This Hampton Inn & Suites opened just one year ago, so everything is brand new. The King Suite room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was squeaky clean. The 40" flat screen TV was able to rotate on the wall so that you can watch television from the bed or sitting on the couch. Another nice feature was multiple USB charging ports to charge electronic devices without taking up an outlet.

This is possibly the best Hampton Inn I have ever seen anywhere! I love the whole setup. The rooms are super modern. The bar is an AWESOME touch. Chuck helped me out and he was absolutely amazing.

Great hotel, awesome service and a great deal of fun things to do around the hotel.

This was a nice hotel. I only stayed here one night so I didn't get a change to experience everything the hotel has to offer. But the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

Andrea is hands down the most helpful front desk person I've ever met in a hotel! She went above and beyond to answer my questions and accommodate our early check in request. The rooms were clean, cool and quiet. Bathroom had a walk in shower, not a tub.

This hotel is absolutely awesome. The interior is beautifully decorated. I love the barn doors in the room. The staff is excellent!

Wonderful experience at this hotel. It was nice to be able to walk down to Biltmore village. Takes 5 min. Staff here is wonderful, the courtyard is nice to sit at with a pint of the local beer they have on tap. One of the things I look for in a hotel is how quiet they are. I’ve stayed in a bunch that aren’t. This one is super quiet, you can’t here much at all going on outside the rm. Cheers!

The whole experience was 5 star. I was a little concerned when I couldn’t get the room heated (controlled) but management came up and unlocked it so we could be comfortable. The room was very clean and the staff was over the top with courtesy! We would recommend it highly!

This hotel is conveniently located near the Biltmore estate in Asheville and is not far from the Blue Ridge Parkway. We only stayed one night but I was impressed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The facility as a whole was clean and well maintained. While the pool looked inviting we did not have time to use it.

Very poor customer service provided by general manager Leah. We booked a hotel room there for 2 nights and called to change the reservation to be for 1 night only. They said that they could not modify the reservation and would have to cancel the entire reservation and rebook the room at a rate nearly double the original rate. Leah did not care about customer service. When I contacted corporate office, they understood my frustration and wished that there was something that they could do but they were under the mercy of Leah since she is the general manager. I will not be staying at this hotel in the future! EDIT: While I did not receive good customer service from Leah on the phone with her while trying to adjust my reservations, she did make the situation better upon arrival. There was an apology letter at the front desk at check in from her and our room was upgraded to a larger suite. I do believe that she made efforts to resolve the situation.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms. Indoor pool. Good location near the Biltmore. Lobby bar serves beer and wine only, focusing on local microbrews, but has reasonable prices. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location and quiet. Lots of amenities such as the gym and pool with a very nice and personable staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful rooms were spacious and clean.

Staff is super friendly and very professional. Hotel is only 4 months old and ultra modern. Best breakfast ever (included). Bathroom was amazing with modern barn door and futuristic style. Only negative is lack of space to store clothes. Small closet, and 3 small pull-out wire racks instead of drawers. Great atmosphere and real value here. Also very quiet.

Great experience as usual for Hampton Inn! the heated pool was great butt I wish it was a little warmer but that is just a personal preference. Amazing complimenary breakfast that I was actually happy and eager to eat. Highly recommended and you need to stay here!

Very nice suite! The staff is super friendly, rooms are spacious and very clean. The location is perfect for Biltmore tourists… within 5 minutes of the entrance. Ruby at the downstairs bar was so sweet, and I loved the outside firepit! I will definitely stay here again the next time I go to Asheville!

This hotel is new, modern, and clean! This is how hotels SHOULD be. There's a small bar downstairs serving local brews and snacks until 11pm, which you can take back to your room and enjoy if you like. Our room was the oversized queen room and it was huge! Like having our own small apartment! Even had a wet bar! We were super impressed by the design, layout, and comfort this hotel provided. We felt like we were paying a lot more than we were. If all Hampton inn so were like this one, we wouldn't stay anywhere else. The staff and the breakfast the next morning were both great and we left wishing we had stayed more nights, a rarity at a chain hotel.

Hotel and room felt new and clean. Free breakfast was very good. Super close and convenient to Biltmore Estates, where we were visiting the next day.

Good location, new very large rooms but the walls are paper thin.

This is a new hotel located in the outskirts of Biltmore Village. An easy walk to the many shops and restaurants in the village, and a five minute drive to the Biltmore Estate. The hotel differs from the typical Hampton Inn, as there is a bar on site with indoor and outdoor seating. We didn't use it, but the selection and prices seemed reasonable. The breakfast area was typical of the good quality and selection provided by Hampton Inns. The rooms were large, but didn't appear well thought out. There was limited space for hanging wet towels and storage for clothes, suitcases, etc was awkward.

Brand new hotel that has wonderful accommodations! Staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was a mini suite. It was super small but nice. 2 beds and a pull out shoved into a small area. Some of the decoration set up was weird. Nice bathroom. Friendly staff.

The hotel had easy access to get to and from any other destination and was within walking distance of a large variety of shopping and restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and more than happy to accommodate to your needs.

New hotel. Clean and neat. Very much liked the feeling and look of new. Walk to Biltmore Village area and conveniently located near the entrance to the Biltmore estate. I will stay there again.

Way more than we expected. Super friendly staff that gave a great suggestion on where to grab a local lunch. Very clean rooms and great amenities such as access to the pool in the next door hotel. We would stay here again!

All about location! Room was small but clean and comfortable. We were there for a concert at the Biltmore Estate which is right next door. Had dinner at Ruth's Chris also next door. Enjoyed shopping in Biltmore Village all within walking distance. Would recommend. Price was great. Breakfast wasn't anything special but adequate.

Excellent customer service!

The rooms were amiable and they have cable, the bathrooms are small but if you're visiting Asheville there is no need to be in a hotel room all day. The weather is very comfortable and the city has this natural earthy feel to it. There are so many outdoor things to do and great for the family. The staff are very polite and welcoming. The free breakfast has a large variety and delicious. I heard they have a gym but you have to go to the hotel next door which is just a second away. I didn't really use it because you can it a better exercise just walking/running/jogging/hiking/climbing around the mountains. The hotel is located next to the entrance of the Biltmore Estate, which is a must see. I love coming here in the winter because it's always warm here in Miami.

The breakfast was pitiful microwavable biscuits, cold cereal, sweet 16 mini donuts and toast. The "high speed" internet was so slow that I could load websites on my phone 10x faster than the computer. It was worthless, I worked from the starbucks down the street every night for a week. great value if you are going to stay for 1 night. If you are there for anything longer then you should look elsewhere.

Good economy of space, comfortable.
