The staff that handled my reservation was extremely friendly, when I arrived their attention to detail was very impressive despite that one employee was being trained on the desk and there were several customers waiting in line to finish registering and getting their room keys. Much respect to Deserie and her co worker Kelly. They were extremely helpful.

Clean it! How do expect people to rent a room from you if bugs are everywhere. Bed bug are extremely gross and hard to get rid of. Nasty.

I woke up to a bed bug crawling on me and I go to the front desk and they refused to give me a refund and wouldn’t even change rooms I have a video but it wouldn’t allow me to load it so these are the pictures from my experience.

Nice place, for the price. Pet friendly. Clean room. Comfortable bed.

This is my 5th time staying at this location. It is a dog friendly hotel always clean. Great beds and pillows. Great place to break up a trip between Ga and Virginia. Convenient to the interstate and lots of restaurants near by.

Disgusting — who are these people giving any more than 1 star. It is almost 1 am and there are adults out in lounge chairs in the front of doors, screaming kids, prostitutes hanging around — how can anyone get any sleep? The room as absolutely filthy. There were bugs or dirt or something in the sheets. I will be sleeping in my chair — I am too tired and everything is booked. The front desk women were sweethearts — it's not their fault that these quests are rude and inconsiderate. Unreal. Do not stay here.

Poor service. We're not interested to hear our concerns. Will never stay again and plan to contact their head office.

The desk clerk was the most cheerful, helpful woman. 24 hr coffee! The room was fine and clean. Breakfast was continental and we never eat sweet carbs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the price.

This hotel is great! The rooms are extremely spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, nice and up to date. We will definitely stay here every time we are in the area.

Rooms were very clean and priced fair. We were able to get a good night's rest before hitting the road again.

I don't know how anybody in there right mind would give this Inn a 5 STAR rating unless it's a phony review! From MOLD in the bathroom, dead bugs on the floor and the terrible customer service from the manager. Pictures are worth a thousand words!

Great place to stay! Very quiet and peaceful! The staff is awesome! Rooms are very clean and comfortable! Quick access to places to eat, grocery store, shopping center, ABC store, service station.

Great value for the money. My wife is a clean freak and it passed her inspection upon arrival. Staff was great and the breakfast was great. Selection included 24 hr coffee. Selection at 6 a. M was fresh hot waffles, eggs, bagels, toast, pastries, juice, cereal, sausage, gravy and fruit.

Ac smelled a bit musty, e keys kept failing. House keeping is suprisignly helpful. Front desk was fast and efficient.

Stayed 1 night during travel. The room had a microwave, fridge, tv, free Wi-Fi with decent speed, outlets with USB charging ports, a desk for working, and a chair with an ottoman. The bed was very comfortable especially after a long drive. It's location is right off I95 and right next to several restaurants and stores such as Walmart and Golden Corral. There was a pool which I did not use but looked very clean and well maintained. Continental breakfast was included my stay.

This one was very clean and we'll maintained. Would stay there again.

The room wasn't wasn't cleaned well, under the toilet was streams of urine and hair. The room smell was musky and smelled of mole and mildew. The bed was extremely comfortable. The tub and shower were clean with a good shower head which added to the comfort. However extremely loud guest kept me up until 3:30 am, police were called to no avail.

I travel to Florida a lot and this Quality Inn is my stop on the way home. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are comfortable for an overnight stay. I travel alone and I always feel safe.

I was charged $102 (includes tax) for an obviously $70 room. It was even advertised online as $70+, if they are going to charge this rate they need to pay much more detail to cleanliness, everything needed a good scrub down. I will continue to give my business and recommend my 9731 associate's to wyndom group hotels. Not impressed with choice hotels at this point. So, that $20/30 extra charge has cost this group untold amounts over the year.

Clean. Comfortable bed for a 1 night stay. Very quite. You didn't hear I95 traffic. Smaller bathrooms then some other Holiday Inns but still nice and clean.

