hassle. But I would never recommend anyone stay in that dump. It smells n really needs to be updated. For 70$ I was expecting allot more than what I experienced. Oh wait but the manager was kind enough to discount my terrible night with them a nice 20$ still even 50 bucks was not worth that dump.

Fast, efficient, and they checked me in extremely late. Definitely a great Hotel!

Hospitality crew is pretty decent considering, the last minute set up. But I would recommend using them.

Super friendly staff. When we had a problem with Expedia the manager jumped on the phone and help take care of the situation he's missed two meetings just trying to help us rooms very nice and the bed is super comfortable definitely coming back.

Good hotel for a good price. The room was roomy and beds were comfy. I have a few complaints. One being that the room cleaners were suspicious. One was being very weird while we were in the hall with her. Also, my door was not secure. My room (327) opened very easily with pressure on the door. Someone did attempt to walk into my room but we had the top lock on so they couldnt do anything… not sure who it was, may have been housekeeping but we hadnt checked out yet. My complaint was dismissed when I spoke to the woman in the front with taped glasses, arm tattoos, and slicked back hair. She pretty much said I didnt know how to close doors all the way, when I can assure you all the I can close doors all the way. The lock on this door is faulty.

I️ left my vest in the breakfast area Saturday morning I️ call and ask them to mailed back I️ haven’t hear from them please call me back so you can mail my winter best thank you the hotel is very comfortable clean the front desk guy at night sift very helpful. Great breakfast.

Would have been good had it not been for the bed bug I found in my bed, accompanied by the Welps on my shoulder and back from it. Then followed by being given the run around by the staff when I asked to speak w the manager. First was told he would be in at 11am. When I called later I was told he was on vacation. Which one is it? Then when asked in regards to my refund was told he told them that they would have someone check out the room, and if bedbugs were present they'd refund me. Yeah, right! I brought them the bed bug and showed them the bites on my body.

The location is not far from the highway and ideal for overnight stay. The room is comfortable but the furniture is vintage. The breakfast is not the best but good enough for a refeshing beginning on road.

Polite staff, clean rooms, beds were super comfortable and prices were very good.

Clean and quiet… well it was the time. I hate it when these non respectfull parents let there kids run up and down the halls during the day and I haft to sleep in the day.

Great substitute for the Hilton that was full for the Bull riders in town! Really enjoyed our brief stay!

I am not a picky person when it comes to a hotel, and do not have high standards by any measure for customer service, but staying at this hotel has been one of my worst experiences, and had to leave a review. First off, I arrived at the hotel around 5 pm on a Friday. I waited at the frost desk for nearly 30 minutes before any staff member arrived at the desk. Once they got there, no apology, no excuse. Just a blank look from an unprofessional and unapproachable staff member. That wasn't enough to set me off. The next morning, I woke up and attempted to take a shower right before checking out. The water from the shower wouldn't even turn on. How could they rent out a room to someone without the shower working? They had to have known when cleaning. I quickly packed up all my things and walked downstairs to checkout after not being able to shower. And after telling her my situation, she said the manager was off today, and couldn't help me with the situation. I have never received such bad customer service until staying at this hotel. I recommend you stay away from here.

Very friendly staff. They try and accommodate every request and requirements for their guests. Good breakfast and good rewards program. Front desk is very nice.

The hotel room was clean and the staff was great. A nice off-the-highway hotel that will suit everyone's needs.

Besides very good customer service this hotel is unclean, dated and uncomfortable. I have stayed here more then once and consistently found hairs on the linens, bathroom and or floor. There are multiple stains on the linens including what looks like mold, makeup and bodily fluids. Besides the employees I would suggest this hotel is upgraded or refurbished.

Not a great hotel. It's very dated, has smells of being old. The breakfast is just basic.

The location is perfect for many places to go out to eat or have fun at night within walking distance.

Checked in and thought room was nice. Unpacked for the night as it was around 7:30. When my husband and I decided to get ready for bed. We had no hot water and the sink would not drain. Sink was stopped up with hair etc. We got the drain to work and called the front desk about hot water and was told they just didn't get it fixed. Why would you put a guest in a room knowing it did not have hot water? They did finally offer another room. We declined as it was the last night of trip and just didn't have the entergy to move. I can not recommend this hotel.

Location was okay. Little hard to get in and out due to construction in front of the hotel. Rooms were great and staff very helpful.

Staff is wonderful. Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. I booked the same day I needed to stay and everyone was wonderful. They even allowed a late check out due to me having a conference next door. Highly recommend.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Room was clean and well-appointed with new Serta bed and nice bedding. Breakfast had something to accommodate any dietary need AND they have a nice coffee bar in the lobby available all day, even into the evening! Great pool area and located within walking distance of several nice restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

UNFRIENDLY STAFF! I stayed here while I was working in the area. Im currently filling a lawsuit against this hotel for kicking me out 1/2 way though our 2 week stay, and having me arrested for trespassing in my own room. From CA, dont think ill be coming back to this state because of this place.

Beds were good, bathroom faucet leaking breakfast disappointing, muffins were dried out orange juice was not good and the apples were soft. The desk clerk staff was very professional.
