This hotel is no hotel I would ever recommend anyone to stay at! It’s ugly.
We booked a suite yet when we got to the hotel we got a regular room!
They could not give us anything else due to market furniture convention! We spent over 1300.00 for 5 nights and is so not even worth the money.
We are very disappointed one the way the outside looks of this hotel! I hope our feedback makes a difference.

Nice business hotel. Friendly staff and good onsite amenities. No noise in rooms from the airport, and comfortable rooms.

Convenient & good quality meeting space! Breakfast selection was delicious, too.

We stayed here to move our daughter into Elon University today. I was very emotional when we got back to the hotel after leaving her in her dorm. The awesome front desk staff sent up a sweet card and some warm cookies. So grateful to these lovely folks for making a happy/ emotional day easier for us!

Hotel is very nice, great rooms! Clean and comfortable! Food in the restaurant is very good. Hotel has a nice indoor outdoor pool and hot tub. This can be a good or bad thing, the hotel is right on the airport (2 min drive).

Nice hotel with plenty of amenities. Staff was friendly and close to the airport but nothing else. You will have to drive a few miles to go anywhere. Rooms were really clean and nicely appointed.

It was very nice. I loved the hotel. The staff was very friendly and extremely nice to my son who asked a million questions. Lol.

Always a pleasant vist. Rooms clean. Beds very comfortable. Only complaint was coffee maker did not work. We called the front desk and they brought another one but it was dirty.

We were there for a wedding and received a discount on reserved lodging. But was charged regular rate upon check in, which was reduced shortly thereafter back to the discounted rate. After our stay, The regular rate change was reinstated on our charge card. And messages sent have gone unreturned.

I attended the Marriott airport hotel for a work event I would say that the room was very nice, and very clean. It was catered the food which was excellent. The bathrooms, however, need to be clean. Several of the facilities were not working, several of the locks on the bathroom stalls were broken and several of the soap dispensers were empty. In general it was just dirty. Overall the room we used was nice.

The staff was amazing. I asked for an early check-in and she was more than accommodating. Having a 9 month old travel halfway down the east coast by plane is not easy and me and my husband were so tired. They provided a pack-n-play so that baby could stretch out and wind down. Room service was amazing and the bar was open late for our enjoyment.

Great time in Greensboro at the Barn Dinner Theatre Motown dinner, dance and show last night and at the Marriott hotel. Enjoyed my weekend with the girls, now it's time to head home. See y'all in about 2 hours.

Only stayed one night. Room was very nice and clean. Modern looking room. Part of the shower was a little broken, but it wasn't a big deal.

Stayed the night of our wedding. Gave us an amazing suite and congratulated us with chocolate covered strawberries! Super nice and modern rooms. Also great rate and great staff. Would recommend!

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. We had 3 people in our suite, and while most hotels would have the pull out bed already made, there were no sheets to be found. Called for sheets and they never came, so we went down to eat in the restaurant. Good food, overpriced, but that's to be expected at a hotel restaurant. Returned to the room hoping sheets were brought up while we were gone, didn't happen. Called again and could hear everyone blaming someone else. We did finally get sheets. Wi-Fi is not free, which seems pretty rare. Rooms were not at all sound proof. A group that a arrived at midnight sounded as though they were in our room as they found their rooms, and some talked for quite some time in the hallway. All of the doors slam hard as they close, and they opened and closed several. It's convenient to the airport, but that would be the only reason I would stay here again.

Stayed here after a late night flight. Arrived at 3 am and staff was still great! The next morning we were greeted by extremely nice staff in a beautiful room. We had a room with a view of the pools. Very clean and well worth it.

Upon staying here for business this month, I experienced finding dried blood on the inside of my bedsheets. I usually seek out Marriott's when traveling, but have no interest in staying in this location again. This raises serious concern into housekeeping and quality check practices… awful experience.

Great ovverall experience! The outside is great and I love the roof you have to pick people up in.

Don’t forget anything when you leave, like power cords, they will just throw them away. Customer oriented organizations take care of there customers when this happens. Hilton even called me a few years ago and mailed me some silly gym shorts that I missed when packing. Not this place.

The hotel is convenient and clean. I recommend hosting work and social events here because the staff is friendly and professional.

Clean updated modern rooms. Nice comfy beds. Rooms are a bit tight for roommates. Outlets and USB charging ports where you need them. Quality towels and toiletries… As expected from Marriott. Concierge room was comfy and offered a nice assortments of a yummy appetizers and salad. Great pie too. The staff was very helpful and I personally feel it was above average. I'm incredibly impressed and would recommend this location for business and travel. *The food at the restaurant was outstanding! There is no need to look any father than in house. They have a airport shuttle and your just minutes away from the airport.

Quick stay because of the snow. Great service considering how late notice it was. Would suggest staying here if you have a early flight in the morning.

Nice hotel, recently remodeled. Friendly staff with the exception of the early morning check-out lady. She could have had a little better attitude. I guess at 4am she hadn't had her coffee yet maybe.

Employees were great and polite. Rooms were clean. Loved the experience.

This Marriott has the best customer service I think I have ever experienced at this hotel brand. Their shuttle service is beyond words and has taken me every where I have needed to go while here. I have not encountered a more polite and friendly staff anywhere. I look forward to my next stay in Greensboro @ this Marriott!

We love this Marriott! The front staff is always amazing but Candice is fantastic! The rooms are so clean perfect size. We always stay here the night before we fly out… it wakes traveling so nice! Thanks!

I wish I had had more time to enjoy all the amenities since it was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Would recommend.