Excellent staff! Very friendly and accomodating. However the hotel must replace the carpets if they are are going to continue been pet friendly…

I stayed here on the way to Jacksonville, FL & on the way back. I liked it on the way down… but I don't think they/front desk gave my maid the $10 tip, so I gave her another because another woman said she was my maid & was NOT. Breakfast was not as good as in Stafford, VA which has like a 1/4 of the room & they do a knock-out job & offer way more of a selection! On my way back I inquired about my favorite maid & they lied to me & then I asked if they fired her & they finally admitted it. The pool was not exactly clean & was not heated. I paid for a second day, so we could sleep-in… they were beating on my door around 9:30 & 11:30 & woke me up both times… I had no "do not disturb" sign. I yelled "Cheese & rice, what?! " as I opened the door… discovering the idiot @ the front desk NEVER told them I had purchased another night… There is NO elevator & I have a 5# weight-lifting limit & have had spinal & knee surgery, so it took me forever in a day to get EVERYTHING back downstairs. I tipped my maid in person… I will never stay here again. Carmen is kind, @ the front desk on 3-11. People were not cleaning up their dog's excrement… it was EVERYWHERE, on their lawn. I however, did for my small poodle. I am upset @ the rates on here being $30-40 cheaper than what I paid… They are not careful with the cleaning up of hair under the chair cushions, on bedding & in the tub & on the BR floor. I refuse to go back when I drive my family back to Jacksonville… not sorry.

Clean. Good heater. Limited, small parking spaces (Had to park on other side of building from room. ). Very poor Wi-Fi connection. Close to variety of restaurants from steakhouses to fast food. Close to I-95. Did notice local police drive through parking lot, maybe for security.

They accept pets, which was essential for us. The room was clean, the shower was nice, and the staff were all nice too. The breakfast includes eggs and sausage, which was a great surprise.

Found some stains on the bed sheets but other than that it's pretty good.

@Lumberton, NC. Nice bed (King) for me and wife on a clean and spacious PET friendly room with my Yorkies. Away from traffic with little hussle in this hotel haven fron the 3-4 others a stine's throw away. Hot breakfast and friendly attention sets us off to the rest of our drive. I will stop in on the way back (Baltimore — Orlando round trip). Thank You QI!

Only reason for 2 stars is for the front desk associate that helped us at check in last night. She was very friendly and helpful. Otherwise it's a 1 star for appearance and cleanliness. Kind of run down and shady. Had a quick meal at the Denny's next door and wasn't feeling well afterwards. Alot of money for a one night stay through off 95. Tried to stay convenient close to highway. Not again here.

Good room at a fair price. Added bonus the early morning desk staff gave some good directions for my run.

This Quality Inn was beautiful, clean and all the staff were so kind and helpful. I would come here again, no doubt. Was in a 4 star time share and Quality surpassed it in everyway!

Got bit 12 times by spiders within 2 nights. Manager said he cleaned and sprayed room after first night but got even worse. Office will not help with a new room. Definitely would not recommend.

Great price. Easy to reserve and check in. They r very accommodating and always have a consistent and low-average rate. Rooms r clean and breakfast is good. Great location everything u need is within walking distance. Friendly staff.

Very good experience. Checked in late. Was very tired. The hostess at the desk was super nice and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Thanks to all for a great stay.

Great customer services was great, older build but new building in progress… good location off the highway with a few options for food plus a Walmart near by.

No elevator. No automatic opening doors. Not up to what other Hampton Inns offer. This place is not handicapped accessible. My husband has a bad ankle in a brace and had to climb stairs to get to our room. He qualifies for handicapped parking with approved tag. I asked if they offered rooms on first floor if someone needed it… and they said only if available. Never again.

Somewhat Clean, however old. Good location off 95. Weird motel set up with doors on the outside.

We really love stopping here. Staff is super friendly, rooms are so nice and breakfast is always hot and delicious. Probably will have to take our business south to SC because of the new bigoted LGBT law on the books. Way to lose business NC!

Rooms smelled of smoke and we're covered over by fragrance. Sink did not drain well. Mgmt offered new room but did not take for one night. No elevator. Rooms have outside access only. Old motel. New hampton is being built nearby.

The service made the difference. The hotel is ancient.

Hampton Inn's are my favorite places to stay on over night trips. They are always so clean. This was in a great location right off the i95. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel. It felt like a safe area to be in. Pro: Clean Comfortable beds Hot showers with good water pressure. Staff is extremely nice. Breakfast in morning Free Wi-Fi Con: There is none. I have no complaints :-) I would definitely stay here again.
