Disgusting. I went for my birthday with a few friends to wake up in the morning and go to wet n wild nearby and when we first arrived it looked decent. We left to go eat and came back and noticed a piece of marijuana on the sheet which made us think the sheets don’t get cleaned after people sleep in the room. So we started looking around the room and found countless issues. Empty cigarette pack on floor, top to whipped cream bottle on floor, pieces of food (skittles, popcorn kernel, cereal, etc), beetle in room, pieces of tobacco on sheets, needle cap under sink on floor, doesn’t look like anyone vacuumed, and then to top it all off… we decided to look in the blankets and under the sheets then lifted the mattress and there was a USED needle under it! Woman at front desk acted completely unbothered by everything and told us we could speak to a manager in the morning.

Rooms were clean and pool was nice. My youngest son clogged the toilet and because I had just got out the shower, I sent my 12 year old with my 9 year old to the front desk to ask for a plunger. My oldest said that the lady at the front desk said " where are your parents? You don't need to be running around by yourself! " Saod her tone was not very nice, Then said they would unclog the toilet once we checked out. Well my kids weren't running around, they done exactly what I asked them to do and came straight back. If I didn't have well behaved children that I trusted to go without me, then no I wouldn't have sent them and don't feel she had any right telling that to my son, she could have called me and I would have had no problem getting dressed and come getting them from the lobby. 11 is normal check out time but I was in as a late check out so for 2 hours couldn't use the toilet yes I could have called and asked for them to come sooner but wasn't a big deal, other than the one lady that was there today I have always had a good experience at this hotel and would return again. Only ask that the situation would have been handled a little better but again I would return because it's was very relaxing atmosphere.

It was fine they came and picked me up at Advantage truck and returned me after I checked out. The price was great and had a waffle and oj for breakfast.

I'm not giving it any stars I was highly disppointed of the false advertisement of this hotel the only thing that is accurate is the front office… I would not recommend to anyone… Sorry but true.

This is the shittiest motel I have ever stayed at. They allow prostitutes to roam around the parking lot to solicit themselves. There's drug dealers staying here trying to sell drugs to customers staying here and there are drug dealers coming by here dropping off drugs to people here. None of them try to be discreet about it. Then they just open the pool and allow people in drunk and drinking, and they allow these people to act and talk any kind of way. It's so bad I can't even take my kids to the pool and then the one time nobody is in it and I take my kids down to it, we are there for 15 minutes and they come tell us we can't be in the pool and won't give me an explanation why. I strongly advise if you have a family do not stay here. They are way over rated and cost extremely to much to be promised all these amenities to not get them.

Oh boy. Place is gross. Stayed for a short sleep while traveling. Really nice guy at front desk but thats only positive. Advertise free breakfast but very limited. Waffle maker, coffee, milk, cold cereal, bagel. Room was a complete gross dive. Just an embarassement. Worst place I ever stated in my entire life (truth). Every item broke or gross in entire room. Comforter was a big mess as well as floors, doors, fixtures, fans, tables. Just disgusting. See photos. Zoom in closely and you may gag.

Stayed here overnight because we were seeing a show at the Greensboro coliseum. Faculty was nice, rooms were ok, but we had to trade rooms that were suppose to be no smoking because they REAKED of smoke. Not exactly the hotels fault that people smoke on the rooms, but it unfortunate for us. Breakfast was good, I love any place that has a waffle maker.

Great prices, convenient ground floor rooms for those of us with handicaps, and always clean and has everything I need… Not to mention breakfast! Lol. Overall a good deal, and a great place to stay. Always Wifi, and courteous staff. Which is hard to find these days, for the right price especially…

Stayed there and got bit all night by bed bugs especially my bf when I called to be switched to a different room at 3am I was told I had to wait for a manager at 730am and then she had to wait to gt the housekeeper to look and see if she seen any n I went in there with her and showed her one crawling on the bed idk if the hotel has them or someone jus brought them there but I wont be staying there again manager wasnt so nice but gave me a refund other than that everything was fine but I dont do bed bugs room 106

So I found this place the way I normally do while travelling… Pull up our route, find the city that's at the point we want to stop (generally a little over halfway) and then search travel sites for a hotel near the interstate we'll be travelling. I was surprised to see this place listed for such a great deal ($45 a night) with a 7 star rating. AND they have a free breakfast with your stay. Score! The bed was comfy, the room clean, and the fridge/freezer set was a godsend so we could refreeze our cold bricks as I have to travel with meds that must stay cold. The only downfall of the room was the shower head water pressure was almost gone… It was barely a trickle. But everything else was wonderful! The staff were friendly and helpful, and even offered us a late check out time for no extra charge, since construction delayed our arrival by an extra two and a half hours. Cannot say enough good about this place! If you need a stop over, highly recommend!

