Stay there was great. Rooms real clean, well decorated. Service was wonderful. Food good.

Clean, modern, brand-new hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great breakfast options. Front desk staff, breakfast food server and housekeeping were all helpful. Convenient. Many options for food nearby. Nearby gas stations and easy access to I-95.

Super clean and nice facilities! Friendly staff, breakfast was good and continuously replenish. I was really impressed and we travel regularly so where we stay at is important. We'd stayed at many Hamptons Inn and this one has been one of the best. Great job Mgt!

Recently renovated. Good location with Starbucks and Chickfila not far. A little bit of noise from neighboring rooms but not too bad. Happy with the size of the parking lot. Very pleased.

The staff! Our housekeeping representative, Chanet was a beautiful blessing! She loved on our children and made us all feel like family. The executive housekeeper, Katina also loved on our kids. Everyday, we saw either or both of them and it just brightened up our day. I pray that the Lord blesses them highly. We moved from SC to NC and they really eased the transition for us. The facility was immaculate! The indoor pool was fabulous! The breakfast was delicious! The room was clean and comfortable! There's nothing bad about this place. Anytime I get to visit again, I'll be there!

Nice hotel! The weather was too bad to go home, so we stopped at this hotel for the night to wait out the storm. The staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was great. They present you a rubber duck in your room to take with you on your travels. It's really cute and you can see all the places Quacky has been in a photo album at the front desk.

The young lady at the front desk was simply amazing. I wish I could remember her name. We arrived at the hotel around 1:30pm and she did not hesitate to allow us to check in early. Great smile and personality. Now I must say that the second shift front desk were not very welcoming. I spoke to them twice at exit and entering the building. No response or reply at all. Other than that everything else was wonderful.

Very nice, contemporary design and well appointed with plenty of amenities in the room. The staff was outstanding. Highly recommend!

I stayed over one night on my way home from a social event. The lady at the desk was very nice and my room was great. Very clean room and comfortable bed. I will definitely plan to stay again when I'm passing thru.

Hands down the nicest Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. Upscale surroundings that you don't usually see in a Hampton along with very spacious rooms. I only wish that I had spent more than just one short night at this location. It has an indoor pool, exercise room, and other normal amenities of a Hampton. But you can see that somebody put extra effort into some of the design elements. This is a great Hotel to stay at in Lumberton.

We will be back. This is one of our favorite Hamton Inns. Wonderful staff. Nice clean and up to date accommodations. The public area is inviting and comfortable. And you can't beat this location if you are traveling on 95.

Love it here! The staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast varieties are good! I really feel at home when I'm here. I'm definitely booking this place again!

Very new modern facility. Great breakfast included. Only problem no literature in room about local restaurants or areas of interest. Loved the rubber duck they give you to travel with you.

Best hotel stay experience ever, beginning with the excellent front desk staff! The cleanliness of our room was a reflection of the 100% sanitation grade this Hampton Inn location boast. Mattress and bedding were very comfortable. Everything was just so bright and clean! GREAT stay!

I've stayed at maybe 20 hotel's n 2017. This is the first hotel in this process range that I am super happy with. Here is why: one year old. Digital key, very modern and refreshed decor. Though the room isn't a suite, it is large. Wall thermostat Blinds on the windows so effective you can sleep in and not realize the sun is already up. Lots and lots and lots of AC plugs and just as many built in USB ports. I will be staying here from now on when I visit Lumberton.

Very clean, it's new so that helps, but it was impeccably cleaned. Joanna did a great job in room 417 on the housekeeping! So good, in fact, that I left a tip and I rarely feel compelled to leave a tip because any room I stay in is rarely that clean. I was impressed.

28 days here and every day was great. The staff are some of the friendliest I have encountered in all my travels, it's clear they focus on customer satisfaction. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to all passing through the area and need a nice place to rest your head.

The rooms are very nice. You can tell the hotel is brand new. Very disappointed that there is no guest laundry room. We are here with a baseball team, and in past experiences with other hotels with no guest laundry, hotel management was kind enough to take our team's jerseys and wash for us. They even folded… not in this case. I'm rating the hotel a 2 because I feel a guest laundry room is a necessity. I will pay closer attention to this the next time a book a hotel room. You may want to consider turning the guest room located in the lobby/dining area (which makes no sense at all) into a guest laundry room. The front desk staff, and especially manager, on the evening shift were incredibly rude. Can you tell me what the purpose of the area with the flat screen televisions with sports channels on is, if not to gather and socialize? You may want to train the evening shift manager to be just a little more professional.

The staff is friendly and pleasant. The room, hallways, elevators and gym equipment were all clean and smelled good. Even the parking was comfortable to walk to.

Wow! Brand new, beautifully decorated, large rooms, this place is outstanding! Very friendly and helpful staff. New digital key (smartphone as key) feature is pretty slick.

Very nice hotel. Spacious shower. Shower head is high up on the wall so no ducking to rinse! Very friendly staff. Front desk lady gave our kids extra duckies and breakfast attendant got them each crayons and a coloring book. Breakfast was also very good for a Hamptin Inn. Very much recommend!

We recently stayed at your hotel and I must say I was very impressed with the room and the staff at the front desk. However I am giving you 4 stars instead of 5 because we were there for 2 nights and after being there for one night we got up the next morning and went out shopping, etc until late afternoon, evening. When we returned our beds had not been made, trash had not been emptied and no coffee had been left for the next morning. I stopped at the front desk and got coffee for the next day. We had been left clean towels so they did come into the room but that is all they did. Hope next time they will do better!

Wow. Gorgeous new hotel. Friendly staff, Kim was my go to for things while I was on property. Love the fitness center and the pool omg wish I would have brought a suite because it looked just oh so inviting. Awesome breakfast! A must stay if you're looking for a great stay in Lumberton, NC.

Very nice and clean hotel. Shower was awesome! Only been open 8 months so looks like new. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Nice new location. Operated by an Indian family who are very nice and gave me a very reasonable rate for a one night last minute arrival. I'll easily recommend Hampton Inn.

The shower was magnificent. Best shower I've used in my life. So spacious and the water pressure was so strong. I would stay here even if literally the only thing in the room was the shower. Once I got in I did not want to get out.

This hotel is beautiful! I love the modern decor and the outdoor fire pit was my favorite! Everything was so clean. Front Desk was friendly and helpful when checking in and out. Breakfast was well stocked. I only had a waffle but it didn't burn unlike my last experience at a Hampton Inn. I recommend staying here if you need to stay near Lumberton.
