Decent place, solid price for quality comfort. Decided to stay a couple more nights.

Very nice place to stay and the staff has been on point this stay and my last stay. As a company we send all of our guys here when we work in this area.

Great place very nice great grill outback.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels. My wife and I stay here ever time we come to the New Hartford area. Upon arrival we are warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager. The relaxed studios offer sitting areas, kitchens, flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi; some add sofabeds. The 1 — and 2-bedroom suites feature separate living rooms — — so you can really stretch your legs. We've stayed here multiple times because its centrally located in this area. Its an 18-minute walk from shops and eateries, this casual hotel is 3 miles from Twin Ponds Golf Course, and 6 miles from both Interstate 90 and Utica Zoo — — Love me some Zoo! Note, this is a 4.5 star hotel or so, because the atmosphere is so special that it really feels like home to us. All respect for the general manager (Jessica Coleman) who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

I have stayed here multiple times. The suites are fantastic, and the beds are the most comfortable hotel beds that I've ever experienced.

We asked if there was a pet fee over the phone, and they said no. When we arrived, we were informed the pet fee was $125, which is more than the room itself. All while this is happening, there were a bunch of drunks yelling, cursing, and making racist remarks in the parking lot. Crazy how they can justify prices like that all while doing nothing about drunks in their parking lot. You're much better off at any other hotel in the area.

I've been doing a lot of traveling lately and I've stayed at a lot of awful hotels which is to be somewhat expected at the government per diem. However this Marriott sure didn't disappoint it was fantastic and better than any Hotel I've stayed at with the military this far. The staff was friendly the room very open and clean and their gym was well stocked and nice to workout in.

Very clean hotel. Close to shopping stores. We had both breakfast and dinner on the patio and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. Kids also enjoyed the pool.

The management at this hotel called the police because we were late for checking out by 30 minutes past check-out time which they initially approved. This was after we told the staff we would running a few minutes late for checkout due to unforeseen difficulties in securing a rental car for travel. I stayed in communication with the hotel once we found out we would be late. I called twice updating them to our situation and the manager called me a liar over the phone. The staff/management did not offer to charge us a late fee, they simply called the police who came to the hotel room, said it was a civil matter and left. My 17 year old daughter was alone in the room during this incident, the staff kept knocking on the door, telling her they were going to call the police and had no regard for the fact that they were frightening her. I called Marriott corporate office who basically explained to me that local properties using the Marriott name have the discretion to treat check-out and handle customers in whatever manner they chose. I would not recommend this hotel due to the the way the staff treats their customers.

This place is a dump! It's a shame too because it's only a year old. Hotel is dirty, I mean nasty. My room wasn't clean when I checked in. Still had food and hair in all the drawers. Dishes were dirty. Carpet needed vacuumed. Laundry room is always dirty and usually stinks. The equipment is the gym is not wiped down unless you do it yourself. Food is atrocious! Staff doesn't care. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Friendly staff, very nice accommodations that are clean and modern. The free breakfast includes eggs, sausage, waffle maker, juice, muffins, xereal, etc. Nice swimming pool. Cold a/c. Rooms are very large and comfortable with a full size fridge, small couch, microwave, etc.
