I stay here a lot. It's always clean and quiet. Owners are very helpful and friendly. For the price you pay it can't be beat. One best areas in Utica as well as close to gas several restaurants and shopping. Def recommend to anyone on a budget looking for a clean safe place to spend a night. Litteraly right off the north Utica exit as well. Rooms under a $100 bit don't expect fancy. U get room TV Wi-Fi n mini fridge. Microwave in lobby. Great place though.
Surprisingly, wouldn't guess it from the outside, this place is actually pretty quiet, and if you're on a budget, it is the least expensive place to stay in the area. The owner can be a little rude, but it may just be a language barrier. The rooms are clean, bathroom in my room looked newly remodeled. They do have Wi-Fi, and it's a pretty good signal. It really isn't an awful place if you need a spot to rest your head on short notice.
