Our first room had an exposed outlet, blood stained curtain, and a broken bathroom sink. The man, Daniel (I believe his name was) was wonderful and extremely helpful with getting us a new room.

During this time of Covid19 it was nice to seeclean rooms and friendly and helpful concierge. Also liked that Outback was next door so we could order and pickup by walking. We would stay here again.

I could not recommend this place more. Every time I come through Lumberton on 95, I stop here. It’s the best hotel in the area. The customer service cannot be matched. I came in half asleep, and hungry last night and the woman who checked me in was quick to find me any nearby restaurants that were open and available to me. In the middle of the night I was hungry and didn’t want junk food, I wanted something hot — don’t worry! The front office has a concession stand with everything from eye drops to frozen pizza! Knowing I wasn’t going to wake up early, I asked for a late checkout and without blinking an eye they granted my request. I brought my dog with me and needed a bag to pick up after him as I forgot mine in the car, don’t worry, they’ve got you covered with waste baskets and bags that they keep stocked! I asked for extra toiletries that I had forgotten packed away in my car somewhere, and they delivered everything straight to my room. The staff at this particular comfort suites is absolutely amazing. I would recommend it 1000% I have stayed at this location at least a dozen times over the years and I am always blown away by the service and hospitality they offer.

It's very clean. More important it's quiet so you get a great nights sleep for your traveling over night stay.

Ms Eva in the breakfast area was phenomenal. Very down to earth, caring and making everyone was made to feel welcome. I've stayed in plenty of comfort suites and she was the best. She made my youngest son feel extra special when she found out it was his birthday as well.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Although the receptionist worked that night around 9:00PM was unpleasant, the price was very worthed. I had to buy few bottles of water at the front desk, and she didn't even say thank you or anything but the cost of what I bought. I was the one who said "thank you " and no respond of "You're welcome! " In spite of her unpleasant approached, my stay was very comfortable and very relaxing. I'll definitely stay in CS again.

The front desk, breakfast attendant, housekeepers, maintenance man, and management are very friendly. The hotel is very clean with an inspection score of 100. The breakfast is also good. The amentites are very convenient, and there is a very warm welcome feeling during your stay. I really feel that the staff genuinely cares about their guests, want them to enjoy their stay, and return again. If your looking for a very nice hotel passing through Lumberton on leisure travel or just want a getaway from the routine of home, look no further!

Great place. Good beds. The pullout bed didn't have a sheet though. Room 307, and I had to borrow from my friends in room 309.

Easy to get to, near everything you need. Clean and comfortable. We only stayed as a stop through but it had everything we needed. The sauna was not working but there a small weight room and an average size pool. Would stay there again.

Hotel in general was very nice and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast left a lot to be desired though and they need a lot of attention by a grounds keeper. Most of the sprinkler heads didnt work right. Ones that did work were spraying people's cars not the grass. And why run the sprinklers at check out time.? They should run n while everyone is a sleep.

Poor service, no one ever cleaned our room or took trash out and we were there several days. Front desk clerk was extremely rude. I stay at hotels frequently and this would not be my choice. Definitely not great for a sports event with young children.

This place surprised me it was clean and neat. The person at the front desk was nice and helpful. The room was clean and the shower had great water pressure.

It was a very spacious room, was given at a great price for the room. Offered free breakfast that was very good. The place was clean and bright.

Nice place but I see they have a no gun policy. I guess they think criminals obey signs like they obey laws. Not very bright.

The room was nice but the shower water pressure was slightly better than a trickle. My friend's room seem to be better so I'm not sure if the issue was just in the room I'm staying in. Sausage, eggs, waffles, pastries, fruits, coffee, juices and more for breakfast.

Excellent place for the traveler looking for dog friendly. We stayed with our Akita. They had a couch setup with a doggy cover and a letter welcoming the dog and his 'human' containing the rules. Very clean and appeared recently remodeled. Breakfast was excellent and staff was very friendly.

We choose this because they accepted dogs. A bit weary. Breakfast was good — many choices. Rooms were fine. Convenient to highway.

The overall stay was good. The keying machine or the locks on both my room and outside doors need addressing. I went through 6 keys in my 1 night visit.

