Clean, not a lot of people, they are working on what needs to be worked on, maids are ninjas (silently getting in before you can even put the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign up. I guess when stuff isn’t being fixed, they probably have a nice breakfast.

Very nice and comfortable beds!

Love staying here! We have stayed a couple times and always love it. It’s so close to everything.

Cleanliness, location, price, amenities-fitness room, inside pool, hot tub, free breakfast, even cookies and coffee in the afternoon, rooms are spacious enough, you’re sleeping here not to live here, clean linens, I like that the sink is not inside the bathroom. The whole place is well kept.

Good breakfast. Includes eggs, sausage, biscuit, gravy, yogurt, etc.

There was a water main break 3 days ago in the city and it has made the water brown. We were not informed this when we checked in. After my boyfriend went to the front desk about this, the manage said he was only made aware of this this afternoon. Attached is a picture of our tub with a white towel compared to the brown water.

I was looking for something convenient to I-40. Just off the freeway; very convenient. Nice rooms and ameneties. Gravy at breakfast was very watery. Parking is limited.

The Room are out Dated it totally needs new Furniture. The wash rags were Stained, I call the front desk for new ones they brought me Hand towels… the carpet was stained the room had a Musky smell. Breakfast selection was Very minimum. The only I like about hotel was front of the building its Beautiful outside. I wouldn't Recommend it for the price we payed we could of stayed some where else.

Outstanding place. Great breakfast. Beautiful pool & hot tub. Temperature just right on everything. Excellent staff.

All of the staff that we met were very friendly. Hotel room was clean, but had a slightly musty odor. Odor wasn't bad enough to worry about switching to another room. The hotel does have a continental breakfast and pool, but we didn't try either one. Beds were comfortable. The hotel has some high tech locks and many cameras, but the rooms and furniture appear very dated in their style.

Very nice and well kept hotel. Rooms are very clean beds are comfortable. Our electronic room key reader died an we were locked out of room but was rectified immediately. On minor issue is that the rooms and TV are pretty small. Still, definitely recommend.

Biltmore VACATION :) This hotel is very reasonably priced. SUPER close to the Biltmore house and downtown Asheville! :) Hotel is neat and clean. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool area is clean. The rooms are very clean. The only issue is that the beds are very hard. : (And the pillows have no support. But otherwise a great place to stay if you want to visit Asheville! I would stay here again.

Great hotel with very friendly service! The rooms are clean and spacious and the handicap accessible room has a very accessible shower. The breakfast was a continental breakfast but it was good and there is a pool. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

First, the great things! Love the bed and pillows… Love the location… priced competitively… Great water pressure! Now the not so good things… young staff. Called 1 week out about an one hour early check in. Arrived at 2 and the young front desk attendant said no rooms available. By 2 pm 75% of rooms should be ready for the 3 pm check in folks. Not to worry though — the maintenance man Fernando set him straight and found me 1 of 10 double queen rooms available. Lastly there is not enough parking when fully booked. I drove around the building and finally went inside to ask another young attendant where to park. He was listening to music with headphones and didn’t hear me at the desk calling for his attention.

It is an ideal hotel to rest, clean cozy staff very attentive and polite.

Very nice hotel, Room was very clean breakfast was great and also I would like to say the young man that works nights "Dominqua" he was very helpful and respectful, we had a conversation about Asheville he told me about a few things I should go look at Amazing Customer Service he helped me with my bags it was late at night and I was so tired all I wanted to do was lay down. Thanks again Dominqua.

Facility was clean and well run. Centrally located between Biltmore, downtown and the outlets. Had a great time.

No frills hotel. Adequately does the job though. The location is perfect. The free breakfast is okay at best :) The pool is nice and hot tub comfortable. Could have used the water skimmed in the hot tub a little. Rooms are slightly dated; however, appear quite clean. I'd stay here again.

Great accommodations. The room was clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful friendly. The breakfast was the best with a wide selection of offerings, orange juice apple juice milk cereal Bagels muffins waffle makers to make your own waffles cereal yogurt coffee tea hot chocolate bananas.

