Such a cool neat apartment style place. They went above and beyond to make our birthday celebration great. Loved the night food M-W nights. Very generous. Exceptional staff at front desk day and night.

Excellent place to stay and enjoy your vacation. Tasty options for breakfast. Comfortable rooms. What more to expect on a short stay?

The hotel staff is very courtesy. The room was extremely comfortable. Made me want to stay longer but we have to go. Back to reality.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short distance from downtown Asheville and very close to the hospital. It is dogfriendly and it has a dog fee per stay. Like all the Residence Inn I've stayed at, it offers breakfast every morning, and it has social hours on some evenings. There is very little area for dogs to go to the bathroom, and closely located parking spaces are limited near one end (right side) of the hotel, but plenty in the other (left side). I stayed at this hotel twice, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is where I would stay if I am in the Asheville area again.

Spacious, very clean, tastefully decorated rooms. The staff at the front desk were wonderful (polite, accommodating, warm, very helpful). The food they serve is excellent. You would not think that complimentary meals would be of this quality or of such variety. Everything was delicious. Pool and workout rooms were well thought out, easily accessible, clean and an excellent amenity at this very reasonable suite price. Housekeeping was responsive, polite, cheerful and thorough. This is THE place to stay when visiting Asheville. We will be back!

Very clean rooms, great amenities including a better than expected breakfast and free Wi-Fi. The location is virtually next door to Biltmore house. Will be staying there again in July.

The hotel is in a great location if you need to get to the hospital. I only stayed here for one night, but the room was very spacious with a full kitchen including a dishwasher. The bathroom was pretty small, that would probably be my biggest complaint. The breakfast was good, with plenty of choices. I didn't use the pool or gym so I can't comment on those, but the staff were all very friendly when I interacted with them.

Close proximity to town and good attractions. Very nice suites. Accommodating staff.

I did not know that the Residence Inn was pet friendly until we got there. I wouldn't have known at all if I didnt see the dogs myself. Very clean and family-friendly hotel. Enjoyed indoor pool and jacuzzi. Staff was great, friendly and knowledgeable. In walking distance of food and close to attractions. Loved my stay.

Thanks to the staff that took care of us when we evacuated for Hurricane Irma we appreciate everything you did for everybody we know the hotel was full but you were always all professional and took care of all of us and we appreciate you when we all had to run for the Hills thanks to the Residence Inn staff.

We stayed two nights here November 2017. The front desk staff was very friendly and informative, with plenty of suggestions for places to spend our time around Asheville. When we needed extra blankets for the room, they were delivered in less than five minutes. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety, even iced coffee. The kids enjoyed the pool both nights we were there.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It was clean and a good space for our family of 6. The carpeting in the hallways is worn and looks like it could use to be replaced. The breakfast was great with a lot of options.

It went pretty well. I am not the snobbish type… So I do not need a high class hotel! This was right at the comfort level for us.

We just left the hotel after a 4 night stay and my 4 person family was so impressed with the service and the friendliness of the staff at this hotel. The breakfasts were full and delicious. The weekend special at night were helpful and appreciated. We especially loved how accomodating the staff working the food area was. They made flavored water available in the the lobby everyday. Today as were leaving, Pepe came out to tell us that the water was ready to fill our bottles before our long drive. We are on our way to another Residence Inn in Durham, NC. We look forward to our stay there too!

Very clean. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Good pool and hot tub. Liked the basketball court. Liked the all-day coffee. Plenty of towels. Didn't feel crowded. Central location with lots of great restaurants nearby as well as coffee and fast foods.

Super convenient location for all of the restaurants and breweries in the area. Obviously close to Biltmore is the main draw, but still so much more to do around this hotel. The rooms were like mini two bedroom apartments, never seen one quite like it before. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the area!

When staying here… walk down the steep road behind the hotel, there is a little man made mud trail/steps to go down to the lower areas where the restaurants are… walk about 50 feet and look right… boom! … Hi Wire brewery and food. That is really awesome location wise for a hotel!

The hotel was in overall good shape but the suite room I stayed in felt a little cramped. There was plenty of room once you got the door all the way open or closed but there wasn't any half way point. The main living space was good and the seating at the table for four was fine. The room had a microwave oven a full free-standing stove with a refrigerator and dishwasher. The bathrooms had a similar cramped feel to them as you had to step all the way into the room before you could shut the door. Again not really a problem but could be awkward for folks with balance issues (or a slippery floor). The location is good with a number of food choices in the area. The Biltmore estate is not far from it either and I'm sure there were other entertainment options available which I was unable to take advantage of due to time. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is decent. The eggs at least looked fresh cooked however the sausagepatties and hash browns looked like they had been out for too long. Coffee was good though.

We reserved our wedding room blocks at the Residence Inn last weekend. This was one of the best decisions we made for that weekend. The rooms are great, and the hotel is close to downtown and Biltmore Village. The best part about this hotel is the service. Everyone was SO NICE, and they went out of their way to accommodate all of our requests. Thank you!

Stayed here for to visit the Biltmore Estate. Very close to the estate and close to Downtown Asheville. Super clean and friebdly service.

The room was spacious with lots of natural light; clean as a pin. The interior and exterior of the building was very well maintained. Professional and courteous staff. Excellent comprehensive breakfast; pleasantly surprised and delicious coffee. One of the cleanest and friendliest places I have stayed. Felt very much at home there even if it was for one night. I will definitely go back! You will be pleased!

Stayed here for Valentines Day weekend of 2016. We ended up with a suite which cost about $250 A night. We ended up getting a handicap suite. The bathroom smelt like urine. It was a nice room overall but not worth $250. Update 2/16 — Had correspondence with manager with things rectified. Customer service improved my rating.

Nothing exceptional, but nothing wrong either. Rooms were clean, breakfast was fine, staff was accommodating.

Very nice room, included a full-size refrigerator in the kitchen, indoor pool and nice hot tub. Beds are very comfortable, shower head is one of those nice adjustable types.

Nice hotel, train was loud at night though.

Walk to Biltmore Village Shops and Restaurants Great location within easy walking distance to the Biltmore Village. Rooms were nice and clean with kitchenettes. Pool and fitness rooms were very good. Free breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Will stay here again over the Biltmore Hotel.

Great location near Biltmore Village. We were able to walk to the village. Room was nice and had all we needed. Breakfasts was very good. Next time I will buy some steaks at the store and cook on their outside grill.

Just the hotel I needed. Very close to the hospital, the young lady at the front desk greeted me so nicely when I came in at 1:00 am. Exactly how I wanted to be treated after a VERY long day. Thank you so much for your hospitality. The room was clean, inviting and comfortable. If I ever have to be up here again for "whatever "the reason I will not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed for a week on a family vacation; we were very pleased with the complimentary hot breakfast, the coffee in lobby, and the "social hour" Tues-Thurs. The staff was great — — our first room smelled smoky, and they immediately transferred us to another room. The location is within walking distance of many great restaurants and shopping at Biltmore Village (though it is a little too far to walk into downtown), and there were nice neighborhoods behind the hotel where we walked in the evening. Our room had a very large flat screen TV and a tempur-pedic mattress; we had a very comfortable stay.
