Very clean and well kept. Service staff on point. Happy hour drinks and horsdevores each evening; best of all, complimentary. Rooms are spacious and well done. Plenty of jacks for electronic devices. TV was pretty small by today's standards.

Nice and clean. Nice continental breakfast, a lot to choose from. Employees are very personable.

Location is good and price is right. Service at check in was great. The room needed a better cleaning. Note to management: when you clean the bathrooms, close the door and look behind it. Latasia was working the front desk and the managers reception and did a great job.

The AC never worked and after multiple complaints and a night without sleep I was temporarily moved to the conference room. Staff was very polite but I was not the only one from our group having ac issues.

Solid 3 star hotel for the business traveler. No frills. Typical powdered egg breakfast in the am. Rooms clean but old furnishings. Bed was comfortable the first night but 3 days later I was hurting. Great shower pressure though! Nothing to do in this area at all. Just a bunch of hotels close to airport. Shuttle to airport was great. They take reservations for that. Stephanie at front desk was awesome! Very nice, friendly and helpful.

I wish I could leave less than one star. In all my years of business travel this hotel provided the worse customer service I've EVER experienced. I had an issue that required that I talk with the hotel manager. I left two messages over two days to have the general manager Pinki Mitchell call me. I didn't get a response and then was told to email her. I emailed Pinki and asked her to contact me. Again zero response. I went to the hotel and asked to speak to her directly. The assistant manager Stephanie told me she was not there and that she could not contact her. She purposely hid from dealing with me. I got no resolution to my issue and wss told plainly that we cannot help you. Their motto of "We are happy when you are happy" is total BS. I'm a Hilton Honors Silver member and will never stay at this hotel or another hilton property again. Marriott now has my business where they care about their guest.

Always helpful and kind. There was constant supply of coffee and tea as well as a nice spread for breakfast. Comfy rooms. Would absolutely recommend.

Did not provide us with the room reserved. Jacuzzi did not work and the maintenance man said they ordered a part for it. The staff was rude. My fiancee was very upset and belittled by comments made by the receptionist Tyasia to her coworkers in front of guest about her contacting Hilton honors.

Great staff. If you spend a lot of time on the road like myself, a fun staff that you can joke with while checking in makes the difference.

Low budget for a Hampton. No refridge, or microwave in rooms. This is difficult if spending to me on business to not be able to keep food for meals. Had 3 deadbolt locks on the door so safety must be an issue. The bathroom counter was just gross! Dirty! There are 5 other major chain hotels adjoining this hotel, choose one of them. I am a hhikyon rewards member and wouldn't recommend this property. They had cute towel animals but a refridge would have been more helpful!

The hotel is well furnished and clean. The building is situated among other hotels and is within a short ride to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was fine and included all the basic amenities.

Nice rooms but if you’re preparing to party for the Mcculough Castle stay elsewhere. They don’t allow any kind of pre partying or noise making people what so ever. If u and your friends are looking to live it up prior to partying at the castle stay elsewhere. Hope y’all have fun.

Room was nice enough. Air conditioner made an awful racket, but was fixed in the morning. Breakfast was yummy. Everyone was really friendly.

Room was generally clean, but not seemed a little bit dingy. Walls are fairly thin and could often hear water from other rooms and people talking in the hallway. There was a large group of children who were seemingly unsupervised and made the stay a rather loud one.

We just stayed overnight after attending a wedding. They let us check in early before the wedding events and the room was clean and tidy. There were no noise issues, despite being surrounded by other guests from the wedding who were staying up to party. The only complaint we have is that all wedding guests in the block were supposed to have a thank-you bag delivered to each room and the hotel neglected to deliver one to our room.

Place went downhill — fast. Stayed here last year. Very nice stay. Clean rooms. Decent breakfast. This time — gross room. Musty smell and terrible breakfast. Torn carpet. Peeling wallpaper. (obvious leak) dark room.

Room was fine but humid. Pool was clean. Breakfast was good. Accommodating of a large group.

Everything about the facility was excellent. The room, however, was the worst part. It had an odd odor and the restroom was not clean. It had mold in the shower and tub. The room could definitely use a renovation. The lobby and breakfast area was well kept and the complimentary breakfast was good but not anything special.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The 24 hour coffee bar was wonderful. Breakfast had lots of options to fit everyone and food was delicious. Our room was labeled nonsmoking, but it constantly smelled of cigarette smoke. We enjoyed our stay and would retun. Might just request to be further away from the smoking rooms.

For these rates this hotel was not worth it. The pool was filthy and cloudy! There was no fridge or microwave in the room, very inconvenient. The mattress was too firm my body ached and I couldn't get any rest. They need a definite upgrade it's very outdated. For 139.00 a night I expect to at least have a clenched pool and microwave and fridge in the room. The housekeeper was great though!

The service is awesome. The people are nice, and there are warm cookies all the time.

Overall, the stay was not bad. Check-in process was very good with a warm greeting. Service while at the hotel was good. The breakfast is what you expect and the staff was mostly very positive and warm. The only issue I had was on my first night in the hotel. Around 2251, while I was in bed sleeping, I heard a door open. The light in my room then turned on and someone walked in! I was shocked (and so were they) to have someone in my room (they thought I was in their room). After they left, I made sure that the locks were in place and the door was secure. In the morning, I asked the front desk how this could happen, why it happened. His response… sometimes these things happen! That answer and his glib nature are why I will never return to this hotel. That is my safety, my security and there was never even an apology about it. My future with Hilton properties as a whole I am questioning at this time. I stay in hotels over 200 nights a year and have for over 4 years; this has NEVER happened to me before.

Gave free beers and chicken tenders for a happy hour! Also had very professional and courteous staff.

Ryan is a great asset to this hotel. He is making our rehearsal dinner planning a breeze. I'd recommend him and the venue to anyone.

Decor of the room was comfortable, breakfast was actually good and neat.

The emoleados are good and polite but the hotel is in little neglected. To do is be antiguado and even mildew have bathtubs. I think that it is time to invest money in updating the local.

Let me begin by saying that I travel a LOT. I experience many different airlines, many different rental car companies, and many different hotels. And so, I feel very qualified to judge each of these both on their own merits and as compared to their competition. On this particular journey, I had the great displeasure of flying American Airlines, one of the most disorganized, sad airlines in existence. During a simple one stop flight from San Antonio to Greensboro, NC, they managed to lose my luggage. Not only that, they also managed to get me to Greensboro past the time when I could catch a cab. Yeah, that late. My only hope: The Hampton Inn, where I had reservations for a room. I called the hotel and was greeted by a chipper pleasant voice. From the moment Debbie said 'hello' I felt like fate was definitely smiling on me in my hour of challenge. She attempted to arrange a ride for me from the airport, but since the taxi stand was closed and the only people around still at the airport were two off duty cabbies, she told me to let them know that if they would bring me over, the hotel would pay them cash. The cabbies were both very nice, and one of them said he would take me for free, in his own vehicle. North Carolinians are just that kind at heart. He didn't want to be paid, but I asked him to come on in and let Debbie pay him something. He came in and even though Debbie offered to pay him, he insisted that she not.

We recently stayed at this hotel with our softball team. Ms. Patty in sales was so helpful getting us a great group rate and making sure that everyone was accommodated. The hotel was nice, the food was great, and we really had such a wonderful time. Our girls ended up winning the tournament and we would like to thank the Hampton Inn and Ms. Patty for everything and we owe that win to her! Great place to stay.
