I give them 5 stars my room is very nice and clean, so far the employees I have had interactions with have been great.

Wonderful atmosphere, near lots of stores. Great rooms. I'll stay again.

I stayed here this past weekend and it was horrible. When I arrived my reservation where screwed up. They had to put book men in one room 508 without air. Room 706 was freezing no HEAT all weekend. They did offer a space heater but didn't work.

Love the room an ppl was very nice would love to vome back 2 get a room.

I'm currently staying here now and have no problems what so ever. No one bothers me & that's just how I like it. Nice room just for me & the room is laid out nice.

NOT a family place! Apparently smoking marijuana is ok there. I had to call the front desk twice over a marijuana smell, and all they done both times was spray, this would have been fine if it was just my husband and I staying there, but we had our 10 month old daughter and we were on a NON smoking floor.

Update from Aug. 2018: I went back again because the first time I had a good experience. This time. No. Just no… When they say the people that you have working for you can make or break you, that is exactly what it is in this case. The customer service was horrendous from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. The night staff was very inattentive and the morning staff not customer service oriented. Breakfast was ok. Room was ok. My sleeping arrangements were not met, so that made for a VERY uncomfortable night. Will not be returning… Decent. Clean. Simple sleep arrangements.

Room smelled like sewer back up. Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. And had three rooms reserved. Each was paid for separately and they still took three nights payment from my account. Asked about it at desk and got several different reasons why. None of them gave me the extra three nights so called reservation payment back. Even after all three rooms were paid for.

For the price the breakfast needs to be better… I could've gotten that type of bfast at 70 or$80 ratwsomewhere I'm expecting more for the price. The shower is very small… but the place is nice but the double bed set up was small.

The hotel was ok for the price. The parking lot is a bit small for the capacity. Vehicles had to park on the sides, outside of spots. The doors close themselves which means when people are going in and out you know because they slam loudly… which is great when you're trying to sleep at 4am. The walls are thin enough to hear a crying kid early in the morning. The fridge was making noises most of the night. Otherwise, the place was clean enough. The staff that we encountered were friendly. Check in and out were simple and quick.

The rooms were clean. The staff was great. I was able to come to a complete state of happiness by staying there.

Not enough parking. The parking lot itself is just super small and only one way in and out. Did not get any sleep due to children running up and down the hallway. Staff was friendly enough. Bathroom layout was weird, mirror and sink outside of the bathroom & shower.

Tristan at the front desk was extremely helpful. I booked my room thru a 3rd party & some of the details were wrong. It was Sunday @ 10pm & I was tired. He very politely offered to switch me to a better room than I reserved. He's an asset. I wish other hotels had such helpful staff.

The staff was very friendly. When checked in, I wasn't given any information about my checkout time or the breakfast hours, or really any details about my stay. Luckily, however, there were a couple signs, one in the elevators and one in my room, which featured all these details. The room looked modern and clean. I'm 6 feet tall and the showerhead was only at my nose, so I had to bend over to take my shower. I can't imagine how difficult it would be for those taller than myself. There were some signs of wear in the room: fluoride staining in the shower and larges knocks in the wall, but I wouldn't say these are faults on the cleaning staff (Greensboro does use a lot of fluoride in their water). The room isn't very isolated from outside noise. This location is close to the airport and you may be awaken by the sound of a jet taking off late in the morning. Noise coming from the hall is very prominent; the door has such a large gap in it that you can see right into the hall. The bed was comfortable and for one person, the room was large enough. The only other issue is parking. I had to park in a satellite parking lot further away from the building on my first night because there was not enough spaces available. This was inconvenient as I had to walk quite a bit to get to the hotel late that night. My stay was otherwise average. I didn't run into any other major issues during my few nights.

Made reservation on line, hotel did not get conformation for the stay but the gentlemen at the front desk worked extra hard in getting us a room. We really appreciate all they did. The morning breakfast was good. Will stay here again the next time.

Super friendly staff! Clean rooms. Limited parking and you have to deal with airplanes flying over constantly.

Stayed here as part of a Park/Sleep/Fly deal. Had to pay for parking (nothing crazy) but expected to NOT have to pay for a taxi since shuttle was included. When I returned couldn't get ahold of anyone at hotel for an hour. After 24 hours of International travel I took a cab. No one apologized or offered to compensate for additional fees. Contacted manager (as there was not one on site the days I was there) and a month later still haven't heard back. Room also had used toiletries.

Front desk staff is great, and the normal clean sleep inn rooms. Best Choice hotel on the exit and in the area.

Good bang for your buck. Shower door was broken and rusting a bit at the bottom, but that's my only complaint. Overall, it was clean and friendly employees.

Paid for room through Hotwire, yet the girl at the registration desk kept claiming we hadnt and kept trying to charge us. We had to stand for over 30 minutes and argue with her and call Hotwire ourselves to get it resolved! Breakfast wasn't terrible. Room was clean. Customer Service is Horrible.

Any reviews that state that this place is 4-5 stars are fake and created by the staff. This place is run by thieves. Dont stay at this location. Your personal items will be stolen and you will be overcharged. These people tried to charge me an extra $100.00 for smoking in a non-smoking room. But I dont smoke, so I left. Obvious scam. They were intent on stealing my money. What comes around goes around. Good luck.

Desk clerk (think her name was Alesha) was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me. Hotel management and Elite Choice Privileges customer service were so busy defending her and ignoring how I was treated that they basically gave her the go ahead to treat all future customers with disrespect because she now knows there are no repercussions for her bad behavior. I have stayed at this hotel a lot and this is actually the second bad experience I've had because of her. Her treatment of me was so awful I have contacted a lawyer to sue the company on the grounds of discrimination. No one should be able to have free reign to treat another human being with such disrespect, especially unprovoked!

