We have just got charged 250.00 saying that we have smoked in their room. We have stayed in so many hotel rooms and have never been charged for smoking. Me and my husband do not smoke! This is by far the worst experience and worst customer service that I’ve ever dealt with. She is also saying she is pretty much too busy to deal with me. Not making this a priority as to me it is, when you are over charging us for something we did not do! She keeps putting me off and will not give me corporates number. I know I can get that number but she can give it to me herself. We are elite members and have never had this happen! I also beyond pissed about this. I do not recommend this hotel at all. I will continue to try and get this resolved.

Very nice stay! Shop your rates though… I went through orbits and got our room for $78 My daughter in law got the SAME room on Bookings for $64! grrrr
other than that It was a nice stay.
they really need to get someone in there that knows how to care for a pool. The levels were off and the sides need to be cleaned badly. Everyone went home with home with burning eyes!

Clean, quiet, very helpful friendly staff. Delicious citrus infused water always available in the lobby. Looking forward to coming back!

Very clean and updated hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The shuttle driver "Demetrius " was very helpful and he reccomend some good places to eat. Thanks again Demetrius and staff!

My family and I drove 12-13 hrs to only arrive at the Spring Hills in Dell city and told our reservation had been cancelled that there was nothing they could do. Due to policy of a Credit card. As nd notification we never receivedWe came here to see my Grandson who has cancer and only weeks to live. Shame on you Dell City Spring Hills. The young lady was rude and kept saying that's our GM policy… mind you we called the night before … Thank God for this Marriott in Oklahoma City 4521 Sw 15th and Meridian. Kudos.

Comfy home away from home. No other place like it. I would stay there anywhere I went.

Extremely clean Hotel was there in conference room very friendly staff but definitely recommend staying at that location.

I reserved a king bed, but got a double queen room. Next door guest was making a lot of noise. Amenities in the bathroom seem cheap and poor quality. Felt itchy on my body after sleeping there.

Room was amazing and well kept. Staff was very friendly and the accommodations were nice. Close to local restaurants and within driving distance to local area attractions. Shuttle provided to airport at a very convenient time. Highly recommended.

Stayed one night, found the pool needs a thorough cleaning. The room was alright, several light bulbs needed replacing. Spoke with the manager and he is new to the facility. I believe given a little time he will make this a cleaner, more comfortable hotel. Will give it a second chance based on his response.

Checked in Sunday during Memorial weekend after a horrible stay at Best Western Saddleback Inn the night before. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Will be staying here for future trips to OKC.

When my family arrived after driving all night to attend a funeral, the manager and staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and relaxed. Definitely a great place.

The front desk was wonderful! Expedia has reserved us a room, and many other people as well, when there were no rooms available. However, the front desk took care of us and gave us an upgrade.

I booked this for my husband’s birthday. We were very excited to have a spa king room and the hot tub and swimming pool. That is the main reason I booked this hotel. Upon checking in we had to allow maintenance to come in and fix a lighting because it wasn’t addressed before our scheduled check in time. Then we get to the room and it is the wrong room. No spa king. I went downstairs to ask the front desk and offered to pay for the difference since it seems something with booming went wrong. The lady was polite and “upgraded” us for free. (Totally an extra 11 dollars from what we had paid) My husband and I got to our rom and got dressed to go to the hot tub that we believed was a there due to the photos on their website. I was in shock to see the hot tub has been filled in. We decided to atleast try the swimming pool. It was so gross that our hair and body was slimy. I was so upset I wanted to check out of the hotel. I called Marriott customer service and they were so rude. I waited 40 minutes JUST to talk to a supervisor and she was one of the rudest people. She would talk over me and cut me off every time I tried to speak. They refused to refund us the money even though they are falsely advertising that they have a hot tub and they provided me with the wrong room in the beginning. Honestly I would stay as far away from this hotel as possible.

Friendly staff, easy checkin, and clean room. We have stayed here often. I'm not sure we will again. They have changed the mattresses and the new ones are not comfortable.

I booked our room 2 weeks in advance… When we arrived at the hotel it was nice and clean. However when we got to our room we realized it was not what I had paid for. I booked a Spa King Suit. I went down to the desk and the girls working said they had made a mistake and gave our room away. They only had 4 Spa rooms that were all taken. They refused to adjust the rate. I was not going to pay for the Spa Suit just to be out into a normal room. Needless to say staff is not very professional nor accommodating. I will not be returning to this hotel.

It's got a great location with plenty of places to go do things within walking distance. Whether it's food, dancing or entertainment. The service there is pretty good as well.

Omaha, need. Great stay until we came in about 2 am got a call from the front desk within 8 minutes of arrival saying we we're noisy. O perhaps if a door slams I might be suddenly wken. But I am in a hotel. Then 3:15 phone again, what do you know the front desk saying there are complaints of noise coming from our room. Do you my suggestion went over well to come investigate little lady with red hair piled high on her head and glasses. Forget about comfort. You disturbed our sleep all for the purpose of dome Yahoo who wants aim is for a free stay next time. Don't disturb me or my family again. We are here to bury my Grandmother not to make NOISE or get a free room. Use your head for more than piling hair. Now I can't sleep!

Beautiful hotel set apart from the rest kinda makes it feel like it's not in the city. Very comfortable rooms. Kind of upsetting that it doesn't have a hotub though.