5 minutes to Biltmore estate, Biltmore village, and downtown ashville. We stayed in a deluxe room with a jacuzzi and was very satisfied with it for the price.

Clean hotel, nice employees, indoor pool and breakfast included. Reasonable prices. Within walking distance to Biltmore village.

Pretty good basic hotel. Baymont is a solid base brand and this hotel does the brand exactly. Convenient location, normal rates, hot breakfast. Rooms are fairly up to date. Staff is normally good.

The rooms were great every time I've stayed here. They need to have microwaves in the rooms. They do offer a decent breakfast.

The hotel is decent. The location of this establishment is great but given where it's located the interior needs to be updated to match it's competitors. The bedding, room decor and window treatments all need to be refreshed. Overall not a bad place, but could benefit from a few changes.

Good clean place to stay. Nothing fancy but clean and convenient to anything in Asheville. A little pricey for what you get. Continent breakfast is just fair.

The hotel was clean. Bed was hard; felt like I was sleeping on plywood. Breakfast was ok. Coffee terrible. We liked the convenience to Biltmore Estate.

Clean; decent. 2 bulbs were out over the sink, but they were promptly replaced. My only complaint is that there is no safe in the room.

Everything was amazing, EXCEPT the room smelled SO strongly of air freshener or perfume (I can't imagine they would intentionally make the room smelled to that extent. Seriously, we slept with the window open and the fan in and it was still overpowering in the morning). And, even though we asked for late check-out (we arrived at 3am), housekeeping knocked loudly on our door at 10:30am (regular checkout isn't until 11, late check-out at noon). BUT, very comfortable, amazing pillows, friendly staff, the windows actually open, and very clean.

Friendly people. Decent rate. Has a pool and provides breakfast. It was in a good location for us so we were happy with it.

Rooms are very small. Heating/cooling units are defective. Hallways are ice cold. Good breakfast. Good beds. Wireless works well. Friendly staff.

Very friendly service, pleasantly quiet, and the room was very nice and clean. Had an extra little bathroom with a jet tub and a TV. AWESOME! Free breakfast and coffee. Can't beat it for the price and location. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel staff were amazing and friendly. The Room was very clean. Perfect location for easy and quick The Biltmore Estate! (Less than a half mile. ) Breakfast was hot and ready! 5 Stars for me! I will be back! (7/19/2019-7/20/2019)

Rooms are very small. It is clean here but there is a musty odor in the rooms and pool and hot tub that smells like a mold problem. The hot tub was so cloudy and greenish we didn't get in. The pool was the perfect temp and very nice and quiet. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is located a few minutes from downtown Asheville, the room is comfortable the bathroom eata a little small. The service ah was very good.

Great value, clean, and comfortable beds. Very close to Biltmore! Breakfast area was much to small though, and wasn't that good imo.

I have no issues with the motel and it's service, but did have issue with the Wi-Fi. My phone was hacked while on their Wi-Fi and identity was stolen. Be careful when on their public Wi-Fi.

The girl who checked us in at the front desk wasn't very friendly but the other staff we met were very enthusiastic. Our room smelled a bit like mildew but was very clean. The location is pretty good, 10 minutes or less to Asheville's awesome downtown.

This is a nice, if unexciting, place to stay if you're visiting Asheville. The rooms are clean, well-laid-out, and comfortable. The only issue we had during our stay was that the Wi-Fi was somewhat difficult to connect to. First-world problems, eh? Overall, recommended.

Comfortable, clean, and good breakfast. Conviently located to area attractions and restaurants. Just be aware in case you choose to use a different credit card for payment, that whatever card you reserve your room on will be pre authorized the morning of your stay before you ever check in. You will still have to use whatever card you choose for authorization at check-in therefore resulting in multiple authorizations.

Just returned from a weekend stay at this hotel and wanted to share our experience. Very clean, very friendly front desk personnel. One particular young man who works 3-11pm was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. They're VERY convenient to the Biltmore, (our reason for being there) and when hazardous winter weather threatened our return home, they let us check out a day early with only a "late" check out fee. My only negative observations were that the room was smaller than I was expecting, and the property only has ONE elevator. All in all, we were pleased.