I stay here alot to just get AWAY the staff is sooo wonderful. The manager Cindy is a great person I usually request the same room when I stay there and Cindy and julie tries to make sure I get the room I desire. Bang for the buck it's a outstanding place to stay. The staff works with repeative customers…

I enjoyed my stay at Fairview Inn the room was clean and the people was very nice Thank you all for the work you do there.

I stay here alot to just get AWAY the staff is sooo wonderful. But I usually choose the same rooms when I stay at the Fairview but this weekend my rooms I usually use was booked. Very disappointed I'm in a different room and the HEAT DO NOT WORK. And the last stay the toilet broke.

Who needs a chain name when you have all the amenities they have for less money. I suggest anyone traveling get some sleep and breakfast here. Dont waste your travel time looking for a good value. Because it's right here.

I love staying here! Today's my third time staying. Great customer service and cheap and clean.

This place has great staff, my room was clean, and everything inside works well. It is fairly quiet and disruptive guests seem to be handled rather quickly and I never had a worry that any of my belongings might go missing. Fairview Inn is just what I expected it to be. Thanks guys!

Was kind of wary about going but it was nice for what I paid for better than what I expected.

The room was in great shape and clean. Just minor things that could be done. Great price for a excellent place to stay at. Thank you Fairview we will stay again.

Customer service was ok, but the room had cigerette burns all over the rug, no hot water when I took a shower, I spotted a roach crawling up my friggin wall, and a spider just about the size of the palm of my hand came crawling out of the bathroom. I packed my stuff and left.

Recently we encountered Mike the receptionist a bigot and a sad excuse for a man. He was so rude and disrespectful and DISGUSTING that we had to call the police. We are currently pressing charges for his inappropriate conduct. Do Not Stay Here! Not only was customer service horrible but the rooms were a nightmare the sheets had cigarette burns and the rooms had the aroma of chlorine and cigarette smoke. Please shut this place down ASAP! I will be posting the video of our encounter with Mike.

Extremely for the strong minded individual. What will you see upon entering; poorly staffed, very thin walls, very low accommodations… aggressive housekeeping knocking on your door to check out, at least 30 minutes before check out… rooms with different types of bugs. Bed bugs as well in some rooms… tvs have poor reception. But fairview inn is amongst the cheapest in price so you get what you pay for. But truth be told, if you are looking for a comfy cosy experience, this is absolutely not the place to be! I have experienced dog poop smelling rooms… nosey staffing… rooms with badly conditioned furniture, poor plumbing, (water coming out the faucet in almost drip drop form) bath tubs that don't drain adequately, and a heap of other small dissatisfying issues, but I will say the peanuts in the main lobby are delicious! but save yourself the disapoiontment!

The non smoking rooms smelled like smoke. There was a smell of marijuana in the parking lot. The breakfast they offer was stale.

Place is so nasty the tub was nasty the bed had blood on the sheets and the pillows had blood on them will never stay here again I'm OCD bad. The lady at the front desk would not move me to another room and her name was Laura, she was rude and disrespectful. As I stated again I will never get a room here ever again.

This is a charming and quaint inn with excellent customer service. Breakfast is made up of your choice of fresh fruit ready to make hot waffles grits oatmeal and cold cereals too with hot coffee being served all day. It is a good place to lodge while traveling. I had a very good experience here I would come back.

BEWARE* If I could give negative reviews, I would. Although this place is cheap it's not even worth the 40 you pay. It is completely trashy. There was a lady at the front desk who was down right RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! You cannot even complain to her because she makes you look like you're in the wrong. She turns a cheek to everything going on. Definitely doesn't have the "southern hospitality". The room was disgusting with mold all over the tub. I dropped the TV remote and when I went to retrieve it there were NEEDLES behind the nightstand. The room smelt like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. I heard people slamming doors and yelling ALL NIGHT. There were people walking around all night and obvious signs of drug dealing and prostitution. My dog had to use the bathroom and I was so scared to leave the room. I had to keep a knife on me. Oh and get this, as she was looking for a place to do her business I saw 4 more needles and even saw a tied up bag with something white. I If you're looking for one of those motels they describe in horror books and movies or law and order, this is one. I didn't even stick around to see the complimentary breakfast. When researching the motel after check out come to find out the people who own it also own other run down places in the Greensboro area. Khan hospitality… Should be spelled CON! I would steer clear of this place and the other ones. Unless you're looking for some "fun".