Quiet and nice staff. The hot complimentary breakfast was also very good and offered many options. Lots of parking and nearby restaurants.

Stayed for a week on a business trip and was pleasantly suprised! Great service, really good breakfast supplied free of charge. I will never stay anywhere else when I come to OKC. Clean, quiet, close to many restaurants and downtown without the noise. Staff was great amd attentive. Many thumbs up to this place. Keep doing what your doing!

My wife and I had a great experience here. Very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was actually surprisingly good. It was self serve but we were still asked if everything was going okay while eating. The staff was very attentive. The rooms were pretty clean. The rooms smelled a little like baby powder when I entered but I guess that's a pleasing smell to some. Didn't bother me but caught me off guard. Check out time was reasonable. The only thing that I have to say is that there wasn't a hot tub as advertised. Not a big deal because our room had a tub pretty close to a hot tub. I will be returning as soon as I'm back in OKC. Disappointing visit. Website states there is hot tub. It was filled in and not available. Mot towels for pool. Pool lock was difficult. Took several tries to get into pool. Someone during our stay played super loud music that rattled our walls. Front desk stated that they didn't know who was doing it. They said they heard it too and would try and solve the problem. It was never resolved. The breakfast was a great option when they finally put pork sausage out instead of Turkey sausage. The nicest part of the stay was breakfast minus the runny eggs and Turkey sausage.

Pretty good hotel and good price. Location was great for me to get to the airport. It is near a few food places. Some places you could walk to but its not like they are in the same parking lot. Pool is indoors and small but good enough to tire out the kids. Gym has two treadmills, elliptical, and some weights which is just what I need. Rooms are nice, clean, new enough. Breakfast was pretty typical for this brand but I liked it and coffee was good.

Here for a week for work. Breakfast is great. House keeping is amazing. Would love to stay again.

Ample and well lighted parking space, huge room and very clean towels. Well maintained facility and very friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Great hotel! Room was clean and the breakfast was yummy! The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. I would stay here again! It is very close to the airport and minutes from a few decent restaurants. Not super close to downtown, but if you have a vehicle it is a perfect spot. If you want to have dinner at a really nice restaurant with a great view, check out the Red Rocks Canyon Grill on the lake!

Rather new hotel, so the facilities are nice. The front desk people were also friendly. However, I took stars off for two reasons: 1. Breakfast was not really good. I normally stay at Hampton Inns and the breakfast is normally cheap, but good. The breakfast here was pretty bad, it was dirty, and they ran out of things before 10 when it was supposed to close. 2. The lotion in our room was used. This is kinda gross and made me wonder about how well they clean the rooms. I think overall this hotel could use some better management.

This is an excellent place to stay very close to restaurants and the airport. Hotel was cleaning staff was very courteous. There is plenty of parking well-lit and had a view of the riverfront. Breakfast was very satisfactory.

The service is great. Everyone is nice. The location is definitely pretty close to restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was alright but nothing great. Just fruit and bread products. Nothing really wrong just definitely not a 5-star hotel, which is fine.

This hotel was really good. We were down in OKC for soccer tournament. We had several girls. 1st they had our rooms ready. Most of us was on same floor. 2nd we had a surprise delivery to hotel early in our arrival day, they emailed me to call. I called and they told me it would be waiting for my check in. 3rd we all arrived at different times and they made it easy. 4th they put up with our girls being loud, and crazy. They had a good hot breakfast, rooms were clean. Pillows could be better. Check out was really easy. Staff was really nice and accommodating. There is alot of construction around it but not their fault. We would stay again if we go back there for next year tournaments. Thanks.

The check-in process was seamless. The room was clean and up-to-date. Personnel were friendly and the breakfast was fabulous.

I have been the supervisor of 1 of the 4 skilled trade teams that have been renovating this Fairfield Inn and also the 1 at Warr Acres.

Haven't stayed here for awhile — obviously gone downhill big time — paid to much for what o Received — hard to believe Marriott would let a property go downhill like this and still let its brand stay up.

The room was dirty. I wished we had gone somewhere else. I could have paid less for much more. : (We won't stay at this property again.

I have stayed there twice now and it has been one of the best hotels myself and my family have stayed at.

I love this place it's clean and spacious and a indoor pool for the kids… this is fabulous.

I have never written a review, positive or negative, since I'm generally easy going with occasional missteps nor give too much attention when someone does a job they are getting paid to do. However, my experience at this particular hotel left me with a sense of responsibility to other business travelers. I was going to start by complaining about how the exterior looks new but the interior looks OLD, but my biggest complaint is with housekeeping. The floor in my room was obviously not vacuumed since there were little pieces of paper everywhere. Then I found a package of crushed peppers (like you get with pizza) under a drawer that hadn't been closed and random long hair on a chair that wasn't mine. Again… don't usually sweat the small stuff. Room was comfortable enough for a single night and I've been in worse. HOWEVER, the following morning when I went to take a shower, I pulled back the shower curtain, and there was a DIRTY rag on the edge of the shower. Not just used, but gross… like someone had wiped their butt with it or something. I then asked to speak with a manager at the front desk and was told they don't get in until 9:00-10:00. Really? Wait until the business travelers leave so you don't have to hear the complaints? Of course, the girl at the desk, just said sorry and went about her business — not rudely, but only mildly apologetic. This and a high room rate puts this entire chain on my do not stay here list.