Great hotel, great staff! I felt welcomed and respected during my stay at the hotel recently. I stayed overnight for a medical residency interview and was very happy with my experience. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and ample seating. Everything was in pristine condition, with no smell of cigarette smoke (as promised by the hotel's no-smoking policy). A big plus was that the room was equipped with a microwave oven and a refrigerator. I only have some minor complaints. Wi-Fi was very weak in my room on the 4th floor. Also, hot breakfast options were quite limited.

Front desk was pleasant, rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was really good besides the lady they had running it she took good care of refilling and stocking it but she also stood there watching your every move, telling you how to do things, how to grab things. We felt as we were kids in elementary school at the cafeteria with the grumpy old cafeteria lady!

A clean safe place to sleep. A/C was noisy every time it turn on to cool the room which did seem to work well. Lobby smelled funky. Rooms are small but comfortable. Did not have breakfast or use any amenities to comment on.

Pleasantly surprised by the experience I had at Comfort Suites in Lumberton. I travel with a small very well behaved dog. My past experience with Choice hotels which have a pet policy has been horrible. While they all charge a pet fee, They seem to give pet owners some of the worse rooms in their hotels. That is not the case at Comfort Suites. My room was as good as any I've had when I travel without my dog. It was clean well maintained and comfortable. My wife and I are snowbirds and have decided "This will be my hotel of choice on my trips between NJ and Florida" Thank You.

Very good place to stay a night when traveling with a dog. Wood/tile floor in the rooms. Very clean. Free breakfast buffet. Right by I95. Pleasant experience.

I booked two rooms for one night. We stayed here on 8/11/17. It was a layover on our way to vacation. My mom woke up with bites all over her arm. She was scratching so much that we took her to be seen once we arrived at our destination. Bed bug bites were confirmed. We stayed in rooms 413 and 415. She bought medicine twice, but was miserable for a few days. We came home from vacation and she still has those bites on her. I usually prefer to stay at a Choice Hotel. I had emailed Comfort Suites with no response, I have reached out to review them on Yelp, and Trip Advisor. Their hotel looked clean, however that was not true. I pray that none were brought home with us. I would never stay here again, I wouldn't recommend it either. I have added pictures under your page where I posted this previously.

Great pet rooms. Finally someone got the great idea to not put carpet in the pet rooms. Bravo comfort suites. Will definitely come again.

Everything in the room was damp. I was going to put a towel on the bed and sleep on that but the towels felt damp too. Strange odor when entering. "Musty". Went well with the dampness. I immediately cranked up the AC and it helped a little. The super loud fan in the bathroom was an added bonus. Separate switch for the light only? Nope. If stream from long hot showers is the cause of the dampness and odor, it makes sense to try to force use of the fan. But quieter fan, dehumidifiers, better ventilation… other hotels have it figured out better. One of the cups in the plastic wrap had gunk in it. The higher rated hotels at this exit were all completely booked. It's clear why this place had vacancies.

I was there during Matthew power was out but staff was amazing. The folks staying in other rooms were great. In bad times people of all backgrounds can become friends/family. After seeing the devastation of Hurricane Matthew and Lumber river flooding victims. WE who stayed in the Comfort Suites — Lumberton were blessed to have a safe dry place to lay our heads. SO no power… we're BLESSED. Thank you all

It was pretty good, one of the TVs wouldn't work everything was clean and well kept.

This place has so many roaches their rooms. They call them "water bugs" but no one wants to sleep in a roach infested place. Would not recommend at all. Service was good but that's it.

All the staff I've come in contact with have been warm, attentive and awesome. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Nice outside area to sit by the pool. Hot breakfast in the mornings that has a good selection. Overall, probably best hotel I've stayed in.

Plenty of space in room for all five of us. Good breakfast, fair price.

Nice location, clean rooms, shower control were too sensitive little to left it was lava, little to right polar express. Their breakfast was meh they had the bad kind of fake eggs.

Not impressed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not as clean as prior reviews had expressed. The towels were dingy, the bath tub looked like it wasn't cleaned and there was hair next the coffee maker. At the very least the beds were comfortable and the front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast ends at 9am.

Very nice interior decor. Friendly staff. Functional exercise room and even a BBQ grill out by the pool. Little shop at the front desk for things we forget. Two minute walk from lots of shopping and food. Delicious continental breakfast had me up every morning!

Staff always said yes to requests, never bothered to fulfill any. We asked for room to be refreshed they smiled, said yes, then did not do it. Have stayed here for years each time I've visited Lumberton, this is my last stay at uncomfortable suites.