The right hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing. This is The absolute WORST motel I have ever stayed at from a customer service perspective! 1. On day 1, the girl at the front desk wasn't about to let us leave our bike boxes while we were gone, though we had rooms booked upon return. She had "not been told by management. " They eventually finally let us put the boxes in the laundry room, but when we returned 4 days later, the staff there didn't know where the boxes had been moved! They had to call all over. I got in before 3 pm, but it wasn't until well after 4 that I got my bike box (with street clothes in it). 2. Last night, I asked to book the shuttle for this morning. Another girl at the front desk said I didn't need a reservation, I just needed to show up. This morning I show up, and the jerk at the front desk says I needed to book the shuttle, showing me the clipboard with form that needed to be filled out. It was all I could do to not go ballistic. They called another shuttle company and they're paying for it! Staff are either woefully ignorant of standard procedures, or they are not trained in basic customer service. These are problems of inept management. It is abundantly clear that hotel staff are NOT empowered to make decisions, no matter how insignificant from a monetary perspective, that would create outstanding customer service or positively delight customers. From a customer service perspective, this hotel is an abject failure.

Always love my time at the Sleep Inn. Rooms are always clean. Staff is friendly and always willing to help in anyway to make sure you have a great stay. As always a bonus for me is smoking rooms are available and pet friendly. Thank you Sleep Inn.

No points for clc stays so won’t be staying here again. Plenty of other choice hotels around that does. I stay in motels 300 nights a year points adds up quick. I even asked before checking in and clerk said yes.

TWO WORDS! Bed bugs! My four year old daughter mentioned she seen it in the bed she was sleeping in. I hoped out of my bed to kill it with tissue and started to flip the pillows and seen one on the pillow. Killed them both and laid them out on the kitchen sink. I told staff and took picture of the bugs. Staff stated he must wait until manager comes back so room can be checked but did not offer another room or give a refund.

The pool was a bit small but everything to keep the small kids happy… Site is far from the road and beaten path. Hotel has been well kept.

Limited parking due to a stronger container taking up 10 parking spots. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The beds were softer than I was used but still comfortable. Overall, the stay was satisfactory.

I'm just leaving the ER because this place refused to change our room to non-smoking. Think they will cover medical bill for my asthma attack? No, they won't even respond to this complaint. Worst hotel ever. Worst service. Rude, condescending staff. Room filthy disgusting. I could go on and on but I need to blow smoke snot out my nose and take more hits of albuterol.

First. Gave us a smoking room with someone who is severely asthmatic. Second. We arrived at 2 pm and we were told we couldn't check in until 3pm. So we came back at 3:40 and STILL no room. They said they were just finishing up getting our room ready gave us the keys we walk up to our room. Open the door that was not shut all the way to find the room had not been cleaned and there was a girl sitting in there eating food. I go downstairs to the front desk livid because we were given crap from the minute we walked in and tell them that they gave us a room with someone eating in it and one that hadn't been cleaned. The guy who was working said he was going to go figure out what was going on and went upstairs where he found a room. I got a text from the people I'm staying with and said come on up we got a room on the way up I passed the so-called manager doesn't apologize for any of the inconveniences. We stay at the sleep in every time we travel which is generally 6 — 10 times a year and this is the absolute worst sleep in we have ever stayed in the service sucks the people are rude. If there is any other hotel to stay in I would have done that but everywhere was booked because we were in town for the Eric Church concert.

Very clean, nice room and hotel. The breakfast was above average (although only slightly) and the staff was very friendly. I don't have any complaints, that's odd for me.

Stayed here for three nights in late August and was quite pleased. Beautiful hotel. Smells clean and sanitary. Outdoor pool was great! Breakfast was also very satisfactory. Staff were very kind. Small defects in room. Bathroom door was splattered with dried soda, but the rest of the room was very clean.

Beautiful room, they did away with the transporter showers… but other than that I was fully satisfied.

It's ok. Mini fridge didn't really keep things cold and the walls are thin. Everything is about what you'd expect for a cheap hotel.

Property was clean. Staff was friendly. Building looked new. My room was clean and had no odors. It's very good for the cost.

Didn't even get to stay there. I booked the room online but called to change some of the information on the reservation. I told her what I needed and then was put on hold by a woman named Ebony. After holding for five minutes with no update or anything, I hung up. I tried calling back a little later and was immediately put on hold by Ebony after she stated "Thank you for calling Sleep Inn in Greensboro, please hold". After 1.5 minutes of holding, I hung up and cancelled my reservation. If they're that busy, hire more people or at least check in with the people waiting on the line and let them know what is going on or how long they can expect to hold. I work for a business that has offices all around North Carolina and I am actually in charge of booking hotel reservations for employees. I will never book another hotel room here as I did not feel valued or welcome. I understand that the stay might have been better than the booking process, but a bad impression stays a long time.

I was blown away by the service, the cleanliness of the hotel, the rooms, and the value. We will make this our stay whenever we visit Greensboro. The ladies behind the desk were awesome and would bend over backwards for you. I believe their names were Ebony and Marsha. They also recommended an excellent restaurant that had just opened up and it was excellent. We had just had one of our worst hotel experiences the night before, and this was one of our best. Some times we stay in hotels about 200 days a year. Rarely will I write a review. I would have given it a 5 star, but it could have improved on the breakfast, and coffee.