The bed was extremely comfortable. The overall room needed an update though, the toilet had paint chipped off of it and looked rough. The water was a bit difficult — I had fixed it for my daughter and she ended up getting burnt. I thought she had moved it but the same thing happened to me. It became hotter after a few minutes of being in there. Breakfast was decent. They had cold cereal, a waffle maker, boiled eggs, oatmeal and fruit. It was okay for the price for one night. But I wouldn't stay there longer than that.

First room we were given was horrible with multiple items broken in the room. Hubby went down to desk after first night and asked for another room and we got one. It was very nice. After a 4 day stay, we checked out and headed back home only to realize I had left a Mia facial scrubber in the shower. Called the hotel and their response was awful… First answer … we never saw it, you must have taken it. Second call and answer … our cleaning people are Mexican and they wouldn't know what it was, and probably threw it away. Mind you it is obvious that it needs to be charged and what it would be used for. They cost $100 + VERY disappointing, wouldn't stay again.

Here for a wedding over a Holiday weekend. Room clean, beds very comfortable. Service ok. Sounds travel from room to room, so if you need absolute quiet, you might have issues. Overall, good room for the price. Room includes a hot breakfast, we overslept (comfy beds) so didn't get to try it.

The level of customer no service here is appalling. I stayed here for about 8 days on the 2nd day the toilet stopped up I called and they sent me a plunger. No normally I wouldn't have had a problem with this except it didn't work and when I called back I got 5 day run of "I'll send someone by today/in the morning. " And more than a couple of this is the 1st I've heard of this. " And when it came to the renewing for a new week, I spoke with a manager and they actually told me to just check out. So in pure astonishment I did so. Just beware the service SUCKS!

Rooms were okay. Bathroom door had been beaten up pretty bad and didn't close right. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Medicine was stolen from me. The the Aderal for my Friday & Saturday stay was taken but thet left the vitamins and the pill for Sunday Terrible. The locks on the doors do not work. The maid left my door open after cleaning my room… she only made the bed, the trash was never cleaned up. Since door was not closed key did not work, and manager reset it. That broke it further and the engineers had to take the door appart. I wasted lot of time waiting for them as my possessions were being kept from me. They refused to fix the issue with the door or to compensate me for lost wages from being late to work due to their error.

Got the night manager immediately after check in and showed her the room damages… did not want to be charged for… also old q tips and stains were on the floor… mirrors on floor… hole in bathroom door… strange marks and stains on tub where something was missing… afraid to use the bathroom… very unsanitary… very small room… not worth 50.00

For a 2 start hotel it is decent. I haven't seen any bugs or anything for price and location it is fine. I rated it 4 stars because the breakfast is enough to be content with, and they have a limit of one breakfast item per guest.

My fiancée & I visited this location on Christmas morning. We were coming to visit my parents but did not arrive in Greensboro in a timely manner. I called Fairview Inn & spoke with Mike who said there was a vacant room. We were about to check in around 5am. My fiancée comes back to the car with his I. D. & says that Mike would not accept it & that I needed to check in. I took his bank card, retrieved my I. D. & went into the building. When I walked in Mike said, "Isn't this his card? ". I said, "Yes, he is right in the car if he needs to sign for anything. He mentioned that since there was no name on the card, he didn't know whether or not the card was "stolen". I assured your associate that this card was not stolen & I gave him the billing address for the card. I'm not understanding why he was so rude & insinuated that the card could have been "stolen". If he was concerned about the card not having a name he should have said that the card needed to have a name matching the customer's I. D. I truly believe that he was racially profiling my fiancée & I. He accepted the card without asking for my fiancée's signature (ironically) & gave me the key to room 107. He said that since I arrived late, he would extend the check out to 12pm. At 11:15am there was a woman wearing red lipstick & a Christmas sweater banging at the door. She knocked twice & then opened the door. I told her that check out was extended to 12pm & she said, "Oh. That wasn't written down". No apology.

Very nice staff, room smelled weird but it was over ok. Everything was clean — that was the weird smell, cleaning chemical. Location is convenient to restaurants and fast food. Nice cheap motel if you need to crash.

Great price and location. If you're looking for a decent place to sleep.