This is an older Marriott property and as of this review is undergoing the final bit of renovations. My recently renovated room was comfortable, with a solid surface floor (not carpeted), large TV and ergonomic workspace. I had a room with two queen beds and no easy chair/couch. The bathroom was great, with a walk in shower, backlit mirror, and powerful exhaust fan. The shower has a fixed and hand shower option. The on-site restaurant has great breakfast options (both menu and buffet). Exercise room is temporary at this time, and is located in a meeting room. It's functional though with cardio and a selection of dumbbells. Location to the airport is very convenient.

I have stayed at many Marriott hotels and even though they are often similar, this one really has it right. The room is deluxe modern, classy and functional. Facilities are great and diverse enough to handle business and group needs. Everything is ultra professional as you would expect from Marriott. I'm ready to move in!

Beautiful hotel right by the airport. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The only down side is that Wi-Fi is not included in the room cost, which seems a bit greedy in today's world.

The hotel was quite nice. Nice, clean rooms with plenty of amenities. One thing I would change… make the Wi-Fi free.

Rooms clean. Staff friendly. Check-in a breeze. Pool, free weights in the gym, nice outdoor area. Easy access from highway. Tons of parking. Nice little gift shop that sells beer. Burger and brown rice salad ordered for lunch was on point.

I stay in hotels about 300 nights a year and this is absolutely one of those hidden gem hotels, tucked away by the airport. Everyone who works here is very sweet and extremely helpful. Complimentary laundry is always a huge plus for me so that was definitely an added bonus on top of everything else! I look forward to coming back if work happens to bring me back into the area!

I attended a business event in the Grand Ballroom. The lobby was impressive, restaurant smelled delicious, staff was courteous and bathrooms were immaculate. Very impressive hotel.

We are Marriott Rewards members and stay at Marriotts about 10 times a year. I was not impressed with this location's service and am questioning if I would return. The location is excellent and there's a shuttle to and from the airport. The facilities are great and nothing short of my expectation of Marriott. However the service… I don't know if they were just short staffed or what but horrible. We checked in around 4 pm and had a queen size bed and a twin hide-a-bed which was perfect for our 6-year old daughter traveling with us. I called the front desk to request bedding for it and they said they would bring it up before the night. We left and came back at 10 pm and nothing. I walked downstairs to request it again and the poor front desk girl was slammed with the phone ringing off the hook and people waking up. We didn't get bedding until after 10:30 pm and I made the bed for her. She was already asleep in the big bed but my husband carried her over. Not impressed! The option of the additional twin pull-out bed was great, however!

This is by far the nicest Marriott in the Greensboro area. This is the hotel of choice among my colleagues and also other people that I've worked with and talk to. Location is 15 minutes away from everything. Service is top-notch high-class. Also the rooms are a decent-size. Someone's do not have a microwave which could be problematic. Also another small issue is that the shower has a floor that is not sloped. So it easily gets dirty.

Being near the airport is great because my family and I like to watch the planes. The rooms here have been updated with a modern look and they are very well kept. The service is good and the employees are very pleasant. I recommendthis hotel 100%.

Imagine a hotel full of out of control teenagers with complete disrespect for rules, authority, their surrounding, and a total lack of civil manners. I counted at least 10 buses in which all those kids came in. On March 17th-18th, I stayed here with my 2 competitive swimmers who were taking part in a swimming championship in Greensboro. Rest and recovery was of high value between their events and surely securing those 2 nights at a Marriott which markets itself as "quiet and good for kids" would be perfect.
Wrong! Never have I been in a situation where the hallways of the hotel were treated as a playground. Herds of unruly and unsupervised teenagers consistently slamming doors, running in the hallways, shouting, throwing buckets of ice around, hitting the vending machines, banging on doors relentlessly, cell phones constantly ringing followed by loud conversations outside our room, boys chasing girls, girls screaming, foul language and even BB gun shots. Seemingly those teens (I believe some were part of a basketball team but others were involved too) were traveling without chaperones or those chaperones simply took the night off. This went on from 9pm until 2:30am. I made multiple calls to front desk and apparently a security team was going to be sent out and I was even told that they were "trying to locate the situation". The situation was not difficult to locate. 20+ teenagers running the hallways and shouting on the top of their lungs is truly hard to miss.

We had highschool prom there and all of the service people performed fantastically and the venue was great!

Currently in the middle of of a remodel. Their fried chicken dish is pretty good for dinner.

A hotel that provides very limited amenities. If you don't have transportation forget any type of entertainment. There is NOTHING around this hotel. The van will take you for food three times a day. That's right, three times: 11am and 4pm to New Garden, and 630pm to Friendly Center (FYI this transportation may only be available to flight crews). Like all Marriotts, if you have absolutely no other option, there is a hotel restaurant/bar. And like all other Marriotts, prepare to spend A LOT of money for what the hotel surely must think is exceptional food. It's not, really. The hotel charges $5.35 for a Bud Light (domestic) and $13.00 for wings spun in Frank's Red Hot. The hotel DOES provide free coffee from 4am-6am M-F and 7am weekends (again may only be available to flight crews). Unlike EVERY OTHER hotel in the world, there is no coffee pot in the rooms. But, they do have a gift shop and free pool with, and I quote, "complementary towels. " Lol, gee thanks. You must pay for Internet. Two words to sum up here, ladies and gentlemen. Price gouge.

I was there for a professional function for my industry. The facility was nice and clean. Faculty was nice and respectful.

We stayed here after our flight was delayed over night. They were very accommodating, they got us a pack and play from Graco brought to our room for our 8 month old to sleep in.

Staff was great. Rooms were clean. Was on business trip for 2 days and had no problems. Great service. Would gladly stay there again.
